I came in last month for a facial and still haven’t forget how relaxing I felt, it was the perfect experience to celebrate my birthday and blindly recommend to visit. The facial was top notch, very relaxing and educative. The eucalyptus steam and sauna were daydreaming and can’t wait to go again. Front staff are very welcoming and were attentive to my needs at all times.

I booked a 45 min Swedish massage. This is the first time ever when I had a therapist not work head to feet. She massaged my feet and then to my surprise, she started massaging my face. The therapist herself was kind and lovely. When I told the person checking me out of the spa, she visibly recoiled. I wanted to use the showers but they were very small and had an awful smell coming from them. The steam room and sauna were nice. The tea lounge is small and does not offer much. There are far better facilities in the GTA that also charge less for rmt massages. I would not recommend this place at all.

I went in for a massage with two coworkers, though we were in separate rooms. The environment was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The massage itself was steady and effective, helping relieve tension, especially in the back and shoulders. They also gave us snacks while waiting. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a straightforward, relaxing massage experience.

Went to this spa on Saturday, their common spaces are nice and I loved the steam room, reception was nice as well. I loved all the amenities, change room had all the products I would have at home and great hairstyling tools. When I got called to get my facial done and I was telling her the products I use, I told her I use this one product (only have been using it for 2 weeks but I saw big improvements on my skin) I told her I use it because I had dry patches and discolouration, now I was recommended the cream (hydrocortisone cream 1%) from my sisters who also have the same problem and it all works for our skin, it’s used to treat mild eczema. The person who was doing my facial analyzed my skin and said I had no dry patches at all ( again I saw big improvements while using it for 2 weeks) told me not to use it because I didn’t know what it was and assumed that I saw a influencer use it and started saying “all the influencers are not doctors”? Sure but that’s not why I’m using it. Now the manicure, I’ve had much better manicure at cheaper places. The nail polish brand that they use seems cheap and started to chip the night I got it done. I believe that they should have professional nail techs instead of using the same people for the facials to do your nails as well. While she was doing my cuticles she nicked me a bit and my cuticles were red and stung when I washed my hands after the service. Over all the amenities are nice but the the service was just mid.

I recently indulged in the Cela Body Aroma Journey at Hammam Spa, and it was nothing short of magical! The spa’s ambiance is incredibly calming, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the experience made me feel like I was being pampered from start to finish. The therapist was incredibly skilled, providing just the right amount of pressure and attention. My skin felt deeply hydrated afterward, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. What truly stood out to me was the overall sense of relaxation. If you’re looking for a truly luxurious and restorative experience, the Cela Body Aroma Journey at Hammam Spa is a must to TRY. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

My daughter and I had a truly wonderful experience at Hammam Spa by Céla. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and inviting. The spa was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We both enjoyed incredible massages by Eli (Elham) and Ann, who were professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Their care and technique left us feeling completely rejuvenated. After our treatment, we were offered delicious tea and snacks, which added such a thoughtful and relaxing touch to the experience. We left feeling refreshed and pampered — truly an exceptional spa that I would highly recommend!

I recently visited Hammam Spa by Céla Bayview and had an absolutely rejuvenating experience. This spa offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Service: The staff at Hammam Spa were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. The estheticians were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, providing personalized recommendations and treatments. Facility: The spa is beautifully designed, with a Moroccan-inspired ambiance that transports you to a different world. The steam rooms and relaxation zones are immaculate, and the attention to detail in the architecture and lighting is impressive. The oversized Turkish towels provided for the steam room were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hammam Spa by Céla Bayview offers a luxurious and tranquil environment that makes you feel pampered and cared for. It's a perfect place to unwind and indulge in some much-needed self-care.

Some small details and feedback that would Make the whole experience a 5 star. Booked a facial. They told us to use the sauna facilities before the facial and they would come get us. So we did. And we had no watch to track time. So we missed the opportunity to take a shower before the facial. After the facial I still felt like I needed to shower. So all the cream on my face was a total waste. The shower is not pleasant at all. The water pressure is too intense and the whole shower was overflowing. Gross! They told us they would give us complimentary drinks since it was our birthday. And we never received it. Of course we did not remind them either. Small details are importance for a luxury place like this. Business is tough out there. Don’t miss on these details that set you apart. I enjoyed the facial, and my lady Tatiana was an absolute angel. So gentle and you can tell she loves her job. 5 stars to her. Would I return? likely not!

Yelp
My sister gifted me a visit together here for my birthday. Neither of us had been to either location before. We booked a signature mani/pedi and were really looking forward to the experience. We diligently prepared ourselves by completing and sending in the pretreatment questionnaire. Both of us noted the difference between signature and non signature treatment descriptions, followed their instructions, and arrived with no shellac to remove. Not even regular polish. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have our emailed questionnaires and we had to do them all over again on paper. We were brought upstairs to the spa level and checked in, again. We were given our cloth wrap robes and shown the locker room where you select your flip flops. We could then proceed to the waiting area where they have a few sitting areas and snacks (nuts and dried fruits, tea and water.) The staff collected us and we were seated for our services, mani first. The staff were nice enough, but at no point was it explained to us what this polish actually is. They told us it's Vinylux but that was it. We had no idea this is basically a cross between polish and shellac, even though my sister asked about the formulation. The staff were pretty good with our procedures (although I did notice a faint scratch on a nail surface when we were finished.) Then it went steeply downhill. 2 weeks later I need to remove the polish as it's all worn away at the tips. So I get out my remover...and nothing is happening! I call my sister and she confirms, she had to resort to acetone remover to get it off. We filled out health questionnaires including cancer history and they aren't transparent about this? Nowhere on their site does it advise you will need acetone to take this stuff off. I also soon experienced horrendous skin degradation, my hands like velcro scraping and snagging against every textile I touched. Not to mention, 10 weeks later and my nails are in shreds, it will take a whole regrowth from the cuticle up to get rid of the brutal damage. Will never go back and advise you don't go at all either.
