I'm very happy to eat Baining from Taiwan to Tokyo. The chef is very handsome and cute, and the staff is also very attentive and considerate. If you have the opportunity, you must visit again. It's the first time that the chef greets us at the door after eating so many creative dishes. We feel very good and valued. Thank you, Baining, let us have a good night ❤️❤️

This restaurant only opened in late 2023, but it was one of the best meals we had in Japan. The flavors of each dish are delicate and elegant. Really looking forward to coming back and seeing how the kitchen team evolves.

From location (really cool table, 8 seats only, direct view to the kitchen) to people and most important the food (French-Japanese fusion on an extremely high level). Absolutely amazing meal. I didn't know I had to leave Arizona and go to Tokyo for the best taco but the eel dish was out of this world. Still not my favorite though- the sweetfish course blew my mind. Dessert courses were also phenomenal. The adorable chef was friendly and you could tell he and his staff were passionate about what they were creating. Will definitely come back for the new menu in a few months.
