Very tasty sushi. Comparable to many of the places I've visited in Japan. Seaweed salad is perfect, the toro was the best Ive ever had. The torched salmon was incredible. Make a reservation or you might get seated at the bar, this happened to us. However they moved us after requesting a booth. Great experience.

Outstanding authentic Japanese yakitori. Everything was perfect. The chef (Jose) on the grill was outstanding, serving perfectly cooked skewers. The sushi chefs were also on point. The servers were very customer focused. Get there early at 5:30 when they open or make a reservation a few days ahead. If you want Outstanding yakitori this is the place. Also the prices were very reasonable. Tip try the kurobota Japanese sausage and the Japanese A5 wagu beef. Pure heaven.

This is the Yakatori Izakaya in Vegas! Great atmosphere and amazing food. All of the skewers are excellent. Grilled to perfection with great smoky charcoal flavor. The sashimi is fresh, and the chef is generous in his slicing. Also, do not miss the honey toast for dessert. We had folks who don't do sweets or desserts break their willpower and give in to this excellent treat. Light and crispy with just the right touch of honey paired with creamy vanilla ice cream. I just gained five pounds writing that. The atmosphere takes me back to younger days, roaming random streets and stumbling up to the late night Izakaya for a bite and some beer. Being greeted by all the staff in a loud yet courteous and welcome tone. Make sure you have reservations, or you'll wait. Doors open at 5:30 pm sharp, not a minute sooner. The only downside is the parking as this little strip mall has tons of amazing places and is very popular with the evening and late night dining crowd. Don't tell your friends, because they probably already know and it'll make it harder to get into this place.

Hachi is an absolute gem that never fails to impress! I’ve been here multiple times and have tried most items on their menu, and every single dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for any occasion. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and taste of the food make it absolutely worth it. They’re always busy, so reservations are a must—but that just speaks to how incredible this place is. If you’re looking for consistently amazing food and a great dining experience, Hachi is the place to go!

This restaurant is always a classic, with my all time favorite items are oyako don and a nice pint of Orion beer. Tonight we decided to go a little more out there with the sashimi bowl and ikayaki as well to solidify a good celebration 🎉🍻🎶 I love the variety of the food and the atmosphere. The restaurant is always warm and welcoming and it's the perfect environment to eat a wonderful dinner! Whenever we enter we are always greeted by an amazing stuff that's actually enthusiastic about their job and ready to give great quality service. They're all thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating when asking questions. The food of course is impeccable and everything is highly tuned to be served as a wonderful experience. I personally love the creature comfort food but at the same time the showmanship and avant-garde creativity of the chef is also always on display and available. Just go, try it out on a late night with some of your close friends and cold beers! You'll be pleasantly surprised!

Superior quality fish, reasonable prices, great service. Very cozy setting, so make sure to have a reservation. Even their water tastes better, wonder why most desert area restaurants don't use R/O system.

When it comes to the Vegas food scene, a lot can change in a few years, so you can imagine my surprise when I came back to visit for the first time in 7 years to find out that Hachi has managed to not only stick around, but also continues to deliver on service and quality. おつまみ派 when it comes to izakaya fare, so I'm keen on getting the salmon or yellowtail collar, ankimo, and fried oysters whenever they're available.

Google
I've been wanting to come here for a while now and we finally had a chance to give this place a try. This is a Japanese Izakaya. The selection of food here is great. There is going to be something for everyone. Everything we had here was reasonably priced and the quality of food was great. I enjoyed every dish that we ordered and have come to the consensus that I need to come back to try some of the other menu items. Needless to say we will be coming back again.

Yelp
Make a reservation for 6:00 and by the time we arrive it was already packed! So if you're planning on going make sure you come early or make a reservation in advance. I order some of the skewers and bean sprout kimchi, pairing it all together with a bowl of white rice and a high bomb. Pork cheek - soft and chewy Chicken thigh - sauce ( the sauce is not my fav, I just prefer the salt version) Eel - my least favorite one - was not hot Chicken skin - kinda too chewy Beef Marinade - 10/10 the best one I tried! Pork belly w/salt - 10/10 another good one, crispy and the salt was just enough Duck w/ hachi salt - 9/10 very good but the beef was better This venue is very cramp and loud but the lighting and atmosphere is definitely more for a lively night then a calm night. A great place to hang out and drink with friends

