As you enter the lobby and walk past a nice-looking restaurant, you’ll be struck by a distinct “design hotel” sensibility, albeit one that’s now not quite as modern as some of the city’s newer options. Nice. What’s the crowd like?A global smorgasbord of 30- and 40-somethings who want to stay in the Beverly Hills of Mexico City. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.The decent-sized rooms are outfitted in wood, glass, and metal to create a modern, clean-lined feeling that’s more airy than cozy. Bonus points for the private terrace in most rooms. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Take note: The beds are low and have firmer mattresses.
