"Hampton Chutney Co., a counter-service spot, might be no-frills, but it's still warm, lovely, and especially welcoming in a neighborhood that's been overtaken by $90 brunch spots and designer boutiques. They mostly trade in dosas, baguette-sized, chickpea flour–based Indian crepes stuffed with all kinds of fillings and served on a parchment-lined cafeteria tray with your choice of chutney. There are actually only two locations (the other of which is in the Hamptons), and they make some seriously good dosas here.
