This is our second time and we absolutely love this place. They have different themes. Current one is Alice-in-Wonderland the drinks, the dishes the plates are all focused on that theme. Great people are great service. We sat at the bar really creative menu. If you're looking to just chill by yourself or with friends, this is a really neat place to do that. It's on the Marrietta square, so parking is scarce, so be prepared a little bit. But, Hey, we all need the exercise.

Kevin was great! He kept my drink full and made the perfect recommendations on food and drinks. Fast service with a smile. I'll definitely be back!

We celebrated our friend’s birthday here and totally enjoyed it. The food was great - H&H salad was fresh with freshly made buttermilk dressing. Their 8 oz filet mignon steak was delicious, ambience was cozy, great service and nice cocktail options. Definitely great place.

Google
Exceptional, without equivocation. The atmosphere is elegant, yet chill. The menu is small, yet amazingly diverse. The bar is chock full of whiskey and a handful of outstanding tequilas. It took me a minute to decide what i wanted to eat. Steak, smash burger, roast beef or cod. There are more delicious items to choose from, but those had my eye. Fried cod sandwich won out and damn was it delish. The side of mushrooms and brussel sprouts was out of this world 🌎. My compadre had the turkey melt, which was equally knock your socks off. It took me a while to survey all the selections behind the bar. I'm more of an exquisite rum and tequila guy, and since there was no rum worthy rums and a couple of impressive tequilas, tequila got the nod. Needless to say, most bars do not carry either El Tesoro or G4 tequila. I would return for these alone. If you haven't tried either, do yourself a favor. H&H is without a doubt one of the very best spots in all of the Atlanta area. Go and go again.

I made reservations for 8 for my sister’s birthday brunch and we were lucky to get in for the Alice In Wonderland theme before it was over! The inside was super cute, decorations looked very well thought out. Once we were seated I guess we sat at the wrong seats because the hostess came over, picked up this boxed fake plant they had on the table for what I realized later was for separating seating between parties, and she went over to another server and said something and he peeked over her shoulder to look at our table. I get it, I was a server for many years and dealing with people can be annoying but it was rude. The hostess didn’t say anything when she came to the table, she just looked annoyed that we were this incompetent group or something. Our server came to the table with the hostess to move the fake box plant to the other side of the table which was interesting considering the seating is so close together, I wouldn’t want to be sat so close to another party if I was dining alone or with another person. The service itself was okay, not much interaction other than taking our orders, bringing food out and the checks. It honestly felt like the staff was just annoyed that we were there. Music was a bit loud for it to be a smaller place, even though we were sat so close to each other having conversations was a bit harder. The food was great! We only had one issue with an order and the waitress did come out and help with that. None of us ordered alcohol, but I do want to give this place another try when the next theme comes around. I’d love to try more menu items and try a drink or two, and maybe give the later hours a try. Overall for a first experience here it was decent, but for the sake of wanting to change my opinion of a place I’ll give it another try later on!

Google
What an adorable restaurant! Made the special trip for the Alice in Wonderland Experience. The staff was amazing. No reservation (didn’t realize we’d need one) and the sweet girl got us a table in less than 10 minutes! The server was so helpful and friendly. I would certainly drive an hour for lunch there again. ☺️

Google
Food was amazing. Somehow I accidentally submitted a 3 star review unintentionally - sorry about that! Modern day butt dialing I guess. I've visited twice now, last night on our 7th wedding anniversary. The food was so good. So so good. I would not be surprised at all to see it get a ⭐ or mention from the Michelin guide one of these days on food quality. I also like how the chef and sous chef seemed to feature dishes with overlapping ingredients but really different vibes on current menu. Feels intentional and thoughtful about waste management IMO. We had the plum salad as a starter and it was amazing. The theme wasn't clear last night but I enjoyed the rain clouds. Service was great, not too loud for being fairly busy on a Wednesday evening. I neglected to take pictures this time but snapped a couple of the cocktails from the Alice theme which was so visually stunning and the details were great.

Wow wow wow, we had the absolute best experience at hamp and Harry’s and we will definitely be regulars from now on. Connor took the best care of us and talked us through every decision on the menu. They took exceptional care of my wife’s allergy and the executive chef even came to our table to ensure the safest meal for us with such a severe allergy. We cannot recommend this place enough.! The pop up bar was amazing and so cute. We will be back!