Yelp
I've been coming to Hachi for years and until now, it is definitely still one of my go to places. I do recommend booking a reservation in advance as this place can get super busy and gets a bit of a wait times. I had a reservation around 7pm and the place was packed. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted immediately. Our server was super friendly and was attentive throughout the entire meal. Foodwise, my brother and I loved their otoro and salmon belly nigiri. It just melts in your mouth and the quality is super good. The takoyaki is also one of the must trys. It's great that it's on top of a bed of soft eggs, it adds a different texture and taste to it. For skewers, I definitely recommend the eel, it's soft and melts in your mouth. This visit, we tried the Spider roll and thought it was just okay, probably wouldn't get it again. We also tried the sukiyaki this time around as it was quite cold outside. It was yummy and I loved the fact it has enoki mushrooms. It was very flavorful. I'd definitely say it is worth coming here if you are visiting, but try to reserve to avoid the long wait!

Yelp
We came here for dinner with a group of 6 and was able to get reservations considering we made reservations earlier in the day. Definitely get a reservation since this place was busy. The parking lot was packed so it might be hard finding parking and also might be good to carpool. There were a lot of people here eating. Our waitress was nice and helpful when we asked about food on the menu. We ordered a lot of yakitori from waygu beef to pork belly to chicken wing to chicken thigh. We also ordered a few other dishes that I forgot the names to. There were a lot of other food on the menu that sounded good to me but that would have to be for next time. The yakitori was delicious and so good! If you're a fan of yakitori then this would be the place to go. Everything I tried was delicious and I would recommend the yakitori here. The Tiger Roll was good and the miso soup was not bad as well. I would definitely order the same things next time since they were so good. Overall, Hachi was a great place to eat some yakitori and I definitely will be back when I'm back in Las Vegas.

Yelp
I was excited to eat here again, however I am really disappointed this time. The selection of meat is way less, the flavor of food is way different compares to years ago. I remember I could not stop ordering the duck salt and I only had one this time and did not want to order again. My favorite is probably is the enoki wrapped bacon which is quite sad. Chicken Karaage was dry and quite burnt. Ikayaki didnt stand out either.I'm probably not going back here again esp for the price.

Yelp
The first time I tried going here without reservation the wait was 45 mins so I left. Second time we made a reservation and was seated right away. I liked all the skewers. Everyone must try the wagyu, very tender and melts in your mouth. Chirashi bowl was also very fresh.

Yelp
I remember coming here last year with some gal pals and we discovered our favorite alcoholic drink.. "The Sakari Yuzu Sake." So of course when we came back for my friends Bday we had to order the bottle. We were seated in the back area, very nice and private and cozy. The service was amazing, we literally had all of the friendliest and most attentive servers take care of us. The food was remarkably good. We ordered the chicken wings, the Yellowtail Carpaccio, Scallops, hot pot, so good! I can't wait to go back soon!!

Yelp
MUST TRY PLACE IN VEGAS! Hands down favorite restaurant in Vegas. Fresh Sashimi, delicious rolls, Yummy Yakitori, this place has it all. I would make a reservation even weeks in advanced to make sure that I have a spot here. I really thought I wrote review to this place but I guess I didn't yet. This was my fourth time at this place, and I have got to say each time was just as amazing. Me and my family look forward to come to this place. Just make sure that you get there on time as you only have 15 min grace period. This place is always packed! The must try's are: Sashimi Platter (Toro Upgrade $5) Passion Roll Chicken Yakitori Bowl Yakitori Corn Bacon Mochi Premium Beef Tongue (Wagyu) These are the ones we always go to, after trying many things on their menu. Our family members like their Brick Toast, so if you like sweets you can give that a try. You cannot really go wrong with ordering anything here. I believe they told us their soy sauce is homemade, and boy is their soy sauce good. That plus fresh Sashimi, and rice cooked just right... you have to just try it yourself. Hope to visit again sometime soon, we just ate it a few days ago, and already miss it!

Yelp
I had an amazing Sunday dinner with my cousin at Hachi, back at the beginning of August. The food, service, and ambiance were all first-rate, and we were both completely blown away by the overall experience. Honestly, I felt like I was back in Tokyo--one of my favorite food cities in the world--where impeccable service and culinary craftsmanship are hallmarks of the culture. Also, a former Japanese roommate used to always say, "Miso soup is my litmus test for judging the quality of a Japanese restaurant." Well, this miso soup (with shrimp heads) was the best I've ever had! Nom nom.

