Haochi by ChinaMama

This was my first time at this place and I ordered the combo of the Hot Beef Soup with iced tea with milk, Hot Sweet Cabbage, and Fried Squid with the help of the host. The food was amazing because everything was seasoned right and no adjustments with condiments. What was amazing and impressive was the Hot Sweet Cabbage because I have never had this before. I am a Kim Chee fan but this was very different because it was very different and pleasant with the taste of sweet chili sauce. I am going to try the other menu items. So far this was an almost perfect meal.

Edit: they seemed to take the pho off of the actual menu. The last time the lady said you can still order it it's basically on a secret menu. I came back this next time and it was not on the menu so I asked if I can order it. It came out pretty watery no flavor and no bubbles. My Go-To Pho Spot in Vegas – But Some Dishes Miss the Mark They use the tablet style of ordering so prices change all the time as well as menu items. I came in to get my normal bowl of pho but it was not on the menu. I was also up for trying one of their braised beef soup which I probably would not order again. I only knocked this review down to four stars because they did not have pho on the menu when I came in and that's my favorite thing on their menu. I asked when I was leaving what happened to it and they said that it's on their secret menu. They also had a barcode scanner and advertisement on the table prompting to download some Chinese app that prompted a warning to get a free item discount. After downloading and setting up the lady told me it's for online orders through that app only. Kind of a bait and switch advertisement I’ve been here several times now, and the combination pho continues to be absolutely fantastic—huge portions of well-cooked, high-quality meat in a flavorful, rich broth. It’s honestly become my favorite pho in Vegas. The dining area is modern and very clean, which adds to the appeal. You order through a tablet or your phone, which can be a bit tricky at first—especially if you’re just looking for a simple bowl of pho. But once you figure it out, it works fine. They also offer a range of Chinese dishes, which I believe are from their China Mama menu. While the pho is consistently excellent, some of the other dishes were hit-or-miss. The shrimp egg rolls and crispy beef were great, but we didn’t enjoy the chow mein, salt and pepper chicken (tasted a bit stale), or the potato beef bao buns (lacked flavor). One odd moment during a visit—I saw a couple of chefs sitting outside in the back in the heat, likely on a break. It just seemed strange given how hot it was. On another visit, the food was still top-notch, but the service slipped a bit. My server didn’t seem to speak much English and brought out a fork and ladle for my pho. I had to specifically ask for hoisin, sriracha, basil, and lime—which are pretty essential for pho. If it’s your first time trying it, you might not know to ask. Despite the uneven service and a few misses on the Chinese side of the menu, I still highly recommend this spot—especially for the pho. Just stick to what they do best.

The food is excellent. Filled with taste and flavor. Saw lots of takeout orders. Will probably be back but if you need to use their restrooms, you can’t. Floors filled with poop water, both men and women rooms seem to be nonfunctional. A family came in with two children and were told bathrooms don’t work so it looked like they pissed on the the building around the corner.

So happy this restaurant opened up because I love Szechuan food and it's closer to my house than most of the Szechuan restaurants in Vegas. The food and service is good, and it's decorated beautifully. Today we got the holiday special which was a tasty pumpkin cheesecake cake with an eyeball and a witches hat. Very cute!

The food was very tasty. We were happy with the food we ordered. The beef rolls were a bit plain and dry. The rest of the food we ordered was great. Service was just OK. Ordering was on a tablet and not from a person. They had the one person just bringing food to the table. For a place "known for its dumplings", they had only a couple of options (pork and shrimp). We were highly disappointed as this was just a very cut down version of China Mama.

With construction underway in Charleston, I thought it would be a good time to visit Haochi By China Mama...China Mama, located off Spring Mountain Road, has always been a popular Chinese restaurant. So, checking out Haochi during the construction work was fine, as it allowed us to patronize local businesses. I was amazed by the decor, which was very clean and modern. We had the restaurant for ourselves, and the server, a female Asian, explained the tablet-type menu pad on each table. We ordered on the tablet, and upon checking the completed menu, the cooking station received the request immediately. The service was quick, and the food was tasty and just right in quantity (though, as a male, I always prefer more than less). Each meal was prepared as expected, with the beef melting in your mouth, the stir-fried string beans were the best out of the 4 dishes, tasty and just the right stir-fried crunchy. We would return with a larger party because the Accommodations could cater a large family event.

