Hamburger Hut

Been looking for a hole in the wall place for a burger for a while now and was on the north side of town today. Got the 1/2lb burger and was very happy with it. Legit flame grilled and not overcooked. Fresh patty, not frozen. Can't give 5 stars since they charge extra for cheese. Would not recommend ordering online, they aren't some fast food chain restaurant that can pump out orders every 90 seconds.

One of my co-workers recommended this spot, and I'm glad I stopped by while visiting a few of my offices in the area. It's like a little market with a kitchen on the inside. Parking can get crazy so be patient. Service was good, but one of the older men. Food: Cheese Burger 10 piece Chicken Wing with fries The burger was good, but the wings were delcious. Crispy and delicious and flavorful buffalo sauce. Dipping the fries in the sauce was the best. Overall, I'll come back again.

I ordered a super hot combo and I asked for it to be well done and my burger was not well done. I had already gotten on the freeway to go home and I called them to let them know and I told them I was too far to come back, they told me to just keep the burger until I come back. I told them I’m not going to keep no food in my truck that long I have been going to them for years and I am very dissatisfied. This is not the first time that my order has been wrong, who would tell you to keep the food for three or four days?

Always good service and delicious food! The wings are some of the best I've ever had anywhere. I'm not too crazy about the burgers, I think they need more seasoning. They make a tasty Cheese steak and the chicken fingers are always a hit. I definitely recommend this place.

So this is not your traditional hamburger spot. The outside and inside is not appealing to the eye but I was referred and wanted to give them a try. It appeared to be placed right next to an apartment building, enough parking for about 7 cars. We ordered 4 cheeseburger combos, chicken strip combo, and a side of fried mushrooms. The fries were steak fries w/ seasoning salt= Yum.com. Everyone enjoyed their burgers which were rooted with pickles and onions and the chicken strips and fried mushrooms were good as well. Total cost for our meals $53 not to bad for a party of 5. The combos were filling.

We were short on time so we called ahead, when we arrived the line was long and we were asked to wait in line even though we had called in the order. The order wasn’t even ready yet. Small waiting area, super loud. Pretty sure I saw the cook pull out what those in the food industry would call a “dead” burger out on the grill, not fit to serve. No regular water, just carbonated from the soda fountain, or you could have an extra charge for a bottled drink even with a combo

After living in the area for a few years, my family decided it was time to try this place. I regret not coming in sooner! The fried mushrooms are absolutely on point. Philly sandwich is perfection with tons of cheese and meat just falling out of the soft, fresh, roll. Hamburgers are great with the works on top. Steak fries with seasoned salt are ok. Wings are on the smaller side but the sauce is good, just more on the mild side. Chili fries are comparable to Weinerschintzel just with steak fries instead of skinny fries. It was extremely busy for 6pm with a line out the door. Spent $60 on food for a family of 5 but the prices are definitely worth it for some items.

Place is Mid. I dont know how it has a good rating. Placed an order online and came in 25 minutes later, still not ready, waited another 20 minutes. Food was disappointing, burger looked and tasted like something i can make at home on my stove with walmart ingredients. Mozzarella sticks werent even cooked all the way, not coming back here again

I ordered on line 10 piece wings with fries and a drink. I added a taco. It was 20.00 and some change. I got home, discovered, no fries. So I called. One of the owners, mom answered, very rude and I said I have a complaint. She hung up, I called back. She was very rude and argumentative. She said the cook said he put them in, nope. I even asked the young girl if they were in there, she said yes. They were not. Mom proceeded to argue. Refused to put money back on my card, told me to come get my fries. Mind you I am at home, otherwise of town. Then she says come tomorrow and get your fries. Rude! When the grandma was there, these people were not like this. ​

The food is really good here. It's in the ghetto for sure but don't let that scare you away. There's no seating inside since covid and the parking lot is awful. The hamburgers, chicken fingers, chicken wings, fries, Philly cheesesteaks are all very good. The service is hit or miss depends who's working.

Been wanting to try this place but every time I'm in the area there is a line out the door. Went early, around 11am. Hamburger taste homemade. Fries were good and well seasoned. The fried mushrooms are my favorite. Remind me of back home. The zucchini was okay. They have a large selection of alcoholic beverages. I'd go back if I was in the area, but I will NOT wait in line.

The food was fabulous. I had the burger which was juicy and flavorful. I also had the wings. They were delicious. The service was good and they make the food fresh. It is a small place.

Y'all Vegas residents wouldn't know taste if it slapped you in the mouth.. lol this food bland as a dull conversation..

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Specifically for the food. The hot wings, hot chicken fingers, and burger are so good. The employees are always friendly service and working hard for the influx of orders they get. It is more of an urban ambiance with urban flavor.

