Hanabi Sushi & Rolls

I LOVE sushi and Hanabi has an "all you can eat" lunch menu during the weekdays. So I decided to try them for lunch today. The service was absolutely 5 star. Their staff greeted me immediately and checked on me every few minutes. Wonderful customer service. I was surprised on the presentation of the sushi though. Many of my 1/2 rolls came out on chipped corner plates. I took closer pics to avoid showing the chipped corners. Overall the sushi was average BUT I really enjoyed the baked spicy lasagna roll and the Rock and Roll sushi which was wrapped in radish. That was very refreshing. Plus, the green tea cheesecake was delicious. I would come here for lunch again to try different sushi and take suggestions from the staff. Definately come and check them out.

Since I work nearby and was craving sushi for lunch, I decided to give Hanabi a try. It’s located in the Village Square shopping center. I walked in and was seated quickly, choosing to sit at the bar since I was dining solo. Someone stopped by to take my drink order, and as I looked through the menu, I realized it was an AYCE (All You Can Eat) spot. Thankfully, when I asked if I could order à la carte, they said yes. As I waited, I noticed no one came by to take my order. The sushi chefs were standing right in front of me, making sushi for other tables, but no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. After some time, I flagged down the server, who told me, "You don’t order with me—you order with the sushi chefs." Horrible!!! Customer service- he should have said let me take your order. Honestly, that caught me off guard. If that was the process, someone should have explained it from the start—either the host who seated me or the chefs themselves. A simple, “Let us know when you’re ready to order” would have made a world of difference. The lack of communication and hospitality made this one of the worst sushi dining experiences I’ve had—and I dine at a lot of sushi restaurants. It was disappointing and frustrating. Because of that, I wouldn’t return or recommend Hanabi. There are just too many great sushi spots in town that offer better service and a more welcoming atmosphere. A couple of days later, I went to another sushi restaurant and had a much more enjoyable experience.

Absolutely delicious sushi. They make sure you dont leave hungry. The flavors were so amazing. We loved everything we tried and it was our first time there. We will definitely come back.

I've never felt so welcomed in any other restaurants than this one. Their service is fast. They are checking on you often to see if you need anything. My favorite rolls were Sakura, Salmon lemon and Shaggy roll so far. I will be coming back to try more stuff 😁. From the appetizers I'd highly recommend the calamari rings and gyoza. I also loved their music playlist, very nice very demure.

Let's start before getting into the good and the bad. I have never been to an all you can eat sushi spot before, so this was definitely new for me. The good: They had a great selection of fish and other options. The fish was overall good quality, and the service was incredible. Some of the dishes were outstanding. The bad: As you can see from picture one, the presentation on some was terrible. Some of the rolls had WAY too much rice, and we were not allowed to ask for less rice or leave any rice on the plate. I guess this is to fill you up faster. The nigiri was cut very small compared to other sushi spots, though that's probably bc of all you can eat as well. Tldr: Fish is good. If they fix the presentation and rice to fish ratio it'll be great.

Excellent quality and variety of sushi. Service was very fast-they were clearing plates as fast as I could empty them. It was $34 for all you can eat. There were some limits on some of the more expenisve/rare dishes but excellent value for what was served and the rice portions were very small unlike some all you can eat sushi. Server's had helpful suggestions and were very helpful. I was especially excited to try the sea urchin, squid and salmon roe it was all very good.

I went with my husband we got the all you can eat sushi at the lunch price. It was worth the money we were full after the wait staff was very helpful and quick I do like that at this place not everyone at you table has to do the same thing so one person can do ala cart and one can to ayce. I loved the gyoza, Ashley 2 roll, and the Jalapeño popper ( it's very spicy cause it's just a fresh Jalapeño with cream cheese). There was plenty of parking. I will say it is a small place so as a bigger woman I had to be careful with where I was walking.

Great place for AYCE sushi. I've gone for lunch and for dinner, a great meal every time. Sushi is fresh and plenty of options for rolls. This place can get busy so I like to go right at opening, or 5pm dinner. Will be back!

We came here as result of looking in Yelp for AYCE sushi. So glad we did! We came at 530 on a weekday, and our party of 4 was quickly seated. Their pricing is 'in the ballpark' for Vegas AYCE, yay! I like that they had several dishes that you dont usually see, and a blackboard with daily specials. They did have several 'only one of' items. BUT, they apply that to the whole party, so I was able to order FOUR Ikura (salmon roe) since no one else wanted it. The service here was SPLENDID, everyone so nice and accommodating and patient. I would definitely come back if i'm in the area!

