This is our top choice for hot pot in Seattle! The ingredients, service, and ambiance are all fantastic. It gets quite busy during peak hours, so making a reservation in advance saves a lot of waiting time. Today, I made a reservation about 10 minutes before arriving, and we got seated fairly quickly. Even then, the waiting area was packed. It was just me and my younger daughter dining today, and we were given a large round table meant for 6-8 people without being asked to share. I asked to move to a smaller booth, but was told I’d need to rejoin the queue. It would be great if the restaurant could be a bit more flexible with table assignments! This was also our first time trying the all-you-can-eat option with one adult and one child, and it was perfect! Portion sizes were just right to let us taste a variety of foods without waste. Overall, a very satisfying experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Google
Amazing hotpot spot they even have all you can eat hotpot which they bring out tons of food. I was in a big party of 8 and couldn't even do 3 rounds, definitely worth the money. Everything is fresh and tasty.

Summary: Excellent place for a once or twice a year all you can eat extravaganza. We’ve been coming here with large groups (10-15 people) and as long as you call a few days in advance, they are super accommodating. The food each round is like a tidal wave, and the servers were on top of keeping us full, the alcohol flowing, and our broth topped up. I’ve come here a few times and it’s always fun. Expect to spend around $30-$40 per person. Food: The style is all you can eat, and you are given a menu that is split into three rounds. For each round, you tick off what you want from the different choices on the menu, and the food is brought out throughout the round. Typically, there are two types of broth - regular and spicy. We usually go for a split pot, which separates out the broths with a divider in the middle, but I think after this time we’ll move towards just the regular broth. The peppers used in the spicy broth tend to accumulate both in the pot and in people’s broth bowls over time becoming more of a nuisance as the meal goes on. Ingredients are well prepared, but if you do too much too early, the taste can become repetitive. Try to space out different themes of the menu over the three rounds instead of ordering the entire menu the first round and ordering repeats in subsequent rounds. We thought the vegetables, when ordered, were very large and not particularly worth it. Sweet treats like the buns were staples of every round. Be careful if you have a large party and some of your party is starting to tap out - the food they bring out for each round is suited to feed the entire table. There is a separate dessert/sauce bar that we didn’t end up visiting all that much. Service: Service was good, once we got into it. Towards the start, we did have to prompt for proper number of bowls and utensils, but during the course of the meal we were checked up on and our needs were met without much prompting. The kitchen and the wait staff are very busy between all of the different tables, but the organized chaos was executed well. Ambiance: As mentioned above, it is organized chaos. They have large round tables for larger parties, which keeps the entire party facing each other and engaged in conversation, as opposed to losing half the people you came with to long rectangular table space. Smaller seating is provided throughout the rest of the restaurant, and the place is lively and charismatic.

Google
Really fun place to enjoy hot pot in Bellevue. The experience is always memorable. The food is serve your self and make your self. From the sauces to the main course to dessert. Although this is fun, it’s also a little unnerving because chicken and shrimp need to be cooked thoroughly and we couldn’t really tell how long it needed to be cooked. But once you figure out how you like your sauce, and which items you like cooked, it’s a fun atmosphere, very busy, and good times. The other great part of the meal is that it takes so much time so you get a lot of time with loved ones for talking and laughing. And they do not rush you out like many places do. Also, the food never gets cold because you literally cook every bite as you like. Highly recommend Happy Lamb Hot Pot.

First time trying this place. Food was good but not many options as I expected and was taking a quite some time to get the food (first round). If come back again, probably not go with buffet option, just order as we go.

Google
Really good service and quality meat. All you can eat brings so many choices of meat, vege, and snacks. Fresh vege and meat with good hotpot base.

Google
Happy Lamb was genuinely so good. The service was efficient, and they were kind! Staff doesn’t rush you, and they are happy to get you what you need. The food quality was great, and there was a lot of food. The broth was very rich, and the sauce options offer a wonderful variety of flavor. I love Hot Pot, and I definitely recommend Happy Lamb!