Yelp
Have been here several times, always right at opening for dinner service (have not been able to make any reservations otherwise). Have gotten Andre and Jason as servers on different occasions, both of whom provided wonderful service. The selection and pricing of Hachi is pretty incredible, especially given it being a Las Vegas restaurant. The yakitori especially is top notch. Always check out what's on the daily specials, you might find some gems! 5/5 - Will always visit when in town.

Yelp
A yummy, lively Izakaya!! Great food and drinks. Very nice servers and staff!! The vibes were good there. Restaurant opens at 5:30pm and we made a reservation for 6pm. Glad we did because it was already so busy!! Service was still great tho! We were seated kinda in a side separated section of the restaurant and it was very nice. So many food options! Think mostly smaller bar and sharable foods. There's sushi, sashimi, salads, fried foods. Of course there is yakitori and other skewers. We tried almost all of them hahaha. Lots of drink options as well. I really liked the beef tataki salad, char shu, wagyu steak yakitori!! The mango freezing chuhai was good too! Didn't get to try their huge honey toast dessert bc we were sooo stuffed. Can't wait to come back for more noms! Overall highly recommend

Yelp
Such a nice spot in Chinatown, with super friendly staff and delicious food! From their great Yakitori to fresh Carpaccio! Place does seem to get busy fast! I'd call for a reservation if you could. Went here on a Tuesday night for dinner and was packed. Ordered a bunch of stuff but sadly didn't take a picture of all of it, but biggest highlights were their Duck Yakitori, Tuna Toro Carpaccio, and Hamachi Kama! The place is perfect for date night, the restaurant is not that big but the decorations are lovely and intimate. Seating at a table/booth or bar seating is available.

Yelp
The quality of the sushi was awesome I write this place off because of its location man was I wrong.. I've lived in Las Vegas for 41 years and just figured it was not worth going to glad I have a friend that is a sushi hound like me.... YUM!!! Everything was fantastic perfect and the quality of the six kind of sashimi was fantastic

Yelp
Since my last review, I think I've been here 8 times now. Best izakaya in town; quick service, fantastic variety of food, and modern yet cozy vibes. Here are my go to's: * 3 kinds assorted sashimi (5/5) - the chef is so talented. This is my favorite place to order sashimi in Vegas * Karaage w negi shoyu (5/5) - crispy and juicy * Yakitori (4/5) Other stuff I've tried: * Yamaimo chips (5/5) * Takowasa (5/5) * Brick toast (5/5) * Ramen (1/5) Seeing other reviews now, I want to try more of their daily specials!

Yelp
This is my favorite Japanese Yakitori / Izakaya in Las Vegas. Located in China Town you're already in the right state of mind. You have to experience it to feel it. The place is legit. It screams Hot Spot Japanese premium eatery and hang out! Great place for dates and a night out with friends. They have the traditional grill where they cook the skewers. Food and service are excellent! If you don't love this place then it just isn't your type of jam. Prices are in the mid-high range but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Definitely worth the cost for the food and experience! Will keep coming back for years to come!
google avatar

Yelp
We came in for some late night eats because Conrad didn't have 24 hour room service and they call themselves 5 star hotel?! Place was so packed at such late hours. The seatings were a bit cramped and tight. We ordered some skewers and ramen. Ramen wasn't good at all but skewers were not bad. We enjoyed sake and beer at the counter seating that I asked to be moved to from a bad table. Overall this restaurant was just ok, friendly staff but food wasn't that great. Solid place for late night eats, other than that I wouldn't come here on purpose!
google avatar

Yelp
We've been coming to Hachi for many years. I can't believe I haven't left a Yelp Review for me. I truly took this restaurant for granted. LOL Honestly, we never had a bad meal here. EVER. I love the atmosphere and the people working here. They're always upbeat and welcoming. Their food is always on point and delicious. We love coming back to Hachi every time we come visit in Vegas. I wish there was a restaurant like this in my town!
google avatar

Natalie B.

Yelp
A solid place with fast service. We usually sit at the bar so we don't have much of a wait. There's a good selection of beef, chicken, and seafood skewers. A couple favorite items - grilled squid, chicken skin, eel, mackerel, carpaccio, and salmon ponzu appetizer dish. Also if you like super cold beer, this place has it.
google avatar

Kami H.