Yelp
The service was awesome and food was delicious!!! Will definitely be my go-to restaurant from now on. Overall, had a really great experience, I loved the vibe of the restaurant.

Yelp
Love it here! We've been here a few times now for various events and they never fail. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, they have tables and seating directly when you walk in as well as bar seating. However there is further seating on the other side of the wall as well. The servers are always super friendly and helpful, they give really good recommendations depending on what you like, preferences, dietary restrictions...etc. The menu is pretty inclusive, there's a little something for everyone and I will say the food is delicious, truly tasty. I'm a vegetarian and my dish didn't feel like it was just put on the menu for the sake of having a vegetarian option. It felt like it was curated and specifically made. We also had their dessert and those were also really tasty. Would highly recommend!

Yelp
Hamp & Harry's is located at the Marietta Square off Roswell Street. They have live music upstairs from Thursday to Saturday. It's called High Note in the upstairs portion. We went on a Sunday, and they had a nice musical mix playing. There is free parking around the square along with lots. We got lucky with one right in front of the restaurant. There wasn't a big crowd, so we were seated immediately. Dinner starts at 5 p.m. We arrived during their Happy Hour time frame. We were seated at the high tops in between the bar and the booths along the back wall. Loved the decor inside the restaurant. It had a fun, laid-back vibe. Music was playing but just right so you can have a convo and not hear everyone around you speaking. Our waitress was friendly and did a great job offering suggestions. We got a small sample of the frozen drinks to see if we wanted them. My friend got the Summet Glow. I passed and got the H&H version of an old fashion. They call " The Rookie" and had the option of getting it smoked. Love that!! My friend ordered the Special Burger of the day. A classic smash burger with traditional toppings along with bacon jam and a Japanese mayo on the said. It came with a sauce that was really good to dip fries in. I got the H&H salad with the jerk chicken and house buttermilk ranch dressing. The jerk chicken was flavorful and well seasoned with a decent amount of sauce but not spicy. It didn't have the traditional jerk chicken flavor buy really good. My salad ingredients tasted and looked fresh. Love that!! No complaints. My plate was clean at the end. Definitely would like to come back for brunch on the weekends! The dinner menu looked good. Staff was engaging and friendly. Costs were affordable. Free parking.

