7 Food & Drink Pop-Ups In The Hamptons This Summer

"While contactless payments have become standard these past few months, it’s been the only way to place an order at Bandit since this coffee shop opened its first location in Midtown last year. And downloading their app is the only way you’ll be able to pick up a cold brew or chocolate croissant at their pop-up in Water Mill this summer." - matt tervooren

One of those places that just works — whether you’re grabbing coffee on the way to the beach or sitting outside watching the local rhythm of the Hamptons. Tried their matcha latte — pleasantly surprised: not too sweet, balanced, smooth. You can feel they take their drinks seriously, even beyond coffee. Nice spot to pause, friendly team, good energy. Will be coming back.

Google
The coffee and staff are wonderful, to go and restaurant food are consistently good and portions very generous. Atmosphere varies depending on time of visit - chill during quiet times and frenetic when the crowds appear - with thoughtful layout to try to allow for patrons to move through with the best experience possible.

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not Worth the Price Tag Hampton Coffee Company has a nice, laid-back vibe and decent coffee, but overall, it just doesn’t justify the steep prices. I stopped in for a quick bite and was shocked to find that two small tacos came out to nearly $30. They were fine — nothing special, definitely not gourmet — and the portion size was underwhelming for what they cost. At that price point, you’d expect something more memorable or at least a bit more generous. The coffee itself was solid. Nothing to rave about, but a good, well-balanced cup that did the job. The staff was friendly, and the space is pleasant enough if you’re looking to hang out or get some work done, but the food prices really take away from the experience. It feels like you’re paying a premium just for being in the Hamptons rather than for quality or creativity. There are better food and coffee options nearby that deliver more value and flavor for your money. Unless you’re in a pinch or just want a basic caffeine fix in a convenient spot, I’d say skip the food here and save your money for something more worthwhile.

Came here with my wife and daughter hoping to enjoy a nice breakfast, but left disappointed due to the confusing and inconsistent service. Apparently, this place has two different systems: self-service at the counter and full service at the tables. I asked the woman at the counter how it works—she told me I could order there and then sit outside on the patio. I placed a fairly large order (about $60), including a lox bagel (which she said they’d make from the other kitchen), and then went to sit with my family. That’s when another staff member told me I wasn’t allowed to sit outside because I hadn’t ordered through the table service side. I explained what I was told, but they just kept saying “sorry, sorry” and offered no solution—not even letting us pay extra or move the food over. It felt like no one really wanted to take responsibility or help make things right. Food was okay, but the experience was frustrating. If you go, just make sure you know which “system” you’re supposed to use, because the staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other—and the customer pays the price for it.

Google
In and out on the way to Hither Hills. Convenient designated To Go & Online Order Parking section across from entrance. It is a bit loud with the coffee being ground, music and general coffee shop noise. Very busy spot. I ofcourse.. a lrg latte 2% milk. Bae is trying the caramel cold brew. Both are very delicious.

Google
Sit outside and a wonderful cool breeze under the canopy and the food was so delicious I had Hampton‘s coffee steak and eggs. My companion had omelette with Swiss cheese and everything was so delicious.

Google
Very Clean, coffee shop/ eat in restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. I visit here on a daily Basis and I have no complaints. Two rest rooms available at all times. Coffee and Muffins are delicious. Also try their home made yogurt, granola, fruit cups. You will not be disappointed. I was introduced to this restaurant by my client. The food here is delicious. Waiters are All very friendly and always anxious to ensure their customers are taken care of. There isn't anything on the menu I wouldn't recommend. Made fresh to order. And always how u want it.

Yelp
Nice coffee spot. I had the Iced Matcha Latte and it was refreshing. It wasn't super sweet like how some other places make it.

Yelp
Arrogant , angry and unprofessional service. Wanted to sit down with 3 friends at 10:30 with most seats empty and was told this was for lunch only. I stated wanted coffee and some pastries and this very unattractive and angry woman repeated like a robot this is for lunch only. Never ever again.

Yelp
Pretty good, a casual coffe shop. Nothing special, but it has great location. Staff were nice.

