Is good Burger 🍔 better than brand name fast food restaurants! They didn't follow the instructions on what we wanted on our burgers, it is best just to order with everything on it and than remove it yourself. The customer service was really good.

This place is top tier fast food, always fresh ingredients with the best customer service! Who ever is the hiring manager is doing a great job! This location has a small dining area which is always as clean as can be as well as the restrooms. Kudos to the staff, I am one happy customer everytime. This is a great spot for the entire family, plenty of parking and we'll lit. Love it here ❤️

Habit burger is dead to me. Look at this pathetic lettuce sandwich. The onion rings are great, fries mediocre, but at least the char burgers used to be great. RIP

First time at this joint and I'm glad I did. Fast food is fast food and this was fast. You don't expect quality and tasty food but the Habit burger hit the jackpot in taste, presentation, and service. Burger smelled so good, we wouldn't wait to eat before we remembered we missed the food cam 😋😅 Free refills on drinks with pomegranate, lemonade, Dr. Pepper and the usual fizzy drinks, loads of extra Jalapeños, pickles and sauces on free access. Salvador was great at this service, warm and welcoming. I dropped a recommendation to his manager Maria. Thanks folks.

Ordered a single char and a double. Got charged for a double char that we never got. Instead got a single char that was cold and fries that were stale. Seems like everything was left overs given to us. This will be the last time eating at this location.

Burger was severely undercooked. I took a bite, and it was vibrant pink. Any restaurant should know that undercooked meat is a safety risk, and ground beef cannot be safely eaten pink like steak. I'm pregnant, and this could have made me very sick if I hadn't noticed before swallowing. The fries were soggy and undercooked, too. Unfortunately, McDonalds has better quality fries and burgers than this place.

I initially had a bad experience with this location but I shared my experience with their online customer support and they were quick to make sure I was happy and will come back to the restaurant to try it again, hopefully my next experience will be good. Thank you habit burger for listening to your customers. I have tried other locations and their food has been great.

The juice is nice and homemade with cucumber slices and they have a very nice pepper bar for the spice handler's (people who can handle the spice) I also like the very frequent cleaning up and they keep a lot of sauce. The strawberry limeade has cucumber in it that gives it a really fresh taste. Delicious really.

We ate here Sunday evening, October 6th, & everything was GREAT! From the helpful assistance of employee Snow, to the cleanliness of the restaurant & the quality of the food, we were very impressed. We both had a single patty Char burger with cheese... omg... deee-licious! The char gave the meat a nice little crunch, and the rest of it was delicious too...there was lettuce and tomato and mayo on it; we had the pickles held as they aren't our thing. The fries were perfect, golden and crunchy. I had one of their seasonal shakes, the apple pie, and it was truly scrumptious. Really did taste like apple pie, with crunchy little pieces of "crust" throughout. And my husband had a small Caesar salad that he liked quite a bit. But I have to say, that burger was the best thing of all. I'm still craving one! I may have to go back again sometime this week to get another one!!!

I feel like I've been living under a rock haha. I'd drive passed this all the time and never thought about stopping in because I heard once that the burgers here sucked. Anyways, jokes on me cus this burger was pretty good. My sister told me she tried it once and it was a lot better than all the other junk I ate so why not come here for dinner haha. Also don't order delivery no matter how lazy you are. The app was going to charge my sister an I $42 total for delivery and when I picked it up at the window it was $27 hahaha. We ordered two charburger with half fries and half onion rings. I realllly love the fries here so I could have gotten a whole order of fries and onion rings. They were so crispy and ugh I love fries. Anyways the burger it self was great! I got a side of chili pepper and jalapeño so I really enjoy it. Didn't really have that char taste I was looking for but it's fast food so whatever. Definitely coming back here haha.

Opened Yelp to see what was near me as I had time to kill in the area. Habit came up first as a sponsored post. Looked at a couple other spots but their menu spoke to my stomach. Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly. You can order on a kiosk or with a person. There were also people ordering via their app. Got the green bean fries based on another review and they did not disappoint. Fries were hot but could have been a tad crispier for my liking. Fry sauce and ranch were both good. Burger was on the better side of average for a fast food chain. Wish the cheese would have been melted but overall was a good burger. I would return or visit another location. Next time I Want to try the Garlic Parmesan fries and see how they hold up against stadium garlic fries.

I ordered online and picked up in store. They were timely and the staff was friendly (though clearly stretched thin). Food was as good as I could ask for from a fast food place. Good lunch spot.

