Fusion Chinese food, very dietary friendly, everything was absolutely delicious! The crispy tofu and eggplant pork dish were sooo good. I can’t wait to come back I love it! The ambiance is good. It’s like modernized fusion Chinese food but still has the basic flavours and authentic taste to the dishes.

Went to happy boy for a celebratory banquet! The servers were lovely and very attentive, the mood lighting in the area we sat was lovely and made for a 5 star atmosphere, it felt very upper class. The food was good, but nothing was absolutely mind blowing. We had a large table so I got to try almost everything on the menu, and the stand outs were the honey chicken, pork belly with eggplant, and the green beans. Overall i think the food was just lacking the Chinese spices I love and felt a bit too westernised. Would go back again for the lovely vibes and good staff- especially as there is a diverse menu and good drink options.

What a great place. Food was amazing. Banquet was $50 a head and a great selection of dishes. You can even select two to include, and the rest was amazing. Three cup chicken and the salt and pepper tofu were the standout dishes of the evening. Extremely acclimating to dietary requirements. Service was very attentive and the staff were so pleasant. Will definitely return.

I’ve come here a few times and always get the banquet which never disappoints! Very good value for money and every dish is delicious, they are also very accommodating to dietary needs for example I am gluten free and my friend has a shellfish allergy. The duck was a standout and the crispy tofu is amazing and almost buttery inside. Local drink selections were a standout too!

We had the banquet here, the food quality is average. The deep fried five spice lamb is so dry, we couldn't finish. The service is basic, as no one top up the sparkling water for us at all. I mean, it's average

My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and tried the banquet which was good value for money. We got a lot of different dishes very tasty and few tommies Margaritas which was very good! The service was excellent in terms of customer service and waiting time. The venue is well located in the valley and has an urban style. Definitely we will go back. Highly recommended!

The food was good enough. Nobody complained about the food and the portion was big enough. Reasonably priced in fortitude valley. The customer service was bad. The staff took wine glasses away without asking while we still had a half bottle of wine and food on the plates. I had to ask another staff to bring new glasses. Be aware that you're allowed to stay only for two hours. They inform you this policy on booking and I thought 2 hours would be enough but I wish that I had gone to another restaurant as I felt rushed by staff. Overall it's a decent restaurant if it's just a regular catch up with friends. I wouldn't recommend this for special occasions.
