Hanover Buckhead Village

Living at Hanover Buckhead Village has been a huge disappointment. I’ve been a resident for 3 years, and while the building was once beautiful and well managed, the quality has declined to an unacceptable level. A recent water leak was handled terribly—management entered my apartment without notice and left industrial fans and a dehumidifier running loudly for over a week. The equipment drove up my power bill, and even after submitting proof of the extra charges, I’m still waiting for reimbursement and a clear response. Unfortunately, this is just one example of how poorly this property is maintained. Garage gates break constantly, access doors often fail to lock, elevators are unreliable, and hallways are frequently dirty. Safety is also a major concern: I personally witnessed a car break-in in the garage and had to help police identify the suspects. For a building that charges “luxury” prices, the lack of upkeep, security, and communication is unacceptable. I pay my rent on time every month, but I can no longer recommend living here.

One review got it exactly right: management pushes people who only took a tour to leave reviews, not the ones actually living here. I’d probably give five stars for the tour too. I’ve lived here almost 2 years. The new leasing staff still hasn’t introduced themselves, yet on tours they act like they know residents inside out in front of their clients—like they’d even know my aunt’s name. Truth is, we don’t know them at all, and even my dog picks up on it. Dogs don’t fake comfort with overly-enthusiastic strangers, and his reaction says it all. Now the real issues: a major water leak damaged multiple floors, leaving some residents (paying $3K+ a month) literally walking on cardboard instead of flooring (they took the floors and walls inside of our apartment). Accidents happen, but no compensation and no response after weeks of emails is unacceptable. Meanwhile, the garage door has been broken for over 8 months, forcing everyone through one side. Smelly elevator. Forget the pool and the roaches—there’s nothing remotely luxury about this place. Tours might look polished, but the reality is silence from management, poor conditions, and no accountability. If you’re touring here, make sure to talk with the residents and look beyond the reviews from people who only came for a tour. I would not pay luxury apartment price for this place.

I had the pleasure of touring with Taylor at Hanover Buckhead Village today, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Taylor was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the community. I had an amazing experience touring the apartments with Taylor! From the moment I arrived, she was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options that fit perfectly. The tour was super thorough and never felt rushed. Taylor explained everything clearly from amenities to pricing, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Simply said Liz is a big part of why I’m living at this great property. Very thorough with my tour, answered all my question and very pleasant, along with aligning my needs with an apartment that fit my wants. However, the great service didn’t stop there, she was instrumental in getting all my documentation in place so we could close on time being I was not in town to meet the needed deadline. Definitely went above and beyond. The team is such a great group of people and already have become memorable in the short time here. Looking forward to knowing this is home…Thank You!!!!

The concierge at this apartments is racist, rude and has a really bad attention. Despite the weather and how late it was, i called about 3 times to the leasing center so the door could be open, he saw me, with my hands full and was not capable of even telling me which of the doors was working at the time. Once i got on the building, his bad and racist treatment was everything i needed to understand his behavior. Just because you see someone hispanic it does not mean you can treat people like that. I really hope theres better employees in this place. Pretty building tho

Despite multiple written disputes and repeated requests for documentation and specific reasoning regarding move-out charges, management failed to respond or provide any substantiation beyond "doesn't meet Hanover's standards." While the charges remained disputed, the account was sent to collections more than half a year later. The lack of communication and escalation of unresolved charges is making this a frustrating and stressful experience. I would strongly encourage future tenants to document everything carefully or avoid this property altogether. And yes, most 5-star reviews are from tours, not actual residents. Read carefully!

The old property manager who has left was great and now the leasing staff is extremely incompetent and unresponsive. The new lady in charge is extremely unresponsive in returning calls, sending something as simple as an email, and overall demeanor of how she upholds herself and her actions towards tenants. I am a current resident and am extremely disappointed in their behavior, especially in their treatment to their current residents. Please do better, especially for the price you are charging your residents to live; we should at least deserve respect from our own leasing office.