Yelp
Hamp & Harry's rates somewhere between four and five stars for me. This is a New American restaurant and bar with great food, drink, service, and ambiance. They have live music too. This is currently one of my top three restaurants at Marietta Square: (1) Spring, (2) Mac's Chophouse, and (3) Hamp & Harry's. As a regular visitor since 2001, I noticed the Square's dining scene improved after the opening of Spring in 2016. Many new businesses followed including Marietta Square Market in March 2019, Mac's in June 2020, and Hamp & Harry's in December 2021. Hamp & Harry's replaced spaces most recently occupied by Bramble Bar & Kitchen and Low T Nation. Before Bramble, it was Jack's New Yorker Deli. Jack's closed in 2020. The Jack's/Bramble space is where Hamp & Harry's started. Then, in late summer/early fall 2023, they expanded into the former Low T space next door. "Hamp & Harry's" is a reference to the middle names of the owners, Scott "Hampton" McCray and Scott "Harrison" Kerns. These are the same guys behind local chain McCray's Tavern and other metro Atlanta restaurants like The Mill Kitchen & Bar in downtown Roswell. Free parking is available on and around Marietta Square and surrounding streets. There are also several free and paid parking lots and decks within a few blocks of the restaurant. The most convenient parking is the paid surface lot behind the restaurant. We got lucky and got a free street spot right in front of the restaurant. The owners have done a nice job with the space. The centerpiece is a large illuminated bar. It's tall, wide, well-stocked, and almost reaches the ceiling. The interior design is a mix of traditional and modern. For example, traditional and rustic in the exposed brick walls of the old building. Modern in the hanging florals, which has been a trendy Instagram/TikTok thing for restaurants in the last few years. Inside, there are multiple rooms. Outside, they have a cute sidewalk patio as well as a cocktail window where you can order cocktails. Reservations are recommended. Book on OpenTable. Unfortunately, Hamp & Harry's did not award points when I booked. During our Friday night visit, it was packed and loud. Loud because of all the people (room acoustics) and the music. This is one of those places where everyone has to talk loudly at each other. The atmosphere can be described as an elevated, classier bar and grill. This can be a fun date spot, but if you're looking for a place with a quieter, more intimate ambiance, this is not it. I came with a party of five and we had a good time. We were seated at one of the long high-tops by the bar. Below is a list of most of what we ordered. It should give you an idea of what this place has to offer and the cost. Raw & Chilled * Moonstone Oysters from Point Judith Pond, Rhode Island (12 for $40, market price) - "atomic" horseradish, mignonette, H&H cocktail sauce Small Plates * Mediterranean Fried Okra ($17) - tzatziki, sumac labneh, oregano, dill, pickled onion Entrees * 8 oz Meats by Linz Filet x2 ($56 each) - garlic chive mashed potatoes, kohlrabi, chimichurri butter * Double-H Smash Burger x2 ($24 each) - Meats by Linz prime beef, shredded lettuce, Emmentaler, comeback sauce * Chargrilled Ahi Tuna ($38) - butternut nuoc cham, kimchi, charred allium, lemongrass, coconut Libations * The Rookie ($16) - H&H Maker's Mark Private Selection, bourbon barrel syrup, Regans' Orange Bitters, Peychaud's Aromatic Cocktail Bitters * The Starry Night x2 ($15 each) - H&H blue gin, lemon, egg white, peach Desserts * Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse ($14) - cashew brittle, peanut and white chocolate ganache, caramel, salted honey ice cream * Cinnamon and White Chocolate Bread Pudding ($14) - cranberry and ginger coulis, pistachio bark, salted honey vanilla ice cream * Espresso ($3) Overall, I thought the food and drink were delicious. One thing I knew I had to get here were the oysters. The night we went, they were Moonstones. Small, fresh, cleanly shucked, and the perfect balance of briny and mild. Recommended. In hindsight, another raw item I wish we'd gotten were the Ahi Tuna Tostadas ($19). Next time. The Fried Okra was a well-executed fusion of Southern and Mediterranean cuisines. Hamp & Harry's gets their beef from Meats by Linz, outside of Chicago. The meat is top notch. I loved my filet, which I ordered medium rare. It was incredibly flavorful and tender, and an all-around terrific, high-quality steak. Other Atlanta restaurants I've been to that source from Meats by Linz include Marcel, Little Alley Steakhouse, and Foundation Social Eatery. I really enjoyed The Starry Night cocktail. The egg white made the drink frothy and creamy, and deceptively strong. The standout dessert was the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse. Wow. It was wonderfully rich, sweet, and smooth. I recommend that as well. Service was good. It appeared they had all hands on deck for a busy night. Ian B was our server and he took very good care of us.

Yelp
First time here. Heard they expanded for space a friend told me. The ambiance is romantic and beautiful. A place where I would take my date on, lol. Service was very nice , professional. Food was awesome. They give you two croissant like breads with a nice butter. I had the burger with truffle fries, a string coffee like with some Cognac (called maxim drink). Will be back for more!

Yelp
We had brunch a Hamp&Harry's today for my birthday it was so good. I had the brunch burger it was delicious. The sweet and savory flavor was on point. My friend enjoyed her food also. I loved the decorum it reminded me of London. This would be a great place for a bridal shower or baby shower so festive. Our server Makayla D was a sweetheart, beautiful smile, and personality.

Yelp
Review for the upstairs holiday pop-up bar. We waited 25 minutes standing at the bar before we could even get a bartender to look at us instead of having their personal conversations back and forth and making drinks for table service. When we were finally acknowledged, I asked politely why it took 25 minutes for us standing there to be served and was told "you're standing at a service bar" which I clearly was not as we were standing in the front of the bar and the service bar was around the corner. Based on the attitude of the bartender after a long wait, we turned around and went elsewhere.