Yelp
Been dining at Hachi for years and can't believe I havent jot down a review for this place! Food is always amazing, perfectly grilled skewers, fresh sashimis & tasty cooked dishes like sukiyaki, soboro rice & chicken karaage. The service is quick and attentive, izakaya vibe but they are on top of their game when it comes to serving their customers. Ambiance is your typical izakaya vibe with a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Love this izakaya!!

Yelp
When I'm in Vegas, Hachi Izakaya is always at the top of my list. Nestled in the vibrant Chinatown/Spring Mountain area, this spot stands out in a sea of izakayas for its authentic Japanese vibes and consistently excellent food. It's the real deal, delivering that traditional izakaya experience we all crave, right in the middle of Sin City. First off, the fish quality here is impeccable. Whether it's sashimi, sushi, or one of their inventive daily specials, you can tell they source only the freshest ingredients. Every bite bursts with flavor and melts in your mouth--exactly what you'd expect from a high-caliber izakaya. But let's not forget the skewers. Perfectly charred and seasoned, they're an absolute must. From tender chicken thighs to smoky beef and even adventurous options like chicken hearts, each skewer is grilled to perfection. The service? Top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to help you navigate the menu if you're unsure what to try. And can we talk about the hours? Open until 2 a.m., Hachi is the perfect late-night spot, whether you're winding down from a big night out or simply craving an indulgent meal. With its authentic atmosphere, stellar food, and unbeatable service, Hachi Izakaya is a gem that keeps me coming back. If you're in Vegas and looking for a taste of Japan, don't skip this place. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Yelp
I really enjoyed it here! I lived in Japan, so sometimes crave Saba (Horse Mackerel) and this place prepared it so well the corn was also so delicious. I love the char from the grill the service was really good and everything came out very fresh and hot. The restaurant was packed but we were able to be seated very fast. We arrived at about midnight so this is a perfect late night spot. It's also really nice to be able to see the chef's cooking and it feels like the staff are all happy to be there which translates well to the vibe of the space. You could definitely come here to get drinks catch up with friends and have a really good time.
google avatar

Maria-Maybelyn C.

Yelp
Oh wow! This place was amazing and the staff was so friendly! The food was also delicious! We came in on Wednesday evening for dinner and right upon entering everyone greets you. We didn't have to wait long for two people, although we did sit at the bar but I didn't mind at all. I really like how we got to see our order being made in front of us. It was pretty loud inside but not too loud where everyone is talking over eachother. I think it was loud in a good way. Everyone was just vibing. I really enjoyed being here. This place was really good! I enjoyed their wagyu yakitori and all the other items we got like the carpaccio! Sapporo on tap was so refreshing and delicious. I will definitely come back!

Yelp
Hachi is one of the top izakayas in Vegas in terms of quality, presentation, atmosphere, service and price. Feel free to order anything off their menu and it should be excellent. My favorites are their yakitori items and their sushi dishes. Top favorite items are: -any and all of the skewers -hamachi yellowtail -tako wasabi -cucumber salad -lemon chu hi
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
A chef friend recommended this spot while we were visiting Vegas. It did not disappoint. One of the best meals I've had in a while. I'm still daydreaming about it all. Every dish was a 10/10. Their Japanese's coals are really the game changer. I've had skewers from all over but nothing has compared to the flavor these pack. Also the fact everything was so affordable was really the bonus. My only regret is not saving room for dessert. Try to go with a group of 4 or more to try as much as possible.
google avatar

Yelp
Hachi is a Japanese yakitori izakaya located to the west of the Strip. They proudly use high-quality binchōtan charcoal, which is a special type of charcoal which retains heat longer than typical charcoal. They also make their own tare sauce, which they dip their chicken and pork skewers in. I highly recommend getting a few chicken thigh and/or pork belly skewers with their house tare sauce. There is also a no sauce, salt only option, but the tare option is where it's at. The skewers come out wonderfully smoky and flavorful. We also really enjoyed the enoki mushroom bacon skewer. The textural differences between the sweet, crispy bacon and the spongy, earthy mushrooms were delightful. From the skewer menu, we also liked the shiitake butter mushrooms and duck with salt. Being an izakaya, Hachi also serves a wide variety of other dishes, from tonkatsu to sashimi to ramen. The yakitori is definitely the focus, but the other dishes are likely a safe bet. Also, this place is open quite late (until 2 AM!), which is great for all the Vegas night owls. We definitely enjoyed our experience at Hachi and will make it a point to visit the next time we're in town!

