I’ve been to the main Hanoi Hannah before and absolutely loved it, so I stopped by the Windsor Express store for a quick takeaway—and it was just as good. You’re definitely paying a premium for Vietnamese fusion here, but the quality and flavours back it up.
Tried the rice paper rolls first. They were nice, light, and fresh, but pretty standard. At $12 for two, they weren’t the best value and could’ve used a bit more meat, but still tasty.
I came mainly for the vermicelli salad bowl. I was deciding between the chicken or pork and ended up adding pork—and honestly, the pork was the standout. Both proteins were cooked perfectly though. Fresh noodles, salad, herbs, and a well-balanced fish sauce dressing made the whole bowl super satisfying. It came to about $28 + $6 for the extra meat, which is definitely on the pricier side, but you’re paying for high-quality ingredients and you can taste it.
Overall, a great quick lunch or takeaway option in Windsor if you’re after Vietnamese fusion done well. Quality is consistent, flavours are clean, and everything’s made fresh.
