While traveling from North Carolina, we received a recommendation to try Half & Half and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. The food and service were outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home, like a part of a family. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area! A special shout out to Mr Isaac for his hospitality!!

Absolutely loved this diner! Heard about it from a friend, and wow - it lived up to every word. From the chef to the staff, everyone was incredibly down-to-earth and warm. The food? Incredible. They use a variety of spices that cater to all kinds of taste buds, making every bite exciting. We were welcomed with toast and *watermelon butter* (yes, really!) - it was so good we had to meet the chef. Turns out they experiment with a new butter flavor every week, and this week's was a hit. I also had the *huevos rancheros* - the egg was cooked to perfection, the salsa had the right kick, and the plating was just as impressive as the taste. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

I really did love this place. They claim to have the best hash in New England and that claim is solid. It is up there but I had one even better the following week. That doesn't take away from the quality of their excellent hash though. Also, their coffee is out of this world. Amazing coffee. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a great diner and highly recommended stop in the area!

Coffee was ready upon being seated — major points for that! ☕💯 We ordered the huevos rancheros and eggs Benedict, and both dishes were delicious. The portions were generous and filling, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I especially appreciated the attentive service — they were quick to top off my coffee without even having to ask. It was definitely a popular spot — packed and bustling. The only downside was the noise level; the music was a bit too loud, which led to people raising their voices to talk, so it got pretty noisy overall. Still, great food and service. I’d absolutely go back!

An amazing breakfast spot in Reading! First off the food: We ordered the crunchy French toast and the crispy savory waffle. As well as a side of hash browns. The French toast was perfect, the exterior was crunchy and the inside was soft and pillowy. It wasn’t excessively sweet and the apple honey topping was rich and flavorful. Additionally we ordered the savory waffle. It was quite flavorful and has a wonderful texture. The waffle was well seasoned and just was a joy to eat. The hash browns weren’t too oily and had a nice light feel to them as well. We topped it off with some fresh squeezed orange juice. The service was great c everyone was friendly and I can tell the owners really strive to make it a community atmosphere. It makes me want to come again soon and try the rest of the menu.

Cozy place for breakfast and brunch in Reading. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. They even let us to make our omelette ourselves and helped for flipping it to cook the both sides. We enjoyed our time there, the food was delicious. Recommend it to trying it.

It was wonderful. Strong diner vibes in all the good ways. The food was phenomenal. The corned beef hash was the best I've had outside my own kitchen. The orange juice is fresh squeezed when you order it. I can't say enough good things. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The parking sucks, buuuut the food… THE FOOD THOUGH. Best breakfast spot in massachusetts. No exaggeration. The quality for breakfast food is exquisite. Nothing is heavy and every ingredient is there with purpose. Everything there is made from scratch. The chocolate stuffed french toast was amazing. The crepes were amazing. The avocado toast is amazing. The cornbeef hash is amazing. The hashbrowns are the best hashbrowns ive had too. The people there are incredibly hard working and I rang that bell twice walking out to show my gratitude for the food. I will be back again and try their italian restaurant next door
