Black-Owned Restaurants Directory - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Hapeville Pizza pays homage to the historic Hapeville neighborhood with names like The Hapeville Hottie (with tender buffalo chicken). The thick-crust pies at the counter-service spot are reliable, especially for solo diners who can snag a personal-sized pizza for $9.50." - jacinta howard, juli horsford

Hapeville Pizza Co - Review - Hapeville - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Tri-Cities is a bit of a pizza desert. Thankfully, Hapeville Pizza helps fill that void with thick-crust pies that pay homage to the historic neighborhood with names like The Hapeville Hottie (with tender buffalo chicken). And the pies at the counter-service spot are reliable, especially for solo diners who can snag a personal-sized pizza for $9.50. We like the veggie and the lemon pepper chicken pizza, which comes with big chunks of chicken spiced with lemon pepper. And the wings are also a worthy order. Just note: they're baked, not Atlanta-standard fried, but they’re seasoned to the bone and get a pass. Food Rundown The Depot - Veggie Pizza A great order if you want to load up on your vegetables. It comes with big pieces of mushrooms, black olives, onions, and spinach, and tomatoes that don’t overwhelm the cheese and sauce, and the crust is thick enough to support it all. The Lemon Pepper Chicken Pizza The pizza comes with chunks of zesty baked chicken and savory red sauce. With the thick-crust dough, this a great, filling choice. PlayMute video credit: Tabia S. Lisenbee-Parker Wings The wings are baked (which you’ll be told in all caps when you place an online order), but they're well-seasoned, with flavor that seeps into the meat. Hands down one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a while! We got half pepperoni, half lemon pepper chicken with their special hot sauce—and it was so good we couldn’t even wait to get home. Ate it right in the car. Crust was perfect, flavors were bold, and the hot sauce ties it all together. A must-try, it’s worth the drive! Be sure to order ahead!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Woke up craving pizza and decided to check this place out after my homegirl highly recommended it—so glad I did! I drove up from McDonough and would definitely make the trip again. The food was fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. I ordered the veggie pizza with lemon pepper chicken added, plus a Caesar salad. Everything was absolutely delicious—10 out of 10! The customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive from start to finish. Parking was a bit limited, but honestly, the food and service made it 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality pizza and a great experience! service was A+!

Good to be mindful of making sure public information is accurate. Web states this business of open until 11pm on Saturday. I am here in person at 9:10 and the establishment is closed. The hours posted on the building for Saturday is closure at 9pm. I HAVE NOT TRIED THE FOOD. This review is based off the aciraxu of information alone. I imagine the good is great. Will return during business hours posted via store and not online .

This hidden gem is pretty darn good. Very good customer service and fresh selections. Cozy space with little seating but worth it. We got the half veggie half pepperoni. Cheesy and made to order. Parking is best in the back of building. Will return. Thanks

I've been trying to get to this place for a while now based on seeing the advertisements on IG. Parking was stressful, customer service was nothing to write home about. They were not rude or anything like that but they just lacked enthusiasm. I ordered the most popular dish: The Lemon Pepper Chicken pizza. A large for $26. It was good but hard to enjoy because the sauce saturated the dough making it a soggy and messy situation. The onions were a bit undercooked. The crust was a bit burnt but too soft at the same time. That's weird, huh? It's ok for the sake of trying something new but for $26 and 50 napkins later, I don't have to go back.

The lemon pepper chicken pizza didnt really have that punch of flavor like i thought it would. The pizza slices were thick and full of toppings all of the toppings were fresh. The turkey pepperoni looks fake but the taste was definitely there. The pizza was light on sauce but very cheesy. I liked that! Also, the pizza needed to be cooked a little longer. I ordered a small which to me was HUGE!! I’d recommend to try at least once. The customer service was fast and friendly. The place was clean but small. Parking is atrocious and honestly, risky. Nonetheless, enjoy

Honestly, I have not had a lot of Atlanta Pizza, I was there traveling and needed some dinner, after going here I’m not eating Pizza anywhere else! When I’m in Atlanta. The Hapevillle Pizza Company is the place to be! The crust is next level! It’s an original recipe made fresh everyday, and you can tell with every bite. The crust was so good, I almost bit my fingers! It’s a great cheese to sauce ratio. My first bite/ slice was a little messy but that’s only because I couldn’t / didn’t wait and ate it right out of the oven. I was with a group of 7. We ordered 3 large pizzas and we ate there. At first it seemed like too much food but there were no slices left! I would suggest eating there only if you have a small order like the personal pizza or an order of wings, It’s not a full dinning room. The Lemon Cake… Fire! It was so good. A little birdie told me it was her grandmothers recipe, again made from scratch every day. It was so good. Moist, a little crunch on the exterior, flavorful. I should have ordered another slice to-go. The brownies were also very good! We didn’t order the baked wings but a lot of people were ordering them while we waited. She checks the internal temperature to make sure that they are fully ready before sending out the food. The owner and workers there are very thorough, kind, and personable. There is so much love put into their pizza! This is officially my favorite pizza place in Atlanta! When I return, I know exactly where I’m going to get food!