Do not rent from this apartment complex unless you plan to pay for damages associated with normal wear-and-tear. My husband and I recently moved out of this apartment and they are unlawfully withholding our security deposit due to having to pay their vendor to paint over small holes and furniture scuffs. Khaila Cofer alleges that the scuffs were excessive - however, when I asked her for proof, she could not provide such. In Georgia, a landlord may not withhold any portion of a tenant's deposit for normal wear and tear. This can only be withheld for damages that amount to neglect, destruction, or abuse of the rental premises - none of which occurred. Therefore, if you want to rent from a place that has dog feces lined-hallways, garages with overflowing trash bins, mediocre apartments with floor outlets that don't work, and live next to bars where they shoot guns outside your balcony and run into bars- THEN BY ALL MEANS RENT HERE. Otherwise- be smart, look elsewhere, because living here in my opinion was worse than living in the slums. You'd be better off living in the PJs. See photos of the wear-and-tear they are illegally charging me for. Rent at your own risk. See photos of the wear-and-tear damages that I am being charged for. Absolutely absurd. UPDATE- The property manager Alonzo called and held no accountability for their illegal actions but instead insisted that because he has worked management for 13 years he has more knowledge in the area. That is clearly not the case since the laws change and are revised/ updated almost yearly. I have taken my complaint to the corporate level. 2nd UPDATE- I spoke with a Hanover Corporate manager Rebecca, and she is authorizing the release of my full deposit, and adjusting my ledger to reflect the changes. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and so extremely kind and professional! She ALONE redeems Hanover Buckhead Village and was truly phenomenal to speak with!

Move in day there were many issues, the worst of which was toxic black mold throughout the unit. We photo documented and they sent a crew in to do some surface cleaning. The issue was persistent during our time here. The staff are nice, but lack training, there is very low level of customer service from the office team, the concierge and security teams are extremely courteous. The gym equipment is poorly maintained the Peloton bikes are dated, and the treadmills typically have 1 of the 3 that are continually down. Try to call the Hanover and your call will be either dropped or you'll be sent to an answering service. Now the big hook after our initial 12-month lease for a 1BR, we received a notice at month 10 saying if we did not sign a 12-month extension within 3-days our rent would go up 30% or $800/month more. The office staff is powerless here with no management authority. We submitted a 52-day notice at the after 10-months that we were moving out at the end of our 1-year lease, and they are going to charge us for an additional 8-days because we failed to provide a 60-day notice... The Hanover Management are vultures... be forewarned!

Nice outter building however once you walk in, it's very dated! Also the leasing agent treated me less than I deserved. I live across the street in the other high rise and decided to tour this property considering I was working from home and had time. I was dressed down, the leasing agent looked at me as if I couldn't afford the rent. He also made a funny face to another resident who lived there in reference to me (as if I was wasting his time) When i told him which property I lived in, he changed his attitude realizing I could afford to live at hanoover. Of course I decided not to lease here due to the experience. I hope this review is shown to the staff so they understand how even the non verbal communication can impact future residents experience in a negative way...

It is miserably noisy here. I moved here from the west coast last February, and I had no idea that the building is smack dab in the middle of all the bars, which bring insane levels of noise 24-7. The walls are very thin, and I can't say there's anything luxurious about the place. I wear high decibel earplugs and noise cancelling headphones 24-7, and it's still an absolute racket. I have to take Xanax each night just to be able to relax enough to hopefully fall asleep amongst the chaos. The noise levels were absolutely not disclosed to me prior to moving in. I asked at least 2 leasing agents about the noise level, and they made it seem like a non-issue. The building reeks like weed at all times. My unit was not cleaned prior to moving in. It was disgusting. Ro, Zack & Jodi at the concierge desk are lovely and wonderful. They are all so kind, and they do so much for all of the residents.

Came to view an available unit and Between the the leasing staff and the concierge the unprofessionalism and rudeness is ridiculous. They can't seriously expect anyone to want to move in here. Who would want to deal with that everyday? P.S they are literally creating fake yelp accounts to leave better reviews about the tour to try to overshadow how terrible they are. (Vincent B. Overall good experience but what really shines here is a guy named Eli. Eli is kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He is the "concierge of concierges", and has truly made this a place to call home. When I'm asked what the top amenities are here at Hanover, my answer is always "Eli, Eli, and Eli"!

Hanover Buckhead Village may not be the newest building in Buckhead anymore, but it's still the best, due in large part to the amazing staff, like Eli the Concierge. Eli is 100% reliable - if he says he is going to do something, you can forget about it, because you know it will be done and done well. He frequently goes above and beyond what is expected, because he tasks such pride in his work. HBV also has high end amenities and an amazing location, but you can see all of that on the website, it's the intangibles, like the staff, that really sets HBV apart.