Yelp
My mom and I decided to stop by Hachi last night for a late night dinner. The place we wanted to try was closed and we found this. We were so glad that happened because this meal was delicious. Service/Ambiance: Service was extremely friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. Our server gave us plenty of recommendations and was always checking in on us. The place had great energy and lighting, it perfectly embodied the night life scene of Las Vegas. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chefs do their thing. Food Consensus: We had a great meal with a bunch of dishes. The 5-piece toro was amazing, it melted in our mouths. My mom loved the yellowtail collar--it was so delicious. The fish quality was top-notch and the sauces were spot-on. The sashimi carpaccio was a hit with its yummy yuzu flavor. The agedashi tofu was light and just how I like it. It paired well with the skewers. I wasn't a big fan of the garlic edamame though; it was a bit sour. Miso soup was decent, no complaints there. The wagyu beef was cooked perfectly, worth the splurge. I loved the bacon-wrapped enoki skewers, and the scallop was buttery and delicious. Overall, I would recommend checking Hachi out. My mom and I loved the ambiance and the food.
google avatar

Joyce K.

Yelp
Their yakitori is so delicious!! We made a reservation knowing that there will be a long wait. We got several food orders which were porkbelly, chicken skin, scallop, beef tongue, salmon, takoyaki, rice bowl, garlic edamame, uni halibut, honey bread and squid. Everything was on point. Sashimi was fresh. Service was great but took a little time to get us water and order. They include tip in their check just to let you know. Place is very Japanese style and cute. Highly recommend if you love to enjoy Japanese food with some sake or beer
google avatar

Ian M.

Yelp
This is by far the best Japanese food in all of Las Vegas. Player 2 is Japanese and picky about his food. We've been here probably 10-15 times since moving here and always take visitors. The food is without a doubt the best in the valley. Fresh seafood, especially if you like blue fin otorro or chitorro . The skewers are AMAZING, like you're still full but want to order more. I recently saw this place on TikTok, was hoping it wouldn't become "viral" and be ruined. It's small restraint vibes with the same servers and sushi chefs. If you're in town I'd make this a stop.
google avatar

Danny L.

Yelp
The kushiyaki was good though I felt the selection was a bit lacking. Maybe its because I'm from the LA/OC area where there are a plethora of izakaya options serving various types of kushiyaki. The beef tongue was excellent but was a little disappointed with the yakitori. Without the salt or sauce, the flavor of the chicken was just not there. Everything else was decent. The highlight for me was how quickly they were able to bring the kushiyaki to our table. I'm used to a bit of a wait when placing large orders but every time we ordered more, it was promptly delivered. Overall, lively atmosphere and really busy even for a weeknight. Ample parking in the plaza.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
Late night spot worth the wait. Sometimes they have fun specials and a great menu that hits everyone in our group.
google avatar

Lotus S.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVED everything. Reservations at 8 but came early around 7:30 and was promptly seated. Parking is a bit packed with many restaurants in the plaza. Pretty packed but service was still great and fast for how busy it was. I only took pics of a few items as we were too excited to eat after eating the first couple of dishes and forgot to take pics. We ordered a bunch of items and all were delicious!!!!! Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back er everytime I visit vegas! Very izakaya like place. Love!!!!
google avatar

Lisa N.

Yelp
This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! I made a reservation bc I didn't want to wait. The tables are spacious and sushi bar seating is first come first serve. They have an extensive menu consisting of authentic Izakaya menu. These are the items I loved: Hiyashi nasu Tare chicken thigh Salt pork belly Beef carpaccio Saba shioyaki I will for sure come back here!! 日本の味、ごちそうさまでした。焼き鳥が特においしかったです!懐かしい味、久しぶりに食べられて嬉しかったです。また来ます!

Yelp
Hachi is easily one of the best izakayas in town. The variety of skewers and small plates is impressive--there's something for everyone, whether you're into perfectly grilled meats, seafood, or veggies. Each skewer is cooked just right, with bold flavors that pair perfectly with their drinks. The small dishes are just as good, making it a great spot to share and try a bit of everything. Perfect for a casual night out with friends or just to satisfy a craving for quality Japanese bites.
google avatar

Michelle Y.