I love this little local spot! Whenever my husband and I get a sushi craving we stop in and post up at the sushi bar. Some of our favorites: Volcano Roll (nice and spicy) Dragon Roll Spicy Tataki Almost Famous Roll Sunrise Roll Salmon Avocado Roll One thing I really love about the AYCE menu is that you can order half rolls. This is great because the menu is extensive- they have so many different types of rolls that it's nice to take one for a spin (a half roll) to see whether you like it before ordering a whole. The rules are typical AYCE- so it's also nice when you are starting to get full but think you might one just a little bit more. The sushi comes out quickly and the sushi chefs are always happy to make recommendations and have us try the specials. The servers are friendly and try to talk us into having ice cream but we're always too full from the sushi! We love supporting a local business, we will be back for the good vibes and great sushi!

Stopped in for an AYCE solo lunch and sat at the sushi bar. Service was great and the food was fresh, tasty and portioned nicely. Best spot in Summerlin area.

You guys. This is absolutely the best AYCE sushi on the west side. We literally ordered from this place via DoorDash for a solid few months before realizing this was an AYCE joint!! And what a beautiful revelation it was to discover that you could come in person and stuff your little disgusting face full of joy and happiness and all the good things that the Lord saw fit to bless this barren rock with. That might sound facetious, but I'm legit being legit--we're #blessed to have discovered this gem, and TBH, I'd come here every day if mercury poisoning wasn't a practical concern. 5 out of 5 stars, would gorge again (and will)

This is a fantastic sushi spot in Summerlin. Actually some of the better sushi in the Las Vegas valley. Service was great, hard to find good service anywhere these days and they really made an impact on the meal. There is a great vibe of the restaurant 10/10 would recommend.

Now I know why the place was so empty on a Friday night. If I could give it a zero I would. I had called early and asked if they were all you can eat. They said YES they are. When I get there I started to order when the sever told me that there were Restriction on the food items. That's when I then told them that I had called five minutes before I arrived and asked if it was all you can eat and if there was any restrictions. The person that had answered told me that there was no restrictions at all. Don't call yourself ALL YOU CAN EAT when it's not.

Went to eat here a couple times. Food is good. Price is good. Im disappointed. Today I ordered a chicken katsu entree with side salad. It was good up until I noticed a metal piece in my rice. So lucky I seen it and didn't feed that to my 3 year old.

Always a great time, AYCE is fantastic deal and freshest ingredients. Never disappointed and I go there frequently

Been here multiple times and all I can say is this place rocks! Great quality sushi and other hibachi dishes , most excellent service, and their AYCE is the best hidden gem, every time so consistent!

Located in Village Square on the Northwest corner of Sahara and Ft. Apache, this quaint ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi spot also offers a la cart options and regular Asian menu items, so do not be intimidated by the prices or the fishiness of the fare. We were seated immediately, but our table was a bit small for our party. No huge deal, but add the plates for our dinner and it became quite crowded quickly and the lack of comfort wasn't pleasant. We ordered sushi rolls, and regular food, sofas, and drinks. The water was aggressively refilled, to the point that it was spilled all over the table all evening. Our waiter was sweet, and he might have been new to the job because he really did not understand any of the food we were trying to order. Even when we pointed to it on the menu he repeated it back incorrectly. Bless his heart for trying, though, he did mess up a bit. Overall, for the cost/price, it wasn't the best meal, but it wasn't the worst. Everyone walked away full, but without to-go containers.

Late night sushi run was a pleasure for a quick craving to satisfy. Yummy, sushi snack time for the night owls on the go.

My fiancé and I went here yesterday, 11/18/2024 for dinner. We had two appetizers and four rolls from the AYCE menu. Pictures included. Of the 6 things we ordered, only one was good. The rest were terrible and we were basically forcing ourselves to eat the sushi. You could tell the fish was not fresh and they value quantity over quality. Fast forward to 2 AM, he and I had severe food poisoning. I've had diarrhea and he has had the works: fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I would stay away from this place at all cost. We will never be returning.

I love everything about this place. Great food, service, and environment. One of the best sushi spot within Summerlin.