Less than 1 star. Parking is ridiculous. They charge you over 2000 to live here but none of your friends can ever park without a $75 boot so have fun paying more money than you will for a mortgage to live in a place where you are alone all the time.

6 month update: still loving the building. My unit is beautiful! It faces west so I can catch the sunset and see the beautiful fall foliage. The amenities are top quality and always clean. The concierge staff (Roscoe and Eli) are THe BEST and super helpful. Only downside is it can get a bit noisy on the weekends based on nightclub activity down below. I'm on the 14th floor and I can still hear them. Just be mindful when selecting your unit. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars.

Do not rent from Hanover Buckhead. They quote you one price then when it's time to move in your rent goes up extremely. I was quoted $1600 move in time with keys decal other hidden fees. Rent fluctuated each month from $2600-2700. No set rate. i lived there for 12 months and when my lease was up they charged me $222 for not returning the (sticker) parking decal and outlets in the apartment that I never used. I guess the outlets in the wall. I did not understand that. Anything to not have to give your deposit back. I was only renting there because of doctors appointments I lived in another state and was only there about 5 times within the year. The parking gate stayed broken. Only stayed 1 whole week the whole time there. The apartment was filthy when o moved in. Pet urine on the wall. Pet hair was everywhere. Cars racing up and down the street on the weekend. The best thing about the apartment was the lobby. Management just wanted money.

I came here with my girlfriend to look at an apartment. I understand that they require ID to look at an apartment because I have businesses myself and I always want to make sure that we are secure. I have a house five minutes away in the Margaret Mitchell area in Buckhead and I wanted to rent a apartment because I often rent out my home for productions. I brought my ID but my girlfriend left her purse at our house. They did not let us do the tour. My girlfriend offered to show her ID on her phone because she has pictures like everyone else does. It made no sense they told us we cannot do the tour they even said that you could do it but your girlfriend must stay downstairs. They Can clearly look at us and see that we are a normal couple not trying to do anything wrong we simply just wanted to look at an apartment. I have looked at many apartments in the area to make a decision on which one I am going to get and they just require one drivers license. I always gave my drivers license no one has ever asked for my girlfriends drivers license when looking at any apartment. Even though those other times she had her purse with her she only forgot it today because we were rushing out of the house and running late. As a business owner I would be embarrassed and upset at my team for doing something like this. I honestly feel like we were being discriminating against us. I am not sure why we would be discriminated. If they wanted to be extra secure about us looking at the apartment they could've looked up my name in my ID and see that my property on my address is worth well over $4 million. I am not some random person coming in. They can do a quick Google search and see that I am a high net worth individual. Based on the experience that me and my girlfriend had being a Caucasian couple originally from Los Angeles we did not feel welcomed in this building nor comfortable. Anyone from Los Angeles looking similar to us I do not recommend this building.

My tour with Joia was very genuine. She answered all my questions, we had a great conversation, she's professional and knowledgeable. The energy and staff were super friendly. They provided water and snacks. Everyone greeted me when I arrive and in the halls! Thank you for a great experience Joia and Hanover Village!!

The Buckhead Village team is extremely helpful and polite. Amenities are nice and the location is very convenient. Rent is on the expensive side even for buckhead. We were in a studio but decided to upgrade to a larger bedroom, moved to the side facing downtown to avoid to the bar music/noise facing buckhead bars Pro: Great team, helpful Great location Amenities are nice Commute is great to work Con: Parking is a huge issue, no free parking for friends that visit- they will get booted if they park in future residents and I've suggested they need to revisit this policy many times (unrealistic for friends to pay for parking every time) Expensive for what you get

I have appointment at 12pm but nobody was in the office and inform me they're closed for unforeseen reasons?! I also didn't get any following emails/calls from them after I made appointment online. Very irresponsible and unreliable!!!! Can't imagine what gonna happen if we mov here.

We've lived here for a week and the whole concierge team is awesome and the building and amenities are beautiful. Eli is the man! Very professional and helpful!

If there were a lower rating, I would give it. Worst management ever. They do an excellent job of selling the place but once you're in it's a different story. They do not care one bit about the residence, don't return calls or follow up on complaints. Terrible considering all of the money we pay to live here.