Yelp
Excellent meal, dropped by for our Christmas lunch for work. Everyone enjoyed their food. They had a Christmas inspired drink menu. The Cindy Lou Who was an espresso martini made with cognac. It was excellent. The strength of 10 grinches was their Christmas take on an old fashioned. That was also great, great balance of sweet and acid. Very good. The atmosphere was excellent and the wait staff was on point. I had the salmon poke for my main course. It was soo good. The salmon was cooked perfectly and it paired nice with the sauce and radishes. Definitely will visit again

Yelp
E X P E R I E N C E we came on a sat at 1pm as a group of two. the restaurant was 30% full. we were immediately sat. as the meal went on, the restaurant became increasingly full. LOVE: everything is farm to table. if not local, food is flown in every morning! everything is absolutely fresh. F O O D spiced apple salad: Local Spring mix, apple's, air loom tomatoes, candied pecans, pickled red onion, buttermilk dressing Chilean salmon poke: Pickled onions, radish, poached egg saw my sushi rice, scallion, cilantro, Sambal aioli Mediterranean avocado: Olive tampina, tomato caper salad, whipped goat cheese, fried garlic, sunny side egg, chives. my absolute favorite. churro donuts: I am drooling right now thinking about it when i say everything is so fresh, healthier than most other restaurants, made with real ingredients and absolutely DELECTABLE!? IM SOLD. YOU WILL BE TOO. i don't even want to try a new restaurant in marietta square bc i love this place. i'm so excited to try their other options! lou says dinner is phenomenal to try their menu so im coming back sooner either than later. S E R V I C E lou was phenomenal. he's attentive, super friendly and informative. we had a bunch of fun w him. hes an absolute ray of sunshine. ask for him! bc i will always! new bestie. I N T E R I O R so aesthetically pleasing. so calming. relaxing. great for casual/deep chats. casual/cocktail outfit. perfect for singles, couples and small groups. may be harder to fit groups bigger than 6. P A R K I N G marietta square is annoying. ugh. youll just have to circle around. plenty of spots. there's just a ton of people.. it took me 5 mins to find a spot - parallel parked, 3 blocks down. just be sure to allot some time! P R I C E 70+ 20% tip

Yelp
Coffee was good and my Mediterranean Avocado toast was excellent. My husband, however, was less impressed with the prosciutto Benedict. He didn't dislike it from the beginning, but found the very generous portion of prosciutto to be a bit too much, as it becomes salty and there wasn't enough bread to balance it out. A true carnivore who doesn't mind the saltiness may prefer it.

Yelp
Came here with my son around the Christmas holiday because I heard it was decorated nicely and that it was. It is super cute and festive with a grinch theme and light and ornaments everywhere. There was also Christmas music playing and holiday themed cocktails. This definitely helped me get into the holiday spirit. My son had a hot chocolate which he liked and the short rib dumplings which are a little spicy and he enjoyed that as well. I had the Expresso martini and the hamburger and salad with fries. Overall the service we received was wonderful. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Lastly, if you can find parking around the square it is free but if not there are lots ranging from $10-15.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance 4 Stars. I went recently for brunch. I ordered an omelet with a side salad. It was delicious but for $16 you'd at least think they'd toss in toast or a biscuit as it is brunch. We had to ask a ton of questions as the menu leaves out so much info. Example - Fried Chicken Biscuit is the title, yet, no where in the description of ingredients does it mention fried chicken, but, it does say topped with soft scrambled eggs WTH. If your lactose intolerant they don't offer any oat etc., type of alternatives. Most entrees have a cream sauce so your SOL. That's why we ended up with the omelet. Otherwise we enjoyed the place and the meal. PS and decorated very festive for the holiday.

Yelp
My second visit to this cute restaurant was an absolute delight. I adored the pastel florals cascading from the ceiling. It created a lovely spring vibe despite the dreary weather. We were promptly seated at a high top in the restaurant's center. After a glance at the menu, we decided on our entrées and drinks. My friend ordered pineapple juice, and later, the server returned to inform us that she was mistaken and they were out. A little while later, our meals came, and both were delicious. While chatting with my friend, the server appeared with the initially ordered drink. She told us they went to the store to get pineapple juice. Great service.

Yelp
Service was fine but the food was super mid... Chicken was extremely salty, biscuit was basically a cracker, French toast looked like a dry piece of bread

Yelp
This place is delicious with a pretty hefty bourbon selection! Very nice outdoor tables with booths and tables inside. Dimly lit with a cozy ambiance. Hostess and waiter were great. Our waiter gave great recommendations and was very enthusiastic about how good the food was....and he's RIGHT! We got the dumplings for an appetizer. MOUTHWATERING! The juice in the bowl, sooo good, it was "tip the bowl in your mouth good!" Slurpable. Very fresh. It comes with 4 dumplings. The braised short ribs inside were so tender and delicious. My buddy got the burger and he said it was great! I got the chicken sandwich and fries. Chicken was crunchy and juicy, very tasty. The fries were hot and crunchy. Perfect! Had a couple local beers, recommended by the waiter, which complimented the meal perfectly! Hats off to the Chef! We'll done. Really like the 1 page menu too. If you are in/around Marietta, make this your first stop! There's parking right on the street and a parking garage across the street.