Yelp
My daughter and I stopped to have coffee. This place surpassed our expectations. The staff were all amazingly friendly & they all had wonderful smiles on there faces the entire time we were there!! They took the time to make our speciality coffees with PERFECTION!! Even asked me to taste it to see if I liked it, Say what?? I did!! I said it was Superb!! She said are you sure!! I said yes, Why? She said, well if you don't like it, we can change it for you... ok people!!!! Now that's EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The Ambiance there is so serene and peaceful. You ALL have to take a trip a try this place!! Highly Recommend!!!!!

Kim H.

Yelp
Coffee was fine, got a bagel with cream cheese and they really skimp on the cream cheese :(

Jack B.

Yelp
The food was about a 3.8, the egg was good and the pancakes were decent, I would say that the potatoes were good. I would say that the service was 4.5 the food came quickly and the server was quite friendly. The ambiance was good, with a well maintained garden. The bathroom had no soap which was disappointing but did not take too much away from the ambiance so I give that aspect a 4. Overall my experience here was good and I think it deserves a 4 star and I recommended for anyone who would like to come here in the future!

Yelp
I enjoyed Lox cream cheese on sesame bagel. Restaurant section is spacious and quiet.

Yelp
We walked in during a very quiet Monday afternoon. There were loads of empty tables both inside and out. We asked to sit outside. Upon sitting down we realized that it was to hot. We walked back in and asked to be seated inside. The restaurant was only 30% occupied. It was just my husband and I. We were told because we were previously seated they were unable to change our seat. We were in the original seats maybe 90 seconds. Nothing was served, not even water. Someone from behind the counter then came out and started to lecture us in a condescending manner rolling her eyes. REALLY??? We have been eating at the WATERMILL location for close to 15 years. We are rear round residents- we don't expect any special treatment BUT DO NOT EXPECT A LECTURE AND TO HAVE SOMEONE ROLL THERE EYES AT US!!!! This is a hospitality business and the answer should be yes. We just wanted to be comfortable for our meal. We just turned around and moved onto a restaurant in Bridgehampton- to a restaurant that is always looking to accommodate their patrons.

Yelp
Kim took great care of us and this is going to be a regular for the Sunday Brunch crew from now on through the season. Good service, decent coffee and delightful little dinky milk churns when you ask for cream

Yelp
Yummy franchised coffee shop in the hamptons. Would say it is equal in price and taste to Starbucks.

Martin R.

Yelp
This place has always been a staple, but it's gone so far down hill. It's the Hamptons, so no one will really notice that they are now cutting corners to increase margins ;-) One slice of toast.with your omelette. They charge $1.50 if you want half and half with your coffee (which is just DUMB and freaking so cheap - but hey, at least they dont charge for milk). And they also apply a generous 3.5% service fee on your check (not a tip, mind you). The food is OK - there is literally nothing great on the menu. I guess the good news is that they aren't charging for ketchup and sugar YET. Oh yeah, one last thing...if you choose to sit outside, and get too hot, too bad. They WONT let you move inside (company policy)...
google avatar

Romina R.

Yelp
Have come here now many times. Breakfast to go is great. The bagels (we go here now instead of goldbergs) breakfast tacos are literally to die for, French toast, waffle. Obsessed with their cold brew - so good!!

Yelp
This place was AMAZING! I remember stopping here on the way home from a photography day trip to Montauk. The entire shop smelled incredible; loved the barrels of fresh exotic coffee beans that you can scoop yourself, so many flavors. My caramel latte was beautiful and I experienced excellent, friendly service. Thank you so much! If I'm ever in the Hampton's again, you know i will be back!

Yelp
Food and service have always been great. With Covid around, we were pleased that garden seating was available. We were told it was a 15 minute wait, but we only waited a minute or two for a table to be cleaned. The staff takes a lot of precautions and are pretty respectful of giving you your space. The outdoor seating was very well spread out and was a nice change of scenery. Appreciated the signs about the yellowjackets! They were super into the apple cider sangria that my mother-in-law. For food, I had the Hampton Coffee Steak and Eggs. It was super flavorful and filling. Well worth the $21. Iced Americano with Oat Milk: nice and strong and they gave a lot of oat milk. It was great they accommodated my request for the milk to be on the side. Came with a paper straw, which is nice and thoughtful. Love coming here because they can accommodate my MIL's need for gluten free options (she has celiac's) Will always come back next time we're in the area!