There are definitely better burger spots in the city. Habitat Burger and Grill didn't stand out to me. The hamburger was quite dry, with not enough sauce to make it juicy. While the French fries were good, that's something you can expect from most places. Overall, nothing special.

The Habit Burger at this location never disappoints! I've visited over 20 times in the past three years, and each experience has been consistently great. I can't see myself stopping anytime soon!

Worse than Jack In The Box, but cost more. Ordered a #2 Double Char with cheese & side of fries for $16.75. Burger - soggy, dripping mayo, and missing the caramelized onions. Fries - SMALL portion, cold, and stale. 100% reminded me of school cafeteria fries. Not even enough to fill the paper tray they came in and missing the ketchup. Which is crazy because a side of fries is $3.49! My first time at The Habit and it was very disappointing. Lesson learned, I'm going to get my moneys worth somewhere else.

Food, as always, is great. Comfortable ambiance. However, our table had crumbs on it and a French frie underneath. There did not appear to be any employees available, so I I grabbed a napkin and did the cleaning.

No english drive thru but the price for a combo given inflation is reasonable 14 bucks for a combo

Now I am especially glad I am Yelping The Habit, as I just noticed the 2 1/2 star rating for this location. My wife and I gone to the restaurant a few years ago, a bit after they opened, and while it was good, we hadn't made it back. Several weeks ago, I happened to be in the area, and thought I would try a charbroiled cheeseburger. It was tremendous. The seasoning was right on, and the bun was warm and soft, and the cheese was perfectly melted. So now, I am having a bit of a game with The Habit in West Seattle. I really want to see if the burger is consistent and seasoned this well each time I visit. Well...I just had charbroiled cheeseburger #4 in the last six weeks, and it is still excellent. The difference starts with the seasoning. The least expensive item in the kitchen, and many restaurants do not use enough of it. The service has also been terrific...friendly and very professional. The same gentleman has been in the drive-thru window the last few times and he is excellent. Great job Habit...I will be back. Please continue to be this good.

Returning to West Seattle from a downtown doctor's appointment, my Wife and I decided to drive-through on a whim. They took our order and we drove up to pay. As my wife was paying, the cashier said there is a tip screen here. Being usual tippers we gave our standard 20%. Got our food and returned home. When we reviewed the receipt we were shocked to find that they also charged a 20% service fee, thereby getting themselves 40%. The cashier had never mentioned that. Pretty sketchy ethics in my book . We will not be going back; that is really rude and greedy. There are plenty of other great and more ethical alternatives. All the cashier had to say is there is an attached service fee, then let us make the decision. Not like it was a mystery to them. We, however, would not have known to expect that. Now we do, adios, Burger habit. Sandwiches: 3 out of 5. Ethics: 0 out of 5.

I am from Los Angeles and was so excited to see one of my favorite restaurants made it to Florida. We drove all the way down from Hudson just to get one of my favorite burgers. We both ordered the #2 original double char meal. We both received single chars. The manager apologized and brought each of us a second patty. The burgers were over cooked, and the fries were cold and limp. They have not been there long so hopefully when I give them a second chance, they get it right.

Service was amazing while waiting it seemed like everybody had a swell on their face great environment. Will definitely eat there again.

Pretty decent burger. Not an all time fave but I grew up with mom & pop teri burgers and saimin combos. Tried the Charburger and subbed raw for grilled onions and requested extra lettuce (to compensate for the rest of everything) and they did not disappoint. Burger was nice and juicy, not obnoxiously thick but not skinny either. Got a side of the fries/green beans and since was ordering via Dash, got it not so well done knowing I was going to throw it in the air fryer to reheat. Came out perfect! Tried the boom sauce - I may have poured whatever I didn't dip fried/green beans into into my burger. Being a lilikoi (passion fruit) fanatic, I tried their passion fruit soda/juice/drink...meh. Wasn't lilikoi but wasn't entirely bad. A bit tart. While not "go to" worthy, would likely eat here again if in the area.

No issues with the staff, never had any problems with them. At times it can be pretty slow getting an order thru the drive thru. The food in 2019 was great and consistent. Then I started having stomach issues after eating burger and fries from there. I brushed it off as a fluke. It happened several more times and kept getting sick. So I switched to a meatless patty and that was great! Until it wasn't and we were back to stomach issues again. Maybe they changed delivery companies, but something wasn't right. The meat became increasingly salty. We discontinued going to that particular store because we both were getting ill after eating. We haven't been back since earlier this year, when we chanced it due to the late hour. Same result. I can't speak about inside the restaurant as I have only ever done drive thru. I'm betting Habit hired a less expensive restaurant food supply company. The quality of the food has declined. We no longer eat at Habit Burgers. Not worth the stomach problems post dining.