Google
We were looking forward to this place for a long time and it is usually very busy and difficult to find a spot. I would say we were a little disappointed with the service we got . As first timers to this place , we were expecting the server to be a little helpful and make sure we are doing the right thing . For eg: putting the meat and veggies only after the broth starts boiling, dont put everything together. This would have easily resulted us in us eating uncooked food and upset stomach . Luckily the table next to us figured that we were struggling and helped us with some good guidance on how to approach and enjoy our hot pot meal. In addition to this , the service tool for ever for them to bring us a bowl of fried rice even after us reminding them may times. We really enjoyed the food , the meat the broth the whole experience. But the service was a little underwhelming specially when they know that we are aware that we are not from the same culture. Overall , this place is a must try if you are a fan of hot pot but first timers , be a little careful and do ur research.

Yelp
Great food and service today even with packed customer. The wait was reasonable for Valentine's Day. Especially when you joined waitlist and check in in-person.

Emma S.

Yelp
Always always always enjoy coming here! Sometimes there is quite a wait but you can place your name on the waitlist via Yelp! My favorite is the short ribs! I don't like lamb very much unfortunately but there are a few dishes that aren't too gamey which I enjoy! I am always surprised about the refill portions being quite small but they end up being the right amount every time! My favorite dessert is from the sauce bar, I believe it's a strawberry pudding type thing? I'm not sure but it's delicious

Piko L.

Yelp
acye happy hour 24.99 for each person for lunch time? Sign. Me. Up. I'm there. Sat there for two hours stuffing ourselves. The bar for $3 is worth it. They have little snacky side dishes (peanuts, tofu skin, seaweed...etc), fruit, and sauces there that's fun to experiment with, and it gives you an excuse to get up to stretch your legs when you get a little too full, so you can sit back down to keep eating after getting yourself that snack. It can get loud and crowded if you come during peak times, but the staff are well trained and on top of it. You can put yourself on the wait-list via yelp to avoid the line inside if you want! The meat is always fresh, and the side options for veggies, tofu, noodles, and soOo many other hot pot additions are a must-try. I'll always be back to celebrate an event with some fun and delicious hot pot :)

Yelp
Consistency. Service. Menu Selection. Food Quality. In that order, is why we continue to return. You know that what you expect will be there, you know that while pretty busy - service is generally solid, wide selection of things on the menu to choose from, and finally the food is still 3.3 Stars (which is decent-good for me), all sums up to a 4 Star still from me. All good, all happy, all filled up. The Yelp Waitlist feature is always convenient too. Joining the waitlist from your phone while 35 minutes away is HUGE!

Katherine Y.

Yelp
We came here on CNY, they brought in the Chinese money character!! It was super fun and cute! We love the quality of the meat and everything was fresh and clean. The sauce bar was slightly smaller but the amount of selection from the main menu made up for it. We will be back!

Sadie N.

Yelp
Was able to quickly join the waitlist ahead of arrival. I will say the parking spaces are limited and small, so hopefully you find one! Originally had to be asked to moved tables which was quickly accommodated because the booth seat we were placed into could barely fit a kid, let alone an adult. Ordered the duo broth with the premium meats selection. Loved the meat choices and the unlimited options, but I will note that ordering is a bit tricky! Sometimes you get the amount you ordered in pieces, other times you get lots, or nothing at all. Broths weren't my favorite, but it's what's popular! Plating of the food was nice and clean, as well as the dining area. Again, some parts were just hectic or table extensions to hold extra food were rough to walk around but a decent AYCE experience!

Eva M.

Yelp
I am not a big fan of AYCE restaurants. They often come across as sloppy, push out volumes of food with little other care because the diners demand volume above all else. Happy Lamb pleasantly surprised me balancing volume while maintaining a certain level of presentation. While they have an AYCE pricing structure, they also offer ala carte, which I didn't know until the hostess asked. By then, my brain had settled on AYCE. For that matter, "we opted for the Prime AYCE, which have 12 items that are prime exclusive and we get a free drink. For dinner time, Prime is $45.98pp. Honestly, it is not bad at all. We also added the necessary sauce bar, which is $2.99pp. For broth, we ordered the house original marrow and the house spicy marrow broth. Both are tasty, though not as rich as the other biggie in our area. Honestly, by the end of the meal, the broth tastes very good from all the meats and seafood. The hotpot prime items we ordered are lamb sirloin, lamb belly, wagyu beef, USDA prime rib eye, tiger prawn, and whole abalone. The hotpot regular items we ordered are marinated garlic beef, house shrimp paste, Fuzhou fish ball, broccoli (the green veggie of this meal), king oyster mushroom (a must!), and house lamb wontons (not recommended). For cooked foods, we tried crispy baked lamb shank and spicy crawfish, which is a mala spicy. The lamb shank was dry - not recommended. The mala crawfish was flavorful but also numbed my tongue. Of the items we ordered, the worthy repeated items are marinated garlic beef, house shrimp paste, oyster mushrooms, wagyu beef, tiger prawn, and abalone. Because it was near closing time and last call, they delivered to us both the second and third rounds of wagyu, prawns, and abalone. Our jaw dropped with the extra food that we didn't really ask for it. We ate them all! LOL!! We went home and did extra steps on the treadmill. Hahahahaha. The sauce bar is the only meh area. People are snobs. They can have a full-time person standing time wiping endlessly, and it'll still look like a mess. Overall, we were pleased for the quality, volume, and cost of the food. The place is pretty nice. The staff were hurried but did their job. I can see why it is difficult to secure a reservation.