Went here on a non busy day. If you are looking for affordable and delicious. Go here, you won't regret it. I love how cute this place was, and food was so delicious. I love how easy their menus and the food came fast. Calamari 10/10- it is a unique taste and version kind of calamari. It's really good. Shrimp tempura 5/10 - I'm not very impressed, it's seems like it is pre-made. For the price? It's okay. I enjoyed it. I recommend putting some pot stickers sauce because they don't serve it with tempura sauce. Pho - 7/10 not very impressed, it's not very flavorful but I say it's good enough. I enjoyed it. Szechuan dumplings 10/10 - I think it's really good. You have to put some of the pot stickers sauce to add more twists and flavors. So good. Spring Rolls 5/10 is okay, bland not the best, and nothing fancy but okay enough to fill you up when you're hungry. Passionfruit Cake 7/10 it is good, but not amazing. It was not the best I had. The only thing I dislike about is their chopsticks. It is Chinese style chopsticks, not bamboo/wooden, and it's hard to grab food with it because it doesn't have a rough surface at the tip where you grab food. It's too smooth. unlike the Japanese chopsticks, it has a rough surface at the end of the sticks, but I'm a pro I manage to finish my food using it. Lol. I'm definitely going back here.

China Mama did it again!! Another delicious spot to find very comforting food! The food is ordered through an ipad however the server around was very helpful to show us how the ordering system works and was very attentive when bringing out the dishes. The ambiance was pretty relaxing, its a medium sized restaurant and still seems spacious for everyone to enjoy their own space. I was intrigued to try their Bone Broth dish because I seen many reviews about how huge it is and also advised by the server can feed up to 3 people. So, I decided to leave for another time I have very huge appetite or have more to share. I decided to try some of their dishes one that was on the menu was the fried dumplings but at the time I went they were sold out. I had the Woodear Salad which was super tasty. Ordered the Crispy Beef which is super delicious sweet and cruchy. The Chow Mein was classic flavor. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were perfectly tender and with a delicate crispy batter and bursting with fried garlic, green onions and chili pepper flavor, definitely a go to! I love that the location is away from Chinatown because it made seating fast and also avoid the large crowds.

Two things worked out perfectly today: buying a gun safe directly across the street and then grabbing lunch at Haochi by China Mama. Talk about a win-win. Don't let the prices fool you. this is cheap eats without cutting corners. Generous portions, bold flavors, and that authentic China Mama quality all came through. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and satisfying, the kind of meal that reminds you why this place gets so much love. I came in for lunch with a friend who never leaves reviews, but he's one of the toughest food critics I know. I call him the Chinese Gordon Ramsay, and even he was impressed. That alone should tell you something. Great value, great food, and an easy spot to recommend. Haochi by China Mama definitely earns all five stars. The only thing that sucked about my day , was the construction

Food was very good. Beef and egg plant dishes as good as other mama restaurants - which was amazing. Pot stickers and boas were nicely prepared and had great pastry and fillings were spot on. Soup dumplings were actually just OK.

