The best restaurant I’ve tried all month! Wow I am so impressed. This cute restaurant offers a huge selection of items that range from wraps, bowls, to matcha and coffee. I got a handful of things to try their menu and each item did not disappoint! Everything was so simple yet sophisticated, involving different flavors and textures. I really liked the crispy cauliflower, fried cheese, and lemonade among the other things I got! The owner Amr is so friendly, he was very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant and would come back!

Got the tahini beef kufta sandwich, sooo flavorful and fresh; the grilled garlic chicken bowl (w/rice), which again, very delicious and good amount of chicken; batata which were a bit disappointing as they seem not so fresh (and delivered on a bed of wilted salad); the taboule which was freah and delicious, although with some large green leaves at the bottom of the bowl, I preferred the whole thing to be parsley taboule; and lastly the lavender lemonade that was refreshing but not very lavendery.

The falafel, hummus, chicken shawarma, tabouleh, kufta and espresso drinks are delicious. I love the gluten free pita bread, veggie and vegan options! I appreciate that it’s seed oil free as well. The food is cooked with avocado oil. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants authentic Arabic street food with fine dining flavors in a cozy cafe environment.

this place is such a hidden gem! i dont like most falafel because it’s super dry but this place does it so well! my favorite was the falafel wrap (order tahini sauce on the side) but honestly everything was so yummy! also not pictured but their homemade lemonade is to die for! the owners were also super sweet. definitely recommend this place — it’s so delicious & cozy :)

I’ve been excited to try this place since it opened! I had the Pistachio cold foam latte which was delightful and the fried akawi (a salty high melting point cheese similar to Halloumi) with a honey syrup to dip. The cafe interior is beautiful with calming light blue walls and palestinian decoration. The owner was working when I was here and was so kind and thoughtful. He gave me a ghraybeh to try which is basically everything I wish shortbread could be. I highly recommend stopping by!

I came for dinner yesterday to get some takeout, and the food was delicious; the vibe inside was also really nice. I had great conversations with the owner and the person working the front. I ordered: • house cardamom latte - I enjoyed this while waiting for the rest of my order • mint lemonade - perfect balance of tart, sweet, and mint • kofta bi tahihi sandwich combo (includes a drink and fries) - If you are gluten intolerant, like I am, they deconstruct it and give you a gluten-free pita on the side. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and it was the perfect portion. The veggie salad was fresh and tasty. The hummus was so good I had to finish it with a spoon. Everything was really good, and I can’t wait for my next visit. I’m already planning my next order. Besides the delicious food, I’m thrilled to have a Palestinian restaurant in this part of Seattle. I wish the owner lots of success! Thanks again for your hospitality, C 🙏🏽🇸🇾💚🇵🇸🧿

Amazing Breakfast & Coffee Spot! I had breakfast at Hamsa restaurant and it was fantastic! The coffee from Alejandro was hands-down the best I’ve had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. Adam's falafel sandwich was incredible. Fresh, delicious, and full of great Mediterranean flavor. The food is organic, wholesome, and delicious. The space was very clean, and the service was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Mediterranean spot in Seattle! ☕️🥙

Yelp
I stopped by on a Tuesday for lunch. Street parking was easy to find. Upon entry, I was greeted immediately. Service was very friendly. The cafe was clean, well-lit, and inviting. The space wasn't too big, but there were a few empty tables. I decided to order the grilled garlic chicken bowl with half rice and half salad. In addition to the rice and salad, the bowl also consisted of white chicken meat and garlic sauce. It was so delicious! The chicken was marinated and cooked perfectly. The rice was aromatic and tasty. The salad had just the right amount of dressing. To drink, I ordered the mint lemonade with 50% sweetness which was refreshing. Highly recommended and I will come back in the future. They have a great brunch menu which I want to try next.

Yelp
I've had a lot of falafel in my life from all over, including a lot of spots in the Middle East. This falafel is legit and possibly the best you'll find in Seattle. They also make a great Turkish coffee, which from personal experience is not easy! Highly recommend. It also happens to be very pleasant inside and the folks behind the counter are warm and friendly. This immediately became a regular lunch spot for me on a block that is dense with good options.

Yelp
Yummy new local spot with high quality ingredients!! I'll be honest the prices are a little higher than I'd like to pay but the service and quality surpassed expectations. Very cute theme inside as well.

Yelp
Omg! I'm so happy we got to try the food here. The chicken shawarma sandwich tasted so good love that it comes with tomato, pickles, and garlic (duh!). They have so many GF options on the menu too. The falafel bowl looked so good. They also have a Dubai Chocolate drink! Perfect treat!!(for next time) The owner and his team are super friendly and kind! There's street parking in the area (and some spots near the dominoes). The pale blue and white interiors are so inviting. Thanks Amro!!

Yelp
This is a VERY casual spot with counter ordering and eating from takeout containers at one of six tables. The food is tasty -- if not quite remarkable -- and the staff friendly. The food should travel well so takeout should be an option.

Yelp
You're getting truly authentic Middle Eastern food here, Palestinian owned and loaded with generous portions. Every dish tastes like home with nothing lacking in flavor. The lemon refreshers are bright and refreshing, made with fresh lemon and mint. The owners are inviting and friendly, and the customers all seem genuinely happy to be there. A wonderful experience all around. I'll back for Turkish coffee and more food.

Yelp
Hamsa is a new spot on the main 45th St drag in Wallingford that is a café serving delicious middle Eastern food alongside great coffee drinks. With its large windows and sky blue décor, the small space feels light and airy. Tried a couple of items on the menu - the falafel was honestly one of the best versions I have had in awhile. Its fried in avocado oil and was perfectly fried without being heavy or greasy in the least bit. The Za'atar, akawi and labneh sandwich was also very good, and it was my first time trying akawi, a brined cheese with a softer texture than halloumi. I had both sandwiches with a thin lavash bread which made it very easy to eat without making a mess. Nice selection of coffee drinks including a few with middle eastern twists as well as interesting soda choices too (ended up with a clear Turkish one that tasted like Dr. Pepper!). The owner is very welcoming and takes a lot of pride in his creations and it shows in the end product and service. Definitely a great spot to grab coffee or a meal to go or to dine in!

Yelp
Tried the Chicken Shawarma Bowl at Hamsa really good overall. The chicken was tender and flavorful, everything tasted fresh, and the portion was generous. Great balance of flavors and texture. Highly recommended if you're into shawarma done right

Sam Z.

Yelp
The most authentic Middle Eastern restaurant. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. Also, their customer service is great. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Delicious food and friendly service! We will definitely be returning to Hamsa. Incredibly they also have gluten free pita as an option

Marlene W.

Yelp
The Food was the most fabulous Middle Eastern we have ever had. The portions were very generous, and the prices were reasonable for the wonderful, delicious meals we had. The service was flawless even though there were several other customers there. Ahhh the Hummus was off the charts great!! This is a labor of love for the owners and you will love it too!

Kristine K.

Yelp
The falafel and Turkish coffee were both delicious! Can't wait to go back and try more dishes.
