Happy Valley Station food carts

Love this place!! There is a wide variety of food and its dog friendly. Once you learn which carts to go to it's perfect. The food is either Amazing or Awful lol. Thai food is great, Boba has great drinks but not great food, Montage is delicious even though the service is terrible, not a fan of the Chinese food, but the Mexican food is great!! Other than guy at Montage everyone is super friendly.

Oh my stars! What a great outing with lots of options. We tried so many varieties of what they had to offer. Some tickled our fancy and some were missing a little something. I feel like there is something for everyone here. The open-air style is quite lovely!

This place had such a great vibe and atmosphere. There were so many choices from the food trucks. Reasonable prices everything. Huge portions and we shared our dishes. Very large pavilion with garage doors that opened. Very clean and plenty of seats inside and outside. We really enjoyed it very much.

Overpriced compared to other pods in the area. The carts don’t label what is gluten free (except the Fish and chips cart but unless they have a separate fryer, it can’t be gluten free). I never find anything I really like here. Good tap list inside but they charge for water and say you can’t bring your own water in. Too many rules and plenty of other, better options in the area. Parking spots are tiny Edit after owner response: I went to every single cart and the only GF label I saw was on the fish and chips and the African food (but that was closed when I visited). Of course I could ask but that’s extra work and I’d like to know my options before ordering. I’d like to know which carts you say are labeled GF because I didn’t see any. I even looked at each cart on Google and they aren’t labeled on the menus, so I’m not sure which carts you’re talking about. You say we can’t bring our own water bottles in… so what are you even saying “is this not Oregon where everyone has their own water?” There’s a sign that says no outside food or beverages… 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’d like to bring my hydroflask with water which is the best option for the environment anyway, cheaper and no waste whatsoever but you literally have a sign that says I can’t bring in my own water. So can I, is that what you’re suggesting? I’ve visited probably a dozen times so I think my review is fair and accurate. It’s okay to get constructive criticism, don’t take it personally, it’s just my personal opinion and what I think would make it more appealing to people like myself. Label GF and allow outside water or have free water available at the bar or a dispenser like OC brewing food carts or Arlington Taphouse food carts

Blessing Bites Happy Valley This was easily one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. At Blessing Bites in Happy Valley, the employee was glued to their phone and showed zero interest in customers—no greeting, no engagement, and no professionalism. The food was served burnt and tasted terrible. What really crossed the line was seeing food handled without gloves, which is basic food safety and completely unacceptable. This reflects poor oversight and a lack of standards from ownership and management. I can’t speak for the other food carts in the area, but I genuinely hope they operate with higher standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness than what I experienced here. I won’t be back and do not recommend this place.

Oh wow! I think I could come back every day for a month and still have more options to try! What a great group of food carts and central eating setup. Parking was easy, tables have an assortment of indoor, outdoor covered, outdoor uncovered, and standing only. We had a group of four and we all tried different places and shared the food from each. Seriously cannot wait to get back here! Note: even if the parking lot is full there is free street parking, just please note NOT to park in the memory care parking lot!

You are correct & I don’t have to give you any more money! I am noticing a lot of deflection in your responses, low value for patrons! This last time visiting, noticed that this place is really starting to look run down. Keep chargin… good riddance! The water is free for patrons to have, but the audacity of the bar tender to charge $2.00 for cups. This is a rip off! I guess the bar tender needed that cash! We will never return!

I love a food truck spot with Kombucha on tap and gluten-free options. Convenient location, but the parking lot gets full on Fridays and weekends.

The Happy Valley Station Food Carts is a great place for all tastes and cultures. They have a great parking lot that is clean and safe, clean indoor restrooms and ample seating space for everyone dining. A couple of items we tried, was the Sweet Spot bar, we shared a Salted Carmel Soft Cone. A great way to end our meal with, yummy! Quick to order and service. With our meal we shared a nice dark Carmel Porter from the Happy Valley Station Bar. You have to try this cold and refreshing Porter. Take a drive to Happy Valley Station Food Trucks worth the drive!

The food carts are pretty fun, when they're not packed full of people. Lots of seating, and very open venue. The food carts at this location are great and reasonably priced, and the bar has a decent tap list. Great place to get lunch, especially in the summer!

Food is not good or taste fresh . Tried multiple carts 0/10. Recommend going to other restaurants

The food was pretty great but I felt like it had not much flavor ! Service was exceptional as the atmosphere!