My husband and I were originally going to go to a different restaurant, but it was closed. Looking at places nearby on Yelp, Haochi was only a mile away. We had arrived at Haochi around 5:30 P.M on a Wednesday evening. We were the only customers inside the restaurant at the time. Haochi was running a Holiday special with a free small beef soup! Haochi has been open for about a year now and is one of the restaurants by China Mama. The menu at this location is very similar to the China Mama at the Shanghai Plaza. Haochi offers a variety of soup/ bone broth dishes as well as street food style snacks and appetizers. Inside the restaurant is beautiful. The interior dining room is completely open and you can see inside the kitchen, watching the chefs cook! A lot of dishes here are family style and can share. My husband and I ended up ordering the following Crispy Beef Salt and Pepper Chicken Chicken Wings The first dish that came out though was the Beef Soup. The broth was so good. Next time I'm going to have to come back and try out their Braised Beef Noodle Soup. The beef used in the soup was super tender and flavorful! It was scrumptious. The team at Haochi are amazing. Our orders were spaced out, which gave us enough time to finish each dish instead of having them all at once. We started with the Salt and Pepper Chicken. Several dipping sauces were provided such as Ketchup and a Sweet/Sour sauce. I enjoyed dipping the Salt and Pepper chicken into the ketchup. It was perfectly fried and just enough seasoning on the chicken. The next dish that came out was the Chicken Wings. Those were still hot! I had to let them cool down for a few minutes before I could eat another chicken wing. Some of the ingredients on top looked to be jalapenos and tomatoes. All of the chicken wings were flats too, which was my husband's favorite style of chicken wing! The last dish, which was my favorite, was the Crispy Beef. I actually had the crispy beef at the China Mama Shanghai location and loved the dish! When I saw it was on Haochi's menu, I just had to get it! We also ordered a side of rice for the Crispy Beef. It was delicious and it was slightly spicy towards the end of eating each bite! The Crispy Beef is one of my favorite dishes by China Mama. The service was fantastic and the food is outstanding here. I'm going to have to come back though and try a different soup like the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. The beef soup's broth was so good! It's been a long time since I had such a flavorful soup base!

Discovered this place through recommendation on social media. One of our favorite go to foods are soup dumplings. Though seems like you have to do some digging to find them at an affordable rate with dining experience. Needless to say, we did order them. They can individually packed in a cute foil tin, which I've never seen but liked that a lot. We came in on a Friday evening around 7:30pm. Id say it's rather intimate as far as space. The decor is basic and modern, and cleanly. One server. You order by phone (scan QR) on table or by tablet. The prices may be confusing while searching on yelp. However, here is clarification just in case: They have bundle packages. You can order a few different packages all for a fair price. Or Al Carte. We didn't find everything we wanted in one so we opted for individual style. 8 soup dumplings Beef Soup (added Vietnamese noodle $) Vegetable eggroll Combination fried rice ($)-combination addition Schezwan dumpling Korean cheesecake All of which totaled out to be $65 Everything hot,hit the spot. A little lack in flavor (my opinion) but you can twinkle your own spices if you get creative. It was nice.

First time here. The decoration was nice inside and service was great. You order everything from the screen on the table. We ordered the eggplants and fried duck. The fried duck is a little dry for me but the meat is soft. I like their eggplant dish. Very tasteful. I need to come back and try other dishes as well. They have some made to order dumplings if you're up for it.

Meet up with my girl! We have been friends for 12 yrs. Recently we are trying new places and with Yelp!! recommendations, we stopped in, This was so easy. The ambiance is chill, the servers are kind and the menu had so many choices. The portions are large and we taste tested every single item, we shall return. Thanks Emily

We visited on Saturday for lunch, with 3 adults and 2 small children, and it was a very nice experience. We were seated right away and chose a half booth. We ended up ordering so much food that they pulled another table over, thanks. The waitress stopped by with water and described that you order through a tablet and the food is delivered to the table. We went a bit crazy with the order; Potstickers, Crab Rangoon, Tempura Shrimp, Chili Wontons, Garlic Chicken Wings, and Pan Fried Buns for appetizers. All were extremely fresh and delicious. From there we went with Beef Roll, Crispy Beef, Green Beans, and Big Bone Soup. Everything was great, the Big Bone Soup was enormous, those could have been dinosaur bones. The service was outstanding, they refilled waters and cleared plates expeditiously and the servers were friendly and professional. If this place ever gets a liquor license, I might live there. Overall, an outstanding spot for Chinese fare.

Ok ok - I get the hype. This place is fantastic Chinese!!! Get the mini wontons with chili sauce, I could've devoured at least 3 orders. Hubs and kiddo ate two full orders of orange chicken and they swore the crab rangoons were the best they've ever tasted. (But beware, those bad boys were itty bitty so you may need to order 3 orders of those too). We did take out so I'd imagine their in-house dining would be a great experience. It's not cheap but it was enough to keep us happy and we'll be adding this to our rotation for sure.