Molly A.

Yelp
Happy Lamb is such a great spot for hot pot!! They have amazing meat, seafood, vegetable, and noodle options. We loved the wagyu, the lamb, the crab sticks, quail eggs, and the wontons! The watermelon juice is delicious too. We also loved the dessert selections! Get the sticky buns with salted egg yolk!

Travis N.

Yelp
Great service. Went there after a while of not going for a while. No wait and quick service. About an hour in everyone started showing up. It's my only place for hot pot.

Brian E.

Yelp
Another visit to Happy Lamb, another satisfying dinner. We are getting used to eating here, so we're better at knowing what to order and not over ordering. We tried the curry base and bone broth half n half. Noodles, lamb belly, aged lamb, wagyu, fishballs, bamboo, octopus, crispy lamb shank... and a few others. The wagyu was not quite as good as last time. But the lamb belly was fantastic. The shank remains a favorite. Noodles were good, but overcooking makes them absorb a lot of the spices in the broth and they get almost too full of spice... The curry broth was pretty good. Had very little spiciness to it, and had onions and small pieces of corn on the cob. And, the staff maintains their quick pace, zipping around the place with practiced movements. And they always appear happy to help. Always awesome. We will be back...

Yelp
Best hot pot all you can eat in Seattle. The service is top notch. Jackie is awesome. He always giving me big smile.

May D.

Yelp
High quality and fresh meats, seafood and vegetables. Good servings for each meal and great value for the price! Hot dishes and desserts are delicious and flavorful. Easy to order. Unlimited side dish and sauce station are available. Customer service is great and fast! The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. Parking available under the restaurant but it is limited and can be packed on busy days or times.

Joanne L.

Yelp
Like the bone broth and meat, they are fresh which is most important. Reasonable price. Regular place to go.

Haison D.

Yelp
Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Bellevue offers a unique and interactive dining experience where you cook your own food in a flavorful broth. The variety of meats and vegetables is quite good, and the broths are tasty. However, the service can be slow and inattentive, which detracts from the overall experience. While the food itself is enjoyable, the slow service makes it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the meal. With improvements in service, this could easily be a 4 or 5-star restaurant.

Sarah S.

Yelp
We came as a party of 4 on Wednesday for a friend's birthday. We really liked it here-we were comfortable, and we enjoyed the buffet of sauces and snacks while we waited for our hotpot. I think that the only thing we weren't aware of is that we were charged for the sauce bar/buffet in addition to the all you can eat hotpot, which is fine but we thought it was included in the price. It wasn't much at all, but we didn't know it cost extra. The service was excellent! We were well attended to. I think the items you put into your hot pot just depend on your personal culinary choices. With that being said, everything was clean and flavorful. We appreciated that they were careful with the raw meats. The quality of the foods we requested were outstanding. I would love to come back!