Okay but seriously this place is the best all you can eat sushi spot I've found so far. I mainly order nigiri and I swear I could eat the seared spicy salmon and garlic tuna all day, I have tried a couple rolls as well and never was disappointed. They also have daily specials which I enjoyed both times I've eaten here. You get an hour for the all you can't eat and the service is great! They're always on it!

We went for the AYCE $34pp Fish on the nigiri sushi sliced very thin sitting atop a small mound of rice, ok Sashimi is sushi grade fish, ok Fried food in pretty new oil, ok Dessert was mochi ice cream, ok Quite filling...fish tasted fairly fresh for AYCE grade.Good value for price paid.

Food (4/5): This was my first time at Hanabi and though the AYCE menu has plenty to choose from, I felt like a lot of the dishes were heavy on the rice and the "limit one per customer" items weren't very memorable, one of which was the Orange Blossom, which was a huge pile of rice with a few pieces of imitation crab and fish on the top. Service (4/5): Our servers were very friendly, but they were understaffed on the Sunday afternoon that we went. We beat the rush hour, but by the time people filled up the place, our servers were unable to check up on us when we were ready for more food. Some dishes took 15+ minutes to come out, which is tough when there's a 60 minute limit. Ambiance (5/5): The restaurant is really small, but I like all the decorations they have throughout the place. They have a lot of homemade posters and signs that suggest which dishes to try out, what the daily specials are, etc.

I don't remember exactly what rolls I ordered, but the sushi was delicious. Service was good and prices weren't bad either. We ordered a la carte but they offer an AYCE option. If I am ever in the area, I would come back.

My husband & I tried this AYCE sushi place for lunch $26.95/person for the first time since it is close to our house. The food was not to our liking at all. The miso soup was way too salty! Any sushi we tried was too sweet with a sweet sauce on top or for decoration! Even one noodle dish we tried was so sweet that we couldn't eat. The shrimp tempura was great and the only thing we liked. The service was great.

We've been wanting to try this spot for awhile and we're glad we finally did. Super tasty rolls and made really quickly. Service was great and we can't wait to come back. Lots of unique rolls we haven't seen at other places. We'll be back soon.

Meh.... Went for lunch and was pretty disappointing overall. One positive was that they offered 1/2 rolls in most cases so we were able to try quite a few different things. Bad news was we really weren't impressed with any of them. In general... the cuts of fish on the regular sushi were quite thin and small compared to what we are used to at other places. The rolls had way too much rice and the ratios were way off. Great sushi has balance and these were all wrong. Mouthfuls of mush and no texture b/c it was so much rice. Fried rolls had a similar issue since there was just too much dough and not enough quality filling. The end bites were almost entirely dough. Just about all the rolls seemed thrown together and not visually appealing. I didn't realize that mattered to me but roll after roll made me appreciate places me appreciate the places that offer well put together rolls with proper ratios. Very pricey given that we mostly had a lunch of carbs and fillers. Pretty disappointing. Service was ok at best.... They often ran off before we were able to add something to our AYCE order. We had to call to them to get them to come back to our table. The place was not busy at all at the time so it was odd for them to always rush away from our table. Overall.... Kind of felt like they were being cheap. Better food and better overall experiences elsewhere. One positive... The Octopus Poke was pretty good. I wish there were more positives to share.

Hands down the best all-you-can-eat sushi spot in Vegas! Everything is so delicious that it's easy to get carried away, but make sure not to over-order--any leftovers come with an extra charge!!!

Living nearby, I've had the chance to visit a few times, and the food is consistently great. They offer a generous AYCE appetizer menu, including unlimited mussels, along with a selection of specialty items. Definitely worth the money and absolutely delicious!

The food was yummy. The service wasn't that good. It was crowded so I thought, this is a good and it most certainly was. I was pleasantly surprised considering other shops at this center were subpar.

If you love sushi this is a must try place. Their baked salmon was one of the best I have tried. The baked mussels were ok. The tempura shrimp was really good. I liked their miso soup. But the best part was the green tea cheesecake. Definitely will come back. As I did not get to try everything I wanted to. The service was good. Until it got busy. Then they start to get off track.

Was recommended by my barber and glad we gave it a shot. Looked over the menu quickly you can see many great options. Bbq bulgogi was great Yellow tail Every appetizer delicious Now let's get to the rolls. I'd say we orders 5-6 different rolls and each one did not disappoint. From the fish, rice, sauce and flavor combination each one was one point! We will definitely be returning and thanks for being a fairly priced Ayce that has amazing food

The dining experience was excellent. The servers were courteous and attentive, and the food was tasty. Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable experience at this location.

