We absolutely loved it here! The service and the atmosphere were out of this world. The food was phenomenal. They had creative cocktails, delicious appetizers, and some of the best duck I've ever had. The duck was definitely the star of the show, but we enjoyed everything. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and we highly recommended. We enjoyed it so much we ordered a second helping. I thought the egg roll was a little too shrimpy for me, but others at my table liked it. We were also really impressed by all the desserts

We had an amazing experience here. The ambience is fun and reminiscent of our time in large metropolitan areas. The soup dumplings were great. We also had the cauliflower and Yangzhou fried rice. It was a perfect culinary combination recommended by our server. Just the right amount of spice on the cauliflower if you like a little heat. The Austrian wine was a first for us and we loved it. Recommending this experience to all our friends.

We had a great experience at Hales Blackbrick! The food was spectacular! The pork belly was a standout, we really enjoyed the lamb wontons, the dumpling tower and the potstickers. The pineapple stir fry was delicious and the dessert dim sum was incredible! Cocktails were well-balanced and amazing. The restaurant is an old diner that the chef bought after his mom passed away as his mom used to eat there. The decor is a mix of funky vintage and hip neons and art. Only critique is that perhaps the sweet sauce on the stir fry is a touch too sweet, and the egg roll was okay but not outstanding, but everything was perfect really. The service was attentive and very accommodating, answering all my questions and providing great info. I’m looking forward to the next location!

Wow…so impressed. The food! The service! The vibe! Their highly trained staff took such good care of us - our server Shane was impeccable. The food arrived as it was ready and each dim sum wooden box revealed new delicious treats. Cocktails on point, too.

We just had dinner at HALES Blackbrick and the experience was fantastic. First, the whole staff was very polite and welcoming, even Chef Richard himself went around greeting guests, and our host, Gabi, was great! Second, the ambience was lively, upscale yet pretty casual with a mixed crowd. Last but not least, the food was excellent, flavorful and very well balanced, served in shareable portions, and paired with several cocktail recipes that really made it all worthwhile.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of Tampa's best restaurants, and I can confidently say it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the hostess, Alexis set the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening. A special shoutout to GM Jeremy, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the seamless service and impeccable attention to detail. He made sure every member of my party was treated like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect along with our selections of wine! Our server Bailey, was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The bartender, Gabi offered advice on what cocktails to try and they were phenomenal. Best bartender ever! My daughter's roommates ordered the Summertime Silk and Aperol Sunshine while I tried the Florida Summer Martini. All were fantastic! Bailey's knowledge of the menu and her suggestions were spot on. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Now let's talk about the dishes we tried, family style is the way to go. The flavor and presentation is just impeccable. We got the tiger shrimp, mala chicken, truffle sui mai, fried rice, egg plant, brussel sprouts! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Whether you're a local or just visiting Tampa, this is a place you need to try. The combination of exquisite food, exceptional service, and a welcoming ambiance makes this restaurant a must-visit. Hands down, this is one of the best dining spots in Tampa, and I can't wait to return in February or try the one opening soon in Hyde Park!

Top notch service and food. From start to finish the staff makes you feel at home. The food is fun and flavorful. Each dish was an exciting adventure. I highly recommend this for a date night. We are looking forward to coming again.

There is Not enough stars to rate this place The Tomahawk Steak was Awesome as well as the Brussel sprouts, and fried rice !! Great flavors just wake up your senses!!!!! Very professional and friendly staff! Wonderful atmosphere! Gabi was an awesome Bartender ! LOVE THE SANGRIA !!! The manager Jeremy was professional and informative, he knows how to take care of his guests. We felt like family. You feel the love in this place. Will definitely rate 10 stars if I could they deserve it Thanks for a great experience!
