Hagen is doing an incredible job. They offer high-quality service and coffee. Moreover, they treat their delivery couriers exceptionally well. I am a delivery courier myself, sometimes delivering orders from Hagen to customers, and I can attest to their respect and appreciation for couriers. Additionally, as a customer of theirs, I have always had a positive experience. Compared to other restaurants, they truly value their couriers and treat them accordingly. I commend them and wish them success and good luck in their business endeavors.

Favourite coffee shop ♥️♥️ never disappoints! Super friendly staff and a nice vibe in general. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the Rye Bread Sandwiches, those are gross but the ginger shots and cinnamon rolls are amazing!!

South Kensington has a lot cafe/restaurant chains, so Hagen is a neighborhood gem. The espresso is quality, tasty, and consistently well made. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. We go to this location a couple times a week.

The espresso is expertly extracted and perfectly balanced with the steamed milk, resulting in a smooth and flavorful sip every time. And the temperature is always just right – you can tell that the baristas take pride in their work and strive for perfection with each cup they serve! Overall, Hagen is a true gem in the London coffee scene. If you're looking for a unique and exceptional coffee experience, you won't be disappointed with a visit to Hagen's South Kensington location.
