Hacker Festzelt

Für mich als Münchnerin nur noch Fremdschämend das Zelt. Musik Katastrophe hat nichts mit der Musik fürs das Oktoberfest zu tuen. Türsteher aggressiv man wird geschuppst und angeschriehen nur weil man frägt gibt es hier einen Raucher Bereich. Seine Antwort mit einer aggressiven Stimme verpiss dich packte meinen Arme und schuppst mich. Ist geil wen man hohe Schuhe trägt. Wir waren jedes Jahr hatten Tische reserviert aber nun war es das letzte mal den ich lass mich nicht so behandeln von so einen Menschen!!!! Sorry aber wir hatten 4 Tische (was euer Umsatz ist) aber so ne Katastrophe hatte ich noch nie!! Musik Flop Türsteher + Security Flop

Hacker Festzelt is where my friends and I spent our first day at Oktoberfest 2019. Known to be one of the most popular tents at the festival, this place fills up quick. If you don't have reservations, come early! My friends and I lined up at 7am to be one of the first into the festival grounds at 9am, and we were able to score an all-day unreserved table right in front of the stage in the middle of all the action. Waking up early and waiting in line proved well worth it. After spending 5 nights in Munich and 3 days at Oktoberfest, I'll say that Hacker Oktoberfest beer is probably my favorite beer that I tried in Germany. That seemed to be a consensus among my friends, as well, and even the locals we met agreed. Aside from the beer, the decor and atmosphere of this tent is also top notch and very picturesque. The music is great and the food isn't lacking, either. I highly recommend the chicken! If planning an Oktoberfest trip, definitely make this tent a priority. It will not disappoint.

This is one of the most popular Wisn tents and is decorated as the "heavens of Bavaria" which is designed to show the sky above. The Hacker Festzelt was rebuilt in 2016. The renovation included a new 2,000 square meter painting by Rudi Reinstadler, which shows many well-known Munich city life scenes. The center of the tent has a revolving music podium. This tent is also noted for their "grand finale" on the last Wiesn Sunday when the interior is illuminated by thousands of sparklers. HANDS DOWN THE BEST TENT AT OKTOBERFEST!! Best beer. Best pretzels. Best vibes. One of the best decor and ceilings. This place was rowdy and fun. We lined up at 8am to get in at 9am and get a table. Fun servers kept the beer flowing and the roast chickens and pretzels to soak it all up.

Among all Oktoberfest tents this is among the best. More local Germans then tourists, and a lot of fun. A must see if you visit the Wiesn.

Last year we booked our own table for the first time and we were very happy to have it in the always lively Hacker-Festzelt. One of my favorite Munich beers, fine food, and atmosphere second to none. Yes, we have a table this year, too, with a mostly Swedish crowd coming to join us again.

So much fun went on a Saturday early morning rush managed to find a seat. The food was tasty order the chicken !
