Visited for the first time on a rainy Sunday evening. Asked for a recommendation on a beer, and the guy behind the bar offered to let me taste different beers to find one I liked, he was super welcoming and friendly. The security guys on the door were friendly and welcoming also! The taco truck was there when visiting and the food was so good! Best birria burrito I have had! Was nicely busy on a Sunday night, which made the vibes really nice! Will definitely be back and would recommend. Lots of parking for a Sunday night, could be hard on a Saturday but good location and enjoyed my visit!

My girlfriend's and i visited Hamiltons on 10/04. It was a friday night around 9pm. There had to be at least 500+ people. Great vibes as soon as we walked in. Security greeted us and welcomed us in with a smile and a couple jokes. Parking is minimal, but they do provide a shuttle service at their OG location if there is no parking available. The new building is beautiful and very roomy. They don't serve food, but there is a food truck. We sat on the inside portion. There was about 11 people in our party and we were all seated comfortable. At 930 they yelled out last call which is typical right before closing. At 945 security came around to each table and gave us a heads up that they were closing soon. At 10pm they closed. Security did yell out it was closing time and it was time to finish our drinks and head out. It was loud. Which was also fine. Its one guy vs. 500+ loud patrons. He wasn't disrespectful or brash. Just loud and firm. People are entitled and don't understand the world does not revolve around them. We asked security if we could use restroom. They were very nice and accomadating. It was probably close to 1015 when we finally came out of rr because of long line. There were still several groups still hanging out and not really moving or finishing their beers. Security again at no one person or group announced that it was time to go it was passed closing and staff needed to clean before going home. He wasn't rude or nasty at all. This one paticular group decided to complain to managers because their feelings were hurt. Come on now. Guy wasn't even talking directly to anyone it was a broad announcement. Trying to get a guy fired because your entitled and can't handle being told to leave after closing is just bonkers to me. Do better. Thank you Hamiltons and the security team for keeping us all safe. You rock!!!

Came with my fiance to grab a drink and play some magic the gathering. the staff was very friendly and all the beer was delicious. the employee Chad who was helping us was awesome very helpful with plenty of recommendations and a smile on his face the whole time totally a great experience and I recommend anybody to come try this brewery out

Google
This place is great with great beer and a variety. Ive wanted to stop here when in town and today was the first chance. I would give it a 10/10 but have to settle for a 5/5 because they did not have an XL shirt. I would love for them to reach out when they have an XL shirt as I won't be in the area for a while. The beer tender was amazing, so sweet and knowledgeable and helped me with what needs transported easier on the plane. So many amazing beers. But. Id really like to be representing with a shirt back in Colorado.....

Google
Went to the IE to visit family and stopped by Hamilton for a few drinks. - Ample parking ✅️ - Friendly beertenders ✅️ - Clean restrooms ✅️ This brewery seems to specialize in fruit beers. The beers I had were good, but at $12 each, they weren't groundbreaking. I'm from LA, and have never paid that much for one beer. I'm giving Hamilton 4/5. It's a great place for friends and family to relax and have a few brews.

Google
One of my favorite breweries!!!! I'm not a local but come to the IE a lot. Always try to get some Hamilton!!! Cactus Jack is always ordered, then seltzers are great, slushies when it's hot out, many other good choices too. Canned/ growler options......merch.....food trucks.....Dog/kid friendly... Indoor AC, outdoor covered w TVs.....👍👍GO get some!!!!

Michael G.

Google
The new location is great! I love the blue building, the spacious layout, the passing trains that make the floor vibrate, the TVs, the taco truck, and more. Opening day felt a little chaotic, but that’s to be expected. The biggest issue was the beer lines—only two lines, each taking at least 35 minutes. That’s not convenient, especially if you just need to close out a tab. Luckily, I brought cash. The reason for the 4 stars is the merchandise situation. If you wanted to buy merch, you had to stand in the same long beer line at the front. I wasn’t willing to wait 35+ minutes just for that. For future events, especially opening weekend, it would make sense to set up a separate merchandise booth right outside the entrance. Selling merch isn’t just good business—it’s free advertising when people wear it out in public. Hopefully, this is addressed for the next couple of days. Aside from that, I’ll definitely be back, like I always am.

Google
Wide selection. Quick friendly service. Beer is tasty. Large outside seating available.

