I recently indulged in the Cela Body Aroma Journey at Hammam Spa, and it was nothing short of magical! The spa’s ambiance is incredibly calming, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the experience made me feel like I was being pampered from start to finish. The therapist was incredibly skilled, providing just the right amount of pressure and attention. My skin felt deeply hydrated afterward, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. What truly stood out to me was the overall sense of relaxation. If you’re looking for a truly luxurious and restorative experience, the Cela Body Aroma Journey at Hammam Spa is a must to TRY. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I paid $75 for a manicure at this spa, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did the manicure completely dry, which was messy and painful. The nail polish application is a disaster – there are bubbles, lines, and everything looks uneven. For the price they charge, I expected way better, but instead, I got a sloppy job that I could have done better myself. Avoid this place if you care about your nails.

I recently visited Hammam Spa by Céla Bayview and had an absolutely rejuvenating experience. This spa offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Service: The staff at Hammam Spa were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. The estheticians were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, providing personalized recommendations and treatments. Facility: The spa is beautifully designed, with a Moroccan-inspired ambiance that transports you to a different world. The steam rooms and relaxation zones are immaculate, and the attention to detail in the architecture and lighting is impressive. The oversized Turkish towels provided for the steam room were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hammam Spa by Céla Bayview offers a luxurious and tranquil environment that makes you feel pampered and cared for. It's a perfect place to unwind and indulge in some much-needed self-care.

I recently visited Hammam Spa Bayview, and I can honestly say it was the best facial experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was so calming, and the spa had a relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease instantly. The steam room is absolutely amazing, and makes it feel deeply relaxing. The facial itself was divinely tailored specifically to my skin’s needs, leaving my face feeling incredibly refreshed, smooth, and glowing. The products used were high-quality, and the therapist was highly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend Hammam Spa Bayview for anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating facial experience. I will be coming back for more!

We enjoyed our day spa getaway at Hammam Spa by Céla Bayview. Everything was clean, from the change rooms to the lounge and sauna. We loved the peppermint scent in the sauna, it really helped us relax. My husband did his RMT Swedish Massage with Stephanie and he said she was really good and got all the knots and stiffness in his body. I did the Luxury Spa Ritual with Sarah, and she was really nice and friendly. She also made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. The massage at the end was nice, but I was looking for something with much more pressure, so consider that if ever you're going to book the ritual. Nevertheless, it is a nice treatment if you want to get pampered and relieve stress.

What an amazing spa!!! I came for a 60 minute facial and I loved it!!! I even fell asleep while the masseuse was working on my face, loved it! The steam room was an amazing treat. The staff was super friendly and super professional, everything was meticulously clean! I came on a Sunday mid-afternoon and it was very quiet, which was great as I was enjoying the steam room all to myself! I can’t wait to come back and get pampered again!

I booked the Céla Seed to Skin Ritual for $300 and left feeling like I basically paid that much for someone to shower me. The description promised a full experience with a hair treatment, facial cleanse, scrub, and a head, neck, and shoulder massage — but I never received the massage, which was supposed to be the highlight. The service ended abruptly with just a cream application (though I did like the cream used). It makes me wonder if I received a lesser version of the treatment because I paid with a gift card. For the price, I expected luxury and attention to detail, not an incomplete service. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration for myself so I left feeling disappointed.

Yelp
My sister gifted me a visit together here for my birthday. Neither of us had been to either location before. We booked a signature mani/pedi and were really looking forward to the experience. We diligently prepared ourselves by completing and sending in the pretreatment questionnaire. Both of us noted the difference between signature and non signature treatment descriptions, followed their instructions, and arrived with no shellac to remove. Not even regular polish. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have our emailed questionnaires and we had to do them all over again on paper. We were brought upstairs to the spa level and checked in, again. We were given our cloth wrap robes and shown the locker room where you select your flip flops. We could then proceed to the waiting area where they have a few sitting areas and snacks (nuts and dried fruits, tea and water.) The staff collected us and we were seated for our services, mani first. The staff were nice enough, but at no point was it explained to us what this polish actually is. They told us it's Vinylux but that was it. We had no idea this is basically a cross between polish and shellac, even though my sister asked about the formulation. The staff were pretty good with our procedures (although I did notice a faint scratch on a nail surface when we were finished.) Then it went steeply downhill. 2 weeks later I need to remove the polish as it's all worn away at the tips. So I get out my remover...and nothing is happening! I call my sister and she confirms, she had to resort to acetone remover to get it off. We filled out health questionnaires including cancer history and they aren't transparent about this? Nowhere on their site does it advise you will need acetone to take this stuff off. I also soon experienced horrendous skin degradation, my hands like velcro scraping and snagging against every textile I touched. Not to mention, 10 weeks later and my nails are in shreds, it will take a whole regrowth from the cuticle up to get rid of the brutal damage. Will never go back and advise you don't go at all either.
