Haiku Sushi

The staff at Haiku are so welcoming and warm! The food was fresh and clearly had a homemade care to it. The restaurant itself is clean and the decor calls to a classic vibe of a delicious hometown sushi place. Definitely enjoyed my first time here, I'll be back!

The waiter was so rude, then she said I’m the owner. Like I don’t care who is the owner. I come here to eat and pay for it. If you don’t have an attitude to service should serve even if is your place. We wait around 40 minutes for our food. The ramen was awful. I won’t go back

We came in on a Sunday for lunch here. The owner/staff were kind and offered fun new suggestions we enjoyed. We have come many times before both for dine-in/take-out and can always expect a satisfying experience.

Super delicious Sushi rolls and Mongolian beef and hibachi rice. Everything we ate was amazing and the owner was so sweet.

I was craving sushi & this place caught my eye. Loved how the exterior of this restaurant was like a secret garden. Love nature vibes. Small aquarium inside. 🦋 good atmosphere, enough space between tables. 🦋 hot tea was good 🦋 whoa! Roll was good! 🦋 autumn roll was good! 🦋 the Godzilla was amazing!!! Met the owner , she was attentive & thorough. Overall highly recommend, definitely will come back when in the area. 🦋 there’s a cash vs credit card difference

It was an OK experience. Everything was just fine. It was surprising when the waitress/owner took our order, she sat down next to me. Some ppl may feel that it is friendly, but as a former waitstaff, I don't think it was professional. The sushi chef did remind me that Cali roll contains shellfish, which I believe it does not because it's basically imitated crab meat, unless it's been "renovated". I appreciate the gesture, and he was kind enough to put the roll on a seperate plate as requested.

First time visiting here and my experience was more than pleasant. The waitress Maryanne went above and beyond on her service. Her pleasant personality, authentic smile, and genuine desire to serve was evident. The meal was delicious. I eat it all I'm surprised my stomach didn't explode. Unfortunately, I was able to have desert. Although, I'm lactose intolerant, I will be returning to try the fried cheesecake. Well I visited again to try the fried cheesecake. I gotta say the presentation was very appealing and so was the taste.

Hands down best bento boxes and Chinese food on the east end. I live in east hampton and I hate to mention names of restaurants out there but nothing compares to this place.. my wife and i have literally tried everywhere out in the hamptons...but haiku, I ordered general tsos chicken the first time and was impressed by how much fresh vegetables they put in the dish...chicken is fresh. Sauces on point, and prices are amazing..this place is a must try for everyone.