I mean, it's gotta be said, but this is still a great fast food burger and especially in the Seattle burger where they make burgers so expensive, this one is affordable and a great in between between fast food and restaurant. Great sauces and nice to get that charbroil greatness. I suggest getting some side sauces and some fries or onion rings and you will not be disappointed

The Habit is apparently a chain, but this was my first time going there. It is located near the West Seattle Bridge, in the old KFC building. They are on a busy corner, so you pretty much have to be traveling east on Avalon Way to enter and you must exit by going south on 35th Ave. There was a sign stating that the dining room is open during COVID, but we decided to use the drive-thru. The lady who took our order was pleasant and easy to understand. I chose the #1 Original Charburger meal with cheese. It comes with a medium drink and french fries. My husband ordered the Santa Barbara Char sandwich only. It has a double patty, cheese, and avocado on grilled sourdough bread. We were the only people in the drive-thru, but our food did take a few minutes to prepare. It wasn't a big deal though. Overall, I thought my food was good. The burger was pretty straightforward, but tasted like an upscale diner burger. The fries were a generous portion (plus it had one rogue tempura green been, LOL) and they have free fry sauce!

I've driven by this place almost every day and decided today was the day to try it. Drive through was crowded - about eight cars in front of me - but it only took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line and get my order. Getting to the front of the line I saw everyone inside the restaurant was wearing masks - properly - which is more than I say for many fast food places. It's smoky out so I really appreciated how the cashier waited until the whole meal and drinks were ready so we could both open out our windows and process the order in one fell swoop. I had the charburger - added bacon and cheese, no onions. It was pretty delicious. A classic sesame bun which I honestly find more delicious than fancier buns. A good amount of meat and bacon and cheese, all nicely proportioned. Bottom of the bun was a tad soggy but I did wait about 15 minutes before getting home and eating. My spouse had the golden chicken which she said was a very good fast food chicken sandwich. Looked like there was a ton of well breaded chicken on the bun. The fries were on the thicker side and a bit soggy - again though - it's truly unfair to rate fries unless you are eating them right away. I will say they could have used more salt, but lathering in fry sauce (it tastes like the campfire sauce at Red Robin) made up for it. I will go by again when I have a burger craving. Nice job!

You get two stars for now adding a tip. Mother$&@*!ers need to pay people properly rather than inflate by adding tips just for getting my burger. Seriously wtf

It's ok. It's pretty ok and a good burger. You can add a ton of peppers. That always makes it good. It's also better than a lot of burgers around here 3x the price. My taste is specific though. For me it was a 7/10 for a good burger I'd recommend getting a burger here. It's not bad. It's good. This website is a bit odd. I think it causes some misunderstandings. You get alerts in different emails to review. When your hungry and tired you answer and forget. I stand by the review I made. Meh. I think it's a good review. I like this place. Staff is nice. It's an ok place to go. I go and like it.

Restaurant is clean. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I am addicted to the fried green beans and the ranch sauce they make in house. I will definitely be returning!

Ever since Yum Brands bought Habit Burger, quality has tanked. To save money, they have changed to a cheaper thinner bun, cheaper less quality meat, cheaper packaging, and bad presentation. Next time we'll go somewhere else. And now the robotic manager will give a canned reply. Lol.

i wont be back, and if i was you i wouldnt come here either. THE TOMATOES SLICES WERE GREEN The food is great customer service is mediocre at best, the employees dont care and they're disrespectful. They misheard me and gave me the wrong order, when i came back for my food they had attitudes and refused to take accountability. I came back days later and they still had an attitude... they sat there smiling, laughing and talking crap about me to eachother with the window open like i couldnt hear them..! Its not ok and its not acceptable quite frankly. based on how i was treated i checked my food for spit and human fecal matter. As a business owner myself i would have cleared house if someone i knew was treated like this by my employees. I personally would never allow for this behavior to occur within a business i was funding.

Wondering why the reviews for this Habit are so negative? The food is good, and service is so fast! The folks are so nice here, and perhaps it might be pricey but what isn't these days? So far, consistency-wise, they have never gotten an order wrong, and the line moves quickly. I love the burger melt with avocado.

Took over and hour to get my food and my order was wrong. If I wanted a double char with cheese I would have ordered a double char with cheese. I ordered a regular char without cheese and I'm lactose intolerant and it came full of cheese. All the negative views are correct.

