What a great stop for a quick bite to eat!! I ordered the blackened shrimp po'boy, and it was extremely good! The fries were fresh and crispy, and perfectly seasoned, which not very many places can get right. Did not enjoy the drink, but that is not on them, it's just not to my taste. Overall, would absolutely come back to try more menu items!

Google
Got the Hot Nashville Hot Sandwhich (Grouper) and also the Hot Tossed Shrimp. So much flavor, spice level was just right and the skinny fries were delicious!

Caleb Watson

Google
Some of the best shrimp I've ever had! This place is extremely highly rated and it is no telling why. The prices are a bit high, but it's fresh, and it's delicious, so I'm not going to complain. Definitely check this spot out if you go to Tampa. There's lots of little shops and other food available too!

Google
Delicious food! Servers gave good recommendations. The blackened shrimp was delicious and the tartar sauce served with the fish n chips was amazing. Great atmosphere at the beer garden at the Sparkman Wharf.

Google
Popped by for a business meeting and ordered the blackened shrimp po boy and fries. Loved the crispy thin fries. Everything was fresh in the sandwich and the remoulade made it even better. I would’ve liked some fresh lemon to squeeze with it. Portion size was very good. It was a meal we could split! Service was friendly. Will be back someday!

Google
This place is in Sparkman Wharf area. I went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and the crowd was just starting to build. This is a trendy entertainment area where the "cool kids" hang out. I had the Nashville Hot Grouper sandwhich with hush puppies. The sandwich had great flavor and not too spicy. Was it worth it to upgrade to the grouper (instead of chicken or cod)? Yes, but because the grouper was very tender and not fishy. Hush puppies were solid. Was it worth the price? Yes, as a splurge but it would break the budget to pay this amount for a sandwich on a regular basis.

Google
We ate here in october 2024, and i had the best shrimp sandwich im my life here! it was so so good. sadly it wasnt a restaurant as expected - it was like a food truck and we had to eat outside, it was pretty cold that day. anyways - highly reccomend!

Staff was rude to my little girl ( girl with glasses and black hair) but the food was amazing

Yelp
So this isn't exactly a restaurant... It's more of a bodega. You just walk up to the counter, order your food, and take your food back to wherever you wanna go. But, a seafood bodega is a great idea. The menu is posted. Place an order. Get hot fresh food. I ordered the fried shrimp basket. The shrimp were great. The cocktail sauce was excellent. Even the fries (which didn't look that good... Too skinny) tasted great. Food was delicious.

Yelp
The food was definitely fresh. The service top-tier great customer service and the ambience was pretty cool outside seating on the wharf.. If you're ever in Tampa on the wharf, a cool, nice place to get a fresh bite to eat

Yelp
Channelside (Sparkman Wharf) is a perfect setting for enjoying some seafood! For over $20 I'm not one to fry my fresh grouper, so I tried it blackened. It was good! Not the best I've ever had, but still really good. The spicy/sweet chicken sandwich was really quite tasty and filling by itself. The BEST thing here though was the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich! Get it if you like a little heat- it wasn't any more spicy than Fire sauce at Tac The hush puppies are pretty good and the fries were obviously frozen, but seasoned well and crispy given their small size. Given the fresh nature of the food, the service was still quick. Overall, a good pick for those enjoying a nice day at the wharf. I would easily return here for the chicken sandwich.

Yelp
Great place to dine and eat. Fresh seafood all the time. I haven't been to the new location, my Dad and I loved the Temple Terrace location.

Yelp
The fish and chips was awesome and served fresh and hot. Great seasoning on both the fish and fries. The sauce was awesome too! The only reason it's not 5 stars in that while the fry portion was huge the amount of fish was quite small for the price.

Yelp
The best fish sandwich I've ever had. The Nashville Hot grouper sandwich. Utterly amazing. The butteriness of the fish and texture of the breading/sauce. An unforgettable bite. Little pickle and coleslaw top it off. Quick order platform from the shipping tanker and sat in the sun to enjoy. Cannot recommend more, I went twice in two days. So good.