Yelp
I loved having a nice and relaxing Sunday breakfast at this place ...! I choose it over the other locations for it's beautiful open space and big enough parking...! And I was not disappointed I had an Omelette with Avocado over plain croissant, cranberry muffin, a cup of berries and Caramel Latte while reading Newspaper my perfect Sunday morning breakfast The servers were friendly and helpful, the table clean . Need to have a warm jacket for sitting inside as the big doors are open Vis à vis Covid-19 precautions for (air circulation)

Yelp
One of the best iced lattes ever. I highly recommend Hampton Coffee Company in Water Mill, NY

Dea A.

Yelp
Mediocre. Use to be great . My food was disappointing . Server was good. Stopped on the way out to get muffins.... Seriously rude. Great coffee Burrito was great, lox and bagels were ok. Avocado toast was edible , soggy toast barely cooked eggs. Won't be back.
google avatar

Jamie S.

Yelp
I was disappointed by this coffee shop. The chai latte was made with an almost flavorless concentrate and the latte had an odd taste to it. I still give it credit for being really quick and for having decent pastries. I tried the banana nut muffin which was good, albeit on the sweeter side. All in all, I probably won't be back.

Peter N.

Yelp
I now purchased two times the scones that used to be so good. what can I say they are terrible and uneatable. Raw dow and no taste with the exception of the Westhampton branc. I completed twice no reaction from Hamptons coffe. very poor costumers service

Yelp
Stopped here on our way to Montauk at 11 am. Bakery/coffee/ refrigerated wraps, yogurt on one side Table service on the other side. Outdoor seating is nice in the morning. Probably blistering hot in the afternoon. Wanted the gazpacho on the special menu we were given but the server said they would have it tomorrow. Hahaha Good place to refuel.
google avatar

Kate N.

Yelp
We end up here every time we are in South Hampton. Well there is no other decent place around. It gets packed especially on the coffee side. The service was very pleasant this time. Our French waiter was delightful! The menu is huge. Our breakfast was decent. Their almond milk latte is fantastic, one of the best I have had. The prices are still ridiculous but why not, they don't have any competition. I bought a grilled chicken wrap for $11 for lunch and it was horrible. So I guess I'm TBD about this place.
google avatar

Yelp
Super disappointed about this place. How does one mess up an onion and cheese omlette?? Came here yesterday for a pleasant breakfast. It started out great, got a nice table outside, sun was out and the birds were chripping. Then it went downhill... My mom and I ordered two coffees and split an omlette with a croissant. I had high expectations since it's $13. One of my greatest pet peeves is when a server brings out the drinks and food at the same time. Which is exactly what happenend. Wouldn't you think customers would like to sip on their coffee before their food came? I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a very busy Sunday morning. Then we got our food... The omlette was so so sad. We asked for well done sautéd onions and they were still white. There was barely any cheese in the omlette and it was a small portion. The crossaint was supermaket quality. We had to get it toasted in order to eat it and the jam on the side tasted like generic brand jam from costco. I never give bad reviews but this deserves it. How can you cut corners? You have so many amazing delish local places for pastries and jam. So obvious that this place is cutting corners where they can. The worst part was that we told our waitress how dissappointed we were and she ran off as she said sorry and then brought us the check. Poor customer service. Paid 20 bucks for two coffees and one sad omlette. Never again.

Yelp
Hampon's Coffee Company is more than coffee & tea. Along the main road out to Monauk is a small town called Water Mill, in a yellow large ranch like structure is the Hampton Coffee Company. There are two sections. To the immediate left is a coffee and tea counter, espresso drinks, juice, fresh baked buns, rolls and some tables. To the right is a door leading to a good sized cafe with plenty of natural light coming in, tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner and a small coffee/ juice / drink bar. They are a year round place that's reliable to have something fresh and not too heavy. @ the cafe, Panini's, fajita's, soup, salad, desert, all good. What did they make best? The best iced cafe mocha I have tasted anywhere. Must be the right coffee for it to taste just right. Who knows. The ladies here were pleasant and welcoming. Happy to give suggestions and attentive service with a smile. A surprisingly nice cafe to stop on your way east or back west. In the summer this place gets very busy as a morning place for locals and vistors. Go early in summer or when it's soo quiet off season like it is now.