Yelp
** Visited on Tuesday, 7/9/2024 with a group of 14 We were situated in the back room where there were two large tables with 3 burners on each table. The room was pretty spacious and the staff would check in occasionally. To order, you would fill out their menu per round- there's only one menu, however there is a premium (I believe it's called Prime) section where the difference in price is about $12 but they're both AYCE. Our staff was pretty attentive and made sure to check in with us every so often. They were pretty nice and made sure we were all happy and satisfied. OKAY THE FOOD: * I have a pretty intense mushroom allergy and was able to have a separate pot since the rest of my group loves mushroom in their hot pot * the meat cuts were great and presentable, but tasted AMAZING * Veggies were pretty fresh and plentiful per order * Their fishballs and tempura were great add ons to the hot pot, as well as their seafood options I have visited the Cupertino location in California plenty of times, and coming to this location, I was pretty impress by the layout and the slightly different menu. I highly recommend stopping by here for a nice hotpot either by yourself, with a friend, or a large group :-)

Yelp
There was a very long wait, it's very busy but you can sit at the bar or go across the street to a local bar which had games and drinks. Food was great and delicious! The spicy broth was very good!

Maria P.

Yelp
This was my first time having hot pot, and I'm very happy to say that Happy Lamb Hot Pot exceeded all expectations. My party of five stopped by the restaurant at around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening. We waited a little under an hour for a table since we did not have a reservation and did not put ourselves on the Yelp waitlist. Next time, we'll be sure to join the waitlist ahead of time if possible! Once we were seated, we placed our order immediately. Everything we ordered came out pretty quickly, and we began the exciting dining experience. We decided to order the Half & Half Broth option, which came with the Original Broth and the Spicy Broth. Both were delicious. The meat, vegetables, and sides were all tasty and paired beautifully with the broths. All of the meat we had was delicious, but a true standout was the Marinated Garlic Beef! I will be dreaming about this meal and cannot wait to return again!

Gloria K.

Yelp
Happy hour is so affordable! Can never go wrong with happy lamb, quality is great too.

Erin W.

Yelp
We made a reservation for 9:30PM on a Friday. Their last call was 10:30PM. We didn't get to enjoy their Happy Hour but it was still an excellent value. Their Half & Half soup base was pre-set flavors already - no choice of specific flavors. The fried buns and fried rice cake with black sugar were so good!! The rice cake had the black sugar inside, not as a sauce on the side. The restaurant was spacious. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They took good care of us and waited for us to leave patiently as we were the last ones leaving. Parking was easy as there was a parking lot with reserved spots for the restaurant.

Izzie M.

Yelp
Been coming a few years now and love this place. Relaxed vibes and yummy food. Service is great!

Royce R.

Yelp
I used to go here quite often. and I mean OFTEN. from food to service - everything is excellent! lena, one of the servers who usually gets assigned to my table is very attentive and always makes sure I get my fork, extra napkins, and root beer ready :) and there's Jackie, the boss who never fails to greet me and acknowledge my presence. funny guy too! I moved further south that's why I don't come here as often as I used to. but this is my only Hot Pot go to spot. you readers ought to try this place out. it will not disappoint!

Rebecca S.

Yelp
Ton of MSG in the soup. The worst service I have never had which are including the waiters and delivery food people!

Patrick C.

Yelp
Had lunch in this hotpot restaurant on Christmas Day. Good quality of meats and great portions for a group of 8 people. Service was good. Will definitely return in future.

Tabish D.

Yelp
Service is usually very good here. Food speaks for itself. 10/10 Be prepared to wait if its weekend or holiday

Rachel S.

Yelp
Lunch with my foodie friend. We ordered a bunch of the Prime choices cut meats. Some of the things we ordered were Kalbi beef, wagyu, abalone, crab, veggies, so much more. They were all delicious and Jacky, he was super nice and accommodating.. Highly recommended. Ambience is inviting. The meat is top notch and it did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients and super nice staff. They have a dessert and sauce bar if you want it. I didn't think it needed it. I Highly recommend this place. Screams upscale for the cuts of meat they serve you! Good experience for sure!!

Calista C.

Yelp
They have a great birthday deal where the birthday person gets a free meal if they come with at least 3 others! They also sang (not as large of a celebration when compared to haidilao). Were willing to help us store a cake for after dinner. The sides including the chicken wings, fried rice, and fried buns were AMAZING. Obviously the meat was great as well. Some of the vegetables came wilted but they were willing to switch it out. The service was a little messy and slow due to the number of people there on a Friday night. They also don't have enough parking, so make sure to come early to find a spot off site if needed.

Natasha W.

Yelp
Hot Pot Season is here! What other reason do you need??? Worth the price for AYCE. Good cuts, plenty of option and quick service.