Yelp
Food was AMAZING! We ordered several small plates... shrimp, dumpling, tuna and a salad. The shrimp was so good! Four giant shrimp served on a grilled piece of bread that was soaked up all the sauces and flavors. Tasty!! Service was just ok, Our waiter promised that he would space our small plates out if we ordered all at once. I should have known better. It came out like a shotgun blast! There was no room on our table. Not sure if the kitchen messed it up or the waiter, but no one came by to check to see the mountain of plates and food that came all at once. ‍ Regardless we left full and happy as the food is always amazing! Love the spring decor. So festive!

Yelp
I have eaten here twice. It has a great vibe and the service and mixed drinks are very good. However the food is not good at all. I was with a party of 6 and everyone ordered something different. No one really loved their meal. I am very disappointed because I wanted to like this place.

Zulema R.

Yelp
Dropped by for a late lunch but was a bit disappointed that the only menu available was the happy hour menu which is very limited. Enjoyed what we did have but it wasn't what I would have liked. Decorated for Valentines it's a cute little spot to visit

Yelp
I've been to Hamp & Harry's twice and was underwhelmed from both experiences. The first experience was a few months ago, and the servers hyped up a salmon dish that was just okay, and the restaurant was pretty loud. The menu often looks great, so I went back this past weekend. The bread served both times was great, but this past visit included a curry lime butter that was good but didn't pair well with the already-seasoned bread. I tried the Miso Cesar which was pretty good, but overly salted. The blackened mahi was HIGHLY disappointing -- the fish had no blackening flavor, the crawfish were cold and not very crispy -- tasking a bit too fishy, and the flavors didn't go well together. I think the dish also made me a bit sick, but I'm not certain. The service on both visits was slow but friendly. The've expanded the space and it looks nice, but I'm not sure their kitchen can easily support the expanded seating capacity. The food is also overpriced for the market and quality -- it's priced as if I was eating at a fancier restaurant in the city.

Yelp
Crab cake Benedict was delicious for brunch . I came on a Saturday afternoon. Waitress was attentive and provided great service . I will be back to try dinner menu another time .

Yelp
HAMP & HARRY's has a small town feel with big city appeal. The food & craft cocktails is worth every minute of the drive, as I live quite a ways a way. My first visit I ordered the Short Rib Dumplings as a starter. It was a like no other dumpling I'd ever tasted. It's flavors were like fireworks on your tastebuds. It was so good I literally drank the leftover juice left in the bowl. Please don't judge me but I just didn't want the dish to end. I also order the Lobster Roll & side salad. I completely devoured both. The Lobster Roll was some of the lumpiest and buttery lobster. The side salad was a great refreshing and light side and had such an adequate amount of dressing you don't need any more. The Cocktails are so well crafted that you can taste the passion from the mixologists. They are some of the best curated drinks in the city and beyond. I highly recommend their drinks...excellent for a wind down after work or drinks with the girls or a date night, night cap.

Yelp
Stopped by for some drinks with close friends. Great little, growing place just off the square in Marietta.

Yelp
This was my first time going and I went for their A Christmas Carol Pop Up holiday experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We did have a reservation and our table was available when we arrived. It's not a huge space, but everything was so cute and magical inside. I definitely felt the holiday cheer with the decor. They don't have a large food menu as they have more tapas, raw bar, and cocktails, but there are a number of larger plate options available. I chose the smash burger with the truffle fries and it was delicious. The cocktails I got were the Cafe Maxim and their margarita, in which I enjoyed both. Other drinks that were ordered were the Visit From Mr. Marley and the Bah Humbug. My friends enjoyed their drinks as well, along with their meals. The staff were all very nice and made sure we had a great dining experience. Our waiter was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and gave us great recommendations for items to try.
google avatar

Chelsea W.

