I am a regular customer at this location as it’s on my way to work. I appreciate the fast service of your team, often they are short staffed so I don’t complain. On Friday 10/31 my cinnamon raisin bagel was drenched in butter, extremely disappointing, Needless to say your prices are above average.

I always order my breakfast and drinks from here whenever I have work trips. I love their food (amazing bacon egg and cheese!) and how convenient this location is. They also have an app where you can order ahead of time in case you’re in a rush. I always look forward to ordering from here whenever I’m in Moynihan train hall. Shout out to their hardworking, patient staff!

To be frank, the bagel makes me sad. We are in the bagel capital of the country and you have the audacity to sell this? Two bagels and two medium cold brews for nearly $30 and THIS is what you feed me? The bagel was grainy and somehow hollow. Where is the passion in baking this? Jalapeño CC was fresh, but not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Easily the best smoked salmon & creamcheese (nova sandwich) I've ever had. The bagel is good, the onions taste fresh, the capers are nice and salty and the smoked salmon is quality. I usually get great service every morning too.

A slight step up from a grocery store/dunkin bagel .. but not by much. I got a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese but I would think I was eating a plain bagel with plain cream cheese if I closed my eyes. It is very tough as well so it’s hard to bite or rip. Overall… I wouldn’t recommend even if you’re really in a pinch. I will say, the employees were very kind and very efficient, my bagel was ready by the time I got to the cashier!

This spot is amazing! The bagels are huge, and the Spicy Scallion Cream Cheese should stay here forever. The vibes were great; spot to sit in Penn without commotion. The staff is also great and very helpful!

The service was excellent and done with a courteous smile. The bagels are out of the world good, and the place was clean. One more thing, the coffee was sublime, I literally felt my eyes rolled with the first sip— so delightful!
