Hannah St Hotel

Only stayed two nights in this hotel, but it made quiet an impression. Great service from all staff from the second you walk through the doors. Everyone is very welcoming and attentive. The whole design of the hotel is beautiful and very carefully thought out. The ammenities were great, with a rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. The rooms were great, with air-conditioning, and big comfortable beds. The restaurant 'Coupette' was great. Especially the dinner, the best steak I have ever eaten. The location was also very handy, as it was right next to a shopping mall, 10 min walk to the river, and there was a tram line just outside. Overall this was a really great stay. I would come here again and recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was a standout for me. The rooms are set up so well, with really nice shampoos and lotions, and it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the space in the rooms is so well thought out, for me the design is on point, there is a little space for everything we needed. And bed was so comfortable… I even asked the staff where they were from 😂 On top of the great rooms the hotel itself has a really cool vibe, reminds me of New York…the signage is is cool and kinda like that. Went to the pool sauna and steam which were again all so clean. They did some great cocktails upstairs at night. I had eggs florentine in the morning, yum! Definitely cool vibes to this hotel and the location is epic it’s close to the everything. Super clean, great food and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Hannah Street Hotel was absolutely outstanding. As a new hotel, it already feels incredibly confident in what it offers — the design is beautiful, modern, and full of character, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed in the Melbourne Suite with terrace, which was nothing short of fantastic. The balcony offers a stunning view over the city and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. The details really stand out here — especially the super soft, stylish bathrobes, which felt both luxurious and cool. The Carriage Lounge deserves a special mention: the Negroni is excellent and highly recommended. I’m also a huge fan of the coffee window — such a great touch and perfect for starting the day. Having previously stayed at The Calile and The Eve, I can confidently say that Hannah Street Hotel has now become my new favorite within the Collection Hotels. A truly memorable stay, and I can’t wait to return someday.

The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly and kind! We have never had an experience where every single staff member was genuinely happy to see, greet and talk with us. They went above and beyond to create a birthday card, an extra birthday surprise! We were shocked with how lovely the hotel actually is❤️ The atmosphere of this hotel is unmatched with beautiful greenery and natural sunlight in the pool area! We are so grateful for the experience here and will be back!