Yelp
Christy was the best server. We got the tuna poke app and Parmesan fries. The starry night is the best gin based cocktail ever! The bartender (can't remember her name) did a great job. I had a glass of rose that didn't give me heartburn and worth every penny. Great food amazing drinks and fantastic service!
google avatar

Yelp
Parking is pretty easy; lots of street parking options and since it is in the square it is easy to park anywhere and walk! Drinks are 10/10! The best espresso martini I have had thus far! Kids are welcome; however, one less star because they didn't have any booster seats or high chairs. That was tricky since we had our toddler with us. They also have a kids menu that you can ask for. They should definitely at least provide proper and safe seating if they are kid friendly! Food is amazing!! Everything was cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed the oysters and the mushroom appetizer! So tasty! The kids meal we got with grilled cheese was SO good that we even had a few bites of our son's ! My husband got the steak and the bread service was very good! The restaurant itself is beautiful!

Yelp
Went here for Valentine's dinner & it didn't disappoint. Set in the heart of the Marietta square. It's a fantastic place to sweep your lady off her feet. Food and service was top notch! We'll definitely be back.

Jen R.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and a friend recommended this spot! We came in a night with live music! All the cocktails on the menu were great. Would love to go back and try dinner there next time

Yelp
We've been here twice and both times were great. Our service was always good. The bar is great because it's large and looks outside. I love love love their ahi tuna tostadas. They are an appetizer but I've had as a meal before. The one thing is they list their burger as a smash burger and it's not. My husband was very upset about that. But it was still a delicious burger.

Susan M.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere. Service was good but food was ridiculously overpriced for the amount you get.

Yelp
Visited on a quiet weeknight with a friend who had been here before. The restaurant was still fairly full. Ambiance was very modern and cool. Service was decent, but not anything exceptional. His recommendations fell short for us overall. It seems to be the kind of place that is constantly changing menus, and their current offerings didn't match the website at all. Neither the items that had caught my eye online, nor what my friend enjoyed previously were available. The drinks were somewhat unique, tasted fine, and a bit pricey - especially for the area. The bread service and the hen of the woods mushrooms were the stars of the show. Overall, foods were quite overpriced for portion size. Not a single entree really appealed to either of us, but we went with the ahi tuna. It was fresh, but poorly cut and very sinewy. I've never experienced that before in any type of restaurant. I would imagine it's overall a hit or miss experience, and this time was a bit of a miss.

Yelp
Nice brunch and decorations! Had the ham Benedict, French toast and biscuits with gravy! Lou was a wonderful server.

Yelp
As you can tell from the number of times I have reviewed Hamp & Harry's, I'm a big fan. The Starry Night drink is always so fun to order, and it's so tasty! I love the printed image on top. It's a must try if you haven't already!

Yelp
12 of us went for a friend's birthday dinner. The service was friendly but SUPER slow. Drinks took forever. We all ordered food at the same time. We waited 45 mins for our food and several others waited at least 15 mins longer for some meatballs and fried brussel sprouts. Then after the server gave us our checks, he TOOK them back to added gratuity!! How rude! And it was only for a 15% tip. That will be my only visit to Hamp & Harry's.
google avatar

Leon S.

Yelp
Went here for lunch, arriving at the tale end of the lunch timeframe. At some places that can seem like an issue, but not here. The service was great, and we felt welcome, even though we ended up the last people there by the end of lunch. We found parking right in front of the restaurant, but I'd imagine that parking is pretty tight. The ambiance and decore was nice. They have an excellent selection at the bar, and if your in to bourbon, and are willing to pay the premium, you'll be able to try alot of unicorn bourbons here. I had the smash Burger, which was close to the best Burger I've ever had. You could tell that the patties were fresh, grass fed beef. They had a salty crust to them that was so good! Not overpowering at all. Cooked to perfection! The fries were good and crispy also. I left absolutely stuffed! Do yourself a favor and put this on you priority list of places to try if you're in the ATL area.

