Hanover Parkview

I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the on‑site staff and maintenance team, including timely responses and effective resolutions. However, I would appreciate if the team responsible for Hanover’s exterior property maintenance could schedule routine grounds and utility work at a more reasonable hour. There are frequent instances of lawn equipment, leaf blowers, and a loud tanker truck operating as early as 7:00 a.m., including again today, Friday, December 26, with the tanker running for approximately two hours. Even for those who wake up early, this level of noise is not something you want to begin your day with—especially when taking a morning walk or trying to ease into the day. Given that noise is one of the most common concerns in multi‑unit housing, it would have been beneficial for the development company to invest in higher‑quality, sound‑rated windows. This was also an issue I experienced at the Autry building before moving to Parkview.

Beware living high luxury apartments buildings. I lived here almost two years ever since it had gotten to where more residents living here . First gate on the first floor always seems to be broken . And the second gate broken too . As you see first photo if you coming down to the ramp on the other side by the gate people’s never stop they would will likely hit you. I call the office awhile back to let them know they need a stop sign it never happened you have to watch on your own safety or have to HONKING loudly! If you lived one of these levels inside garage you have to be really carefully looking out on your side. These resident's SPEEDING DRIVING coming down , you coming up make it a right turn it could ruin your car try to avoid from their cars .AGAIN HONKING LOUDLY TO MAKE THEM STOP HITTING OTHER CARS! My bf was using rentals car . He always careful when coming to the garage . TWO CARS ON COMING on his side SPEEDING DRIVING he was coming make a right turn he tried to turn his wheels to avoid them and then he noticed the car made it Worst I'm so frustrated they willing not to do anything IGNORING YOU. As you can see I captured every levels garage it's so tight one way up and one way coming down it's poor design . You can easily get hit another car or hit to the wall on your side of the car. I am very upset the residents are not kind and RECKLESS SPEEDING INSIDE GARAGE!

I had the most amazing tour with Devona! I got full "resident experience with her on the tour of the entire beautiful building and the amenities! Devona never made me feel rushed or that any of my questions couldn't be answered! She made sure I had exact measurements and videos of my 2 "dream floorplans" since I am downsizing to smaller units from my current place! Devona's knowledge of furniture placement, individual tenant needs and her in-depth tips on the area including retail, shops, happy hours and walk-score were invaluable. Truly can't wait to become a resident at Hanover Parkview, thanks to Devona it already feel's like home!

I personally love the Hanover Houston takeover but thats just me and my eye. It’s something about modern minimalism that just does it for me. I got the opportunity to do a tour with the Property Manager Tiffany and it was a great experience. She was superbly knowledgeable on everything that mattered to me and I love that. From the restaurants in the area to the upcoming infrastructure, she answered all questions. I’m very big on how you treat your guests is how you will treat your residents and she made me feel very welcomed and apart of the community already. So I love that for me. But enough said, just admire the art of the building😇🏡☁️

In my wife's words "Devona understands customer service". We were unclear on what our expectations should be with the lease renewal maintenance process and had been unable to get a satisfactory response despite engaging with 2 other staff members until Devona stepped in. While we did not care for the resolution she provided- her manner, approach and good faith gesture was more than satisfactory. We felt heard and we hope Hanover appreciates this woman!

Absolutely love this property!! Devona is always so helpful and accommodating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ive had a wonderful experience living here! The property is always well-kept, quiet, and feels very safe. The amenities are great and make daily living very convenient. Overall, this has truly felt like home and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here.

