Hacienda La Esperanza

Place is fun. The shrimp had no taste nor the rice ,french fries were ok. Now what I mostly liked about this place is the karaoke the people are so much fun and actually sing great! I came in on a Sunday night.The waitress staff are awesome and super friendly. The margaritas are delicious ! Huge safe parking lot.

Small restaurant, food is decent. The place and menu deserve updates but for the area, it's comparable to other eateries in the neighborhood. I stopped visiting at due to the loudness of the show, and as others mentioned, I could not eat here with my children, sadly. However, during the day when the place is near empty, it is worth a visit for some simple eating. The corn tortillas are fresh.

Wow! What a pleasant find. This Mexican restaurant has seen better days but the food is homemade and excellent. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I'll be looking forward to having a meal there again.

Love this place. People are very welcoming and they gave good Drag Shows Fridays,Saturdays and Mondays.

Our waitress only checked up on us once, food was good, atmosphere wasn’t so great. A bit lonely and quiet, needs some updating too.

So I happened to go with a friend that invited me to this restaurant. I honestly can say I don't regret it the food was very tasty and I definitely will stop by here again.

Late night after concert stop for autentíco Tex-Mex. Loud but entertaining drag show?

I have been going to Hacienda La Esperanza for years. This hidden gem has plenty of parking, delicious food, and the best entertainment. I've eaten most everything on the menu and always enjoyed it all. The entertainment of Gera Hurtado Productions is top of the line! Some amazing impersonations! I was in shock and awe when I saw Luis Miguel! Then I couldn't stop taking pictures when I saw Mariah Carey! What a night! I loved it. Definitely check this place out!

First time coming here, plenty of parking in the well lit lot. The food here looked fabulous. I had just ate before coming here but next time I'll order food. We came to support the entertainers that came in from Dallas. It was so much fun and entertaining but I believe it is more for adults and not for children. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. There were many couples and some families even though I personally wouldn't bring my kids for an event like this. The drinks here were good and strong. The ambiance is really nice for adults. Some waiters could have better attitudes since it seemed they were bothered when called upon to order but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. I would come back if only to eat. I did try the guacamole , chips and salsas, they were all good.

incredible time we had last night! It was an absolute blast! The food was beyond amazing, and I couldn't stop laughing at the drag show. The performers were hilarious! Also, I wanted to mention that the restrooms were super clean, which is always a bonus. Plus, there was plenty of parking available, which made the evening even more convenient. Oh, and let's not forget about the staff! They were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and accommodating throughout the entire night.

La señora es muy grocera en su forma de hablar. Hay niños! La musica esta muy fuerte.

This is a good place to eat breakfast and the price is awesome the staff is friendly everything here is super clean I always come and eat the huevos rancheros homemade tortillas

The food was alright but the place was hot, no ac and the ceiling fan above us did not work, it is pretty dimly light and the music was way too loud especially for a Sunday afternoon, 2pm to be exact, I couldn't even have a decent conversation with my table without having to lean in and yell over the super loud music. It's not a terrible place but I would think twice before visiting again.

The margaritas have no taste very loud dark couldn't even finish looking at the menu before the lights were cut off had to use my phone flashlight never again for my first time

Good food!....try the Gorditas de Chicharron or the enchiladas verdes de Pollo! This place has a lively atmosphere and good attentive service. If you don't mind loud Spanish karaoke this place is a nice neighborhood spot for good fresh Mexican food!

The tacos de barbacoa were amazing! I know there are some negative reviews but I had the opositor experience!

Doesn't look it's best outside but the people are very friendly and fast. This is my moms favorite place to come eat. Great Mexican music and food will be coming back many more times.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I went with my family yesterday (6/16/19) and what a disappointment. I made reservations for which when I got there it wasn't ready. Then, while taking our drink orders the waitress rolled her eyes because we didn't speak Spanish and she was rude and unprofessional and left before finishing our drink orders. Now we got there at around 1:15-1:30 and waited 30 minutes for our drinks to be serviced. Most everyone got ice tea which was not even fresh, when it was time for us to order our waitress brought someone to help her out with our orders. She was still very rude. We ordered and then proceeded to wait about a hour to a hour and a half for our food and that was before I questioned when our food would be there. Then when the food came out only four people got there food. We had 10 people in our party. Now while I understand that we had a big party and it would take a bit to get everyone their food, but to wait that long and not everyone getting their food. That's ridiculous! Now let me reiterate how TERRIBLE the service was here, our waitress never came to check on us and at one point or another a few people ended up going and getting there own drinks because our waitress was nowhere to be seen or was just flat out ignoring us. If you're looking for a family restaurant don't go here. The staff was rude and unprofessional and the atmosphere was subpar.

Mmy food was terrible. Stale tasting. Hard to mess up a quesadilla but it was horrible. My friend ordered flouta. Left 100% of it on his plate. Like some old leftovers from someone else plate. Wont be back

This restaurant was simply awful on every level. The staff was rude and I could not tell you if the food was good or not, because after arriving at 1:20 pm on Fathers Day with my wife, grown children and grand children, it didn't arrive until after 3 pm, and it was only half the order at best. The staff either could not speak English or acted like they simply didn't understand the language. My son in law had to get his own drink refills, as did my daughter, because the wait staff simply ever came. When my daughter tried to speak with management about the level of rudeness and professionalism, she and everyone else got the eye roll, with no apology. "So you didn't get your food. So what?" This level of arrogance, and unprofessionalism was not only sad and disappointing, it also set a poor example for the children at that table who left after nearly two hours without ever being served. Perhaps the beautiful mixture of black, brown and white faces at our table was offensive to the staff. I was offended by the behavior and will never patronize this establishment again.