Nicely decorated interior was welcoming upon entry. We were quickly seated by a friendly server. We ordered a lot of various things. The soup was delicious, with tasty broth. The salt and pepper shrimp was fresh, plump and juicy. The crispy beef had great texture and flavor. The cucumber salad was different, but good. When ordering, I had asked for the Kung Pao Chicken to include cooked peanuts, not raw. But, it was still served with raw peanuts. After showing this to our server, he replaced the dish with what he said was cooked more. Still, the peanuts could have been cooked a lot more. Unfortunately, their sodas are only served in cans, no soda fountain for refills. A nice atmosphere, great food and good service. Overall a nice visit, but room for improvement.

I never knew this restaurant was there until I saw it going to the Charleston Heights Art Center one night. Today (6/2) was the beginning of Restaurant Week in Las Vegas and Haochi is one taking part. I decided to go for a late lunch/early dinner so I didn't embarrass myself too much using chopsticks. The place was very quiet. The server showed me how to order using their tablet device on each table. I asked him about the RW menu. He went to the bottom of choices on the tablet and it was under Combo 1. He selected the choices I gave him and he answered some questions about the size of dishes. Like most Asian restaurants, there aren't courses per se. The food comes out as it's ready. I ordered the cheese Rangoon for Course 1, orange chicken for Course 2, and the house special fried rice for Course 3. The chicken came out first, followed by the Rangoons, and then a large dish of fried rice. This is definitely a sharing meal and I'll take my friend when I go here again. The orange chicken was good--pretty standard. The cheese Rangoon were Ok. The fried rice had a good number of shrimp and small pieces of vegetables. The restaurant is small and there were only two other people eating when I was there. Payment is on a tablet which the server had slid the credit card, and then you add tip and sign. There was so much food, I had them box about 3/4 of the fried rice. I have dinner for tomorrow night. This was a good choice for Restaurant Week. By the way Haochi is Mandarin for tasty.

Even better than China mama. So good and such amazing food. Fast quick service and great recommendation

This review is based on a single visit on 3/29/2025. My party of 3 rolled in hungry, and ordered several items, the following of which stood out the most to us: - Pork soup dumplings: Juicy and delicious; recommend! - Beef bone rice noodle soup: My eyes nearly bugged out of my head when I saw the nearly $40 price tag of this item... like what?? But this was the whole draw so I had to get it. It was HUMONGOUS... the 3 of us only managed to get through maybe half of it. We were given bibs and plastic gloves to dig into the crevices of the bones. Was it good? Yes. Was it in the top quartile of pho I've had? Honestly, no. But it was memorable, and it was fun. - Salt and pepper chicken: Yummy. This to me is Taiwan's response to karaage. Each bite of fried chicken was coated in seasoning. So flavorful! Haochi was great. As an extra bonus, it's a great intro to Chinese food for people who aren't as well-versed in it (one of the people in my party).

Ambiance- the surrounding is neutral color and modern style. It's open kitchen with glass wall. Looks fancy. Service -there was only one server maybe because you can order everything from the ipad located at each table. We ordered the following: Beef bones soup - this was HUGE because of the bones but very little glass noddles. They give you apron and gloves so you can dig in those bones and get the meat out of it. Definitely for sharing. Beef Roll- the meat was dry and I personally didn't like the sauce but that's just me. This supposed to be their popular dish. Salt and pepper chicken - this was good and the fried basil with it is so crunchy. Drink- Thai tea Some of the items in the menu were sold out for some reason but forgot to take a pic what were those items. Parking- could be busy if business start picking up. it wasn't busy when we went on a Saturday prime time hour.

