Hansen’s Hall has such an awesome vibe: cozy, welcoming, and fun. The drinks were fantastic and the customer service was spot on. The space is beautifully decorated and has a really cute aesthetic. I also appreciated how clean and fresh the bathrooms were. One of my favorite parts is that you can bring in your own food. We grabbed a pizza from next door at Piesci and it paired perfectly with our drinks. Highly recommend stopping in!

the owners and staff of hansens hall were so incredibly kind to me. i had a small birthday party in the side room with a few of my pals and it was exactly what i was looking for! small, cozy, great prices. if you rent the room they also have covers for the pool table to give more table space. it was amazing, drinks were yummy, and the vibe was perfect. thank you so so much to everyone there for a perfect bday party

Great place! Perfect for a private party venue. Everything is new and very clean. You bring in your own food which is easy and they have a big variety of drinks to enjoy with your food. Also an area set up outside their front door for a food truck. Great music system, pool table , table shuffle board and lots of seating. A Perfect place for a wedding reception , mile stone birthdays, anniversary’s , check this place out. You will be happy you did!

Great space, great drinks, and great people! Had my boyfriend’s birthday party there and we had a blast. It was very easy to book the private room and the owners were very accommodating. Love being able to get piesci from next door as well, definitely our new favorite spot.

exactly what the neighborhood needed. chill spot, great cocktail and beer selection, hands-on owners that really care about the space and go the extra mile to make it an inviting option in the community. they have food trucks outside to grab a bite, too! i personally hosted my husband's 50th birthday party there and it was AMAZING. shawn and janelle were so accommodating and easy to work with on all the details. following the event we got SO many compliments on the venue itself from friends and family, I would recommend HH to anyone looking to host a private event. -big garage door for nice days -pool table! -food trucks outside -super clean bathrooms -beautiful artwork -TVs for watching sports -super friendly staff -independently owned & operated by nice folks YOU WANNA BE HERE

Popped over to Hansen's, on a hot day, for a drink while I waited on a pizza from Pi Sci. Realized they weren't open yet, but took a moment to sit on the front patio with my (4-month-old) puppy and determine my next move while we waited. The Owner (I think) popped out to let me know they weren't open yet, but kindly brought out a bowl of water for my pup while we waited! Then let us hang on the patio until my pizza was ready. Super kind. Hansen's has already been a great spot in general, but this was particularly awesome.

Walking in, it is evident that the owners are service industry veterans. Their attention to detail, beautifully designed space, simple yet meticulously executed drink selection and extensive knowledge are all reasons why I will be coming back. The house Old Fashioned is ridiculously delicious and I love all the details that went into making this a cozy neighborhood hangout.

5 Stars – Excellent Experience at Hansons Running Store! My visit to Hansons Running Store was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right gear. They took the time to analyze my gait, listen to my training goals, and offer personalized shoe recommendations—no pressure, just great advice. The store had a solid selection of running shoes, apparel, and accessories. I felt like I was in a place that truly understands runners, whether you’re a beginner or training for a race. The environment was welcoming, and the service was efficient but never rushed. Highly recommend Hansons to anyone looking for quality products and expert support. I’ll definitely be back!

Such a cute place off 9 mile in Oak Park, not too far from downtown Ferndale. The drinks are delicious. The bartender was super friendly and welcoming. No food but Pie Sci is next door and we brought pizza over to eat.

Located a bike ride or drive west of the Ferndale 9 Mile hip strip. Just south of a large residential neighborhood. Some street and lot parking. They do not serve food, but allow you to bring in from nearby sellers, including Pie Sci next door. Good beer tap selection, a range of booths and tables, comfortable bar stools. The owners are very nice, drinks were good. One of the owners was telling us about the draft cocktail issues they are solving. The only issue was that inside noise level was a little loud, more so, I think because the children's play area is near the garage style door and reflected their noise.

What a great watering hole! This gem was built from the studs up with locals in mind. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the place is new and very clean and has a lot of room to accommodate larger parties. The drinks on tap are delicious - I would recommend the ryde along or the mule! They have a good selection of drafts and bottles, including wines and mocktails. You are allowed to bring your own food in! They share menus with Pie Sci, conveniently located right next door! I would highly recommend this place to your friends for your next gathering.

We love this place. The owners and staff are incredible, friendly, funny, kind. I was walking by with my dog and the owner ran out with some water and treats for her. The drinks are always great and the options change for some variety. This place doesn't get enough hype for how great it's been for the neighborhood !!

Great service, and I mean that sincerely. I had the pleasure of being served by one of the owners, Shawn, who was honest, local and open to feedback. We had an insightful conversation about the community, and I really valued his input. He helped me choose the perfect drink by explaining the differences between the two sours I was considering. After enjoying my sour, I adventured out to the Riff Raff. After short discussion taste & a bit of fine-tuning, it turned into something truly unique--like a home-cooked meal that can't be replicated by anyone else. I really enjoyed collaborating with the bartender to create such a unique and personal drink. This was a unique, communicative experience, and I'll definitely be back. Plus, there was a Dog named Earnie

Super nice awesome people inside . bringing some great vibes to oak park . And pet friendly which is cool . No food served but you can bring in from the outside which is not bad . But overall nice lil spot to hang at .

Love this place! Great local spot that seems to have a place for everyone - families, people just looking to hang out at the bar, lounge area, etc. I loved the variety on the beer list and everyone I was with that had cocktails said they were great. The owners were friendly and seem very invested in making it a great space for all. A lot of love and thought went into this place and it shows! Two things I hope they address eventually - maybe it's the size of the glasses but the wine pour feels a little un-generous, and it would be fantastic to have more communal seating available, like long tables with benches or something similar. If there is a larger group they will take up most of the moveable tables. Overall a great addition to the area and I will be back!

Came here recently and It has such a great atmosphere and good drinks/cocktails. Bartenders are super kind and it's a great hangout spot. Will be back again soon!

We hosted an event with local and out of town guests. Hansens Hall was beyond accommodating and I can't recommend a better stop to host an event! We came from out of town and they made everything so easy and so comfortable for us.