Please let me save you from the mistake I made moving in here. I was a perfect tenant for one year, payments on automatic, never late. Time comes to move out, I extend lease by 15 days. Like everything else, I thought they'd bill my final payment to my resident portal. They bill an incorrect units portal, so I never even had the chance to pay it. I never received an email, or call from staff to even alert me that I had this payment and it wasn't being made (which you would think they would, being that it was out of the ordinary for something not to be paid on my account) Not even when they took my keys did they tell me they already filed my eviction (I had paid until December 1st. They didn't even give me until the first to "miss" my final payment- They filed eviction the 19th) I had to beg them to pay the balance, but Liz told me it's in "the courts hands" and gave me zero sympathy or time of day for this was a horrific accident that ultimately fell on the leasing office and their careless work or they would've clearly seen they billed a dormant account, or else it would've been paid instantaneously. Took zero accountability, treated me practically like a dead beat tenant. Shiesty to say the least. I won't even get into all the charges they billed me that were clearly stated on my walk through when I moved in and had videos to prove it. Charged for their lawyer fees attached to my pointless eviction. No security deposit back which was a month of rent. All in all I gave those horrible people 6000. I'm 22, I work my ass off and big companies like this will take advantage of you and don't give a shit. I hope I save one person from involving themselves in this borderline criminal place, and leasing office which is even worse. Save yourself they will take every dollar you have. So many nicer more civilized buildings in the area keep looking!!!! (only thing good about this place is the doormen)

I do not reside here but I came in on a Thursday with my friend whom is white. I loved this building the glass, the high floors. However no matter how pretty a building is, what matters most is the leasing office staff, & the front welcoming staff be it concierge, or who ever sits at the front desk. We walked in that Thursday & were not greeted my friend was on a call so she proceeded to sit in waiting area. I walked up to the front desk, it was s young lady sitting there she didn't greet me, I said hello, & she then said how can I help you. I let her know what I was looking for & she said we have no appointments avail today, I said ok, she did ask if I wanted to come the next day. She wasn't too bad compared to the Caucasian guy that came out after who completely ignored & walked past me yet went to my friend to ask her if she had been helped. She said we're here to look at an apartment. He said ok, what are you looking for, I then said I thought you have no availability today he then said oh didn't realize you were together. "yeah we don't". We left & my friend didn't want to come back, once we got to the car she said to me did you notice how they treated you? I wasn't going to say anything I figured maybe I'm being overly defensive. But that's not my nature, & the fact that she called it out said a lot. Despite all that I came the next day for my appointment. My set time was 12, I called & said I wanted to reschedule for 1pm. I had a meeting that went over. Kelly who was the agent that would be doing the tour said if I could come by 12:30 that'd be fine. I got there at 12:28, & the girl at front desk said ugh I was told something different, Kelly is on another tour. I said ok, & waiter ended up getting seen at a little after 1. Apparently Kelly's 1pm showed up early so she took them at 12, despite my having spoken to her & rescheduled. Anyway my friend & I are sitting in the waiting area distant from each other. Kelly comes out & greets me, very reluctantly & not warm at all. I noted in my mind but said nothing. My friend gets up & kelly says "are you guys here together" I said yes. She greeted my friend very warmly & enthusiastically. Again I said nothing, her whole tone changed. When she realized my fiancé is a pro- athlete that further changed her tone. I basically felt I was judged based on my clothing & my race. I was wearing athletic wear, very dressed down & a hat. After the tour, when my friend & I were alone in the car she said to me "how can you even contemplate giving your money to this apartment, look at the way the Kelly girl greeted you, & the difference in how she greeted me" she says to me "it was night & day, that tells you what type of environment this is, they weren't nice to you". She was right. I felt as though I was still trying to make sense of it I didn't want to say anything I wanted to hope that wasn't the case. But it was very much so the case. Go elsewhere there's plenty of nice apartments around.

After living at the Hanover property for almost two years, I can't wait to move out of this place. My first year at the property was decent, albeit too expensive for what they offer. My second year as a tenant was very disappointing. The quality of their offerings has decreased, access to the amenities is very limited (although you still have to pay for them separately from the rent), their customer service is very unreliable (at best), visitor parking is terrible, and I have safety concerns.

