Happy Donuts

Doughnuts are one of my favourite desserts and I recently discovered Happy Donuts as I live close to the Notting Hill area. I was very pleased to find that their doughnuts are delicious. What stood out for me with Happy Donuts is not only are their prices reasonable compared to their competitors but also the fillings. The amount of filling is very generous and most importantly, tastes very good. I tried the Biscoff, Caramel, Crème Brûlée, Nutella, Oreo and Pistachio. They were all delicious but if I had to choose a favourite, it would be the Biscoff, closely followed by the Oreo. However, you cannot go wrong with any of the other flavours. The customer service was also very good. In particular, Jonathan who is the owner, is very friendly and helpful. However, all of the staff I interacted with were great. Happy Donuts also offers delivery through the usual providers and also sells cold and hot drinks and ice cream. I definitely recommend Happy Donuts if you fancy a well baked and tasty doughnut with a generous amount of filling. They are perfect as a treat while exploring Notting Hill.

Had two donuts from here yesterday as it was the international donut day and was disappointed. For 5£/donut I expected to have more flavor than just Nutella like my ‘brownie’ one was. Cannot recommend sorry. This place has been made for tourists. Service was very nice!

This is the second time i went to this shop The guy who is making the Donuts is the biggest magic in his hand the way he is making the donut and the precious thing is that he makes the designs on the top of the donuts like smiley emoji’s and he is to humble towards the customers And yummy donuts i never had in my entire life

The best donuts in London, I don't know why this place isn't far more popular!!! The cronuts are heaven sent! They're huge, freshly baked and bloody delicious, also they have great service.

Such a good donut and dare I even say it - one of the best donuts I had in a very long time 👌🏾. They're larger than your regular store bought donuts and they don't skimp on the filling either. The staff onsite were really friendly and helped me and my friend come to a decision on which choice to go with - going through popular, favourites etc. In the end I went for the white chocolate and pistachio donut 😋

Such a lovely donut spot in Portobello! The donuts were super fluffy and full of flavor. The matcha was unbelievable good! You can tell everything’s made with care and passion. Definitely worth a visit, and I’ll for sure be coming back!

Delicious Donuts & Excellent Service This place is fantastic! The doughnuts are fresh, handmade, and come in a wide variety of flavours. The service is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it!

This spot was a perfect start for us walking down Portobello Road. They had every donut you could ever dream up and for me, it was the creme brulee donut. I had to have one and it was a full on move of perfection. The top of it was charred like creme brulee should be, and the creme was cold enough to be inside a donut. My girlfriend got one with organic strawberry jam and enjoyed an ice coffee along with it. The owner was very nice and looked out for our needs. its a cute little spot and if you're going to shop, nothing would be better than to start off with something perfectly sweet to the taste.

**they have vegan options** My, oh my!! When we set on our way to check out Portobello Market, I was not expecting this treasure! This small establishment has a lot to offer beyond donuts, but the donuts are definitely the star of the show. I had the banoffee donut and my sister had the kinder bueno and neither of us regretted our decision. They were scrumptious. The dough was perfect, like a cloud and even though they look really over the top, they are not overly sweet (I don't know how they do that, it's magic, haha). There is nowhere to sit, it is a takeaway spot. They man serving us was very patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted from all the options. He was friendly and gave us some ideas on what to order. We still took an age to decide, but that was ok, because we were swaying to the awesome playlist they sharing though they're speakers.

We ordered an Oreo donut and a chocolate caramel donut. Both were fantastic and even though we got them late at night, they still tasted fresh as if they were just baked. They had a very good yeasty flavor to them and the ingredients used to make these donuts were clearly top notch!

What a little treat to stumble upon while traversing Portobello. Not only did it present a perfect Instagram opportunity with it's beautiful display of assorted, unique donuts; but also presented the perfect opportunity for a sweet treat after traveling all day. Highly recommend getting the pistachio cronut. The creme in the middle was a perfect savory, textured compliment to the sugar coating. Go and try the Nutella filled donut for me!

OK, so this is a review based on walking by and loving the idea of a bakery opening out of a garage. I think there may have been a flower stall here years ago, but for too long this stretch of Portobello Road has been rather sad, wedged between a gated yard and a newsagents. Happy Donuts brings some colour and interest to a dark spot opposite a couple of cafes. Just a shame I don't like doughnuts, but these look great enough to break the rule and risk feeling a bit sick (all deep fried doughy food does that to me ...). In the meantime, the blackboards and displays of imaginative doughy rings make me smile as I walk past.

Stayed in Neighborhood last week on vacation. Had a couple of doughnuts from this shop. Pretty good. I'd come back. Good place to grab some fine doughnuts. We had a Boston Creme, and took (6) cinnamon doughnuts back to the flat with us. Both were great.