Yelp
% better than the previous spot, more secluded yet open and lots of seating. Even fire pits if you're cold. Today they had the taco truck. Cinco con Todo. I got The bigger boy plate. They sauces is what makes the tacos here good. Recommend the avocado and habanero sauce. Peanut and green mid next. So good! Of course I gotta wash it down the double mango but I kept seeing everyone with this sangria looking drink. It's a Jamaica seltzer... OMG. It's so good. Especially with the tacos. . Totally recommend. Drank drank MFS!
google avatar

Jess S.

Yelp
Since hamilton is removing reviews. Here's an honest review Double mango is trash Cactus jack is the only good beer but at $12 a pint I'd rather support other local breweries that have a conscience and care about their community. The rest of his IPAs taste under-developed/rushed. The parking is horrible. The actual brewery itself is spacious and would thrive anywhere else because let's be honest he creates a welcoming environment. Where he failed was not planning ahead with parking. Do not displace the residents after not taking us into consideration when setting your hours of operation. Being open until 11 pm on work nights is asking too much of us. In conclusion.....he bought a cheap building to save money and is all about his profit over our safety. We can coexist. He just has to set his hours to reflect that of a FAMILY brewery. Not a bar.

Yelp
The beer is good here, it was crazy busy here we almost didn't make it in. They have a good variety of beers to choose from, I ordered a sour beer and a refreshing pilsner. We were only here for a short time to try out beers in the area, so far I liked what we ordered. The parking lot was packed due to a game on tv and parking was tricky but we still found a spot. They also had security in the lot so that was a plus.

Yelp
Chill family friendly brewery. I came here with my husband on a Friday night and it was packed! There was tons of seating though. The staff were nice. They also had a food truck in front serving Mexican food. I wanted to order a flight so that I could try out different beers, but sadly they just stopped serving flights right as we arrived (around 8:30pm). Their drinks were pretty good. I tried the Watermelon Seltzer and Ukulele Baby. I highly recommend Ukulele Baby if you're a fan of sour beers. My biggest complaint is their pricing. This place is expensive for what you get. Two drinks came out to around $26. I just can't justify coming here all the time with those prices.
google avatar

Tony S.

Yelp
I came to Hamiltons (old location) for so many reasons. Mostly for the good vibes, good beer and the parking. It honestly pains me to say what a disappointment the new location is. Went in opening weekend and no one on staff looked happy to be there. Gave it a second try after work on a Friday and got a better taste of the obvious...the new location is just atrocious. Right on the train tracks and at the edge of residential neighborhood so there's no street parking allowed, and it doesn't help that there's only enough parking for the staff. Shuttle system is ok. And the prices man.. what happened? I'm all for upgrades and new locations but this one is a bummer.
google avatar

Gina R.

Yelp
Great little family brewery. Went there with our pack walk group Rooted Dog Training. Went there for drinks, good truck food and great company. You order inside and beers are poured when ordered. Line goes super quick. We checked the menu prior to coming so I had an idea of what I wanted. My husband is a Corona drinker so the person who helped us recommended a brew that was similar to Corona and my husband loved it and actually got a second round. We would love to go there again, however it is a little far from home, so it would have to be a scheduled outing. But definitely a place to visit!
google avatar

Marissa T.

Yelp
Went yesterday and the Dodgers were playing so the place was packed. There's a big parking lot but it was full and you are not allowed to park on the street due to residents parking only. I circled a few time and ended up having to park across the street. We had to make a line to get in to the place. We could not find a table to fit our big group but we didn't stay long for that reason. They do have a food truck in the back. It would be nice to come back another day and hope it's a little less busy.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Good beer, Good vibes, Good service, but HORRIBLE food. If you're coming here make sure to eat first. 4Tacos was extremely bad. The corn cup was watered down and their "meat" is ground beef. Their nachos is the fake baseball nacho cheese. Please eat before coming.

Yelp
It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars The beer and the service were amazing here. I had a full flight (6 beers) Desert Mule seltzer: 4/5 - I'm not a seltzer person but I enjoyed how present the ginger beer was in this seltzer Pinkerton - 5/5. AMAZING. Both lemon and raspberry forward but balanced as a whole ! Cactus Jack - not for me and I'll leave it at that Ukulele Baby - 4/5 - I wish the passionfruit was a little bit more present but it was REALLY good. Watermelon blonde - 5/5 - the reason I came here. A perfectly balanced blonde with an earthly flavor from the watermelon rind. Can totally tell it's made fresh vs using a syrup Hammy lime - 5/5 - lite and dangerous beer. Super easy to drink very lime forward The main reason for the 5 stars was the service. George was SO NICE and talkative, and make jokes with us and also wished me a very happy birthday after asking to see my ID. Ya'll made my second birthday stop one to remember ! Thanks again George!