Haven't been in a while and chicken has always been on point all the years I've been going. Don't know what happen. Some of the chicken had feathers... and it was cooked in grease that needed to be changed so made the food taste burnt, sure they knew , you could see burnt crumbs on the chicken and fries. I'd never back.

TRASH !!!!!! The audacity of them to not order refunds when the food and service is completely garage. my first experience was terrible and I tried to give them another shot and order different and it was worse. DO NOT EAT HERE!

They changed the chicken so now it's that mystery meat paste turned I to chicken. Gross. If I wanted McDonald's quality food I could've went there for half the price.

The tenders are amazing love their ranch burgers are great. This is a great place to grab take out

Came to this place of business today during business operating hours at 7:40pm. There is a sign next to the front door that's shows its closed at 8pm.. It displays closes at 8pm on the website as well. As I walking in the lady at the front counter made it clear she wasn't going to serve me. And that they are already closed.... I was confused and I made her aware that is shows open... but she still insisted that she still wasn't going to serve me..... not only are their prices going up but customer service values are out of the window.....and no there was no line inside nor a stack of cars waiting on orders either...

Treated the fam to some burgers today and once again they never disappoint! They were delicious, best hamburgers in the valley! Keep up the good work and quality.

This is a good place to get a burger and fries. Its a small hole in the wall convince store, to get hot food fried chicken, fries, lor what ever. The service is ok . What to expect... the food is flavored good. Never jude a book by it cover.

Yoo Christina's review is spot on and perfect, this place is my go too anytime I come home from work and don't really want too cook, this place is so great they got these chicken finger fry's with some mild sauce that is great and I also ask them to give me chill chews fry's with the order so it can be so fire and delicious. I love this place so much and they have some really great food.

This place is a clutch choice, the service was great. There was a line when I walked in, but they took everyone's order and kept it moving. I ordered wings and a burger and it was one of the best burgers I ever had. The wings were cooked and seasoned, it was delicious. Every time I come to Vegas, I'm getting food here!!

Need to update hours of service, i am tired of driving over here and there closed! I really loved this place but this is ridiculous....

On the plus side, the double cheeseburger was possibly one of the most delicious hamburgers I've ever eaten. On the downside, it seemed extremely scary at 1 o'clock in the afternoon; I'm afraid to imagine what the night brings. It's definitely a to go place and it is for the "brave at heart". But that BUGER was fantastically delicious .

Tried this place about 3 years ago and have been coming back since, great burgers cooked to order ,wish I could honestly comment on the other foods but I always grab a burger

They need to finally shut this shyt down the food prices have increased and the food quality has gone down. Yall had a good run hamburger hut but it's like yall don't even care what you selling. Awesome hamburgers made Fresh to order anyway you want it with Free add-ons. No charge even for extras. (Pickles,etc,...) Always a standing line full of people waiting to order but the food and employees are top notch so waiting is a non-factor. Very friendly and helpful if not sure what to get. Large menu and everything looks so good I can never decide. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the portions are big. I usually cut my burger in half at home. Then I have my dinner with fries etc,... and lunch the next day as well. I have tried to finish everything but WOW the portions are max. You always get more food for your money. That's also, I suspect, one more reason for the long lines but the wait does go by very fast. Everyone works together like a well oiled machine. Did I mention, everything's cooked fresh in front of you. Really Good, Great, Awesome FOOD. OH-Hell !!!! I've done it now. It's lunch time and now I've got Hamburger Hut on the Mind. Hamburger Hut here I come. BYE

The excellent quality of the food never changed from the day this spot opened. All of my family and friends come here for the fresh slap on the grill burger meat,the drop your chicken fingers in the fryer when you order and the seasoning on the fries is very tasty. I recommend Hamburger Hut to anyone who want a hot fresh meal that hasn't sat around waiting for you to order it.

Only Togo service.... zero tables I walked in got pass the drug dealer in the parking lot but once inside and seeing no place tables to eat. Why bother I'm done

Tried this place out, because my co-worker keeps raving about this place. Big mistake. First, the area looks like a place you don't go to at night, with people hanging out outside, and their parking lot is small and they have a drop-off at the end with no barrier, so if you go forward too much, bah bye car. Once we get inside, we said good morning to the girl, and she didn't say anything, so my hubby said it again more sternly, and finally she greets us. I asked if they had broasted chicken, since they have a sign in the front of their store with broasted chicken and she said they don't make it anymore, then my hubs asks if they have Mexican food, and she says they also don't have that, even though they have it on their menu. I order the catfish and fries, and my husband order a burger combo. I told him to get me a root beer. When paying, i thought the girl said $24, but then after i got my card out she says $34, so that's what i paid, even i thought to myself that's pretty high. But when i got home i saw the receipt in the bag and it did say $24 on it. So now we have to drive back so they can refund the extra charge. The food came out fast, hence the 2 stars, and while we were waiting, they made good conversation. When i get home, the soda was dr pepper, so I ask my hubs if he was sure he pressed the root beer button, and he said yes. We then try the food and he said the burger was decent, but the fries were bland. My catfish was also bland and mushy, like it was frozen, then defrosted. I also noticed beside the extra $10 charge, they had added tax to each item ordered, thereby adding an additional $1 to the total, and taxing the entire order. WTF? Not worth the $24. There are better places, with tastier food for that price.