Good laawrd! Because of a video seen on Instagram, Hungry Monster and I had to make it out to this spot to see if the hype was worth it. Located in between Jones and Decatur off of acharleston, this spot boasted a huge plaza with plenty of parking. Cheap looking outside, but very clean and comfy inside. A glass wall separates the cooks from the seating area. An easy ordering system where you have a tablet at your table and you send the order to the kitchen. William, Our server was A-mazing. Not a dry glass at the table, and always a quick check in now and then. What ordered - Beef Bone rice noodle Soup - Wonton in szechuan chilling oil - Beef Roll Like the title said, Good Laaawrd! Yes the wonton and Beef Rolls were amazing, but boy when the main came, we realized we were 2 people short. This bowl was massive. If you are a big fan of tendons and cartilage and BEEF soup, this is the one. Bring help!! Flavour was rich and full. Not overwhelmed with spices or vegetables. Just beef. Check our photos. The wonons were cook just right, not that overly spicey sauce either. The roll, for Hungry Monster, was non existent in about 10 minutes. Conclusion Come and try it out. We just grabbed the noodle and beef roll and I say it was average. The highlight was the potsticker...it's seriously one of the best I've ever had, I was shocked. The noodle soup was OK- the broth tasted like it was instant and had no depth. The beef roll had just beef inside, and no other veggies or anything to give it more dimension and texture. It fell flat for me. I had a coupon for some $1 potstickers and this was SO JUICY and flavorful, it exploded in my mouth in an amazing way. I've thought about going back JUST for the potsticker. Service- is a bit weird, as they have everything automated. Order at your table on an iPad and then they just bring you the food.

Great place very clean the from the kitchen to the front door staff was very polite the food was exceptional fresh clean great tasting I can't wait to come back here I'm so glad that they are close to my other property I will be ordering from them in frequency do yourself a favor go and try it out ignore the traffic on Charleston Boulevard and just go

Food was good and the menu is simple. But I like that it wasn't a huge portion and felt it was fair for the price vs wasting both food and money when you're just eating to be full instead of stuffed. Arrived late on a weekend and it wasn't too busy or crowded. The service was good and attentive. It's a small space compared to other locations. So it's more intimate but very bright.

This is great if you are looking for more casual dining than China Mama. We tried almost the entire menu, and the orange chicken and crispy beef were the favorites as long as you eat them hot. The crispy duck was good, but just know to expect all the bones. Service is speedy and friendly.

I'm a big fan of China Mama but not so much of this offshoot cafe with a severely limited dim sum style menu. If I had to sum up this dim sum in two words: overpriced mediocrity. The Salt and Pepper Chicken (aka Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken) might be worth a shot just for the umami pop from the salty sesame seasoning. On its own, though, the chicken itself is a bland pass. For whatever reason, this item sells out often and even if it's available, they won't take orders near closing so don't go out of your way for this. If it's late, just head to Pink Cactus. The most disappointing item(s) was the Signature Potstickers Combo, which includes half a dozen dry pan fried dumplings with more skin than filling, a medium serving of pho style broth, and a side of sweet imposter "kimchi" that is photographed on the web menu to look like a very misleading order of honey walnut shrimp or fried wontons. No descriptions on the menu either. The pan fried buns are not even worth writing about... Overall, this one is a pass.

As if China Mama could not get any better.. they've opened up a new restaurant a bit closer to me and added noodle soup as another speciality! My family and I were narrowing down my Yelp list of dinner options and I had recently seen an IG post about this place. Add in a cold evening and Haochi is perfect for its noodle soup and small plate options rounded out by how kid friendly the place is?! Peppa pig place settings? They've thought of it and made it so much easier for parents to bring their children. We opted for the 2 person menu special for ~$70 which was plenty of food-- Salt pepper chicken was a favorite by all Salt Pepper corn Potstickers were delicious and like their original location Big Mouth roll was so good and filled to the brim with deliciously seasoned meats-- the crunch of the wrap was good in breaking up the texture Braised beef noodle soup-- very hearty and the noodles were yummy Passion fruit mousse was my favorite among that and the truffle chocolate cake as the 2 dessert options- all made in house! The menu has some familiars like their wonton in Szechuan chili so if you're on the west side of town, no need to travel too far! You order on the iPad which is always a nice and modern touch. The food is delivered by kind and prompt servers who are on top of your needs like a water refill. Can't wait to come back! So far the crowds are small and wait seems minimal but I'm sure it won't be for long!

I went to the grand opening! So it was complementary "Beef Bone Soup Vietnamese" The location has quite local vibes. As it was 10am open, Not that much ppl.. There was a tablet to order. That was delicious!! And it's huge!! It's like beef pho with huge bones.. Came with pho noodle and sprout. The server Eric was helpful! Can't wait to come back to try another menu!!