No prices on website so went to drive through. Had year old menu, steak sandwich not available, bacon char burger a good option.

Terrible. Sloppy presentation burger patty tasted worse than a vending machine's burger. Showed employee the burger exactly as seen in picture and she just shrugged her shoulders as whatever.

Expect to wait like 30 min for a terrible burger covered in mayo. The place needs to be shut down. The service is terrible and so is the food

Sometimes this place is great, but half of the time, the quality is sub par. Recently, the burgers were burnt to hockey pucks and the avocado... Well, see picture.

Damn good burger. Like, really good. My kids love this place too. But have to say, it's a bit pricey for what you get. Good, but expensive.

We've eaten here before, and it wasn't the best Habit Burger, but gave it another try and regretted it. First the food - my wife's lettuce wrapped Charburger with cheese was nicely made, but she thought something about the meat was off. My charburger with cheese looked like it had been runover, and the patty just did not taste right. Our granddaughter's chicken nuggets were so overcooked that she didn't want them and just ate fries - that aren't even included with the 8 dollar, 10 piece chicken bites. And the staff - the person that took our order was great. However as we waited and waited for our food, and it wasn't that busy, I noticed one of the cooks put a tray of food on the counter, came around to the front and took it to an empty table. This left only one person cooking. He then went back to the kitchen area and grabbed a towel and wiped down his, and only his table. When we finally got our food, the cook, who was just a table away, had his phone set on what had to be the loudest speaker setting, and was having a loud conversation in a foreign language, oblivious or not caring that he was being so obnoxious. The bill was $40+ a tip you're supposed to give before you get to eat your food. We won't be back to this location, and this has further soured us on Habit Burger in general. They have steadily gone downhill since YUM brands bought them.

So delicious I didn't even get a photo. It smelled amazing so I ate it before I even remembered to take a pic. Firstly, each burger is made to order. Fresh burgers made when you order.. at a fast food joint. I ordered the Charburger, no cheese with fries. The burger was really flavorful. Fries were delicious. Customer service, fantastic. So friendly! I'm not sure why this place has 3 stars on here. Hopefully this review will bump it up. Great quality fast food.

We stopped by on the way home from the beach remembering we had good food the last time we stopped in and we were not disappointed. Excellent burger, good fries, friendly professional service.

I went there via the drive-thru today courtesy of my daughter and friend! Customer service was amazing, there was no rush to place my order, the cashier and everyone within my eyesight had a great demeanor. My food was picture perfect and the taste matched, I ordered the #12 combo (Chicken w/ Limeade to drink) !! I will be doing the survey from my receipt as well! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Thank you for the great service!

I have eaten at Habit burger twice and in both instances I noticed that the burger meat tasted spoiled. I thought the first time was a bad one-off but after trying them for a second time and getting the same result I'm pretty sure I won't be giving Habit Burger my business any longer.

I love Habit. I was so excited when I found out there was going to be one opening near me because that meant I wouldn't have to drive up north or down south for a good, solid burger. What I love about Habit is how it is consistently good. I never get a bad burger. It's literally the perfect burger for me. Crisp veggies, beef cooked to perfection, melty gooey cheese, bread that isn't too soft. Honestly, you can't go wrong. Tempura green bean fries are the best, crispy, salty and not too bad for you. Also, this location is great! Parking is a little sucky at times but service is always phenomenal, the folks that work here are always friendly, pleasant and always checking in on the patrons sitting and eating. Store itself is small but clean. I don't understand the low ratings.

3.5 stars. Staff is usually very helpful and friendly compared to other fast food places. I usually order on their website and pick up the food at the shop. Very easy and seamless and always ready by their promised time. Burgers always taste fresh, I usually get the original burger w/cheese paired with their Caesar salad, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Always consistently good but this time they burnt my onion rings and the sweet potato fries tasted undercooked. Very strange because they have always been really good with consistency. Oh and be sure to try their Siracha green beans!!!

Garbage everywhere. They have garbage and recycling overflowing. I went to speak to a manger to clean it up and he seemed surprised that I cared. My main concern...attracting animals, mainly rats. When you leave food out and on the ground, you attract rats. The garbage started attracting crows to the area. At one point about 15 crows were circling over the filled dumpster and were so loud that guests that were dining outside were annoyed and went inside. Not a welcome addition to West Seattle so far. Hopefully they find a way to deal with the garbage and the rats/raccoons/crows that will be moving in to the area.