I've lived at Hanover Parkview for almost a year now and I've been meaning to write this review since i moved into my new unit a few months ago! The Hanover Parkview team are incredible and have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. I was living in a beautiful two bedroom unit here when i decided to make a pretty big career change that came with a significant pay cut, I didn't want to sacrifice being in such a safe, friendly and beautiful "neighborhood" so i reached out to the leasing team about helping me transfer to another unit that i could afford with my new salary... and they delivered!! Gerard and Tiffany were able to get me in a great unit just a few months later and I'm so grateful. A few weeks later i ended up testing positive for Covid and was so ill that i couldn't hardly get out of bed, let alone walk my trash down the hallway (nor did i want to risk exposing anyone) when i called the leasing office and asked if i could have someone come by and grab my trash Lauren was so accommodating and also expressed to me to call for anything else i may need help with, as someone who lives halfway way across the country from family that meant A LOT! Mitchell is always so kind when he sees my puppy and very helpful when i can't find a package in the mail room. Y'all rock!

Nothing beats a warm and kind reception from the management team. I had to move my appointment three times and Nate Ward was accommodating. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, reviewed my preferred floor plans and gave us the tour. He was upbeat, present and every engaging. By far, after 8 tours over the span of 3 days, he's been the best thus far. While I'd prefer to stay closer to the heart of ROD, my experience with him is making me reconsider. The area is also a major selling point as many developments are coming which will add to the resident experience. PS: Nate needs to go into modeling. I kid you not, he's probably one of the most beautiful people I've ever laid my eyes on.

Note to management and future residents, The team here at parkview are nothing short of professional. I can see why they have the "#1 voted management company in the US" banner whenever you go on their site. It's true. Regina, Jacob, and Matthew in the front office at Parkview are not only superb employees but great people as well. From phone call and email questions to in person tours, these folks were able to answer every question I had and provided great recommendations on floor plans and units that suited my needs. Moving here from out of state poses its own set of unique challenges and they were able and still are currently helping me with the process. The stats show for every 1 positive review, there are 1000 other happy customers that didn't review. So on behalf of 999 others, the property and team here are extremely attentive, courteous, and helpful to anyone looking to move here.

Great place to live...if you can handle construction noise all day Monday through Saturday. It is non stop and they are constantly blowing whistles, backing vehicles up, slamming materials, etc. The construction of the building across the space is going to go on for A FEW YEARS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER PROPERTY EVEN CLOSER. BEWARE. Update: over the past 3 months the fire alarm for the entire building has gone off at least a dozen times for almost a half hour. It has happened before 7am and after 10pm. It happens so frequently the building doesn't even send a courtesy email about it anymore. Trying to call the main office just gets you redirected to an off-site team who will "relay your message." Those messages must have gotten lost because I've never heard back from them.

Take a look at the video. This machine hasn't stopped making noise since 8:00 a.m. As far as I am aware, no sound louder than 45 decibels can be tolerated for longer than three minutes in a household context. I'm not sure how the management team is going to explain this.

Idk where to begin! I moved to Hanover Parkview a few weeks ago and now I can say I am ready to give my honest review. I am so thankful I chose this COMMUNITY. I moved half way across the country and chose this apartment without viewing it. That was a risk I was willing to take after my virtual experience. I was a bit confused while leasing and didn't understand the rates ( please call before picking an apartment) but Gerard explained everything and helped me pick the unit that suited my needs. The week of my move, I found out that my furniture was going to possibly deliver before their office hours. Mitch and Tiffany went out their way to come in the office early to make sure my movers had access, on a Monday. I know property managers have a lot of reporting to do on those days so the fact Tiffany made time personally, spoke volumes. I have lived in many apartments and never had such white glove service. A week after my move, BERYL arrived. We were without power a day and a half and both days, the office stayed open. They supplied water and let us charge our phones and answered the same questions all day. I was very impressed by the dedication. Every encounter I have had with the Hanover staff has been extremely professional and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Just now Gerard helped me with a 7ft mirror to my apartment. All the agents are super knowledgeable and polite and I was not paid or told to do this review. I am taking out the time to write this because I am truly impressed. My apartment is beautiful. I have a pool view and I don't hear the noise. Even july 4th it wasn't too loud. The amenities are beautiful and the residents care about the community. Even our trash chute room is always clean. The gym equipment is new and always clean. The theatre and work spaces are extremely nice. And autry park, chefs kiss! I would recommend highly recommend hanover parkview!

