HABITUAL by Ricard Camarena

I was not expected to have such a great food. I mean, i thought will be good considering the fact that the Chef is well known and has 2 Michelin Stars, but the food was wow! The service was great, and the ambiance very nice. Even we were with the baby everybody was nice and calm. We had the Habitual Menu for 38 euros and if I would go back, i will definitely try it again and maybe get 2 menus only for myself :))

I got to know this restaurant through a #timeleft dinner meeting. And it was most fortunate because otherwise, I would never had gotten to taste so many dishes that were amazing, and I wouldn't have ordered on my own. We ordered from the appetizers menu, and by the end of the evening we were all completely satisfied with one choice each (2 portions) for 6 people. Then we tried two of the desserts. I can highly recommend this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the service, albeit a bit slow, was very attentive. Not overly busy on a weeknight in February either. I was surprised at how late the event went. Next time, I will have a nap!

Found this wonderful restaurant by chance....saw the Michelin 2024 award outside the door, and leaped to try it!! I would recommend obtaining reservations in advance, but they seated us without reservations!! Hands down the finest dining we experienced in all of Valencia!! We went back multiple times as a result!! My favorite was the beef rib, but every time we tried new dishes....and each was delicious!! Please do yourselves a wonderful favor and make a reservation if you're in the area!! Wish we had this in the USA 🇺🇸

There was hair in my food. They said it was from the lamb, but lambs have wool and are usually white....the hair was also not connected to the meat. Just on top. Meal was average tasting- not what I typically expect from a Michelin star establishment. The service was mediocre as I had to gesture multiple times for refills of drinks and for service and I was left to pour my own water. Seems a trendy place, and the food is Inexpensive, but not a true fine dining experience.

Nice restaurant located inside the beautiful building the Mercat de Colón. Quite a large and spacious place, the interior is simple. The quality of the dishes was somewhat inconsistent. I loved their starter XXL ̈Rafa López ̈ anchovies, one of the best varieties of this tapas I have eaten. Very good Torrija as well. But other dishes were quite ordinary. The vegetables were generally very overcooked, and It looked like a cooking mistake, I don’t think that was intended. Also disappointing service with little to no introductions for the dishes. Not what you expect from this type of restaurant.

The location was tremendous and the restaurant had very decent air conditioning, however the food left a lot to be desired. Perhaps the chefs were a bit unlucky that day. Before we got our tempura flower starter, the waiter asked if we wanted bread, and we are glad we said yes. However, the bread was not complementary, which is a bit strange. Monkfish had about 70grams of meat on it, and the angus rib was supposed to be completely fall-apart tender, though it was not. The tastes was also a bit strange. No idea what the sauce was supposed to taste. We will not visit again. Hopefully the chefs just had a bad day.

We had a celebratory 1st wedding anniversary meal and it really surprised us by how amazing the food and service was! We went for the tasting menu - 5 starters, main and dessert, the value of this menu is really good as there was so much food and every dish was a culinary flavour festival… the service was so good as well, so attentive, pleasant and they accommodated my dietary needs for some dishes as I am 7 months pregnant. 100% recommend - we tried the other place by Ricard Camarena in Mercado Central which is more casual and it didn’t disappoint either!

Loved this modern, creative and at the same time a very Valencian place. We were tired of eating paellas and this was the perfect restaurant