Yummy food! Great service! Beautiful interior! There's only a handful of tables inside. We got lucky and were seated immediately for a table of 4 on a Saturday night. Although, you should expect a wait on the weekends shortly. All of the food was delicious! We tried a Vietnamese Rice Noodle soup which was pretty much a beef pho and they brought out toppings like bean sprouts and basil. We also got the Salt and Pepper chicken appetizer which is taiwanese fried chicken. It was very flavorful. Then for the dumplings we ordered the mini dumplings, the pan fried dumplings, and the pot stickers. All really delicious. The pot stickers were so beautiful and had a lacy crunchy crust. Also, china mama herself was so kind! We really wanted to try the mini dumplings, but when we went to order, the system said it was sold out. But she checked for us and they had 1 order left. It made our night! I can't wait to go back again. Overall a really solid spot with a smaller menu but all really quality and delicious items.

We love China mama but honestly, amongst all the China mama locations here in the valley, this by far is the BEST! Our server (i forgot to ask her name) is so nice and she always makes sure that our 'special request' is being relayed to the chef/kitchen. We prefer our crispy beef to be extra crispy and this is the only location that can nail it! We love HAO CHI!

Service was really great on opening day and no wait in line when I arrived. There was a bit of confusion with how they seat you because you have to order first. Make sure you don't sent the order to the kitchen. You must pay before getting seated also. I prefer to tip based on overall service at the end of my meal so this was something I didn't really like. Luckily I had cash so I was able to tip post dinner. There was only a table for 2 available so my husband and I sat there with our son. But we ordered so much and the giant bone broth soup it took over the entire table and our son was touching everything. I think it was the owner who came by and got the next table cleaned up for us to use instead. The $1 special on the dumpling was great. I liked the beef both a lot. It tasted clean and perfect for the cold weather. The Taiwanese fried chicken was not seasoned or crunchy enough though. For being so new, one of the bowls given to us was dirty, I didn't realize until after my meal my glass was dirty too.

Walking in and seeing the big maroon sign for Haochi by ChinaMama I knew it was going to be good. As soon as you walk in the ambiance is a light background with an open space. It's so nice and a perfect size. It's small enough so it feels like it's a family dinner, but large enough to take on a mini crowd. The parking lot size matches the amount of ppl for the inside. The servers automatically seat you and give a run down of their menu. We got to see the prices and pictures on an iPad which was helpful because I eat with my eyes :) The menu is nice and simple and since its their grand opening they had some awesome deals. My husband and I opted for their pre set menu which had two apps, two main courses, 1 noodle soup, and two desserts (opening special was $68 but reg price is $89) and honestly worth every penny. Here is what we ordered Apps: 1. Corn Ribs: i loved the crunch and flavor punch this had. It was such a great snack and came with soooo many pieces 2. Salt and Pepper Chicken: this is a great take on takeout Taiwanese chicken! i loved the bite size pieces. Just wished for a little more of the salt/seasoning Main Course: 1. Signature Potstickers: the crispy skirt was made perfectly. The internal dumpling was so juicy and so flavorful. We opted for their opening special which was 6 pieces for $1. Hard to beat! 2. Pan Fried Buns: the crust on the bottom was such a great bite. They said it would take about 20 mins, but their service was so efficient it felt like it came out so quick 3. Beef Roll: i love how much beef came in this. Typically it's filled with greens and the thinest beef, but this was 80% beef and so good. The green onion roll was nice and thin and it was complimentary. Noodle Soup: out of the three options we opted for the 1. Beef Bone Viet Pho: holy bowl...this is the size of a competition eater. Its humongous. Yes it's filled with bones, but the soup and meat were still equally worth it. In addition they put the noodles and garlic sauce on the side. So thoughtful especially since u most likely will not finish this. Allows the noodle to stay fresh and the broth to shine. Dessert: 1. Passion Fruit Mousse: the passionfruit is perfectly tart and sweet. 2. Matcha Mousse: they do a tableside dusting of fresh matcha. Such a cute touch! The matcha is perfectly sweet and not overbearing. Both of these were nice and light- such a perfect ending. The staff were super attentive and nice. We look forward to coming back and supporting this amazing team. We wish them the best of luck on this new adventure :)

