I've been going here for a few days straight this week because who doesn't have a craving for a good sundae? Three scoop sundae for $10-$11, I think, is pretty standard nowadays. Surprisingly, this place was pretty busy both days I went. It's been super cold lately, too. The kiosk or place is generally clean. Both times, I wanted to try the waffle bowls, but I couldn't help but question if it's fresh? I was surprised they still had seasonal holiday flavors like peppermint. The menu is pretty standard, and you can make a dazzler with any flavor ice cream you like. I only wished the people who worked there spoke English. I told the lady the first day I wanted a build your own dazzler/sundae, and we weren't understanding each other. To the point, I just told her the flavor brownie a la mode and had her choose the toppings. The sundae itself melts fast because of the hot fudge, but I just love the yummy gooeiness of it all. Something about it is so comforting. Even as it melted, I drank every last drop like chocolate milk or a melted milkshake...good to the last drop.

The employees don't know how to make a milkshake so (see below), I looked up the definition of a milkshake. The most watered down milkshake is what I received twice. Was not thick at all. It was like drinking chocolate milk. I want a refund! A perfect milkshake is thick enough for a spoon to stand in but still drinkable. Any mix-ins should still be in little pieces, and there should be a really pure ice cream flavor that's not diluted with milk.

Rate 0 if I could, Shame on the people who work there, the stupid staff I have ever seen. There’s no one waiting in the line, only 1 customer is ordering ice cream, so we stand behind him. When is our turn, the staff said we should wait in the line, so what’s the reason we have to stand in the line while no body is there???

The chocolate combos on my scoops were hella good 😋 if I were high as a kite and got the munchies, I would be eating 10 cups and 30 scoops of of ice cream from Hagen-Daz!

I love it the customer service was excellent by the guy with the red hat he gives a lot of samples😊 his also patient and he has good recommendations 🤎

I love coming here to eat ice cream. It's always very clean, and the service is good and fast. I can try all the flavors I want. The quality and taste of the ice cream are worth the price. It's very easy to get to, and the people who work there are always friendly.

One of Häagen-Dazs's newest locations that is an absolute disaster. Slow service, confused staff, this place sucks. If you look at the Yelp screen it says you can register for a free cup but that website is always down and if you email customer service they don't respond. Back to the staff who work here. I ordered a scoop of coffee ice cream with whipped cream and peanuts and they had no idea what I was talking about. First they said they didn't have coffee, so I had to point to the coffee, then they said they didn't have whipped cream or nuts. Really?!?! Because the milkshake you made for the woman in front of me has it. It was frustrating having to tell them the basics of how to do their job and their scoop was hella small. Don't come here....overpriced amd not worth it.

Great spot to grab one of my favorite brand of ice cream. This made my day. Great customer experience which got me to taste a few flavors before settling with sea salt truffle. I am excited to try their other sweet treats.

We came back to this Haagen Dazs shop and we were greeted with a smile this time around by their employees. Ciclaly took care of our orders and apologized profusely for our experience the last time we were here. Needless to say, they made everything right! I've had to experience the workers here to be very rude and disrespectful. Two on the clock were on the side laughing at a mom with a baby. The mom with the baby was trying to sit down and save a table for her family. A friend of the workers took the chair the mother was going to use and proceed to laugh at the mom. All three girls were laughing on the side at the mom. The mom was very hurt and shocked that this happened to her. I came up to them telling the girls that's so rude to do that especially to a mom with a baby in her hands. All three girls just continued to laugh and stare. Their one friend tried to hide her face. All three girls continued to make fun of their customers. This occurred around 2pm on December 19. Unless something is done, I will continue to tell multiple community organizations and my local friends and family to not attend this place. I've seen one of the workers lick a spoon, use it to grab ice cream, and then use the same ice cream. Makes me wonder what kind of establishment this is. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. In the photo, the three girls were on the side. Their one friend is sitting down on a chair by the pillar. The mom and the baby are sitting right behind Haagen-Dazs.

My experience at this location is not too bad. The customer service is ok. The ice cream is high quality and so good. Reasonable price as well.

Slow service and staff was kinda rude. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and i asked the lady to not put in any sorbet or cranberry juice blend. At first she looked confused until I pointed out the list of ingredients shown in their smoothies. She said she can't do that, she'd have to add those In. So sure enough, the $7 smoothie tasted like crap, it was so sour I ended up throwing it away. I also ordered a small sized ice cream and when I paid for my stuff, the cashier kept asking me what I ordered. I held up my order and showed her the small cup size. She looked confused and had to double check with another staff member if I really did order a small. Not sure what is going on here but the staff needs more training or something

Worst customer service ever even still during grand opening period, they don't want to help you

I came around 5pm 9/20/2022 and was waiting in line patiently for the other customer finish checking out before me. One of the employees was helping the other customer to check out, and other employee went to help other people skipping my turn when I clearly and politely asked for her help. I reflected opinions with both employees but they just kept on ignoring me. I ended up not ordering because of the bad customer service here. The manager should follow up on this to improve their customer service.