Yelp
I came to H&H today for a late brunch since I happened to be in the Square shopping. As always your biggest issue upon arrival will be parking. That's the nature of the Square, but there are plenty of paid lots for about $5-13 so worst case you can snag one of those... Now to the good stuff, I came alone so I sat at the bar and Angie served me. She was super knowledgeable about the drinks and food, and her service was excellent! She recommended an awesomely unique tomatillo Bloody Mary. It was slightly smoky and had just a little spice, I've never had anything like it but I would absolutely have it again! For my meal I had the 2 egg any style meal with my eggs soft scrambled with cheese, Berkshire bacon, AMAZING home fries, and lightly dressed greens. I added an order of sourdough toast bc I love toast LOL! All of it was perfect!! The eggs were exactly as I requested, bacon was crisp but still had some bend to it, and as I mentioned, the home fries went OFF! It's a pretty small spot, so not great for groups but perfect for a small family or for date night. I'll be back for dinner for sure and I'll ask Angie to recommend another signature cocktail. Check them out. It's worth the parking hassle, I promise!

Yelp
Wife took me here for my birthday. Great ambiance, craft cocktails, and food. Definitely one of the better spots on the square for a delicious meal.

Yelp
Went for brunch and the food was delicious. Had the chicken hash. Service was also very good. Highly recommend.

Yelp
The noise level here is deafening! One of the reasons is that the tables and chairs in the middle are so close together I had to ask the person sitting next to my booth to move temporarily so I could get out. I know people think the pandemic is over so you don't have to be 6 feet apart but he was so close that his feet were kicking our booth! And that is ridiculous! The food was OK Smashburger was good Parmesan fries a little salty and not as many as I thought should've been served with this burger I counted them and there was 10 fries. The manicotti was excellent and the Joy of Life drink was also good not as much alcohol And I'm a real lightweight when it comes to alcohol so I didn't really feel this drink it was tasty.

Yelp
FAB, FAB, FAB. Went here for my best friend's 51st birthday LOL. Not quite sure where to start because I could go on and on about this spot...the drinks were amazing, the food was incredible and the service was excellent! George the manager took care of us and oh my gosh...Lou was awesome as our server. He introduced us to the menu so we felt as though this wasn't our first time (although it was). Everything he recommended was spot on! You won't go wrong with this spot trust me. It's a WINNER!!!! I give it 5 Forks!

Yelp
Really great atmosphere. Good wine selection. Unfortunately, the bar chairs are SUPER uncomfortable.

Yelp
Hands-down the best restaurant on the Square (and there really isn't a bad one). The ever-changing menu keeps frequent visitors interested with new and interesting dishes. Their new roasted chicken with olive/red pepper sauce and leek polenta is phenomenal. Even their simple bibb lettuce salad is delicious. As you can see from my previous reviews, I'm a regular here and for good reason. The most interesting menu, the best prepared food, the most extensive bar list, the ONLY place to get a decent dessert in the Square; just try it.

Yelp
I live a couple streets away and hamp and Harry's is my go to! Anyone who asks where to go in Marietta, I'm the first to compliment everything about H&H. I have been here more times than I can count and sit inside and outside with my 6lb service dog. She sleeps on my lap, doesn't make a single peep. I have been told by staff to watch out for a certain staff member as she will kick me out, and I've been lucky not to catch her. Well, tonight was my (un)lucky night. She approached us rudely, almost looking for trouble. I presented her my license and she said without "paper" documentation we would need to leave. We happily paid our tab at the bar, and our sweet bartender was applaud at the encounter from her GM. I'm sorry to say I won't be back. My service dog is protected under federal law (will provide documentation) and it's a shame you have such unhappy managers in your establishment.

Yelp
I hate to review places that I love because that just means that the word will get out and it'll be harder for me to dine at this wonderful spot. Almost hole and the wall, but with fresh and modern touches. Mixology and great bartenders curating some of the best cocktails in the area. No longer needing to go to Atlanta to have a proper drink. Parking at Marietta Square isn't always the best. At this point I have been multiple times and have not been disappointed with the food selection. They also have themed bar days, an ongoing hula party weekly, and currently a Christmas holiday bar.

Yelp
Food was okay. Service was horrible - server ignored us for the majority of our time there, today; seemed to focus on the tables that 'looked' like they had more money to spend. Looks aren't everything. Won't be back. Won't recommend.