Yelp
Perhaps you think I am ill-qualified to review the Hampton Coffee Company because I don't drink coffee.* But they serve a solid brunch. So I can talk about that. Although there's always a wait on a weekend morning, you could do a lot worse. In addition to thousands of coffee drink things (leave me alone), they've got sandwiches, breakfast tacos, and since we're in Southampton, a little more of a seafood focus. A few quick observations: 1. They can fry shrimp well, but apparently not fries. 2. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her lobster roll on brioche. 3. The buffalo chicken sandwich was solid, but not available on brioche. 4. They don't like it when you ask why you can't have your sandwich on brioche. 5. Apparently I'm not good enough for brioche, even if I'm willing to pay extra. _____________ *I'm still a human being though, you insensitive pricks.

Yelp
Visit date July 7, 2013 When hubby and I were on the way to Montauk, I noticed this place! How could I not? This company provides beans for The Babylon Bean! So Hubby promised we'd stop over on the drive back home which we did. He was all coffeed out but he let me loose to go inside and drool over some coffee. When I walked in they had a few barrels of beans out and some pre bagged pounds of beans for sale. I selected a Costa Rican blend after careful consideration and packed a pound of beans for myself. To drink I chose the cappuccino freeze. The drink was good but it was very strong. I don't mind strong so I drank it just fine but I had I taken a moment to think about what I ordered and realize it was literally going to be a frozen cappuccino I would have thrown some cane sugar syrup into my cup before leaving the coffee place. I definitely still dug the drink though. I haven't used my beans yet but I know I'm going to like them because I have had beans from this company before. Just a helpful hint, you can get Jamaica Blue Mountain here for $10 cheaper than you can get it at the bean, so if you're around and you have the budget for it (which I did not when I came here) definitely snatch up the Jamaica Blue Mountain! Love this place if I am back towards the east of the Island in the future I'll be here for more beans!

Yelp
Food is just ok. For a coffee place the coffee is really not good at all Service is really bad. Servers are distracted and not friendly at all. First and last time having breakfast here

Missy S.

Yelp
Stoped for lunch. Was terrible. Waiter never came to ask how our food was. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was served cold, totally disgusting, feta cheese was a blob, tomatoes were hothouse ( August in the Hamptons). French fries were more grease then potato. Them amount of pesto & balsamic (I don't think it was vinegar, I think it was a disgusting salad dressing containing sugar). Over all it was a terrible sandwich who's taste profile was designed by someone who doesn't understand taste profiles. We were'offered' a side to find out it was an additional charge.

Yelp
Online ordering at Watermill location is fabulous. Coffee was perfect every time. Great experience eating on their back patio.
google avatar

Natalie A.

Yelp
The staff was friendly and had our order correct. My latte was really good. Definitely great coffee!

Jim C.

Yelp
What can I say... typical rude rushed Hampton service and patrons.. Was recommended by a friend, was reluctant to tell them, but I'm telling you..

Alex G.

Yelp
The worst breakfast sandwich in the entire Hamptons. Bacon is flimsy and reminds me of microwaved bacon from a Dunkin' Donuts sandwich. Had people try to take me back for years, every time it's a disappointment. Go to goldbergs instead
google avatar

Gil M.

Yelp
Come here and expect: lots of parking, plenty of seating before the cafe closes its seating section in the afternoons, regular cup of joe--nothing fancy! What I got from it: A bad cup of cappuccino. Really, it was all foam milk and a dash of espresso. My friend got her cup of coffee done wrong too. And I was going to get coffee from the thermos and it was luke-warm. I didn't get anything to eat, so no comments on their food (although from other reviewers, beware). I knew I was possibly walking into an uninformed coffee spot when they had all their beans that were roasted on an open air display. Air and light expiate the expiration process of coffee once it's roasted. So, good luck trying to tell the difference in each coffee...its all expired and poor quality coffee by the time you get it. I expected more from a local roaster from the Hamptons. Your local Starbucks is a better bet.
google avatar

Jean K.

Yelp
Love this place. I have been at to the water mill location for brunch and lunch. Great variety in the menu. Delicious waffles. Good value for the Hamptons and not sceney. I recommend it for kids and low key casual meals.
google avatar

Kristian L.