I drive from California to Las Vegas just for some of the juices Chicken Strips I ever had.

Doesn't look like much but this place serves great home style burgers and delicious fingers and fries if your in the neighborhood try this place out.

This place was visibly dirty. The lids were dirty, the counter, the floor, the outlets, everything! I ordered a burger and fries because it was one of the few things on the menu that had prices. The menu just has names of items they offer and only a handful have prices. Do they just charge whatever they want? It's weird to not have prices on your menu. The buns were cold and soggy because they were not toasted. It smells like smoke inside and the girl stocking the drinks smelled really strongly of smoke. It was almost twelve dollars for a cold soggy burger with fries and a drink. There was a bunch of black specks on the bun too even though it was cold, like they aren't cleaning the grill well and it is on the food. They also have a sign that if they don't make your food correctly, they won't refund it because it's not their responsibility to check for accuracy, it's yours! I'm not sure why people love this dirty place with no prices sooo much. They also had a fryer basket filled with cooked wings just sitting out. No warmer, no cover. After my order was complete, the wings were still sitting there. I wonder if they keep them cooked then drop them into the grease again to make them hot when you order.

You can't really go wrong with great classic wings with a good buffalo sauce and side of fries, though the wings are a bit tiny. The menu is straightforward enough with plenty of other options like the burgers or zucchini sticks that's worth a try. It is in a nondescript location with very little parking and it seems a popular spot so expect a bit of a wait. Apart from that, definitely an easy go to for that wing craving

Don't let looks from outside the place deceive you or probably even scare you off as it may look a little sketchy. But this place is actually a hidden gem if you're in north town. I usually get take out from here when I'm in the area as it is one of the few mom & pop burger places in town that makes em fresh. Everything is made to order and is freshly prepared! Food: Chicken fingers (plain) - crispy outside and juicy inside. although, I highly recommend getting extra ranch or sauce to keep the flavor going. Fries - they are decent. not the best I've had but it's definitely great with ranch and ketchup. 1/4 lb burger - If you ever had a burger from sonic, it's relatively the same but with a way better beef patty (seasoned well and charred on the grill). Add cheese for more flavor and keep the condiments on for maximum taste. Overall, I wouldn't drive across town to eat here but I would always come in if I'm near by. The prices are a little steep for what you get but I'd say this is the "pops cheesesteak" of burgers in Vegas.

Went there and they were closed. Went at the hour that it was open along with some other folks no explanation just closed

I called them to place a pick up order and was told by the rude lady (they are very busy so I get the "I don't have time for small talk" inflection in her voice but geeze) who answered the phone that I needed to place the order online, so I hung up and placed my order online, but there was no place to pay for it online, should of known there was a problem. I take off on my 30 min commute because I live all the way on the other side of town. (I would never drive this far for mediocre burgers) The parking lot is very small and don't pull to far into the parking spot or you will drive off a 3-4 foot ledge . I go in and there is a line of people to order and appx 5-8 people standing off to the side next to a row of slot machines which had some pretty shady looking people sitting and playing them. There is an open kitchen (so......open kitchen and 6 ft away from them are the shady people playing away on their slot machines....Bizarre to say the least!) I by pass the line thinking I already placed my order and walk up to the side counter and patiently wait for someone to acknowledge me, a very tight lipped lady comes up to the counter and rudely asks me what I needed (this must be the rude lady who answered the phone ) I told her that I was there to pick up my online order. As she rolls her eyes, She says to me "you still have to wait in the line" So I say to her "oh I'm sorry I didn't know" and I walk to the back of an even longer line than before! so appx 30 mins later it's my turn and I tell the tight lipped lady "I'm here to pick up my online order here is my confirmation #" very nonchalantly she asks me what I ordered and as I'm telling her she is ringing up my check, I pay and she tells me it will be a few mins, so I'm thinking ok she's just going to bag it up, still thinking they had started my order almost an hour before hand when I placed the online order but oh hell no, the order had just been put in after I had paid for it. Now don't get me wrong the burgers here are worth every minute I waited for my food to be ready but why tell someone to place an online order IF YOU DONT TAKE ONLINE ORDERS??? The reason I still keep coming back is because the burgers are the best in town in my opinion, the rude lady is always there, I just try to make her smile and I don't even bother to make an online order, I just get myself in the car and start my 30 min commute to get the best burger in town! I'm used to the shady people who play the slot machines and if the parking lot looks crowded I don't even chance it and park in the gas station that's next door. So if its an amazing burger (every time you go) that you are in seek of, this is your place, you just have to get around some of the things you don't see everyday in a burger joint.

