Cannot sing the praises of these guys enough! Cindi is amazing and heads a great team. Everyone is super efficient and whether you call first thing in the morning or the end of the day, there's always excellent service and a friendly voice. Highly recommended!!

I have 3 sons that were all treated by Dr Sami for orthodontic care, Because of her extraordinary depth of knowledge and compassion, my sons are now able to breathe better, and sleep deeper. Appointment cancelled with no notice because new patient forms were brought in as apposed to emailing prior. Cindi has a strong dictator attitude. I urge you to avoid unnecessary stress and chose another Dentist.

Making you to wait for indefinite period of time for the first appointment to create a feeling that they are in demand. Not bothering themselves with providing any feedback to your calls or emails until you reach them again and again. Very poor customer service. Regardless of how good or bad the dentist is going to be, I'd not recommend anyone this place. The way they treat customers is representative enough. Below is their feedback to my last email after 3 weeks of no update :) ridiculous and stupid "Since Dr. Sami receives so many questionnaires, we do our best to have her review a few at the end of every day. We will connect with you as soon as your form is returned to us."

After responding a whole year later, this office may not recall the facts. Our family subscribes to a holistic approach where suitable. However, "Happy Kids" is not the place to come for busy families seeking solutions and straight teeth for their children. What kind of dental practice makes a patient feel THEY have to be the "right fit?..." * One that wants to be sure they can brainwash you into feeling you need THEM and drains you of money. I recommend families go to a well trained orthodontist, use your dental insurance if you have it, and seek a prompt and planned approach where it is not an endless money pit. Appointment scheduling and everything else here moves at a snail's pace. Weeks on out scheduling, limited office hours, and lots of fluff to make you feel it's a privilege to spend hundreds of dollars every time you walk through the door. Seek a professional dentist that has a set dental contract where you know what is planned and what to expect to pay. These are reasonable aspects to look for in seeking sound dental care for the long term.

Saw dr Sami for a consult on tongue and lip tie for my 7 week old. She was great and so knowledgable. The staff are all awesome and the offices are beautiful.

I echo the one star reviews from 1-2 years ago. If they respond, it is days later only to be vague and say they will respond later and that they "may" schedule an appointment for you in a few months "if" they take your case. I appreciate the doctor recognizing her limitations and screening accordingly. Evidently, her skills are very limited. Additionally, most of her positive reviews are from years ago.

Dr. Sami is the most loving dentist you can imagine for your child. My baby had a tong and lip tie and they helped us like if we're part of the family. We love this place!

I made an appointment for Buteyko breath work. It was cancelled by the office the day before my scheduled time because I hadn't returned the initial forms. The ones usually presented at your 1st visit. I was offered a new appointment 3 weeks later. Not sure why if the forms were so "important" they didn't provide a reminder before cancelling my appointment.

Dr. Sami and her staff create an extremely inviting atmosphere. Her office is like no other dentist office I've been to. There is one on one treatment for each patient in which she evaluates the "whole" person. There was even a lengthy question and answer session with the Dr. where we addressed dental concerns with my son, and how she would work with his other doctors to ensure the best care. I am really grateful to have a such a great experience.

Let me start by saying .... this is not a practice for everyone. But if you are a holistic person that hates chemicals and mainstream traditional dentistry .... then this is your place . If you are looking for healing rather than just straight teeth this is your place ! Dr.Sami doesn't fill just cavities .... she looks into the why there are so many cavities ... and addresses that . There were soooooo many critical problem that she helped us resolve ... they look at the root cause and are not looking for quick fixes .... she spend 1:30 minutes with you ..... when was the last time your doctor spent that much time with you for a visit ???? Hence they are busy .... they are not a factory dentistry .... you feel you exist when you go there ... you are seen and heard !! Getting such a service worth the wait .... however ... if you just want straight teeth go somewhere else because you need to wait !! They aren't being choosy ... they say don't feed your kids sugar and so much carb and try to do feed them what we tell you or you are wasting money .... they don't want to waste your money do they are chooses if you are not conscious about your food .... they are doing you a service a anything but not wasting your money !

I could write a book on the million reasons WHY this is the BEST Dentist in the country but I will spare you your time. First, Dr Sammi and her team are the BEST of the BEST! We love every single person at this office. We feel like we are going to visit family when we have a appointment. The facility is one of a kind, and is a peaceful and tranquil oasis for families. The decor, toys and books are beautiful. My favorite is the Teepee in the office! Every detail makes you feel like you are in a magical place. I love that their are diffusers and essential oils throughout the facility since we use those tools in our home everyday. So here is the big question, "WHY" is happy kids dental planet different? The care ! If you want your child to have a positive experience AND also receive a whole body care approach to taking care of their teeth this place has it all. Dr. Sammi focuses on all aspects of healthy teeth with a huge emphasis on preventative care. Your child can begin seeing Dr. Sammi as early as the newborn stage! Tongue tie? Breastfeeding issues? She once again, specializes in caring for children and babies, she gives the gentle care needed in these situations. I recommend bringing your child in while they are babies, just to have their mouths checked and make sure all is developing properly. The earlier the better in my opinion. I WISH I would've known about her during my pregnancy and started my boys earlier on, so here is my advice to YOU, get on the waiting list and start EARLY! My son had many challenges early on his life which effected his development, speech, growth, and also had sensory issues. Lots of vomiting. As a result his teeth suffered and he developed cavities. We did NOT want to take him to a conventional dentist, and were not able to find anyone until a good friend, recommended Dr. Sammi. Unfortunately by this time my son had developed a abscess and the tooth needed to be extracted. The guilt, and fear I carried as a mama was something I needed to release. Not only was my son, happy here but Dr Sammi took the time to allow me to vent, cry, and drink tea in her office and encourage me when I needed it most. Who does that? She truly cares for all the families and children who walk into her office. The procedure was peaceful and happy believe it or not! My son had absolutely no pain during or after the procedure, and constantly BEGS me to go back. If you have a child with special needs, I could not emphasize enough how crucial EXCELLENT care is for them. They need to feel calm, collected, like they can TRUST their specialists they work with. You will have that and then some here! My wish is that EVERY child could go here. It is really a special one of a kind place!! We love you Happy Kids Dental Planet.