Hui-yu Y.

Yelp
- Great food but no duck/pig blood- We came here tonight for the all-you-can-eat option, and I had to get on the waitlist ahead of time since they usually get busy at night. We waited for maybe 15 minutes there before we got our seats. While waiting, you can grab their complimentary snacks and enjoy if you are too hungry. You can pick two kinds of lamb and two kinds of beef for all you can eat, and we never figured out which is which lol! And for seafood and fried appetizers, they always get me a set amount no matter how many I want (which is funny). We don't really need to order 3 rounds, but I did order the golden fried bun and the fried mochi for the last round since they gave us so little each time. We were disappointed that we didn't see any duck blood or pig blood on menu since it's a must for hot pot :(! Btw, we didn't get the sauce bar as their appetizers aren't very appetizing and we aren't interested in other stuff either. I was super full afterward, and my husband skipped two meals after and lost weight :D! I got some soft serve on the way out and the texture is between soft serve and a slush haha! We later came back for their $39.99 weekday lunch combo for 2 and found the amount of food more appropriate for the two of us.

Sara S.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance is all great! Perfect place for family, for work dinners, or for celebrations! Lamb is halal (good for Muslims) and they offer vegetarian broth

Dee P.

Yelp
One of the best hotpot in the greater Seattle area. If you're on the east side, you def have to come here. I recommend joining the waitlist before arriving, because the place is popular and waits can sometimes be an hour long. There is a good variety of options, even for vegetarians. The chicken wings here are freaking amazing, so juicy and tender that you'll be tempted to keep ordering these and forget your hotpot lol. The service is pretty good, staff are attentive and quick to respond. Have been here over 5x already, and the place does not disappoint. They are worth the 5 stars.

Patrick L.

Yelp
Why wait? There are so many options for hot pot , this place acts like it doesn't care for our business. I hardly ever write negative reviews as I believe in supporting businesses even when they make mistakes or have off days. But this trend at happy lamb is alarming and their staff / management don't seem to care since they have so many customers. Also , I've been to this location many many times in the past , usually with a reservation but have waited before. Checked in via Yelp waitlist at 5pm, the estimated time was 5:25-5:45 . Arrived at the restaurant at 5:35 and checked in at the reception counter. They said it would be soon. 6:05 rolls around the waiting list has not moved at all, asked the receptionist for an update and with some attitude and the manager next to her she replied that the waitlist is the waitlist and that she could not provide any updates. I asked would it be another 30 minutes or an hour or what and she said she had no idea. I mentioned to her the quoted waitlist time and she said to just wait. I finally got a text at 6:49 saying my table was ready but I was already seated and eating at another restaurant by then. Over an hour past the quoted expected time. From my observations they had a lot of large party reservations that they kept rolling in and would continue to push those waiting on the wait list further and further back. Bad management , service with an attitude , and long waits with poor communication . For what exactly ? Average quality hot pot food ? Waiting in line is common and fine, but treat your customers with respect and be clear in your communication and expectations.

Helen C.

Yelp
Happy Lamb is a consistently delicious hot pot and is definitely my go to in group settings. They have an okay-sized lot, but during peak hours, I guarantee it fills up and you might need to park in neighboring lots. This location does take reservations for large parties and they also utilize the Yelp waitlist function, so join that ahead of time on weekends if you can. Meat quality is fantastic and broth is unbeatable. If the menu is overwhelming, my personal favorites are the house noodles, pork belly, and shrimp paste. AYCE will drop you after tax and tip probably ~50 bucks per person, but considering the quality of the meat is pretty good, I still do think it's worth it. The ordering system is a little funky, instead of the KBBQ standard which is unlimited amount of orders, but smaller amounts of meat per order, Happy Lamb gives you an unlimited order size, but only 3 rounds to place orders. The service tends to be accurate and when you order multiple servings of meat, they actually adhere to those requests. However, for some reason if you order multiple servings of say napa cabbage, they always only give you like 1 serving. Rather annoying, but they do have unlimited cold veggie sides next to the sauce bar which are pretty good.

Nena S.

