If you're looking for a truly great place in every aspect to continue eating Hot Popt, or even to try it for the first time, this is definitely the right place.
I must say I was very impressed with the service and especially the accessibility of the establishment.
NOTE: For your greater comfort, make a reservation before going. Depending on the time, the place may be crowded, as the flow of customers is really high.
The restaurant is located opposite the Eaton Centre, near the TMU metro line and several streetcars and buses.
They do not have on-site parking, but there are many private parking lots in the area.
Let's start by talking about the service: the restaurant's service is excellent in every aspect, the staff are extremely polite and courteous, and they explain all aspects of the place, especially if it's your first time.
Accessibility: The place has a door with push-button opening and closing, an access ramp at the entrance, space for wheelchairs and walkers in the waiting area, elevators to all floors, tables adapted for wheelchairs and walkers, smooth flooring without damage that impedes passage, adapted restrooms with grab bars and spring-loaded doors, and the staff are trained to assist visually impaired customers with their orders.
Menu: The menu is quite extensive, with many options for ingredients to add to soups, as well as many base options. The drinks menu has a good variety of popsicles, juices, teas, alcoholic beverages and others, and on all my visits, we received complimentary ice cream after our meals.
Note: They do not have a patio, and the place is not pet-friendly.
It's truly amazing and well worth a visit.