Good food I'm ducking and dodging bullets to order me some wings! Scary area but great food! The wings remind me of back home, so I will always order as long as they sell to me and the community!

Wow! This place was amazing. Real burgers charbroiled to my liking. The staff is bilingual and simple and direct. Also they get you in and out fast as they can . Also the vibe was good as well. I'm headed back for trip 2 today after being there 11 days ago.

I wish that I could give this place negative 3 stars. I placed a large order (enough to feed 4+ people) and the total was reasonable- I even tipped them. I got the food, did a quick check in the bags, and then left. Unfortunately I did not check well enough because when I got home I was missing my super hut burger and fries and the two sauces that I paid for. I called the business several times and no one answered. I guess I tipped them more than I knew. I used to go there when I was in high school but I will never go back there again. Not only has the quality of the food declined but also their order accuracy. If you are looking for a decent "hole in the wall" place for cheap food you should avoid this place and go to Jerry's Nugget Cafe, Mario's on MLK, or Annie Kitchen.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. One of the best burgers I've had. The chicken tenders are delicious and even better the next day.

I went the other day. The burger was half done no seasoning on the burger french fries half done was not great. It was bad Where is the owners that was there before.

Food is not what it used to be, service was bad felt rushed the whole time I was trying to order by 3 different employees. I was simply going over quantities & pricing but oh well. Definitely not going back.

I don't even want to give this place a star because it doesn't even deserve that. Where do I begin... First off everyone there needs to learn better costumer service. The girl Angel was rude and didn't pay attention to what we order because she got it wrong. The food was trash!!! Fries were super stale with no flavor. Burgers had no flavor as well. I told her three times no onions and she still got that wrong, The regular nachos were bad as well. Their nachos how do you get them wrong. The wings were crispy but flavorless. And the chili cheese fries were disgusting as well no flavor and fries were stale to. Don't recommend this place at all... stay away trash

The burger joint appears to look not like much, but once you enter inside and see the long line of people you know you are in for a treat. The staff is very friendly and amazing whenever I come in. I love going to this place as it's right next to the college that I study at and the prices are extremely good for the value! The 4 piece chicken tender is always a must have and the 1/2 pound burger is only $6?! Sign me up! I always enter and leave with a smile on my face knowing that I'll always get quality food for an amazing price and hamburger hut has never let me down, definitely a must try if you are in the area!

So damn good I ate the 10 wings in the parking lot after closing time!!! I shall return with more appetite.

Had the 1/2 lb burger and fries. Was amazing, tender and juicy. The fries were hot and seasoned. Everything is made to order but they got the orders out quickly. As a "tourist" this is definitely a stop off the main path but well worth it.

Local's favorite! The location is a little sketchy and parking is limited but the food is great. Please keep in mind you won't be able to eat there since they removed the tables during COVID.

RUDE AS HELL!!!!!!!! In the middle of placing an order over the phone, I was placed on hold. Lady came back on the phone and told me that I would have to finish placing my order online because it was too much, told me to have a good day and hung up in my face! What kind of business operates this way? I'd never order here!

Best burgers on the north side omm recommend it to everyone don't expect to go there on a Tuesday tho they closed

Let's start with the cons and lead up to the pros So cons Finding this place can be tricky if you're like me and use your nav lol and parking is not the easiest if you're like myself and not a fan of free for all small spaces lol As most have stated they don't let you pay ahead and in turn even if you order online or over the phone you'll have to wait because it is a "hole in the wall" but I read that in others reviews so had that expectation I suggest you set it as well and understand its Order,Pay and make folks wait or order ahead and just pay and let the line move plus I like to get reading my options and adding it. It wasn't that long of a wait for my order today at around 12:45pm but i'm sure it gets swamped and you need to plan to wait lol They don't have seating but all the customers I was waiting with were friendly and the building has enough space that I didn't mind. I assume when covid is done they will have seating I hope? Again this is a hole in the wall so social distancing isn't "huge" Now for the good stuff Pricing is really good I like their ranch lol Their buffalo strips are the best i've had in ALONG time and the wings are okay, my daughter got plain strips which were good and i'm excited to try other flavors. The fries are good My son got plain cheese burgers and ate them both so that was a win too Overall I enjoyed it a lot and look forward to trying more of their items

They food is always bussin but they don't do all flats which is so inconsiderate for individuals who don't eat drum sticks like myself. And they forgot one of my chicken wings ‍