Yelp
AMAZING. EVERYTHING SOLID 4.5-5 STARS. Not only is the food delicious, the prices are also within reason. The salmon belly was so good that I can't eat it anywhere else ever again. The texture, flavor, ughhh. I SHOULD'VE ATE IT LAST SO I COULD SAVOR IT. Rice bowls were so good. I'm partial towards an oyakodon because i love eggs and dashi. And I'm also a huge fan of chicken. Beef taiyaki was also super tender and flavorful. Chashu was PHENOMENOL. Tender, flavorful, and just perfect. I have had some bad and some ordinary, but this was a "if I want chasu, I'll come here" type of chashu. The squid was acceptable but the other dishes were overwelmingly delicious. It was so busy on a Tuesday night in Chinatown. Luckily we had a reservation for my friends birthday. It's a darker, intimate environment but also very lively

Hachi remains one of the busiest izakayas in town. We were lucky to squeeze in, without reservations, on Friday and Saturday nights. This usually happens because we are a party of two and arrive before the big dinner rush. Of course, there are are times that the wait was a bit too long. We continue to get their Crispy Chips, although I do feel it lacks a bit of salt sometimes. The Yamaimo Chips disappeared for a bit but they are back, in a limited amount. So we do try to get those as well. We get a little of everything when we go. The Husband will usually get the Tsukune with a poached egg and Chicken Thigh skewers, and I'll get a Negitoro Roll. Unfortunately, they no longer offer the special bean sauce or green tea salt that are usually sitting on the tables. That was one of our highlights of this place. Their service is impeccable. The last few times we sat at the counter and the employees are so efficient with getting our stream of orders and just constantly checking in on us. They really work as a team and are so pleasant with how they treat you. The restaurant continues to have a large Japanese-speaking clientele, which is always a good sign. Parking is always a pain in this little corner. Sometimes I can get a seat at the restaurant, but we end up parking across the street.

Yelp
I come here everytime I'm in Vegas. Decently priced and with a bunch of variety of foods.

Yelp
I recently realized that I haven't written a review for Hachi, despite having frequented this charming izakaya for nearly 10 years. Hachi stands out as my favorite spot in town -- sashimi and skewers are delicious and i love their authentic izakaya atmosphere. Given its popularity, the restaurant can become quite busy during peak hours (5:30 pm to 7 pm). Therefore, I highly recommend making a reservation if you wish to secure a table. While the service quality can vary slightly depending on the staff, it is generally satisfactory. My regular orders are: Yakitori, pork belly skewers, sashimi, takoyaki, cucumber salad with mountain yam, creamy croquette (if they have), ikayaki (grilled squid), and pork katsu. All delicious, consistent for a decade. They also offer a private or large table at the back for bigger groups. The ambiance is cozy and lively in my opinion, occasionally on the louder side, but always complemented by delicious food and an authentic izakaya atmosphere!

Yelp
This place used to own by older Japanese person, back then it was more sushi restaurant than izakaya. few years back Korean guy took over and became totally izakaya vibes and a lot busier than before. There yakitori items are decent. Drink options are better than before. And since it's a lot busier than previous owner, food turn faster which means fresher ingredients!

Yelp
We walked in on a week night. The place was busy but was able to accommodate our party of 5 without a reservation. The location is in a strip mall. Parking could get crowded. The food and service was wonderful. I highly recommend saving some room for their honey cake dessert.

Yelp
This place and the food that they serve are very authentic. They serve more than just yakitori. They also have pork belly, mushroom, and beef. Everything about this place including the ambiance is very similar to the ones that you can find in Tokyo or Osaka. Thank for staying true to the culture

Yelp
Came back for seconds, again everything was so delicious and super fresh. I tried the blue fin tuna and their take on fried chicken this time and many more dishes. The staff was super attentive and provided awesome service. This time we went in right at 5:30 when they opened the doors. We we able to get a table this time. The blue fin tuna was amazing and really fresh. If you come in it's a must get. The paradise roll is also really good. Over all a really great restaurant that you must try.