When I found out Habit Burger was opening in West Seattle, I was anxiously awaiting the opening! But when that day came, one of my friends said the food was not good at this location. Since then, I've been checking the Yelp reviews every month. The reviews were awful so I was driving all the way to South Center to get my Habit Burger fix. It wasn't until now that the reviews seemed to improve... I gave it a shot today. I'm happy to report that the food was great! I got my usual charburger and it was delicious as expected. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was crispy and HUGE. The Santa Barbara Cobb was wonderful and all the ingredients were fresh. Onion rings were crispy. We weren't missing anything from our order, and the drive-through service was quick. There was a minor hiccup: a hair in the salad. It wasn't a big deal until we noticed hair stuck on the utensils in the plastic bag too. We didn't use the utensils, but it's still gross. If not for the multiple hairs, this would've been a 5-star review. Will be back for more burgers and, hopefully, no hairs.

More like 2.5 stars. Burger would have been OK but too much mayo on the bottom bun, making it soggy by the time it was delivered to my house. Because it was a delivery, the burger arrived with cold spots. The driver left it directly in front of my screen door, so as I was pushing open the door, it caught and squashed the bag (and the bun inside) a bit. Even aside from it getting a bit squashed, the burger bun looked flat and deflated. The onions rings I ordered were excellent--crisp and not at all greasy.

Ordered over the phone at 9:35pm Friday night after looking at their hours of operation. I didn't want to be a jerk and order food right before done place is getting ready to close. I started out in the fast food industry when I was a teen. I despised the 10:57pm order of everything on the menu when we close at 11pm. I totally get it. Anywho, The gal whom took my order said it would be ready by 9:50. I live directly behind them. (When I say directly behind, I mean I can catch my elevator down to the lobby, walk out, hang a left and I'm in their drive thru.) I walk to their lobby and see that it's closed. It's almost 10 but not quite. I see a guy up front cleaning so I politely wave and say hey. He ignores me after looking dead at me. Another guy comes up to the front and starts cleaning. At this point I walk through to the drive thru window and still they both ignore me. So I see that the drive thru is open until 11pm. I go get my truck and pull up in drive thru. The guy with the sweater vest says "ma'am, we are closed. Good bye and thank you". I already paid for my food. I would have loved if an crew member or the manager on duty would have taken the time to talk to me. I felt like if I'm being polite, why not try to explain what is going on with my order. It was rude to act like i didn't exist. My father frequents this place very often and recommend you guys even though this is actually my second bad experience here. Last time i waited almost 30 minutes in their lobby for my order. Someone erased my order off the screen before it was ever made. I would like a refund. Also, If the hours changed could they be updated online?

Eh, it's not that special. I've ordered from them twice and wasn't wowed, either time. They use too much salt in their burgers, onion rings, and French fries. I actually like Dick's burgers better, believe it or not. Even McDonald's is better. I'm sorry. I'm an old lady who really thinks most food is highly oversalted. I think I'll try the milkshakes, however. If their milkshakes are good, I can order them whilst my roommates order burgers and fries.

I've ordered a number of times via DoorDash. I live in West Seattle, and the delivery estimates are usually around 20 minutes. Sometimes, when I get my food, it's fine, and the fries are as fresh and crispy as one can expect having gotten it delivered probably 30 minutes after it was made. Sometimes, the fries are floppy, like they sat dying under a heat lamp for an hour before the DoorDash delivery person showed up. That's one thing. The last time I ordered, though, left me scratching my head. I'm gluten intolerant, so I order a lettuce-wrapped burger. Usually it tastes just fine, and it's a burger wrapped in lettuce, as the name implies. Last time, I got a burger patty sitting on top of a bowl of shredded lettuce. I cannot for the life of me tell whether the food handler got lazy and didn't want to pull another head of lettuce from the cooler or if they honestly thought "lettuce wrap" meant "plop the burger on some lettuce." I did not find a burger salad enjoyable to eat. When I called to tell them about it, the answering machine directed me to an online form instead. I sent my comment in and got no response. DoorDash gave me some compensation for the incorrect order, but I got nothing from the actual restaurant. I get that they might not want to deal with customer calls given current circumstances, but the very least they could do would be to acknowledge my email and my complaint.

A So Cal staple that did not dissapoint! Great Burger, shakes and fries! They need to move across the US!

the food is always good, always arrives speedy and tastes great!! honestly not sure why the reviews are so bad.. we've never had a bad meal from here! its our neighborhood go to joint for burgers and i'll take a meal from here over mcdonald's any day!