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite while I'm at Sparkman Wharf for an Elite Event, because as I've said before, one cannot live on ice cream and chocolate alone (believe me, I've tried). Half Moon was the perfect choice due to convenience and speed. For reason I don't really know, I could only be at SW for an hour and a half, so time was not on my side. Imagine my surprise when my food came out HOT and FRESH within five minutes of having ordered? I wanted something that was no-fuss, so I went with Fish n Chips. It was also their most popular and most recommended item on the menu, so why not? I would also imagine it would be fast to eat, right? The guy behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. He was patient with my dumb H&R card and tried multiple times to get the payment to process, which it did, eventually. For that, I thank him profusely. Now, the food. Well, I barely had time to sit down and process how I'm going to cram a lot of activity in an hour and a half, when my food came in. The fish was still hot from the fryer and I had to wait a minute just LOOKING at my food before I could dig in. The grouper was soft, tender, and flaky, complimented well with the breading which went great with the Cajun tartar sauce. I ate all that up quick along with the thin cut shoestring fries. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough sauce, but that's more on me since I'm in such a hurry. I would've asked, but I only had so long to be there. Still, it was the perfect food to eat outside on a beautiful, sunny wintery Florida day!

Yelp
The best grouper sandwich I've ever had - the seasoning on all their fish is top notch and unlike any other fish sandwich in Tampa. Sparkman location does have higher prices than their location in north Tampa used to have but it's understandable given the higher rent! I love the half moon sauce and it's the perfect meal for watching a game at the beer garden. Reasonably quick turnaround based on what sporting event is happening at the time.
google avatar

Yelp
Little store front in sparkman with tragic fish n chips. There's no ambiance you can stand at tables in front or try your luck if there's any available seating a small walk away. The food came out quickly which was great because I was pretty hungry so you'd think my standards would have been lowered. The fries were good but the fish fell out of the breading and was soggy almost instantly. Nearly $20 for a meal that wasn't even enjoyable was unfortunate. The more time I spend in this area the more I understand why Tampa is always catching strays.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was fresh and delicious! I was happy to get a Maine lobster roll that was well-portioned and lightly dressed. The fries were so addicting! The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I'd order again for sure!
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
Neat location with many counter service options for everyone! The fish and chips were great. I went with the cod but could also have tried grouper (such a Florida option). Fries were thin cut and hush puppies were magical. The sweet heat sauce was def more heat than sweet but great for both the chicken and the fish.

Yelp
Half Moon Sea Food 615 Channelside Dr Tampa, FL @halfmoonseafood Half Moon Sea Food is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant that offers a seafood- and chicken-focused menu and a variety of innovative sandwiches and plates. Definitely a place to look into if you're into fish and chicken. I had the pleasure of visiting them over the week and let me tell you they had some delicious food . I was offered a Shrimp Po'Boy. That sandwich there rocked As well as the Fish and Chips that I also ordered. I would definitely recommend this place. Thier located in Sparkman Wharf in Tampa.

Yelp
Everything at this food truck looked good. I got fish n chips to go and when I got to my room, the breading was already soggy. The fish tasted great tho! I liked the thin fries but those also got soggy pretty fast too. The service was friendly. It's too bad the food was a flop bc I wanted to like this place!

Yelp
We were in the mood for seafood at Sparkman Wharf. I tried fried shrimp and hush puppies and my daughter tried the kid's fish and fries. First of all, they told us up front it would be a 30 minute wait, which we agreed was fine. I was super hungry - not sure why I agreed to that. BUT I was pleasantly surprised when our food was ready in half the time. The shrimp was excellent - exactly what you want for fried shrimp. I normally use peppers in vinegar on my hush puppies so I was worried I wouldn't like them without it. Their hush puppies were so tasty on their own! My daughter's fish was also really good. I don't think you can go wrong here.

Yelp
Other reviews encouraged us to try Half Moon Seafood in Sparkman Wharf. Shrimp Po Boy and Grouper sandwiches were scrumptious. We got one grilled, one blackened, and one fried. All were cooked to perfection. Fresh ingredients were evident. The sandwich buns are toasted and tasty. Hush puppies were sweet enough to be dessert. Highly recommend this place. Don't let the food truck vibe scare you off. My son said the grouper sandwich was the best he ever had and he's picky. We will be back!

Yelp
Great customer service! She was on fire !!! The roll was amazing! I don't like coleslaw! But here was actually pretty good! I ate it all!! Now to the lobster roll!! It was good! Needed a little more lemon but that just for me !! The the lobster tasted so fresh!

Yelp
Had a great shrimp po boy here. Also enjoyed that they have thin fries. A nice quick spot for dinner.

