"Hai Di Lao feels like a restaurant from the future. There are iPad menus, wireless chargers built into every table, and a manicure station, just because. Bring friends and make sure to try the house specialties you won’t find elsewhere, like homemade fishballs stuffed with roe, and shrimp noodles (yes, noodles made of shrimp). Hai Di Lao is in Clarke Quay (there are other locations around the city, too) - the heart of the city’s nightlife, where there are more bars than bathrooms - and it’s open until 6am. So, while we’d send you to this hotpot spot any time of day for high-quality food and an entertaining meal, it’s especially great after a night at Zouk or any of the other clubs in the area." - Anthony Eu

Really enjoyed our meal at Haidilao. Great service, fresh ingredients, and tasty chicken/pork/fish bone broths. The mala broth was flavorful with just the right kick. Busy and lively atmosphere added to the experience. Definitely coming back!

Me and my friend had such a wonderful dining experience here. The staff were welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. The ambiance was relaxing—great for a date night or dinner with friends. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had lately!

We are impressed by the service provided by our server 李章春. We felt incredibly welcomed. 李章春 was knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and also attentive. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and our plates cleared efficiently. 李章春 Handled the customers with ease and a positive attitude. The entire team worked seamlessly, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. This level of service significantly enhanced our dining experience and we left feeling very satisfied.

Niko姐 has taken such good care of us every visit, and the staff are efficient in ensuring that the environment is neat and tidy throughout our me. We love eating here, having enjoyed the many different special stations and activities here :) progress is more important than perfection, and when there were unpleasant experiences here when they first opened, they were open to feedback and have always improved, assuring us that it's a safe space to continue returning to. Thanks Niko and Yumi (nail artist from 2024), you've made our day many times!

What a great food experience! The atmosphere is pretty generic with a shopping mall vibe but dont let that deter you. The food is great. Service was very friendly and theh serve the noodles as a performance dancing the long band around your head and table. It was hilarious. I thought it was reasonably priced given how much we ordered. I'd love to come back and just get everything spicy. Beef and shrimp was the best. Fish was nice and pig intestines were nice too. Will be back!

I was really amazed by the service at Haidilao here.. they were very friendly and kind. I don't know the name of the person who served my table but he was very kind and patient in serving my fussy children. Then when I finished eating, there was a kind female waiter who gave me a 20 percent voucher for my next visit.. The woman was very smiling and kind.. Then I was very surprised when I left Haidilao I was chased by one of the workers wearing a suit who gave me a duck gun as a gift. I am really very grateful to the three Haidilao workers and sorry I don't know your names
