Visited Hale on Wheels for a delightful food truck experience and was blown away by their Chicken Parmesan Dippers! Each bite was a crispy delight, with a breading that clung perfectly to the chicken without sliding off, and the marinara sauce was a flavor explosion. The only downside was the slightly steep price tag on the chocolate cake, which, while tasty, left me wishing for a bit more bang for my buck. Nonetheless, the overall culinary adventure was top-notch, earning this food truck a solid four stars in my book!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE eggplant parm sandwich! I had the vegetarian version (offered without pepperoni sauce). AMAZING ricotta spread! Will definitely be back!

We had the loaded Italian fries and they were delicious!!! The chicken parm and Italian sausage had great flavor. Would certainly order again and looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

I ordered the meatball sub and when I got back to my office to eat it I found that all 3 meat balls were undercooked and raw in the center.

Amazing chicken parm sliders and sub!!! Would 1000% recommend! Had these at the Truck Yard in Alliance and would love to have these again!