Yelp
So I have been here the three times. The first two times was absolutely amazing. I would have given a 5 stars. This last time we came here I was shocked at getting these tiny shrimps the size of quarters. If you are spending $17 for a meal you should be getting more than 6 shrimps. The sandwich tasted like all bread. The sauce they have go with it was amazing. I am disappointed at the portion for the price.
google avatar

Amanda W.

Yelp
I read about this place on some blog, with the Nashville grouper sandwich. It's pretty pricey, especially for the location, though I am trying to remember it is grouper. The sauce wasn't too hot and had an okay flavor. The breading to fish was a good portion. Came with pickles and small side of coleslaw. Service was okay, friendly enough. Ambiance is super casual.

Yelp
Good (generally local) seafood option at Sparkman Wharf. It's the Lenten season, so my Friday meal options are limited. I was happy to have the opportunity to try out the Half Moon Seafood Company for dinner before going bowling with my family at Splitsville. My husband and I split an order of the fish (cod) and chips and the shrimp and shrimp. There was a grouper option, but I generally prefer cod for fish and chips. It was very sweet and mild. The fries are not traditional chips but rather shoestring fries. They were crispy and well seasoned. The shrimp, reportedly local Gulf shrimp, was okay. I thought the breading wasn't as crispy as the fish's breading, and the shrimp was okay but not the best, flavor-wise. It didn't taste as fresh. Also I did not care for the cocktail sauce they use/make. Service was friendly, and I liked that they texted me when the food was ready so I could go find a table and not wait by the pick up window. They do not sell their own beer/wine/cocktails, so I could also use that time to run to grab a beer to go with my fried seafood.

Yelp
Half Moon Seafood Company is a local food truck style restaurant with a permanent location in a cluster of similar restaurants which share common eating and playing areas. There is space to eat, talk, and for kids to play with a great view of the water and boats. Half Moon features seafood and chicken. Our group ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Blackened Grouper Sandwiches, and Blackened Grouper filets. The chicken sandwich was a big hit. The grouper did not disappoint and was well seasoned and fully cooked. Shoestring fries were hot and tasty. Although they are not fresh cut, they tasted good. Cole slaw was a creamy style that tasted fresh and cold. It was not oily, sickly sweet, or rubbery. Portion size was right for a side item, not the dinky little condiment size with room temperature cabbage often offered as slaw. Hush puppies were hot, sweet, and not heavy (not soaking in cooking oil). Enjoyed our meal and venue. Service: It is counter service, so service is limited. We were greeted pleasantly and our order taken. Menu is posted on the wall and individual menus were available as well. Orders were taken and cell numbers used to text for pickup when the food was ready. Food was hot, cooked right, and orders were complete when we picked them up.

Yelp
This place is SO GOOD! We went to all of the tourist spots to see who had the best grouper sandwich and this place won by far! Hush puppies were great too. Staff is polite and super nice. Will definitely be back... best food at the Warf!

A E.

Yelp
We ordered the grouper; the fish fell apart and its breading kept sliding off. The service left a lot to be desired.
google avatar

Alyssa M.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! A bit pricey, but worth it for how good and filling the food was. It's hard to find hush puppies on a menu, especially good ones, so this did not disappoint! The service is good and the atmosphere is nice because it's at Sparkman Wharf, which is a super cute area. I definitely recommend if you find yourself at the Wharf!

Yelp
I had been trying to go to Half Moon Seafood Co for ages. It was definitely worth the wait and is one of the few good places to get seafood in a fast casual manner. We got the Fish and Chips and Shrimp Po Boy with French fries and Hush Puppies. By far Hush Puppies were the best things we got. They were fluffy and flavorful. The Fish was good but a bit oily and I prefer smaller/drinkable pieces rather than one big of Cod. The chips were good, just a bit salty near the bottom. The Po Boy was great, a bit I've proportioned with too much bread but overall great. I just prefer it on softer bread rather than a French baguette. We'll be back for sure. The ambience was okay, pretty well branded with great service.