One of my favorite sushi places in town. I've tried several and always end up here for my sushi fix. Their food is consistent, and fresh. I've never had a bad meal or something look fishy (aside from how it should look and taste!) We've all had bad pieces, but never here. They have great options for kiddos who are less fish friendly. My little girl loves their udon soup and avocado roll. They're always lovely and helpful, too - all of the staff is really nice. They don't let dirty dishes sit around for too long, which is also nice. I highly recommend Hanabi!

Just found out today this spot does All You Can Eat! It's just around the corner from our place so we tried it out...everything was very good some of my favorites were the shrimp tempura, light and crispy, the Japanese chopped steak and mushrooms. Each dish was delicious and the service was excellent! We will be back.

This was my family's favorite AYCE sushi for as long as I can remember. My toddler grew up here. It's a good place and sushi is good with nice,friendly staff. I have noticed that they have been doing a lot of changes lately and for a good reason. I can accept that. But I can't justify paying adult price for a 5 yo to eat AYCE. They need to adjust the pricing to half the adult price for kids a certain age especially if toddlers really only eat a certain amount of food (ie 12 and under half the price). Unfortunately, as much as I enjoy eating here and close to us, I'll have to make way to a different AYCE that offers child price. We also love going to a revolving sushi which helps when our 5yo only eats udon and a few other items on the menu.

Hanabi Sushi and Rolls are s so worth it! The AYCE has great quality--and in addition to the great tasting sushi , the appetizers are all so good. They have one of the best shrimp tempura ever! You should also try their house "hot sake" , it's the perfect match with their sushi, Service is great as well!

Pretty terrible. We went there to order a few rolls a la carté. After getting our first 2 soggy rolls with some sad looking fish, we were very skeptical about the next 2. After the next 2 rolls came looking weepy and tasting about as bland and old as they looked, we asked for out check and left. I believe it is mainly an AYCE sushi place. That is what most of the people seemed to be there for, and it was AYCE, mass produced quality, but priced at the sushi bar rate. The other AYCE sushi experiences I have had were much fresher than this though. We were not happy with our purchase. $56 for old fish and inattentive, disorganized service Maybe try a different place for your sushi needs.

I like Hannabi, and I'm lucky that it's close to my house. Whenever I'd like to eat sushi I just visit Hannabi. The place is clean and organized. Also, the servers are great, friendly, and care about their customers. One of our dishes was not as we ordered, but the server handled it professionally (even though it was not a problem for us). I wish they had more options with salmon, though (rolls with only salmon, not mixed with tuna). I also noticed they have many choices with cream cheese in it, that's why I got confused because I didn't have many choices to order . Overall, it's a great place with amazing food.

Service always has been good but the fish quality is not good like it used to be to be. New supplier? All the fish tastes the same and the rice is not good like before and breaks apart before you even pick it up. Cooked foods are still good though, but I will now being looking elsewhere even though this is the closest in location

I decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. I called to make sure they were open and the first attempt went to voicemail so I tried again 20 min later and someone answered. Upon arriving there were 2 other tables with customers, so it was very quiet. I was surprised to be sat at a table between the two existing customers instead of spaced away. The table behind me had a cough that had me on alert. The laminated menu was dirty and made me wonder why they don't get wiped down. The female staff were very nice. There was one male staff who behaved a little odd or like disinterested to be there, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The staff stood in a line watching the 3 tables which also made me really uncomfortable. As far as the food, I ordered the seared albacore with crispy onion ($15), 2 orders of Tuna Sushi ($5.50 each for 2 pieces) and cucumber cut roll ($7). The seared albacore with crispy onion was not fresh. It came out quick and cold telling me it was previously seared tuna. The tuna was tough. The crispy onions seems a bit old. The sauce was different and lacking all around. I forced myself to eat it hoping I wouldn't get sick. The tuna sushi was not my taste - actually I left one behind. The tuna although a decent sized piece was very rubbery. It also left red coloring on the rice underneath. I'm not sure if this is normal, but not something I have seen before from my regular sushi place. I forced myself to eat 3 pieces, but just couldn't do the last one. The cucumber cut roll was, well, fine. I prefer the smaller cut rolls with one piece of cucumber instead of 5 blocks that ultimately fall apart. But I was ok with eating that roll. In the end with tip I left over $40 out and really disappointed.