I love living at Hanover Buckhead! Eli, a concierge, provides exceptional and unwavering customer service! For example, I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft, and not only did he carefully pick through every dusty item in the bottom of the elevator shaft to find my key fragments, he figured out how to reconfigure my electric car keys! During every interaction I've observed, he is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He goes above and beyond to make residents happy! The concierge services at Hanover Buckhead are truly excellent. A+

Moving is stressful ! Hanover Buckhead made this the best moving experience I have ever had. I would love to share with everyone just how easy and amazing the process was. I was leaving a difficult situation to say the least and needed a new place to call home ASAP. I had an appointment with Dan, but was unable to meet with him. Luckily, Brooke Green decided to stay after her work hours and help me view multiple units. I told her my situation and she reassured me she would do everything she could to help me. This was on a Friday... The following Monday was Memorial Day, so all offices were closed. Brooke emailed me a checklist of everything she would need to make the move in process as expedited as possible, and encouraged me to email them to her over the weekend. I did, by Tuesday I was approved , by Wednesday I was moving in. Brooke is so professional, so timely with responses and really works with you on every level. Thank you so much Brooke! Oh and let's not forget the amazing staff that made the move easier: Rosco, Dewight, Eli, and Dan, thank you for helping with everything from elevator reservations, directions for movers, package deliveries, and always having an amazing smile to greet me home. ONLY CON: PARKING FOR GUEST. They have to pay to park in the garage which ranges up to $20.00

I'll first start off by saying the office staff is super amazing and always there to help with a smile on their face. I am IN LOVE with the views of my apartment and appreciate the privacy. The actual building is more secure that most apartments and I think thats a major plus. You also have quick access to a Buckhead Theatre, The Iberian Pig and Whole Foods! A beautiful medical spa just opened up as well that I'll be excited to try! Check it out if your interested in luxury living in the Buckhead area.

DISCRIMINATION!!! Also they LIE and say they "work" with you but they DON'T! They just want you to apply to take your MONEY! I had a wrongful Eviction pop up on my name and I have Proof that I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE had an eviction. I've moved out of a place me and my sister rented 3 years ago. She got an eviction in 2017 and the landlord/management company has proof that it was an ERROR and my name was taken off this lease in 2015! THEY STILL DENY ME ??? FOR WHAT? I PROVIDED 100% VALID PROOF! MISTAKES & ERRORS HAPPEN!!! Anyway AMLI 3464 understand's and has reached out to my previous landlord and management and got everything covered!! GO WITH AMLI INSTEAD! They actually care to work with you & get you in...IM DISAPPOINTED in the lack of help & communication!!!

I just moved to Atlanta 3 months ago and I have to say the staff here have truly helped me navigate the city. They answer all of my questions big or small. Joia was really helpful in setting me up with a tour and working around my schedule with me coming from a different state. I appreciated her honesty about the area and the bar that is within proximity of the building. I personally don't mind the noise the apartment is worth a little bit of noise and I've also lived in the city for most of my adult life. She even was able to give me a call back and answer further questions that I had when I was unsure. Making a big move in the mist of a pandemic was difficult, but honestly the staff is what made me commit to the decision.

I am very disappointed with how unprofessional the leasing office is. I came in today to look at apartments to rent with my boyfriend. We are a Caucasian couple that moved from Beverly Hills and have a house in Buckhead that we rent out for film production. We wanted to get an apartment nearby to stay in while the house is rented. I forgot my purse at home because we were rushing out the door to make it to our appointment to tour the building. My boyfriend provided his ID (since he would be the one renting the apartment), but I didn't have mine with me psychically. They told me I had to sit downstairs and only my boyfriend could look at the building. I offered to send them my ID via email but he refused and said he'd only accept a psychical copy. It was very offensive and disrespectful considering none of the other buildings we have viewed, have ever insisted that they need to hold onto my ID ,in order for me to access the building. He claimed it was for "their protection", which was very off putting. The whole office was very unwelcoming and they definitely will not be receiving any of our business. I honestly feel like they were discriminating and it was just very uncomfortable.

I just recently moved in. So far everything has been great. I did have a small maintenance issue but the maintenance team was quick to address, thank you so much Hanover. The moving process was quick and easy. I'm looking forward to getting to use the amenities soon. Highly recommend you tour this property.

Hanover Buckhead Village is exceptional, a true 5 star experience in Buckhead. Starting the moment you walk in the door, the leasing and front desk staff are welcoming and accommodating. The finishes on each unit are exceptional and the amenities are unmatched in Atlanta. I have lived in several apartments between Midtown and Buckhead, but have never seen a complex so well maintained. The building sells it self, but add the 5 star experience provided by the staff and you will be making the move to Hanover Buckhead Village.