Yelp
Let me be frank, my review could be slightly biased due to a particularly raging hangover, meaning I'm not seeing this joint through rosé (get it?) colored glasses. If you're coming here just for coffee, congratulations. You know how they say a 7 in LA is a 10 in Boston? Same thing about coffee vis a vis Hamptons & Manhattan. Their almond milk iced latte would be good in NYC. Out east, it's great. Moving on to table service: it would be a 6 in Cincinnati. Woof. I'd say the waitress was subpar, except for the fact we didn't have a waitress. A revolving door of busboys, servers, and a less than charming hostess is all you're going to get. And god forbid if you expect any of them will stop by your table in any increments of less than 30 minutes. Oh, and if you're a beekeeper you f'ing love this place. Yellowjackets (those are the vicious subspecies) circle your table like flashbulbs around a Hadid sister. The staff shrugged their shoulders and smiled slyly while we trapped a couple under our cups with some maple syrup. Maple syrup, I'll add, that was never replaced by the establishment. The buffalo chicken tenders, I'll acknowledge, are insane. Just like my hangover.
google avatar

Nyx P.

Yelp
Expensive brunch area since it's in the Hamptons. Food and coffee just average. Cup of lobster bisque was $13 which was meeeh. Cappuccino had more foam than coffee. Service was a little slow since they're busy. The special lox with avocado and cheese on a toast was just ok as well.
google avatar

Ruth U.

Yelp
Hands down the worst service and food I've had in 2018. Friends and I sat at bar around 11:30am on July 4th and were barely greeted. Bartender was FAR from friendly. Ordered a $9 rosé and was charged $14 for it. The rose tasted horrendous and like it's been watered down. Ordered steamed vegetables that were soggy and totally flavorless and sautéed mushrooms that tasted water logged and had no flavor. My friends ordered avocado toasts, which they couldnt even finish. How fo you screw up vegetables and avo toast?!? My entire crappy meal cost $30. Never. Again.
google avatar

Wendy L.

Yelp
This place was packed on a Saturday morning of a long summer weekend (not a surprise). Not sure how long the wait was since we met friends who had already been seated. It was tough for me to choose between the breakfast burrito and tacos since they seemed so similar but I went with the tacos - my thought process being that there were three tacos (more food?) and the default order includes chorizo which bodes well for the entree. The breakfast tacos were solid, filled with spicy chorizo, avocado and other goodies. I'm always surprised by the number of places that serve chai tea lattes these days - Hampton Coffee Co included. Great outdoor seating out back!
google avatar

Angela K.

Yelp
Overpriced and NOT friendly. $9 for chicken tender KIDS MEAL. It was 2 chicken tenders. That's it. Had to complain until i was awkwardly given a cup of fruit which mostly consisted of unripe honeydew ( which my kid would eat) NOT
google avatar

Gwen C.

Yelp
Though the food and coffee are fairly average, it's really the only place in the area to sit down for a nice, relatively inexpensive breakfast. I am always impressed with the lack of wait time; it is a pretty busy place yet I've never waited to sit down, even with a group of 3. The service is fast, but the food is nothing to write home about. Nothing feels very homemade or unique; I typically get the egg breakfast with sausage and a side of fruit and it's a pretty unremarkable dish. The French press coffee is great and the pot is good for a table to share. I am always more satisfied with the coffee I get at the Southampton County Road location, if that makes any sense (which it probably doesn't, since it's all the same company). If you're just looking for a place to sit down and eat a meal, that's what you'll get here! Nothing extraordinary and nothing to complain about.
google avatar

Juan C.

Yelp
Pretty good Baked goods, especially scones. They should bake and sell their own gluten free muffins, but they sell prepackaged stuff. No thanks.
google avatar

Raul R.

Yelp
We stopped in being fans of coffee and were greeted by the barrels of coffee beans and a warming coffee aroma. Oooh, I don't even think I was that big of a fan of coffee, but that smell made really curious to see if this coffee was going to be different. It was good to very good. We had the breakfast blend (the lighter of the bunch) from the self serve thermoses. They hand roast all their coffee, so that's very cool. We had lunch there. Being Mexican I'm always so curious so hopeful that I will have good Mexican food. I ordered the chicken enchiladas for $15.95 (see pix). I think it was the highest priced item on the menu. It came with freshly made tortilla chips (unfortunately today they were a little undercooked and still a bit oily, but I'm hoping that was today) and salsa. Unfortunately, there wasn't a ton of flavor in either the salsa or the red sauce that was on the enchiladas, but it was fresh and good, not great. If you are a real connoisseur of Mexican food, this may not be your top choice, but I don't know if you are going to get much better in Southampton area. They have a few Mexican items, but I would likely stick to the American style breakfast items. My Annie had the lentil soup and sandwich and she said it was just ok for $8.95. The service was nice, upbeat, speedy and attentive. The ambiance was open with lots of light through the big windows. I get the feeling that we are becoming foodie snobs, since we seem to be able to find better food for more reasonable prices in the city. Sorry all, but we don't want you to think that this place is bad, but I think there are a lot of places in the city (Manhattan) quite a bit better. Man, that feels weird to write, but I think that's how I feel. Yelpers! Help us out! Yelp more places out here around Southamption will ya?! Thanks!