Yelp
I went to this place on a wednesday night with my friends and it was actually pretty packed! we sat outside and really enjoyed the vibes and how they had heaters! we ordered a sampler and additional beer + their alc slushie. i really enjoyed the cactus jack i think that was my favorite beer. i would recommend bringing your own food since they only had 1 food truck when i went

Yelp
New venue. Lots of seating. Outdoor area a plus. Staff always good. We went middle of Nov/25 single patty burger for $20 over priced from food truck. Beer is good and doesn't bloat you as much. Beer good
google avatar

Eric E.

Yelp
Love the new location. My only complaint is the parking is very minimal and you can't park on the street because the residents that live by.
google avatar

Cindy R.

Yelp
This is such a chill brewery. Perfect place to hang out with friends or even have a date night with the kids and is it kid friendly. All their beer selections are good but what was really good was the watermelon margarita. Perfect for a hot day! They do have tvs around so you can catch the baseball and football games. And plenty of tables available to sit.
google avatar

Jes M.

Yelp
This new location is a YUGE upgrade from the previous spot. The outdoor seating areas turned out great and there's lots of space. I was here when there was a taca food truck and food was very good. Can't go wrong with tacas and beer. The staff was dressed up for Halloween this day and were quick to pour. The lines were manageable.
google avatar

Daniel A.

Yelp
Convenience is one of the most important things I look in a brewery. Parking is plenty and there are an abundance of lunch tables to sit on. I had 2 flights and can say that the double mango and the cactus jack were one of my favorites. There was a blueberry one that was delicious but forgot the name. The lager is safe for those that don't want anything too fruity. The slushy choices were good to kill the heat. Service was good. Pretty hard to ruin that part. The ambience is chill, nothing too fancy. But for beer drinkers it's the least of our concerns. Plenty of space for sitting and food trucks available. It's worth getting a pint or 2.
google avatar

Lizzy L.

Yelp
I just went to the new place and it is beautiful, but am I the only one that thinks the outside patio needs to be soundproofed??

Yelp
1 out of 5 stars I've been going to Hamilton for quite some time, and honestly, it used to be one of my favorite spots. The atmosphere was always great, the people were friendly, and it had this welcoming vibe that made you want to come back again and again. Unfortunately, ever since they moved to the new location, everything that made Bibury special seems to have disappeared. When we arrived at the new place, even the new owner came across as completely dismissive. We tried to be polite and friendly, but the way he handled the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Instead of greeting us or explaining the new setup, he just told us the new hours in a short, rude tone and didn't even want to have a conversation. It really set the mood for the rest of the experience -- and not in a good way. Still, we decided to give it a chance because we had such good memories of the old location. Sadly, it only got worse. When we went to the brewery during what used to be their normal hours, every single employee we interacted with seemed annoyed to even be there. There wasn't a single smile or ounce of hospitality. Even the lunch lady, when I simply asked to have my burrito cut in half, gave me so much attitude that it honestly ruined the meal. It's one thing when a business changes ownership or moves locations -- that happens. But when the entire staff starts reflecting poor management, lack of respect for customers, and an overall bad attitude, that's when something deeper is wrong. It's disappointing because Bibury used to have heart. You could tell people cared about the place and the guests. Now, it just feels cold, rude, and unwelcoming. I really hope this review reaches the right person -- ideally the owner or whoever is now in charge -- because this new direction is not it. What once was a great local gem has turned into one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've had in a long time. Hopefully, someone steps in, listens, and turns things around before more loyal customers decide not to come back.
google avatar

Miguel R.

Yelp
This could easily be a 5 star review. But the PARKING situation is TERRIBLE. Super disappointing to have such a beautiful location to only have a couple of parking spots for your customers. Yes they offer a shuttle service where you can park at the old location. But who wants to sit next to random smelly people. Then the shuttle ride back - you have to sit with randoms again but this time they are drunk and obnoxious. It all comes down to the size of the facility does not match the parking lot size. They should have thought about this before relocating. Do better. I feel bad for the residents that live right next door to the location. They now have zero parking because customers don't respect the signs of no brewery parking.
google avatar

Tim J.

Yelp
I love this place. We enjoyed a beer as we waited for the taco truck to open. I had a hazy IPA and it was so good. But the West Coast IPA was the best. It went well with my Beria taco
google avatar

Tito P.

