Seven Great Kosher Restaurants in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Haifa Restaurant was the first glatt kosher establishment in Las Vegas, and still serves traditional Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine. Fans like the Moroccan meatballs and the 14-ounce rib steak filet, along with sides of couscous and Israeli salad." - Agnes Poliquin

When you shlep out to a kosher restaurant in the middle of nowhere, you never know white what to expect. Unfortunately Haifa restaurant basically underachieved on almost every level. There were only 2 guests in the restaurant and not an employee in sight. Took 5 minutes for someone to come out the kitchen and say hello. Decor gets a 1 out of 10 and there was NO atmosphere. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the steak was pretty good. Do not make the mistake of bringing work colleagues or clients here. Overall disappointing.

Just had a delicious quiet dinner. Hot fresh pitas and chumus when u sit down. The waitress was extremely polite, price is very fair, and the food was delicious. My new place to eat when I come to Vegas!

Great place and decent prices. Nice personal service. I was there for a business meeting dinner, the place was not noisy and totally friendly. I changed tables and requests and they were totally cool about it. The food is Kosher and meant for Jews. The food is amazing. I had a salmon dish and some people had steak etc and soup basically the normal. The meal including tips was about$40 per person. For Vegas that's like free. If you are in Vegas you have to stop there.

Over priced and not Fresh, went there at lunch time and no one there except us. For the price they put on the menu, they better upgrade their food quality 10 times. If you seeking an actual fresh Mediterranean food, this is not where you want to go. Location as well is not the greatest. Sometimes business owners need to evaluate their strategies. Thank you

Permanently closed since 2015 on Twain Ave. Food was horrible and nothing fresh. Was a disgrace to the Jewish population with few Kosher restaurants. Prices were $11-$25, not affordable eats. Update: July 2019 Owner writes me the restaurant moved to 900 E. Karen #H102 89109 As a top Google reviewer and influence in food reviewers from my followers I may be persuaded to revisit. I would expect reasonable sandwich prices, plated traditional Israeli food, cultural dishes and astounding Customer Service.

I'm not big on writing reviews... But this place really upset me. Not only did I wait nearly 45 minutes for 3 falafel sandwiches for takeout. It ended up being about 50 bucks for basically some fried garbanzo beans and some lettuce. The menu price clearly said $12 for the falafel wrap. When I questioned the very rude waitress she said "the price goes up at night" but of course she failed to mention that before she swiped my card. I'd finally had enough of the waiting and the bad service so I left. When I sat down to finally eat my overpriced meal is was dry and small! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time and money.

Newly remodeled since the Jewish High Holidays 2016! I was so shocked at the difference! Best glatt kosher in town when considering menu, portion size, price, proximity to Center & Northern Strip area, and now, the really respectable interior. Parking is almost unlimited, better than any other kosher Las Vegas restaurant. Turn into Commercial Center Dr. off of Karen Ave & it's at the end of the building on the left.

Haifa has delicious food. We uber’d it from the strip. The neighborhood is sketchy but the host, Zion, welcomed us warmly. They have reasonable prices considering Vegas can be pricey and kosher food can be pricey. We ate lunch at noon and the place was empty so we had great service.