Yelp
So looking forward to a post-holiday breakfast out, I decided to try Hampton Coffee in Water Mill because there are always so many cars out front. The reason turns out that those people are buying just coffee and a bagel or muffin. We settled in for breakfast and ordered. My friend's scrambled eggs were horrid, so overcooked they were tight little balls that tasted of nothing. It came with 2 slices of bread for $8. I ordered Huevos Rancheros Classic, something I have ordered my whole life wherever I go. This had to be the worst I have ever had. Two eggs on two minuscule soft tortillas with a small bowl of canned beans (not even warm) and a small bowl of salsa. That's it. When I broke into the eggs, they were so runny they were liquid. I sent it back. It came back. Worse than ever so I ate it because by now I was very hungry. There were no apologies from the staff and a really annoying cheery smile from our waitress. I am going to try and load the photo of my meal to warn you off. It was $11 of sheer shock and dismay My conclusion is that they could care less and will continue to act with disregard to what they serve and if we even care.

Yelp
Parking: plenty of it! You can park next to fancy cars like benz, Audi, and mazarati, #goals. Location: easy to find on the main road. Service: quick ordering, easy to view menu, and fast pick up service. Food: only review of the green smoothie. It's delicious. For $8, you get your value. I don't feel hungry after having it. Worth a meal substitute if you're looking for one, but don't know any of the nutritional value.
google avatar

Mariam E.

Yelp
Ambiance: very casual and cozy Food: my boyfriend had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. Both were very delicious, although a bit overpriced. In the city the sandwiches are normally $12-$15, and these were $17 and $18. Although pricey, it is reasonable and understandable for the Hamptons. Coffee: I had the hazelnut iced coffee and my boyfriend had the regular iced coffee. I normally do not like flavored coffee but decided to try the hazelnut blend based on Yelp recommendations. I was not disappointed in the least bit, this blend just became my favorite coffee. Service: the service was amazing! I asked our waitress for recommendations and she was extremely helpful and quick with our order. If you're in the Hamptons and you're looking for a place to grab some coffee or a delicious meal, I would definitely recommend Hampton coffee company.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere and the food and coffee hit the spot. Looks like a good local food joint. Worth a try!

Bertha R.

Yelp
God, I love having two small tacos for $12. It was a good taco, don't get me wrong. But I have no patience for usurpation. My breakfast for 3 was $50, with tacos and two egg sandwiches. Nice people, though.
google avatar

Joshua H.

Yelp
Yet another place that thinks they can charge premium prices because they have the word "Hampton" in their name. Act now and you can go get a bagel with bacon egg and cheese with one little strip of bacon in between the eggs!
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Sunday morning brunch was my first time eating and Hamptons coffee company and it wont be my last! I came in around noon solo and sat at the bar. Tom greeted me and Sam was the server on the bar. They were both so welcoming and wonderful to me. The vibe with your staff has with each other really reflects on the quality of the business. I had coffee, oj and blueberry pancakes. Everything was perfection. The coffee was strong and hot. The OJ was fresh and the pancakes were amazing. They were right off the grill and the perfect amount of blueberries. I will definitely be back again to see Sam, Tom and have another great meal.

Yelp
Starting out your day with a proper breakfast is an important part of the day especially when on a diet. Proper nutrition is essential for good balance and to protect your self from diving into junk food. For myself I go down street to Hampton Coffee for a delisious omlet with whole grain toast. This quickly served breakfast on copper tabletops with up beat lightly played music, is a bargain at $10.00 before 10 AM.I love a good cup of coffee and the French roast is a perfect combo.A packed place on weekends I strongly suggest a week day visit.