Yelp
Super solid dining option not to far from Hindu Temple in Tampa where i dropped my parents off and wanted some local good seafood. The place quite popular. I ordered the Grouper sandwich and hush puppies. They were busy and informed me that it would be 30 minutes before my food came, and they were correct in that estimate. i appreciate them being upfront. The fish quality was great and grouper was fried perfectly. The bun and coleslaw could have been better, however, which was surprising (should have used soft Brioche buns and the cole slaw should have been tangier). the hush puppies were hot, but i have had better. I will return for sure. The fish was the most important thing. next time will try a platter without the bread.
google avatar

Yolanda P.

Yelp
I ordered the grilled shrimp po boy with a side of Cole slaw. Both were delicious! Service was fast. Portion size was on point. I wish they had one in Philadelphia.
google avatar

Thomas S.

Yelp
This place does not have any Inclosed seating like it shows on the app. We have an infant with us so no air conditioning makes it hard. The food was very good. I got the Nashville hot shrimp which had a very good amount of kick. My wife got the Nashville hot grouper sandwich which she thought was good just not her style. She is more of a blackened grouper girl. The coleslaw was more of a South Carolina slaw which I am not a fan of. The workers there were neither mean or nice. I did ask for sweet potatoe fries that they did not have.
google avatar

Michelle J.

Yelp
Had some of their Nashville sweet hot cod fish. It was very nice. The food was fresh and hot. I have only been to Nashville once so I can't comment on whether it's authentic Nashville hot but it was good. They serve the match stick fries, if that is your thing and everything was hot and fresh. It was cute and fun and I would go again.

Yelp
A beautiful November night in Tampa that coincided with the Water Street Tampa Season Spectacular. We walked through and along with so many people. Midtown Tampa has to be one of the most pet friendly places in Florida. We walked to the Sparkman Wharf to eat at the highly rated Half Moon Seafood Company and it lived up to the hype. The Food. From most favorite to favorite: 1 Nashville Hot Chicken (Grouper) with Fries, 2 The Original Gulf Grouper (Blackened) with Coleslaw, and 3 Shrimp Po Boy (Fried) with Hushpuppies. The sides were delicious, well-seasoned, and salted right to the edge. Unfortunately, we ate the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich first and that made it tough to taste how good the other sandwiches really were. Needless to say, we will be back before we leave and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you treat your taste buds. Outstanding food Half Moon! Keep it up!

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place since I love seafood. I ordered fried shrimp and blackened cod with a side of fried okra. It was really good. Not many places can cook seafood without overcooking it but this place cooked it perfectly and the seafood was so fresh. The restaurant has about 7-9 tables and it sounds like they cook the food as you order, so it's not quick. Ours (3 order) took about 20-25 minutes. You order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table. The price may be a bit higher but the quality is quite worth it. I do wish they cut their lemons vertically. It's easier to squeeze.

Tina S.

Yelp
Blackened fish was good. This Restaurant is in a Food (container) Truck Park. You go up to the window, order, and then they text you when your food is ready. Limited seating outside with limited shade. Paid Parking lot nearby.
google avatar

Jessica R.

Yelp
Cute little spot in Tampa. Although I thought it was an actual restaurant with inside seating. We got our food and was bothered by flies the whole time because this spot is basically a small shipping container that makes food and then you grab a spot on the big lawn to eat. While the food tasted fresh, the breading on the fish was quite salty. As soon as I bit into my fish sandwich, the fish completely flaked apart and it all fell out of the bread. Fries were good. They didn't have a soda fountain for just a cup of water so had to pay $4 for a sparkling water. Food came out quickly though so at least there's that.

Yelp
"Half Moon Seafood Company" - I bet Harvey Dent would love eating here if he lived in Tampa. I'm normally pretty blue collar when it comes to food. However, in addition to Transformers, I'm pretty fastidious about eating fish in American restaurants. Outside of sushi/poke, I usually abstain because I find it bland. I am Indian and grew up in the Caribbean. I decided to try 1/2 moon due t the great reviews and proximity. The restaurant is bright and cozy with a peach and turquoise color scheme. I ordered a Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich and Southwest Corn side. NHFS- This is between $11-15 depending on what fish you order. They use cod, catfish, or grouper. I got grouper which is $15. You have a choice between half heat or full heat. )I got full). The fish patty is breaded and coated in a red sauce and topped with coleslaw and pickles. The patty is quite big, protruding out of the sandwich like Lizzo's tummy. It was quite hot and seasoned well. The pickles added nice crunch. It was probably the best fish sandwich I've had. 9/10 SWC - This was $3. It is kernels of corn with some peppers and onions. If you've had the corn at 4 Rivers BBQ, it is very similar. They probably use some different spices, but it was great all around. 9/10 The servers were nice. The older gentleman who seems to be the manager or owner was kind enough to check on me and other customers when they were waiting for their carryout meals. It seems they get a lot of business for carryout. One lady had 5-7 bags and the man offered to help take it out to her car which is what sets this place apart from others. I'm eager to try other items like the shrimp and banana pudding on future visits. Another Temple Terrace/USF gem.

