Happy Taco Bar

This is really a happy and friendly taco place! Very cute and welcoming decor! As a vegetarian, it is often hard for me to eat out with friends. Happily this place has 2 vegetarian taco options. They were both yummy but I might ask for plain avocado next time instead of fried pieces. Very good tacos for a fast food place!

Enjoyed 2 tacos from the multiple variety. Breakfast served all day along with vegetarian and a taco call the "Kitchen Sink". I would only assume that means I only want 1 at a time. Tacos for today's visit were Texas Smoked Brisket and Avocado & Bean. Both were flavorful and we're accompanied by cheese, crispy jalapenos and lettuce. A few sauces were available, I tried the jalapeno ranch. I would recommend and will return to try the name sake Kitchen Sink when I haven't eaten for a weekend. Happy hour and specials are available. Special of the day was free chips and Queso if you order online. Great atmosphere for getting out with friends or a date on the covered patio.

Not a lot of curb appeal but really nice casual 🌮 joint with bar, table, and outside eating. Service was prompt, efficient, friendly ...! The Texas smoked brisket 🌮's actually had flavor and was tender. The luau 🍤 🌮's were juicy and not overcooked. No need for extra sauce either unless that's your thing ...! Military discount available, as well as loyalty cards for returning customers. Will return for future visits.

Very yummy and fresh! Lots of salsas to choose from. They have outdoor seating and a bar also! Big menu with lots to choose from! Kids menu also. Happy Taco and Golden chick share a building. They also have television screens to wat h sports.

***Update a few days later. Husband picked up and brought home some tacos. See the photo to see how my Avacado taco looked upon opening it. I asked for beans OTS ✔, no candied jalepenos ✔, & no lettuce. So where is the cheese or pico? And did they seriously put 1 slice of avacado on there? Yep, they sure did. Called, they are re-making our order. They gave us a $5 gift certificate for the trouble. The tacos were really good tonight but the guacamole and all the sauces were extremely hot. I had 3 bites of the guac and just couldn't eat any more. My tongue is on fire as I type this. I'm concerned that quality & taste will not be consistent. We did notice that the receipt didn't show any of the requests like -no lettuce under the taco item line. I can't help but wonder if this could be an issue for the cooks as well. *** Lort! Slap yo' mama kinda good! Super clean too! I had the avacado taco w/out beans or candied jalapenos. Really fresh ingredients, fried avacados weren't the slightest bit greasy. I wish their chips were a little thinner but that's just nitpicking. The guacamole was AMAZING! It had a nice citrus punch that I love. It does have cilatro in it for those of you on the other side. Can't wait to come back and try one of their signature cocktails. Seriously, the guac is la diablo!

Plenty of Tex Mex staples and a few unusual choices, like the chicken and waffles tacos. One taco is easily a small meal; two will fill a hungry adult. Extra friendly service.

Shrimp tacos were awesome and the salsa was pretty great too.

Delicious food. SO MUCH food! Everyone I brought loved it. They can adapt almost any taco for vegans as well.