Yelp
Just went to the new location last night.... Man wtf happened to your beers? You guys always were great at fruiting it never really great at hopping it but my gawwwwd! Even the fruited ones weren't great, struggled to drink the west coast. Man oh man it was rough. It was more like a west coast wheat beer rather than a west coast ipa, although vibes are cool awesome place friendly people beers were terrible
google avatar

Rosa Y.

Yelp
One of our go to breweries when visiting our home state. Beer is delicious! Service is great. There is plenty of seating and the restrooms are clean. This is definitely one of our favorite California breweries!
google avatar

Jose S.

Yelp
How do you go from a location with terrible parking to a new location with even worse parking. The new location is beautiful but the headache to park is not worth the trouble.
google avatar

Alondra C.

Yelp
I started coming here almost 5 years ago and was a loyal customer. Unfortunately with the increase in prices I don't come here as often anymore. It's still a great vibe and they always have good food truck options but unfortunately just of how highly priced the drinks are I have resorted to giving other places a chance. I went this weekend with my boyfriend and we were shocked when the price for 2 slushies came out to $31 and some change. I'll still come back every now and then but just not as often, sadly.
google avatar

Diego s.

Yelp
This evening we went to one of our fav spots to have a few good drinks. I gotta say the Ukuele was a hit! A sour beer that has a great balance of sourness of fruit, wow! The Boysen blue was also a hit!! The service was also great as usual. Fast and very efficient. They also had good jams playing while we enjoyed our delicious drinks.
google avatar

A F.

Yelp
Great beer but their prices have increased to the point wherein people just can't justify it or the ambiance of drinking on a black top under sun beaten umbrellas! You can get one of their beers cheaper at a local restaurant. This place never evolved. Just stuck in a parking lot when all other breweries in the area had indoor amenities with restaurant food and entertainment. I know they are trying to open a new location, but by charging $12-14/beer isn't the way to do their customers. Hard to root for them anymore. Sorry.
google avatar

Delayna J.

Yelp
This brewery was soooo cute! It's one of the bigger ones, lots of outdoor seating and taco trucks on a Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. At first the beers just looked like smoothies/fruit juices, but they were in fact really yummy (and strong lol) Will absolutely be back!
google avatar

marissa l.

Yelp
With plenty of seating options it's a great spot for groups or to stop by a cold one with a friend . We ordered: Ukulele Baby Kettle Sour was light bodied, tropical and refreshing. Very easy to drink. 5/5 8.0% ABV Watermelon Blonde Ale was lightly sweet and refreshing. 4/5 5.0% ABV Cactus Jack Wheat Beer was light but had a sliiiiight bite at the end. 3/5 6.5% ABV Young Fool West Coast IPA was a bit too bitter for my liking . 2/5 7.2% ABV Michelada wasn't too bad. Light in flavor . 3/5 Service was quick , friendly and efficient! Love it
google avatar

Raquel D.

Yelp
Rancho native. I've been coming here for about five years. My close friend suggested and we came because it's usually a fun time. They apparently hired some new staff that aren't fun at all. A heavy set woman with glasses legitimately counts your drinks... She basically accused me of sneaking in drinks for drinking water out of a water cup. Then proceeded to take my drink away and hand me an empty cup. She stood outside near closing to see people leave, blocking the exit to write down license plates. A friend asked and she confirmed to be calling the police on their own guest after leaving (and being over served). I hope they reconsider their staff before moving to their new location as I truly enjoyed coming here with friends.
google avatar

Rodney R.

Yelp
Hamilton's restored my faith in there brewery, better customer service is always key, i had a way better interaction this time around I hope the best for there new spot!
google avatar

Maria R.

Yelp
Great place for big groups. First time here on 11/30/24 - lots of seating. Goal was to stop by and have one beer, tried Ukulele Baby. It was good. Couldn't stay long since we had other plans but we definitely want to come back.

Deborah L.

Yelp
I stopped by yesterday. Very interesting place. It's not a place where you wait to be seated. You walk in and theres a lane where you order your beer and pick it up and go find a seat. It's a huge place. Only food I saw was a taco truck outside. When you first walk in the decor reminds me of a speak easy vibe. Beer was good I got a watermelon blonde.
google avatar

Don M.

Yelp
Great new location! Love the spacious outdoor seating with TVs and the food truck. Opening night was a bit chaotic but that was expected. The owners were fantastic walking around and greeting everyone. Parking was tight for night 1 but nice that they ran a shuttle from the old location to try and accommodate everyone.
google avatar

Hugo M.

Yelp
Best brewery in the I.E hands down. Have been coming to this place for years (don't judge me). Variety of different beers, seltzers and slushies (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). Family place for sure. Dog friendly. Great staff. The vibes are always great here. If you are in the area, grab a pint and enjoy!