The gyro was really good. The roasted potatoes were also really good! My husband had the cheeseburger and fries. Those were really good as well. The fries were nothing special, but still good and the margarita was amazing! The service was fast. The food came out hot. overall experience 10 out of 10 definitely will be going back!

Came specifically for trivia night. Surprise! Hasn't been trivia for weeks. It's still in the website -- even specifically lists today's date. It's also on the chalkboard on the wall. Big lies. Big disappointment. Zero stars. (But yelp requires at least one star.)

We went here to meetup with 20 family members. It was a perfect place to go with a group. My complaint is there were too many good food choices to choose from. We tried Montage, the French fries from another cart, Chinese, Italian and lots of other places and still didn't hit all of them. We will definitely be back. No one was disappointed it had anything that wasn't really good. All the food we tried was excellent.

Apart from fast food joints, generic strip mall eats, and mediocre options at Clackamas Town Center (#1), Happy Valley and greater Clackamas has always been pretty close to a food desert. The arrival of the Happy Valley Station Food Carts has given the neighborhood something to celebrate and many more food options to enjoy. The biggest problem about visiting other food cart pods across Portland has always been seating and restrooms. There's no such problem here, as there is both restrooms, parking (#2) and a multitude of indoor and outdoor seating options for any number of people. More importantly, there are plenty of places to satisfy most cravings and a beer bar to boot. I'm already about halfway there. Practically all the carts will take credit cards. Every spot will have a pager so that folks can safely roam or sit down somewhere and will be notified the moment their order is ready. I really do wish all food cart pods had something like this but it's all the more reason I keep coming back to show my support. _____________ (#1) Not just the food court. The whole thing. (#2) Though it can get full very quickly, especially during the weekends. (#3) Thank goodness for dry heat.

So many options so many choices here. Whether you want bbq, Chinese, or a hotdog, they have a perfect variety of options. Best of all there is indoor seating with a brewery inside so you can grab a beer with the friends or family while you eat. Bar service is nice, the rest is walk up but I never have an issue.

The food is a 4 or 5 star review. I'm giving it 1 star because no more Wednesday night trivia with Dice. I live 30 minutes away and meet my family there every Wednesday for trivia. Without the trivia I have no reason to drive 30 minutes away for food. I hope management of the carts makes a great decision and brings Wednesday night trivia with Dice back.

Fabulous venue although I will not be returning as trivia night on Wednesdays has been eliminated. This was my go to place every Wednesday. My happy place, my keep my brain intact, challenge my rivals and see familiar faces place. I'm sad you made this choice, I hope you make better ones next time.

Oh my gosh the food selection is amazing there. I went there and had the wolfshead burger house and it was delicious. Will be back to try more food carts. It was simple I just went up and ordered my food and they gave me a pager. They service to me was really good and fast. This place was awesome. It had indoor and outdoor covered seating so you can enjoy your food and watch whatever they have on their tv.

If you're on the east side of the Portland area, Happy Valley Station Food Carts is a pretty good place to meet up with friends and grab a bite on a sunny day. There are about maybe 20 carts in this food pods location with a good array of food ranging from Thai, Korean, Italian, Mexican, Indian, and many many more! This place also has a decent amount of seating, and a large covered building in the middle of the area with seating if you're avoiding the hot sun or those rainy days.

Some friends brought us here. Never heard of anything like this and was surprised to see such an amazing variety of foods from many nations which were reasonably priced. There were picnic benches to eat either inside or outside. Really nice ambiance and quite unusual.

Twice now we have showed up at 7:15 and they are completely closed- they don't close at 8pm that's for sure! Don't trust the hours posted!

We love these carts and only find it difficult when it is time to choose! We typically take a walk around first to see what strikes us, while also ordering one of our go-to apps from somewhere we had already tried and loved from a previous visit. Our must haves in summer are ceviche and homemade chips as well as the crispy brussel sprouts from cartel's. You really cannot go wrong with any of the vendors. I recommend you go on a weeknight or when the weather is cool as you make your way back into town from a day at the mountain.

This is similar to the one on Troutdale which means it has the same issues namely crappy parking and very expensive vendor rent. Otherwise, it's nice. They have a nice selection of food, beer, and treats. The atmosphere is pretty cool too.

This is a great place to visit rain or shine! There's a nice indoor seating area to dine in and all of the carts are located in an undercover area to keep you out of the rainy Oregon weather. You'll definitely find something you'll love here. There's so many choices from sandwiches, Asian foods, seafood, Mexican foods, desserts and more. A full bar is also located inside the dining area. It gets busy at dinner hours and weekends. They have extra seating outside when the weather is nice in the late spring and summer.