Yelp
Came here twice this week - once for lunch and once for dinner. This place was hoppin' on a Thursday night at 8. We wanted to sit outside, which was empty. But inside, you would definitely need a reservation. The cocktails. They have a large booze selection, so there's something for everyone. They also have a walk up window in front where you can get a cocktail to go it looks like. I had the cavilera (sp?) - a mezcal drink. SO GOOD! Also had the Irish coffee -- not good at all. The coffee was bitter and the drink just wasn't creative at all. It truly was just a glass of bitter coffee with a splash of booze. I'm used to awesome Irish coffees like at Dead Rabbit in NYC. This isn't it. Skip this. The classic old fashioned was really good too. The food. For lunch, we had the short rib grilled cheese. This was meh for me. Not bad but not as good as it sounded. It was not super cheesy. It ate more like a French dip without the dip. For dinner I had the fries (gigantic portion and perfectly fried) and the beet / burrata salad. A beet and burrata salad is nothing new. I expected it to be just fine. Instead it was SUBLIME. I'll dream about it. I want it again right now. Service. Friendly and attentive. No complaints. I definitely recommend this place - just skip the Irish coffee.

Yelp
Our waitress Alex was SO personable and thoughtful, she never missed a beat and was knowledgeable about pairings and options. We both ordered perfectly soft scrambled eggs, loved the blueberry sausage, and died for the toast with the strawberry compote in place of jam. Genius suggestion. Honestly, Alex saved our experience. Outside of that, the hostess was terrible. He sat us at a four top community table already occupied by two others,(there were two of us) at the back of the restaurant by the bathroom and kitchen. There were open tables throughout, all booths were available, minus the last booth. As two Black women, who made a reservation well in advance here, I felt incredibly uncomfortable having to speak up and ask for a different table. To which the hostess, Spencer, hesitated but ultimately agreed when I pointed to one of the booths. He sat us down and told us there was a party to arrive at 1:15 so we'd need to hurry. It was 11:30 when we arrived. It doesn't stop there. An older Black man came in asking the hostess, Spencer, if he could pick up an application. He did not reply and seemed to look through the gentleman, asking him to wait. After around 10ish minutes, we noticed the guy was still waiting by the door and the hostess he'd asked was still posted at the stand. My friend and I watched very uncomfortably as Spencer eventually hesitated when someone else asked about the man waiting, walked to the back, and returned with a paper application, pushing it into the shoulder of the gentleman, and walking off. My friend and I concluded with "It must be truly disheartening to not fit the aesthetic of a place and be discriminated against." This simply was an unfortunate set of interactions to observe and experience and a total juxtaposition to our interaction with the food and waitress.

Yelp
I had the Adobo Chicken. It was so salty. Had way too much soy sauce in it. I'd go back though to try something else. The ambiance is fabulous. Service was good.

Yelp
What a gem... I almost didn't want to write this because that would mean it would be more popular. And then the secret is out. Then It'll get too crowded and it'll all go downhill from there. Nahhh, I'll take my chances. Seriously good dogs, food is excellent, the drinks are excellenter...damn good bartender, never got his name but well schooled in the finer details of mixology. He ain't no bartender, he is a mixologist! The starry night reminded me of a more sour cosmo. Equally delish! Bonus points were the starry night painting etched onto the foam cap(mind blown) the SO wanted a Bloody Mary, which was crafted just as well. Shared the tuna tostadas, excellent spicy little morsel. I had the Crab Benedict my SO ordered the local mushroom/ kale avocado toast. (Could be done with less kale) but good tasting. The Benedict was awesome the eggs were perfect the hollandaise has the perfect consistency, would have liked a bit more yuzu flavor but dang that was good it was served with a side of roasted seasoned potatoes. We had a great chat with the acting manager of the day and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. THIS NEEDS TO BE IN DOWNTOWN WOODSTOCK!!!

Yelp
Cute little spot with a good brunch menu and mimosas. Service was good and the server was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I'm not in the area much, but I'd definitely return.

Yelp
So... Im torn because I come here frequently. I enjoy their brunch menu and cocktails. However, today a hostess told me there was an hour wait for outdoor seating when several tables were visbly available. I walked up the block, searching for an alternative for 5-7 minutes. Interestingly, those same tables remained open...so I thought to myself thats odd. Let me attempt to schedule a reservation on OpenTable, and lo and behold ! There were several tables available. So of course, I made my reservation, returned to the same hostess and requested to be seated for my reservation. No explanation was given and I did not even bother asking. My service is always great here otherwise, so for that I will not complain too much.
