This is a good Bukharian restaurant with a kosher certificate.
On my first visit, for 50 NIS I had an excellent and filling meal consisting of 6 salads and a so-called small pilaf containing rice, carrots, some beef and lamb, and some tasty spices which I did not recognize. Service was excellent, and the decor was elegant, with crystal chandeliers. There are menus in Hebrew, Russian, and (upon request) English.
On a second visit I feasted on a delicious large bowl of Lagman soup containing meat, thick noodles, tasty spices, and fresh cilantro - the waiter asked me first if I wanted cilantro. For dessert I had candied pieces of quince; the menu called it jam. Very good.
The restaurant is popular in its neighborhood. But it's worth going out of your way to try it. It's only a 15 or 20 minute walk from Hahagana train station or from the main bus station on Levinsky Street.
