Hangry Burger

Hangry Burger in Springfield has become our go to spot. As a family, we’ve been coming here at least once a week, and it never disappoints. My wife and son absolutely love it the burgers are always fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about what they’re serving. The atmosphere is another big plus. The space is clean, nicely designed, and has a great vibe even the little details like the decor and photos make it feel special. It’s a comfortable, casual place that’s perfect for a family meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming every time we visit. Between the great food, warm service, and inviting setting, it’s no wonder we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Popped into this place for a snack, ended up trying their spicy seasoned fries and vanilla shake. They fries were ok, well cooked, super hot and fresh, but a bit heavy on the cayenne pepper (for me) and needed a little more salt but the milk shake was amazing. Super well blended, perfect consistency and the caramel swirls looked great and added a nice touch. The menu was really different from what you might expect at a burger joint, with tons of different types of burgers, all different meats, styles, vegetarian options, etc. Staff were very friendly and quick! The interior kinda reminded me of a funky 5 Guys, similar layout but with tons of wall art and a full bar. As i was waiting for my food i did see that they offer offers boozy shakes, a personal favorite for me, so I really regret not trying one of those, will have to go back!

The food was just average. The burger patty was noticeably dry and didn’t have much flavor, making each bite feel a bit underwhelming. I added an egg to the burger hoping it would add some richness or moisture, but it was cooked all the way through and ended up being just as dry as the patty—so it didn’t really help. The onion rings were also dry and lacked seasoning, which made them feel like an afterthought rather than a satisfying side.

I got a #1 The Hangry Burger Double (10oz) in a lettuce wrap with Sweet Potato Fries . Burger has a good flavor but a little dry and it had tomatoes and onions that I didn’t ask for, fries are good but they sent no ketchup and I asked for extra ranch on the side and I didn’t get that either. Overall good flavors.

The chicken here is so REAL and filling. These are the best gluten-free tenders I have had. The fries could be crispier, but other than that, they were so good. They have plenty of seating and a bar with a HUGE TV.

This is the BEST BURGER (#2 on the list it comes with mushroom, you are welcome to ask them to not it). The burger was moisture and delicious, and the onion rings great, too. Can we also talk about the sauce? I eat halal and know the difference between quality Red meat . But I can say it fresh. Thank you I will go back with my family.

Yum! This is one good burger. The Original Hangry Burger is outstanding. I also got the asparagus fries. Not bad

I really enjoyed the saucy chicken sandwich. They had a nice variety of sauces to choose from. The pineapple jerk had a sweet and spicy flare. I only wished my chicken sandwich had more sauce. It seemed the sauce was more like a spread. Their fries were golden brown, airy, and crispy. Definitely chefs kiss! The ambience was a really nice with the comic art of different peoples. As for the service, it was exceptional. However, they began shutting down the TV, menu boards, and kitchen 45 minutes before close almost giving the impression not to order anything. I also felt rushed to eat. Overall, I'd come back. 4/5!