Yelp
This was our first time here! We did have a reservation and sat right away! The place was really cute so busy! (That's a good sign) food came out at a decent time, they forgot an order but it's ok since we got the all you can eat! The meat was delicious order the lamb of course, pork belly, beef, shrimp, dumpling were my fav!! Great flavor! The veggies came in a huge bowl loved that! For the soup we went with the most popular best of both I believe it what is called! Overall great dinner! And fun to cook!

Yelp
1. Food is good, commensurate with the price. 2. Service: It sucks. Slow and sloppy. Rude greeters. 3. Ambiance: Rest rooms are dirty, smelly and limited. Loud, no privacy. Parking is very limited, it took us over 15 minutes looking for a spot and ended up parking by McDonalds we almost went somewhere to eat. Seating is crowded, two small tables for 8 people while the guests next to us sit only two feet away. Food trays are blocking your in and out access completely violating the fire code. I sensed a little favoritism, huge round table that sits 10 with only 6 people sitting while we were squeezed together. There were open round tables, but they were never offered. 4. We went for a great time, but we left with disappointments.

Ankit M.

Yelp
Trying a hot pot for the first time ? You need to know the setup before you go. It's a pot of broth (or two halves) that keeps boiling in your table. You order veggies, meats, noodles, wontons to eat with the broth. When they arrive you let them cook in the boiling broth before you eat them. We tried the all you can eat and tasted a variety of toppings with a spicy and non spicy broth. The spicy broth is good enough to burn your mouth so do a half spicy and half non spicy. Wontons were great and everything we tasted became spicy with spicy broth. You would need to try it to know whether you like the experience.

Yelp
First-time customer, and this location has been the best I've been to so far. Minus one star because I found a hair in my food. Parking: Shared parking with other restaurants in the plaza. A notice on the door warns against parking in specific spots. Given the restaurant's size, unsure about the parking situation when it's full. Service: The male Chinese waiter who seated us was very friendly, and all other non-Asian staff were very fast and attentive too. Solid 10/10. Ambiance: The dining area is very nice. Bathrooms are small but modern and clean, equipped with mouthwash, hand lotion, and other amenities similar to a well-known hotpot chain in the area. A sink outside the bathrooms adds to the convenience. Food: Opted for the premium menu for the first time, as other locations I've visited didn't offer one. Ordered everything except tiger prawns. The premium menu items vary, and the version I received wasn't the best compared to past reviews; items like duck blood and mochi ice cream were missing. The Chinese donut/crouton being exclusively on the premium menu seems unnecessary given how affordable it is, but I appreciated it being served fresh and hot. Many hotpot places serve the Chinese donut frozen and have you put it in the hotpot. Similarly, the fried chicken wings were served hot. On the other hand, the fried buns were cold so I didn't eat them. Everything on the premium menu tasted good, and the lamb shank was amazing. However, the premium lamb bones lacked sufficient meat and were mostly bones, but you can always get a refill. I was nearly full after one round due to the filling non-hotpot items. They have an ice cream machine, but the ice cream was very watery and not creamy. Items at the sauce bar were not refilled promptly. One suggestion I have is to provide a seafood cracker for snow crab legs because the ones I got had sharp and pointy edges all over them. It hurt my fingers when I tried to open them by hand and could definitely cause someone's fingers to bleed.

Yelp
Last time I went, I tipped appropriately and checked my bank charges - and noticed they had charged me an extra amount on tips which is not only not okay but also illegal?? I don't always check but customers beware that they are dishonest and might try to write in extra tips for themselves. I will no longer be recommending this place. Their sauce bar is also kind of weak compared to other spots. Soups are decent, also not my faves.

Bobbie A.

Yelp
Sadly, I was not able to take any pics of this amazing experience. First time here, we way over ordered and will not make that mistake again. We ordered the three broths. Bone marrow, mushroom, and spicy. Honestly, I would just stick to the bone marrow and mushroom. You can make those spicy if you get the AYCE bar option. Glass noodles were my favorite and all the meats truly taste so fresh. Service was as quick as they could considering how busy they get. And as such, you can imagine the ambiance in that place, truly an experience to see a place so busy and watching so many people enjoy their food. Only cons, but not really a con. I did mentioned it was our first time, I wish they would have helped with ordering to limit food waste. The cost was way way reasonable, we ate soooo much and had sooo much left over. Looking forward to trying this again soon. P.S- crazy wait time so get on the list ahead. We waited for about 2 hours, but, that was also fun, we went across the street to the off the rails sports pub to wait it out and ordered some great beers. They have billiards and everything. Honestly enjoyed the wait.

