Hamtramck Coney Island

Everytime I go home to visit (Detroit) this is the first place we come to... Delicious 😋😋

Friendly staff and great food. I normally don't eat out for breakfast because I feel my homemade breakfast is better than most establishments but I was in the area so we decided to try it. Great portion sizes, chicken omelet was full of flavor, and French toast was the bomb. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. Oh and great pricing too...$45 for family of 5 and we got full as a bull.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had breakfast there and while the food wad good, we waited for over 30 minutes for 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast and a cup of grits. They were steady but not packed. The gentleman serving us had an attitude. Will I visit there again....NO! Would I reccommend it? Me personally no but people who live in Hamtramck seem to like it

I’ve lived in Hamtramck just under a year and I’m so sad it took me this long to come eat here! Great diner style breakfast, everyone was so kind and friendly, and the cost is very appropriate. We will definitely be frequenting here.

Great breakfast, gyro, chili, hash browns and much more... Been going for 1yr. Had a hiccup in the beginning but it since! Great & amazing staff! Me and my family Eat here weekly!

I occasionally come here for breakfast, call it a guilty pleasure, but the old fashioned breakfast of eggs, sausage, French toast is superb. The environment and people are always interesting. I always sit up at the counter where I can see the world driving by on Joseph Campau. I guess it takes me back to when I was a kid and dear old Mom made breakfast like this every weekend.

When I tell you I been going here since I was 15 years old.... I went in today and I order chilli cheese fries they brought me fries with a slice of cold cheese with hardly and cheese. I asked the waitress if I could send it back she said this is how it come what you gone do Cuz we busy and I don't have time to argue. I'm paying for my food customer is always right... when I tell you the waitress was rude and loud and I tried to go to a manager he was rude I even looked to the older guy who the cook he was rude. .. when I tell you I will never set foot back in that old raggedy building I mean never. Yes I feel because I'm black that's we hybrid I received that treat ment.... I will complain. To the BBQ if I have too... I've never been treated so badly. ...and to just think I've been a long time customer...it all ended with my son and I walking out...