A new variance to the China Mama restaurants! Nice fresh interior furnishings and clean restrooms. The waitress explained the iPad based ordering and we were off adding items to our "cart"! Focused mainly on noodles here we ordered a good variety, including their house special Beef Pho! The Pork Soup Dumplings were flavorful but the skin wrapper was a little on the thicker gooey side. Vegetable Spring Rolls were good size and had crispy outside wrapper. The cucumber salad was refreshing and had the right balance of saltiness and sesame oil. The beef roll was pretty tasty but a little dry for me. Braised beef noodle soup had tender beef chunks and tendons. Perfectly cooked baby Bok Choy and a savory broth. The Beef Bone pho was bog enough to serve the entire family of 4 but I did my best but was only able to get through about 1/3. I leaned a little about the skeletal structure of a cow chewing and cleaning the big bones! Broth was well seasoned and nicely rounded out the beef and rice noodles. All in all I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu. It's all about the food!

A little bit pricey for me.. You do get what you pay for! Place is clean and quiet. Service is prompt. All the food we ordered was delicious!! We ordered about 5 different dishes... and just as many sides!! Check it out!

Really good food and service. We liked the clean design and atmosphere from dining inside. We ordered the beef rolls, orange chicken, lo mein and stir fried green beans. All were well seasoned and delicious. We will be back.

We happened here as we were searching for a place to eat for dinner. The server was helpful providing recommendations: the beef bone soup, the Shanghai pork buns... we also ordered the eggplant and the beef scallion roll. We were warned that the soup was big enough for the three of us to share. That was an understatement! We enjoyed everything we tried and appreciated the recommendations. Plenty of parking and the restaurant had plenty of seating (Monday evening).

Delicious food! I loved their bone broth soup with pho noodles and also the wontons in Sichuan chili sauce! They were quick and efficient. The restaurant is small but intimate! Staff was nice!

My wife and I enjoy the food at their China Mama locations, so thought we would stop by and support their new venture. So the menu here is a blend of select China Mama dishes like the crispy beef but also have new dishes as well. We ordered the crispy beef and the pan fried buns. The crispy beef never disappoints, however, the pan fried buns were just ok. The decor was clean and modern, and service was great! Unfortunately, because we didn't see much for us with the new menu. Overall, a good experience but not something I would be interested in going back to personally.

Hao Chi by China mama is a great noodle and dumpling spot in an unassuming strip mall on Charleston. If I hadn't driven Past it on my way home from work I would have never expected the location. We arrived on a Sunday just after they opened around 10am. We were one of 2 tables- it was early for soup. The interior is clean and pretty casual. We were greeted and encouraged to order on the electronic tabletop menus. I love a menu with photos so I can see what I'm getting myself into. We pretty much ordered almost one of everything on the menu. Everything that we ordered was delicious- but the stand outs were the big bones soup- their take on pho. The broth was so light yet so flavorful and delicious. Hands down the winner and the real reason we came. My husband basically gnawed off the cartilage and tendon on the bones and drank the bone marrow with a straw!! All the dumplings were outstanding- but the real winner was the pan fried dumplings. My family asked for seconds!! For 6 people we spent under $200 including tip. Pretty good deal for these times. Kai was one of our servers and he was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!

Selected this restaurant on a whim and glad we did. Excellent food, quick service and wonderful atmosphere. Loved the combos. Everything was delicious. Waitress was pleasant. Highly recommended

They make the most delicious crispy eggplant! The wood ear mushrooms are also top notch. China Mama pales in comparison, IMO. They have mouthwatering dishes for various palates.

Northern Chinese cuisine with Pho fusion. First dining here. Perhaps we didn't order the right food and felt it fell short of our expectations. The beef noodle soup was the highlight of the order, busting with flavors; the noodles were bouncy with good texture and the beef was tenderized to perfection. Please skip the pho noodle soup which is no where near the Pho from any Vietnamese restaurant. Skip the street corn which is overly priced with no special flavor. The pan fried dumplings were yummy. Glassed-in kitchen and modernized decor.