Yelp
Been to Happy Lamb many times at their Seattle location but was in Bellevue area this time and was craving hotpot on a rainy day. We waited for an hour and a half for our table! That's how busy it was Saturday evening. But it was well worth it. Everything was delicious and I've always loved how they have a sauce bar. Everything came out super fast and service was excellent. Quality was on point would definitely come back again!

Yelp
All good. The chicken wings is the best! It is quite tasty. The outskin is also tasty and not too salty. Service is always responsive and the atmosphere is a little bit noisy to some people maybe. Highly recommend place! The only downside could be the pork belly since they could changed the supplier. That was too dry. Try to avoid the corner location in summer. I sat the one next to the kitchen. That was too hot to sit tp eat.

Yelp
This location is a bit different than the Chicago locations I have been to. The AYCE menu is a little more limited with the sauces and extras costing more on top of the AYCE. The meat quality and food was of course great and ate a lot. The service was very fast with plenty of seating.

Yelp
Came in Sunday right when they opened, we were seated right away and explained how to order and the menu. Server was attentive and we enjoyed our choice of broth. They have a sauce bar ( which did kinda got messy ) and afterwards got some bowls that are empty. They had a soft serve icecream as well. I enjoyed this hot pot and definitely will be back

Yelp
Happy lamb location in Bellevue is such a delight I want to shout out the service from the staff, very attentive and made sure our party was satisfied when we had to condense our table. We went for a birthday, and had an optional service where they brought an out a sign and sang happy birthday as well. Meat was quality, and we were full by the second session. Only wish was that the sauce bar had more variety and that the parking lot had more spaces since a lot of spots are reserved for neighboring restaurants. Overall recommend this spot for any of your ayce needs.

Yelp
This is my favorite hot pot place in Washington. I always get the AYCE, with the premium meats. The meats have always been fresh, with my favorite being the wagyu steak. Although, all the meat is delicious, especially when paired with the spicy broth. The spicy broth is perfected and has such great flavor. I can see the different aromatics they put in there, and I've been trying to replicate it at home to no avail, which is fine as it's an excuse to go to Happy Lamb! The noodles are my favorite part of the meal, especially the thick hand cut noodles and the house noodles. They're perfectly chewy and hold the flavor of the broth so nicely. The portions of food come pretty quickly, but I do find that we have to order a couple times because they limit the amount of food delivered to the table. Food waste, I get it. The servers are attentive and have been good with getting our orders in, even when I ask for more of a specific item. The restaurant is almost always busy, with lots of chatter. This is a great place for a bigger party of people and having a good time. I've brought many friends here and have gotten stellar responses from everyone.

Yelp
Biiiig hot pot fan, and Happy Lamb does it WELL. For only $32, the AYCE dinner option is super worth. The veggies are fresh and the meats are high quality. I kind of wish the tofu came in larger portions, but since it's AYCE it doesn't really matter at the end of the day. They also have a great sauce bar, with delicious appetizer and dessert options as well. They even have the little square cakes that you see at Chinese buffets, which was super nostalgic to me from my childhood. The orange flavored one is a must-try! I also loved the soft serve machine too. The service is great, the interior is decorated really well, and overall I have no complaints here. Won't be long before you see me back!

Yelp
I've visited this place in the past and the quality was mediocre which made sense for the price that you paid but WOW has it improved so much these past few years! FOOD: The meat selections were plentiful for a group of 4 and the quality was a lot better than it was before. The price hasn't changed much from the past so this was a very good deal for an AYCE hotpot dinner. The sauce and side bar was also delicious (especially the sesame balls). Each item that you choose from the menu, they'll give enough for the number of people in your party which counts as 1 platter. This is nice because most places don't take into account how many heads are at your table and 1 platter is the same across. Hope that made sense. SERVICE: Get on the wait list before arriving! It can be a long wait especially on the weekends for dinner. But overall, staff is friendly and items come out quickly after you order. AMBIANCE: Place seats a lot. I will say the tables are pretty close together so with the stands that hold the hot pot items at each table, it can get tricky trying to navigate through them all. Overall, best deal for hot pot! Will be coming again :)