Yelp
I visited Half Moon Seafood Company for lunch earlier today and had the Nashville Hot Fish (Grouper). Soft buns were filled with a large, meaty, flakey grouper fillet blanketed by crisp breading dipped in a flavorful and spicy hot sauce and topped with crisp coleslaw and cool tangy pickles. The sandwich was complimented with a side of salty, savory, lightly crisp fries. Overall, this was a good quality grouper sandwich.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
This place is definitely a hidden gem near USF. We went in on a Friday for lunch and were the only people in the place, although people steadily trickled in. The front counter person was very friendly and made sure we noticed their lunch specials. I couldn't resist the shrimp tacos, which came with fries and a fountain drink as part of the special. I loved that I had the option of grilled, blackened, or fried for my shrimp. I also ordered a side of collard greens. The food arrived quickly and was brought out to our tables. Everything was excellent. Great fresh taste, nice size portions. Some of the best collard greens I have eaten. And who doesn't love shoestring french fries? The manager (Owner?) stopped by the table to make sure we were enjoying our lunch, which is always a nice touch. I can't believe I didn't know this place was here, but I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
My aunt had a conference in Tampa so we drove down from orlando and met her at this restaurant. I wanted to treat her to some good seafood since she lives in the Midwest. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing and I had to apologize to the family because it was embarrassing. The quality of the fish and the customer service were good but unfortunately our food was so salty, it was inedible. My dad and I got the blackened grouper and it was so salty. I usually salt my food because I like things on the saltier side but I just couldn't eat it. The "tartar" was so just a salt bomb and had nothing to do with tartar sauce. It had like paprika and maybe horseradish? My mom and my aunt got the seafood platter and it comes with two sides so they ordered coleslaw and salad. They charged us for the salad and dressing and the coleslaw was spoiled. They also charge extra for sauce which I think is really weird. My husband got the chicken sandwich and couldn't consume it from how salty it was. I've never seen him pass on a fried chicken sandwich before. All in all, this restaurant was either having a bad day or that's just how their food is but I have a hard time believing that considering the positive reviews. I would not come back nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

Yelp
Was on the search of fresh seafood for a while & this place kept coming up . I kept it in my collection & finally got to check it out for a late lunch even tho I knew looking at the menu ahead of time ... they didn't sell fresh seafood . Lol Very very clean establishment & welcoming upon entering the place . Very simple but yet. Menu that has some variety . I got a chicken sandwich & hush puppies . My husband got the Nashville Hot Cod sandwich & corn . My sandwich had a pretty good taste but i feel like it was cooked too much bc i didn't see any of the sweet chili sauce that was suppose to be on it AND it literally kept breaking apart every time I picked it up . My hush puppies were kinda burnt & VERY dry . ( i should've gotten the shoestring fries) . My husband didn't like his sandwich at all but we both enjoyed the corn . I'd actually like to give this place another try & im sure I will in the future .

Yelp
We had 3 Po' Boys and an order of sweet potato fries delivered for lunch. The seafood, the sauce, the toppings, and the bread were all very well prepared and delicious. The sweet potato fries were also very good. We ordered the sandwiches with the house Half Moon sauce which I really liked, but the other two people thought it was a little too spicy. I would definitely order from them again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting this place I kept seeing the feed on my Instagram so I decided to stop by after an appointment I was assisted by a young lady name Nadia who is really awesome telling me what it's worth in even gave me a sample of one of the sides that I wanted to try and I appreciated that her customer service was on point and I wish everyone treated their customers the way that you treated me that day thank you so much Nadia! The food was good too! I'll definitely return!