Showed up for a tour scheduled in advance, left after 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby. Immediately got the impression that they're just hard up to make a buck.

Great property. Trevor Haynes was amazing and took the time to show me around to the various options available there. Amenities and location are great, as are the views!!!

Eli is a great concierge. He always goes above amd beyond what is expected of him. He is a really asset and one the reasons we like living here.

I've had an incredible experience living here, from management handling issues to neighbors being so friendly just saying hi and having conversations in the elevator. The price is well worth what we get living here! The amenities areas are always well kept and seem to be cleaned daily and whenever I have a question the concierge is quick to help me out. I don't see discrimination, considering I've encountered white, black, Hispanic and Asian residents in the community. The people in the leasing office were very straightforward about pricing, background checks, etc. They don't just take anybody but they also seem very willing to work with you to make your living dream come true. They also are VERY private. I've noticed they are good about security, not letting just anyone in, making sure to call residents about guests to ensure safety and security not only for that resident but for all guests. They help me when I can't figure out where to eat/what or do and they have been a step ahead of me anytime I find something that raises a red flag. Turns out, no red flags, because they already fixed them by the time I noticed them. THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR. One thing I will say last, the extra cost of living on the side facing the view is SO WORTH IT. I'm obsessed. (I took a ton of photos when walking through so I could send them to my partner before deciding whether or not to move in, hope you enjoy lol)

great amenities. decent gym. The things this apartment has going for it are how it looks and the friendly front desk. But unfortunately those are the only nice things to say since I moved in here. This should really be a 1-star review. The noise in my apartment is unbearable. Theres a difference between loud nightlife bars on the weekend and having neighbors so loud they could be splitting the rent with me because it feels like they live with me. The walls are paper thin and I can hear a pin drop from neighboring units from my bedroom. The security does nothing about noise at night. I have been woken up every weekday since moving in by my neighbor and they're loud from 10pm to 6am when I get up for work.

Beautiful community. Great location. I highly suggest visiting this property prior to applying. I could tell I was not welcome, didn't get the best vibes.

I never write reviews, but I wish I had know all this information before deciding to live at Hanover Buckhead Village. We moved into an apartment and then moved out very quickly. If you are considering living in a one bedroom apartment (or any of the apartments facing away from the pool)this might not be the best place for you if noise bothers you. Thursday through Saturday 10 pm to 3 am you can hear music in your apartment from the bars below. On higher and lower floors you can hear the noise. I lived in NYC for several years, and I am aware of what normal city street noise is... this was a new level of loud for me. The noise level was never disclosed to us and was shocking to find out. We were told that the noise is ALWAYS disclosed prior to anyone moving in. We were made to feel that we were at fault for not knowing about the noise level (which had never been disclosed). When I met with management I was told that they would provide us with a courtesy and let us out of our lease (he specifically said to us that they generally never let people do that). After speaking with the central office we found out that you always have 7 days after moving in to break your lease without penalty (we had lived there for less than 12 hours when we initially inquired about the noise level and switching apartments). We have moved to the Modera Buckhead and this building is a dream. Very quiet.

Hanover Buckhead absolutely delivers the perfect Atlanta luxury living with beautiful apartments that feel large and open, with breathtaking views and a top of line amenities. The leasing staff was great to work with - I had to find a place within a few days and they scheduled time on short notice, met on the weekend last minute and did an amazing job answering my questions and being open and honest. I worked with Trevor over the phone, Blake showed me the building the first walk through and Brooke met me the second walk through, after which she promptly shared the layout and measurements at my request. It was such an easy process and highly recommend this building!

I've been living here for only two months and i want to leave. It's way too expensive for my key to never work... second time I had to wait over an hour for help getting into my apartment.... ghetto.... I don't like how people can come in from the garage and skip past concierge..... I mean it's beautiful but still a no from me

Worst place. We just moved and from the first day, only problems: no hot water for 2 days, the kitchen got flooded when I used the washing machine, no internet signal coming in our apartment, apparently some wires are cut through the building.