Tiffany was amazing She took her time to show me the property and amenities and give me all the details for all of the units that I was interested in. She was extremely patient with me and very knowledgeable of the area and new surrounding developments her service was outstanding and most definitely five stars all properties should have a Tiffany.

Tiffany IS AN ANGEL! I know I am not the most pleasant person to deal with when I am stressed out but she really made this entire experience GOLDEN. From the movers coming late to my lost packages she went out of her way to help me and I am so glad I moved here.

Nate was so likable and knowledgeable when helping my find me new home. The community was so clean and pristine. I have never experience such a welcoming and warm atmosphere in an apartment community. I can't wait to move in!

Again and again, the elevator isn't set back to regular use after office hours. It's a big hassle when the elevator's out of order. It's so hard to get to your apartment. Also the elevator is used by movers almost every single day. It never works 80% of the time.

This is the BEST apartment in houston. I have lived in many apartments in the city and this one is by far my favorite. The leasing staff are so kind, responsive and helpful. Special shoutouts to Sonia & Tiffany who have always been ready and willing to help whenever I needed help or any questions. The building is always well kept and our maintainence staff is incredible (thank you Luis!). If you're considering living in a nice place where you will get your monies worth, look no further than here.

By far the biggest waste of money. You're going to pay for a ridiculous "luxury" place to stay but get a cheaply built apartment and feel ghetto fab living. Like most real rated reviews, my apartment was built with cheap floors that still move when you walk. There's mold inside my apartment. The first week cabinet handles broke off and keep in mind I'm the first resident to live in my unit. I can hear my neighbor pee and sneeze and of course blare loud music. They have barely any resident events and if they do they literally send out one email the day of with little communication on what the event is. Somethings always broken. Guests pay for parking. I fell for the "Hanover is the best rated management group". That's a load of Bull. I've never had something go smooth here because of their incompetence. Can't wait til my lease is over. I hate this place with a passion.

Beautiful property - so many cool shops and right across from Buffalo Bayou. And the staff here is ON TOP OF IT! The most helpful and friendly.

This location is best described as gone to the dogs... literally. Unfortunately for this facility it may have started off with poor construction upsold by the Hanover name. However staff is incredibly incompetent, things break down all the time, and you'd be lucky to walk a hallway that does not have dog pee, which btw is never cleaned up. You can see the big spots as you walk the hallways, and a permanent smell is not far behind. Miserable living, save your money.

Polite and professional staff. Jazmine was our leasing consultant and was gracious enough to tour us without an appointment. The property was nice, however the price per square foot was steep for some of the building specific details such as not having gas stoves; they have slick top electric stoves. Additionally, they do not have a pet park. The building is beautiful as well as the area, but I was personally expecting more of a "wow" factor. I know this is just my opinion and many others will love everything about the property, so because of this and the service received I will certainly give them 5 stars. Keep up the great work, team at Hanover Parkview!

Hanover Parkview is such a beautiful property! The screening room is amazing and such a great space to have friends over. Tiffany and her team are wonderful!

The most luxurious Mid rise you'll ever experience. Sonia was soo kind and was able to answer the 30k questions I had. If you ever visit make sure to see her! I can't wait to move to Houston and enjoy this community everyday.

Amazing property I highly recommend Hanover Parkview if you are looking for a luxury living experience. Not just that one thing that stands out the most is the level of customer service. I love how the team always are responsive and always there to answer any questions.

wow.... where do i start, 7$ parking?! for my guest ? are you serious?? whoever thought of that needs to be given a new postion we'll call it the idiot leader elevators been down for seems like the whole time i've lived here also the people at the front seem to have no idea what's going on... ever, lights go off and on like i'm living in a section 8 home this is just ridiculous DO NOT MOVE HERE

The is building is amazing! Just moved in and the amenities and location are amazing! The staff could not be nicer!!! Can wait for the retail tenants to move in!!!
