Disappointed with the good review given by people from Google. Make reservation to try. Disappointed with the food. The freshness of seafood is not good. The rice for the sushi is pathetic, it is not normal sushi rice portion as we did not ask chef for less rice. We also cannot taste the wasabi on the sushi which we saw him putting, he put very little like not putting at all. We know there is language barrier but he did not try to interact and explained the food served to us. We went to other Japanese omakase restaurant operate by old couples also try their best to interact and explain their food served. This is the worst omakase experience we had, not worth the price for the quality and quantity. It is better you go supermarket buy the sushi and sashimi which is better.

2nd time here, as i am a repeater... Came here once when guiding a VIP, and came last week to make my sister and her boyfriend discover some real sushis... The latter told me as we seat in the restaurant that he couldn't eat raw fish at all... guess what? he ate all of it. Place and atmosphere are great. The location feels like a hideaway from the Nara crowds that swarms the park and its vicinity. In a charming allley, you find this inconspicuous traditional looking home that is the restaurant. The sushi are made by a female chef that will showcase her skills right in front of you. The quality cannot be questioned, the taste is worth it and, cherry on top, the selection of softs is way above the standard.

I don't generally like Sushi but this place went hard. If you don't speak Japanese it might not be the best experience. Well worth the 13k Yen.

An absolute gem in Nara. Tucked away in the small streets with an unassuming entrance. The food was superb, presentation, taste, experience all amazing. Wish I could come back often. My wife and I tried out many high ranking omakases in Tokyo and we both agreed this beat them all. We reserved through Instagram DMs.

One of my favorite experiences so far. The food was exquisite - quality, taste, presentation were all first class. This place is a hidden gem! I‘d definitely come here again.

奈良駅から徒歩数分。ひっそりと佇むカウンターのみの鮨店。店内はとても静かで落ち着いた空間。ランチのおまかせは1万円弱で、この内容ならむしろ安く感じました。 最初に供されたカツオ　卵黄醤油から一気に引き込まれ、イサキの塩麹のまろやかさと香りで早くも心を掴まれます。甘鯛昆布締めは旨みがしっかり引き出されていて、職人の技を感じました。 続く剣先イカ　塩酢橘は爽やかさとねっとり感のバランスが絶妙。漬けマグロは濃厚で深みのある味、マルコバンはほどよい脂と歯ごたえが印象的でした。ホタテ　塩，酢橘は香りも良く、素材の質の高さが伝わります。 うにも濃厚でとろけるよう。ナマガツオと甘海老で甘みを楽しみ、再び登場したホタテで変化をつけ、冷製茶碗蒸しでホッと一息。 終盤にウニ、マナガツオ、車海老と続き、鉄火巻きと止め椀でしっかりと締め。 一貫一貫が丁寧に握られ、どれも主張しすぎず、でも記憶に残る味ばかりでした。静かに食と向き合いたい方にはぴったりのお店。また必ず伺いたいです。

ランチで13200円のコースです 日本酒をペアリングしていただきました 12:00〜のスタートです 前菜でアワビの煮付け、マグロと長芋の海苔カップ、コーンといくらリコッタチーズ、枝豆とうふ、しめ鯖。カンパチとめいち鯛の刺身、金目鯛すきやき、三輪ソーメン、赤富士サーモン塩麹漬。握りでこはだ、けんさきいか、ぼたんえび、漬まぐろ、うに、かますあぶり、くるまえび、煮あなご、別で白甘鯛をいただきました。大変美味しく満足さしています。予約は必須です Instagramを確認してから予約がおすすめです