I have never felt so unwanted and so dismissed as a consumer in all my days. My friend and I were out apartment hunting and got referred to this location. We got there right at 4:30. UNFORTUNATELY, the leasing agent Autumn, was extremely rude and dismissive. Immediately after asking my friend and I what she could do for us, she very SHARPLY and ABRUPTLY told us that they were "at capacity" for tours today. She didn't ask if we still wanted leasing information (we had to actually ask that) and when we confirmed that we did want the info, she told "wait here", which was the lobby. Never once did she thank us for coming, or even ask what we were looking for. We hung out for maybe 5 minutes, and then decided to leave. When she realized we were leaving, she very happily said "Are you all leaving? Ok, thanks!" Again, we have NO LEASING INFORMATION, and she didn't even ask us what we were there for. FORTUNATELY, my friend and I ran into a tenant's mom, and we asked if she enjoyed the property. As we conversed more, SHE OFFERED TO GIVE US A MINI TOUR OF THE CLUB ROOM. Yes, that's right, a tenant had to do what the leasing office REFUSED TO DO. We actually saw the club room and the pool area, and the screening room. What was even better was catching Autumn on the elevator on the way back to our car....her face cracked when she realized that we were getting a tour from a resident. Yes, it was THAT BAD, and yes, your interaction with us was THAT BAD. We did not feel welcomed AT ALL. I would HATE to think that we were PROFILED in this situation. I was dressed in athleisure wear, and my friend was casual. I've lived in Buckhead for 6 of the 7 years I've lived in Atlanta, so if I was judged by my attire, OR ANYTHING ELSE, it was a huge mistake. Furthermore, why is there only ONE leasing agent on staff at this building on the weekends? Also, we were told that Autumn would be working again tomorrow, but that she was "booked already" for tours. So, where the "must book an appointment on the weekend" signage? It's surely NOT on the large "NOW LEASING" signs all over the building. Needless to say, after being dismissed, and rudely spoken to, I have almost ZERO interest in leasing here. And if I were to return, it would have to be with a different agent.

Absolutely beautiful property! I was not in the slightest surprised at how stunning the inside of the building is, but I was blown away by all the small details that have gone in to making this place what it is. From plugs at every pool cabana, to top of the line gym equipment and flashy color schemes in every unit, this place came together nicely. Opening just a few weeks ago, you can already tell that it was built to create a strong sense of community. I took a tour with Matraya and just coming off a week of night shifts, was not in the best mood, but she was very patient and answered all of my questions. She showed me every unit that I was interested in and easily explained why each one would or would not meet my needs! She was great! If you're in the market for a new home, I would definitely swing by and check this place out!

If you like being stalked, micromanaged, profiled and discriminated then this is the place for you. Don't let the nice amenities fool you. The building is not what appears to be the eye. No security surveillance, cars broken into, building not kept clean, poor construction, clown faces drawn on wall, leaking ceilings...keep renters policy current because you will be responsible for their poor construction problems. Improperly booted cars. Amenities have constant issues and you are responsible for paying the separate amenity fee even if they work or not. Strippers and prostitutes visit building on regular basis. SO IF THIS APPEALS TO YOU, THIS IS YOUR FOREVER HOME ... and if you don't mind paying high end rent for poor end living. $3500-7600 I think NOT!

I came in to do a delivery for a guest on 10/06/2019 at about 6:20 pm. I experienced terrible customer service. I was told to come to the first floor since I had come in through the garage. I asked the lady several times to let me up to L2 so I could deliver groceries to a guest. Instead of her letting me go to L2. She swiped the security card to let me and another guest up. She did not even push the button so I could retrieve my order. I ended up going all the way to the 14th floor. I then had to go back to the main floor to ask her for a second time to give me access to L2 to get my delivery. I asked her why she didn't give me access to L2 when I first asked her . Her response was that. " I should have brought my things when I walked down the stairs. I had a wagon full of groceries for a guest! This lady needs to be educated on how to treat guest!

Hanover Buckhead Village lives up to the hype that's had everyone raving about this place for months. The place is best in class with their location, amenities, customer service, views, pool scene, etc. I could go on and on and what's amazing is the apartment isn't even fully complete yet. It's clear that careful thought was put into the architecture and style of the design. The staff is pleasant and super easy to work with! If you haven't visited you're in for a treat. Highly recommend stopping by.

I recently stopped in to take a tour of this property. Let's just start here... pictures do not do justice. I was overly impressed with the property itself, the different interior finishings, posh amenities and the huge walk in closets made me fall in love with this property even more. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. The location is perfectly centered in Buckhead around shops and restaurant. I highly recommend living here, you definitely won't be disappointed.
