The Chef's Table was held in Autry Park. I have to say I got my ticket early, but honestly, after attending, I would have paid the asking price. It was really a nice event with over 60 food and wine vendors offering a wide variety of everything. Nothing was left off the list, like the spiked tea. That was new for me, and it came in all kinds of flavors. Or the Kabouche Curry, a steamed mussel with Japanese pumpkin curry and pea tendrils, or the Smoked Salmon Mousse on a waffle. Also, it was nice for them to add big tubs of bottled water through out the park to keep everyone hydrated. My cell phone actually overheated in my hand.
The entertainment was nice too. We had a lovely Salsa Instructor who showed us the steps. I actually did well, yay!