In Chinese this means taste good. But it's street food and pretty darn good. Should be renamed shao chi... little eats. Not pure Chinese, Vietnamese pho beef soup for $6 was delish with thin slices of beef. Their famous pot stickers and pan fried soup dumplings not the best but pretty good. Kai the server was great. Dressed in a classy modern but old school server uniform. Very classy. Spoke perfect mandarin too.

Service was good, the place wasn't crowded, I loved the crispy beef and spicy wontons. The salt &pepper chicken not so much

Good food here! Came for my brother's birthday celebration dinner and were impressed with the quality of the food and service. We ordered the beef roll, the potstickers, corn ribs, salt and pepper chicken, squid, beef soup, and beef noodles. The combo had two slices of cake included. The combo itself was $65 and it was plenty of food for everyone. We even ordered extra noodles and an extra salt and pepper chicken. I was impressed with the meat roll because of the sauce that they put in it. It was sweet and savory in one roll. Everything was flavorful. Service was quick too! The employees were quick to give us the special promotion. They were friendly and helpful. I also love how the restaurant is clean and I like the open kitchen concept. Will be back!

This used to be my favorite pho location in all of Vegas but they've taken it off the menu but you can still order it. Not sure how they can make a batch of pho broth if it's not on the menu. This last time I ordered it off menu and it was very very watery. It was the most Bland bowl of pho I've eaten. I almost didn't eat it. It's unfortunate because I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon if it's not properly on the menu. We also ordered a bunch of their other items to go once and many of the items we did not like unfortunately and surprisingly. They're big bone broth soup is worthwhile though. They have menus on a tablet and the prices and promotions change all the time. We got there big bone soup which is normally around $45 for $27 on a promo once

The food was good for a snack. The flavor of the seasoning for the chicken was good, kind of a five spice taste (almost like Peking duck flavor) BUT it had a floury texture which I'm assuming could be the cornstarch, so it was a little bit of a turn off. The potstickers were good, and the sweet dipping sauce was amazing to pair with it (they only did the $1 potsticker deal on 11/2-11/4 though).

A quick chinese fast food style restaurant. Some shared tables in the center of the restaurant- great idea for large groups and and for shared concept. To the food- soft grand opening and had a limited menu of mostly apps and soups. Delicious meat rolls that are generously filled with thin slice beef with cilantro and green onions wrapped with flour chinese tortilla and with a hint of hoisin sauce. Show stealer is the big bones soup. The base was fantastic, expect to get messy as you chomp down on the meat from the bone. Was enough for 2 to 3 people. The staff tells me they could run out of the big bone soup- as that soup has been cooking all day and tastes like heaven. The regular Vietnamese style soup was all delicious. The potstickers had a delicate lace pattern around them, indicating they are pan fried to with just the right amount of oil. The meat to dough was a good ratio. The pan fried dumplings were also good, but I was used to having a small burst of juice from the buns (not a full soup dumpling, but some juice to to the method of cooking)

Food is so fresh and delicious, Crispy Beeg, seaweed and cabbage appetizer$, and delicious beef noodle soup. Service is prompt, fast, and no wait Good and friendly server.

Food was delicious and full of flavor. A little spice and everything nice in between. Service was pleasant. Our person was accommodating and shared what was special about Haochi and different from their parent company- China Mama. We LOVE both entities!! Ambiance was cool. Modern and simplistic which made the focus on the quality of food. Music was subtle but nice. A great spot for date night during a work week.

Great foods, service and ambience. Very neat and friendly. We will definitely be back and will take friends with us. We love the combo combination. Come check it out, it's the new addition to the China mama chain.

Took my mom to eat here at Haochi by China Mama and will be definitely taking my whole family here now. The Beef Bone Soup is massive but the taste and price made it absolutely perfect. The food came out fast and not one complaint. 100% satisfied!

Found a cozy Chinese restaurant close to where I live, finally! The interior is really great. I love the customer service and how we can also see them to through their kitchen to make fresh dishes. The food tastes so good especially their salt and pepper corn! I love all the dumplings menu they have, it's a must try and so as their soups.