Vanessa V.

Yelp
Loved this place for so long buttttt The price increase has been crazy , Sucks but can't justify going on a random Sunday for a couple of beers for the new prices .
google avatar

Roland C.

Yelp
Totally family friendly, people here with strollers! Have the option of inside, air conditioning seating and outside "elements" seating. Food trucks were delicious and had seltzer available. Spicy Paloma burned! Bu/ watermelon was delish with tajin. Speak softly slushy was nostalgic. Recommend: yes! Return: yes!
google avatar

Franklin M.

Yelp
This is one busy brewery but thankfully they have a lot of room to accommodate the beer connoisseurs. There are food trucks on site to provide munchies for the hungry crowd. We sat outside and the tented tables made it comfortable staying out of the sun. I had to try the seasonal Watermelon Blonde and it was spot on chilly and perfect. A Yelp check in will get you a free bag of pretzels.
google avatar

Raul R.

Yelp
Local Rancho brewery with fun vibes and great knowledgeable staff !they do have food trucks that come so that's nice !
google avatar

Ernie M.

Yelp
Recently revisited Hamilltons. Their beer is good but I can no longer justify 2 beers for 28.00 (including small tip). If I'm paying these insane prices I want a waitress, table service, AC, and a view of the ocean.

Nadia G.

Yelp
This is an amazing place. Great beer and food trucks. Every time we come we always get greeted. Our favorite person there is Monty. He always has a smile on his face and has great vibes. This place is also family friendly.

Denise O.

Yelp
The old location was way better. Main reason parking is terrible, these shuttle system is a mess. Beer is subpar honestly can get a better beer at my local liquor store. Seating is uncomfortable I can go on but why bother I think I made my point. If I can give a lower score than 1 I would. Would not recommend!
google avatar

Mylesha D.

Yelp
The Ukelele baby is my go-to mainly because I'm a sour's person and this is their only sour on the menu. I really wish more breweries were as spacious and comfy as this one. It's a great spot to chill and have a good time.
google avatar

Bianca L.

Yelp
We love Hamiltons! Service is quick. Ambience all depends on the day. Weekdays are more chilled out and weekends are busy, but not crazy. Beers are top notch quality and they always have delicious food trucks. Ukelele baby and cactus jack is my go too. I love the sours here because you can taste the fruit flavors. We even come here on the week days for a beer and carnitas burrito and tacos from the food vender. Really hits the spot. They treat their first responders well. We love coming here. This place is kid friendly and it's super nice that they serve non alcoholic beverages for kids and friends who don't drink. Big parking lot. Clean establishment. Heaters provided in the winter.

Octavio H.

Yelp
I miss the old location, it's so hard to find parking, they do have a shuttle but that's doing too much, the old location had a such nice vibe now it's so crowded and so loud in there, it doesn't feel like a nice and chill vibe anymore.

Mauro M.

Yelp
Prior to moving out of state I would frequent Hamilton's with friends. Vibes were great, staff were great as well. However, after visiting this past Friday I noticed the vibes were off. A party that sat behind us snuck in BuzzBalls and security didn't stop them, another person was vaping at their table. The benches were a sight for sore eyes, grey, bent out of shape. The vibes were definitely different than before. I just wanted to finish my drink and leave as soon as possible. The drink prices were too high, got two drinks and was already pushing $30. I would only come back for Cinco con Todo tacos, but get my food To-go
google avatar

Kimberly H.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this location, tucked away and hidden, but lots of options, even more seating, and large projector of games on the wall. They even make their own rootbeer. Def recommend and will return.

natalie

Yelp
I come here pretty often and I enjoy my time very much but this time they told me the water from the rain ruined the firepit so I mean I'm gonna freeze now because there's no active firepit. I Which I understand it's a little inconvenient given the circumstances of it being cold. But I highly recommend this spot. Service is always good. Workers are always attentive. I have no complaints.
google avatar

Alexis F.

Yelp
This place is usually packed Friday through Sunday nights. they seem to always have one or more food trucks. If you are a beer drinker, they definitely have options such as frozen margaritas and seltzers. The prices are reasonable. Plenty of seating outside. I believe they have Porta potties outside. Plus they have two indoor bathrooms. Just know you will have to wait in line for the bathroom on a busy night. It could take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Been here twice. Lots of beer, slush, and seltzer options - even non alcoholic. Spacious. Ambiance. Check out their calendar for food truck schedules.