Weakest sushi and service in Las Vegas. Sushi is not as good as anything you can find in China town, but service was even worse. Not very helpful and rushed when ordering. Got served a COLD entre after waiting forever for it. We told them immediately that it was cold and tough and they asked if we wanted another??? Like, ok you're just giving up? Ordered baked muscles and they got delivered the wrong table, it sat there for 10 min before they realized their mistake then picked it and brought that same dish to our table. Unacceptable!! Will never be back here, rather make the drive into town to get good food and service.

$33.95 all you can eat dinner. A most excellent value for your money...but you better make sure your eyes are not bigger than your stomach. Pork belly is bit tough. The fried calamari is tender and really good. The salmon and lemon roll is really refreshing. The Sunset Roll is good... the creamy ponzu sauce is what makes this dish. Staff is friendly and really friendly.  Tables are cleared of empty dishes quickly.  They are really attentive. There is a separate single men's room with a urinal and a sitter.  The trash can is near full.  The floor is a bit sticky.  It kind of feels like a bus station restroom.

AYCE small size.... Good food and service. No reservations and was busy when we arrived. Seated shortly after.

My daughter and her boyfriend went to eat there (05-05-25)and decided to try oysters, well bad mistake. 24hrs later they were both sick with food poisoning. My daughter diarrhea and vomiting, her boyfriend the whole works vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Since they had never had them had no idea that oysters shouldn't taste fishy. I know you can never tell before but makes me wonder how fresh their seafood is and now that look seems it has happened multiple times.

Super good. Came here on a Friday night so it was busy and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table of two so come early but it was worth it. Clean place inside with good vibes and quick service. My brother got the chicken katsu roll which was good and we also got the teriyaki chicken which is a filling portion and surprisingly very good for a sushi place. I got the salmon baked roll which was my favorite thing we got. The roll completely melts into your mouth.

Always fresh and service is great! First Kiss roll is my favorite!! The decor is cute, tables, booths and bar.

My absolute fav AYCE sushi place. It's a small restaurant and they don't take reservations but the line usually moves fast. You have to enter your name on the list at the counter. What I like about this place is the menu is not crazy big but everything is fresh and yummy and the price is right. My partner likes sashimi and I usually get the spicy rolls. They don't have a bar so no cocktails but the quality of food and quick service makes up for any fancy drinks. I highly recommend this place.

Hanabi is the best sushi in town! AYCE super affordable! Very high quality - was on par with what my husband and I had in Japan last month :) Staff is very attentive and friendly as well!

Great food & great service! It is so cute inside & the establishment is well decorated/well put together. Our party of three arrived just in time for lunch AYCE. It is hard to find a good AYCE restaurant in the Summerlin area that is worth the time & money. When they got busy for dinner, they still checked up on us, served our food, & bussed our table in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming here again! Seafood to rice portion was most appreciated! Each piece of nigiri was fresh & flavorful. Usually, we don't eat rolls but even from here we just had to!

As an African American single mother, I recently took my 11-year-old daughter to Hanabi Sushi for a special treat. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful; it had a cozy, welcoming vibe that we both enjoyed. The food was okay, not spectacular but decent enough for a casual lunch after back to school shopping. However, our experience was marred by what felt like racially motivated service. When I inquired about adding my daughter to the all-you-can-eat menu for kids, the waitress immediately took one look at my daughter and declared that she was too tall and would have to pay the full price. Despite my insistence that my daughter is 11 years old, the waitress kept repeating, "4 feet, 4 feet," implying that my daughter's height disqualified her from the kids' menu. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. It felt like the waitress didn't believe me simply because of our race. My daughter was embarrassed and confused, and it really dampened what was supposed to be a fun day out for us. I hope the management at Hanabi Sushi takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to handle such situations with more sensitivity and fairness. Needless to say, I will not be returning. For the record, there is nothing labeled on the menu about kids age and certainly NOT HEIGHT! It wasn't the younger staff, it was the older waitress with a pony tail who was constantly smiling while watching our every move. African Americans do not eat here!!!

AYCE，but not much things impressive. We like Agedashi Tofu which cooked in an authentic way and tastes authentic. Also we like their Tempura very much as well. Those Appetizer special are very creative, but taste plain. Sushi don't have much choices, tasted boring, Tamago is terrible. Maybe their rolls are great but we didn't order any as we are sushi people. Overall experience is not good one and won't recommend this place.
