Just went here recently for a family trip for the holidays. Originally we went for the small Genshin collab, but my parents wanted to try a few other drinks and they did not disappoint. The place was decorated really nicely and the customer service was great. The person with short black hair who served us was exceptionally nice too. I enjoyed the small decorations they had around the place, especially what I assumed to be doodles of the employees pasted onto the towel dispenser. The drink I ordered was excellent, and even my Asian parents approved. Definitely would come again if the drive wasn’t so long! P.S parents ordered the ‘Freshly squeezed lemon black tea’ and the ‘Kumquat lemon jasmine green tea’. I especially enjoyed the black tea, nice mix of sour, sweet, and bitter. Wish there was a happy lemon in Mn!

This place is really cute and the bubble waffle was yummy. The menu has an interesting selection of teas, juices and smoothies. It's perfect for a quick bite or a sweet treat.

I had an overwhelming lemon, wintermelon lemonade. I know it’s called happy lemon but this was lemon-y to the extreme, and I this is the first bubble tea I haven’t finished. I didn’t taste much wintermelon, and I think the plain tapioca still had a brown sugar flavor that didn’t compliment the lemonade. I also found the amount of tapioca to be small in comparison to both chain and small business bubble tea shops. It was $8 for a drink I only had half of, so I don’t think I’ll be back.

Lovely store. Got here because one of my friends recommended it. I got the boba milk tea w/ pudding and lychee jelly. Love the taste. You’ll prob want to get 30% sugar if you don’t want to drink syrup. One of us got the milk tea with salted cheese foam, which was pretty good as well. The Original bubble waffle was so crispy and soft at the same time, worth the time waiting for it.

Tried cake custard milk tea and taro custard milk tea. Bubbles are pretty hard, can’t believe this kind of bubble materials still exists in a milk tea store. Taro is fake taro just taro flavored powder. Very disappointed.

I only get one thing and that is the Jasmine Milk Green Tea with 75% sugar, and it always tastes good. They do have different staff whenever I go so one drink can sometimes taste slightly different. Their waffles are good, but if you are in a hurry, skip em. Sometimes you have to wait a little but it isnt too bad, and don't forget to use your student ID for the 10% discount. I gave 3 stars only because I can never find parking there, and I personally only take one item from there.

If you want fruit based bubble tea, you go to Liquid fusion. There is no debate. If you want tea based bubble tea, a lot of options are available. But I like happy lemon, because I think they have the best cheese foam. Creamy, salty, and sweet. No other spot makes better cheese foam. Definitely adjust your ice and sweet lvl, 100% sugar is too sweet. Jasmine green tea with cheese, or mango matcha is really good.

Drinks: Happy Lemon shines in its classic milk teas. The creamy base is a crowd-pleaser, and the tea flavors (like green tea or jasmine) come through strong without being bitter. Fruity Refreshment: For a lighter option, their fruit teas are delicious, especially on a hot day. The grapefruit tea is a standout, with a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Unique Twists: They also offer trendy options like the "Salted Cheese" series, which adds a savory element to the drink. Customization: They allow you to adjust sweetness and ice levels to your preference, which is a big plus. Boba: The boba itself is chewy and cooked perfectly. They offer the classic tapioca pearls as well as other options like popping boba. Overall: Happy Lemon is a solid choice for anyone looking for a delicious and customizable bubble tea experience. I love you Happy Lemon 🥰🥰🤭🤭🤭