Yelp
Glad I was finally able to stop in and check out this spot. I initially went for seafood but given this was after workout meal I felt I need a bit more protein. They have lunch specials which include the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a side and drink for a reasonable price so I went with this option. Note there are two spice levels and less heat option bad enough spice to where there was a nice kick but I was still able to taste my food without my mouth burning off! I dined in, the seating area was very clean and the staff was friendly. My food came out hot and freshly cooked. The portion size was much larger than I expected! I was only able to eat half the sandwich and took the rest home. Very tasty! Everything definitely tasted homemade which I love! Can't wait to return and try some of the seafood options!

Yelp
First time visiting this place, and I WILL be back more often. The place was bright, welcoming and clean, which was a good start. Service was very friendly and approachable, another great plus. The time it took for a sandwich, fries, and a dessert to-go was maybe 10 minutes max! I will say I would've been more than happy to wait twice that for how it tasted! The catfish was cooked just right, blackened to perfection without being charred or too salty. Bun was toasted for the sandwich, their Half-Moon sauce was a fantastic compliment and the pickles were a great bit of crunch in the sandwich! Coleslaw was done with fresh vegetables that were still really crisp, but maybe the portion was a tad small. But the BANANA PUDDING! For one, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful when I took it out the bag, but it was gorgeous! AND it tasted just as good as it looked! If you do come here, it is a must have!! Overall, I paid $24.19 for this meal, but I am more than happy to always pay for fresh fish, quality ingredients, and great service. STOP SCROLLING THROUGH YELP AND GO HERE NOW!

Yelp
This is a good option for good "fast food" if you're in the Channelside area but i wouldn't recommend going out of your way to come this way just to eat here. We got both the grouper platter and sandwich, each with coleslaw. The grouper was nicely grilled but neither the tartar nor the spicy sauces were great, the slaw was ok. The portions were rather small for the cost, even considering that we we're paying for grouper which of course is more expensive than other fish.

Yelp
A MUST. Out at the Sparkman Wharf. Best shoe string fries ever. Usually they are dry. These were soft and perfectly salted. Nashville (grouper) sandwich was incredible. Soft brioche bun, excellent seasoning, moist and flavorful. Hush puppies probably cannot be beat in my opinion. Light and sweet/savory. Shrimp po'boy was amazingly flavorful. Bread was a bit chewy. I will note that this is a permanent food truck so you have to find seats at the shared outdoor tables. Don't miss it.

Yelp
Definitely worth a stop, great bites. We loved the half moon sauce with our hush puppies!

Yelp
DON'T BE SHELLFISH! Needed to find a good spot to grab take out near our hotel as we don't know the Tampa area that well. Asked for recommendations and were sent here. When I am in Florida I usually try to eat as much seafood as I can. I know that it is fresh and never frozen. Seafood is probably one of my favorite types of food, but now living in another state and in a city that is land locked, I am not as spoiled with the freshest seafood anymore. Inside is very fresh and funky. Salmon colored walls with a hint of teal blue to really give the ascetic of Florida and ocean theme. It reminded me of a spot in Naples called Steamers. Located in a small strip mall where you would never expect for an amazing seafood spot to be. Menu is very diverse from fish tacos to Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. Since we were getting take out, I cannot really discuss how the presentation of the food was as it was all inside the to go boxes. However, while inside waiting for our food I saw the small metal lunch trays with wax paper and the gorgeous sandwiches served on top. I decided on the Shrimp Po' Boy. While ordering the lady at the cash told me that there was a lunch special and I can get that sandwich, a side and a drink for only $13 which I don't know about you but that sounds like such a steal. The Po' Boy was served on a delicious French baguette that had some type of butter on it. The bread was firm on the outside and soft on the inside. Simply delicious! A remoulade sauce was generously placed on the baguette with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and of course some shrimps! This was definitely one of the best Po' Boys I have had. If you'd re looking for some amazing and inexpensive seafood in Tampa, you need to add this spot to your list. It is very close to USF which is convenient too!

Yelp
I love discovering new seafood spots! Was I expecting to discover one in a strip mall near a college? Nope! But I was happy I found this place. They have a great menu for grilled, blackened, or fried seafood platters and Poboy sandwiches. I got the shrimp&fish combo with blackened grouper and blackened shrimp with a side of hush puppies. The grouper and shrimp were perfectly cooked and flavorful. I feel like hush puppies are also a staple to judge a casual seafood place by and these were very good...I actually ate them all lol! Service was quick and friendly. Easy parking out front and no wait for a table. Definitely stop by if you're in the Temple Terrace area!