Yelp
My foodie friend said this was his "favorite restaurant in the world"! This is a cute Japanese restaurant off the strip in a very unassuming plaza. It had a home-y hole in the wall feel where you can watch the chefs grill your skewers while you sip on a mango drink and hangout with your friends over some great food! The food we got were all pretty good, notable ones include Wagyu skewer, hamachi carpaccio, shrimp with fried head, etc. The only one i'd avoid is the chicken skin skewer, it's not crispy enough and kinda soggy. There were also pictures of famous japanese celebrities on the walls from when they visited Hachi! Pretty cute touch! Would definitely come back, though I don't know if I would say this is the best restaurant in the world.

Yelp
Back to Hachi after 5 years. So much has happened since then. Not all good I'm afraid. But this place has not changed. The waiters, the cooks, the food, wow! No complaints! Oh yeah, one complaint! It's late June and hot as hell in Las Vegas. Hachi is in an older building and the A/C is not really getting the job done unfortunately. I think we were sitting at 76 to close to 80 degrees the whole time. We will come back again for the fresh sushi and expertly grilled meats. A great value too in a town where that's getting harder and harder to find.

Yelp
Found this as a recommendation from many friends prior to visiting. The ambiance is upbeat and lively. The restaurant is very cozy but has an open feature to watch the sushi chef and the yakitori grill. The service was fairly good for a busy Friday night. The owner was walking around and making sure everyone was taken care of. Very much appreciate speaking with her and making sure we had an amazing experience. Here is what we ordered: 1. Seared Chasu Pork (app) no rice: the pork was tender and melt in your mouth. The green onions helped to cut the fat and the taste was chef's kiss. 2. Crispy Chips: they put a light seasoning and it is delicious. The chicken chips are crispy and a savory bite 3. Seared Garlic Toro Carpaccio: this was on the specials! This was fresh and light. The garlic chips were a nice bite but the fresh fish was a bright light in this yummy dish. 4. Beef Tataki: The beef was also delicious. The sauce is a perfect balance of soy sauce and citrus. It does have an overload of onions, could use a bit less 5. Avocado Hand Roll with Soy Paper: for those who dislike seaweed, this non-nori wrap is perfect for those picky eaters. Holds the filling great and still has a delish taste. Yakitori Menu: 1. Pork Belly (sauce): i think the sauce grilled was super tender. I did get a particularly fatty piece, but even with the chew- the flavor was still top notch 2. Duck with Salt: I loved the chew and saltiness. This was a perfect balance and the best bite of the night 3. Seawater Eel: this melted in my mouth like butter. It was an amazing flavor and the extra sauce was perfection 4. Sweet Corn: I loved this as an option and had such a fresh bite. Absolutely loved this option Overall this place is a great small bites/tapas type. It is a bit more on the pricey side, but overall I would be back in a heartbeat. Definitely make a reservation if possible, but the walk in was not too bad!

Yelp
This was one of my favorite spots I've ever been to. The service was so fast and the food was reasonably priced. It was so delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. The raw fish tasted fresh and the quality was like being in Japan. Would definitely come back again- every time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
This review is waaaaay overdue! The very first time we dined here, we did not have a reservation buy we were seated right away at the bar. I enjoyed sitting here as I saw the sushi chef make the sushis and also the person grilling the skewers with their binchotan charcoal. Love all the skewers that we've ordered here but the standouts are the scallop, pork with green onions and chicken skin. We also enjoy their ika yaki here. Their negi toro and salmon carpaccio here are divine. If you love honey toast, don't skip it here but be prepared, it is HUGE! And it takes a while to make so order at least 20mins ahead. The place is clean, staff has always been nice and we see a lot of Japanese people dine here so you know they're legit!

Yelp
This place is so good I want to gatekeep it. We ate here twice in one weekend because it was just that good. The yakatori and selection of skewers is spectacular, the drink selection is fabulous, and the Blue Fin tuna literally melted in my mouth. Best I have had in North America. The ankimo on special was amazing, the uni was some of the best I've had, the takoyaki was incredible. Honestly you can't go wrong ordering here. Service is also warm and friendly, ambience is so cozy, and I can't wait to return.

Yelp
Nice welcoming host, seated promptly without reservation. She is the reasons why the two star, because after that was a star experience. Server was ok a classic no character service just let me input your order in. Food unfortunately of multiple dishes tried no one to write about. Yakitori dry, burn and chewy Pork chashu way too dry and rubbery. Sukiyaki hot pot tasteless. Tuna passion and sashimi platter the end of a mediocre Monday night dinner.