Best selection I've seen at a food cart pod. I wanted to try everything! Facility is very comfortable.

There are about 20 food carts, so there is something for everyone. TBH - all the food is mediocre. There is plenty of seating and it is indoor and covered, with a bar, bakery and ice cream shop inside.

Lots of good food options, plenty of seating inside and good beers/ciders on tap. We typically get the kids a cheese pizza and then choose between the sushi spot or Thai. Both are excellent.

The happy valley food station is a fun place my husband and I like to go to on date nights. There are so many different food carts to choose from, and all of the vendors we have ordered from have been super nice. Our food has been ready pretty quickly with all of our orders, so that's nice too! They have a cute indoor seating area when it's cold and rainy outside and sometimes do trivia nights that are fun! 10/10 place :)

As far as food carts go this area in Happy Valley has some diverse choices. A little of everything from around the world! I'll list the carts I've tried. Sakura Noodles- they have the best Top Ramen. I went during a chilly day & was so glad I tried their Ramen. Mine had chicken- you can pick your meat, fresh broth, veggies inside. Comes in a nice bowel. I recommend. I also their Shrimp Tempura is so good. Crispy & flaky. Chinese Lucky Dragon- they're decent. Their orange chicken is so I recommend. I also got their platter. The pork is good- but this platter was a bit tough bite wise. Egg rolls & shrimp are good. Phatz Philly Cheesesteaks- now lol don't shoot the messenger but I haven't had a sandwich from here ONLY their chicken strips and fries with homemade Ranch. I highly recommend. Probably the best chicken strips around. Wasabi Sushi PDX- They're amazing. You could pick anything and would be happy. Everything is delicately put together and served. Sophia's Sweets- good place to hit once you have that sweet tooth. Their soda has no high fructose syrup and it's pretty good. Ice creams are good, toppings are good! Highly recommend. The gal who runs it is also super friendly. Fuego All Day- I was feeling spicy this trip so I ordered Carne Asada Tacos... I wasn't a big fan. I'm not sure how the meat is prepped or prepared but it has a red tint to it. I just wasn't thrilled because the meat wasn't tender... was a little rough. Food carts indoor dining area offers tons of tables. There are some kid friendly items by Sophie's. It gets busy about 5. Same on nights rolling into weekends. Enjoy

Ideal place for going with small children. Drinks are good, food so so, but there is a bit of everything .

Such a great place to visit with the family when you are hungry! So many food carts to choose from. From Hawaiian, American, Asian cuisines, Cajun, and more.... to boba, smoothies, coffee, ice cream and shaved ice. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted but eventually went with Thai food because it was something I haven't had for awhile and I love Thai food My husband was deciding between sushi burrito and cajun.... He eventually went for the Cajun Shrimp Po'Boy. The food was really good and the beer, they also have a bar inside the dining area, which is quite convenient. On a hot day that cold beer was very refreshing. I really liked this place because it has indoor seating that is open and not closed off. The fresh air was great, open, and spacious. I would definitely come back when I visit Oregon again next year....

I've been to this food cart pod several times and am generally happy with the selection of food and drink. Their indoor seating area is great and spacious and the bar has plenty of options for beer (not sure if they have liquor). I also like that they sell tokens for food/drink purchases. I will sometimes buy these for my employees and I got a bunch one time for a party, which was very convenient. It would be nice if the outside area had heaters, as it can get very cold walking around while trying to figure out where to get food from. I also wish the bar sold bottled water. We were there one night and just wanted water but many of the carts were sold out, so I tried going to the bar and was directed to the carts. Maybe even a vending machine near the front entrance with water would ensure that there is plenty. The only other negative I have is their reservation policy. We wanted to have a birthday party there with a large group and saw that you could make a reservation. When we did that, we found that they would reserve tables for you for a $50 deposit but that if you were more than 10-15 minutes late, you would lose your reservation and deposit. There were no other benefits to a reservation, so we canceled it and simply showed up early to save spots.

The perfect place to go when a group of people don't want the same food. & if you are craving several things at once, this is a great place hehe. There are even more options than I was told! Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Korean, Philly cheesesteaks, tacos, sushi, pizza, juices, sweets, beers, seafood, bubble tea, and probably more things I can't even remember. I got the crunchy poke sushi-ritto from Wasabi Sushi PDX. I was considering a sushi donut but I really wanted a prominent seaweed taste. The crunchy poke sushi-ritto did not have a seaweed wrap like I thought it would/: it had what seemed like rice krispie treats, maybe tempura flakes breaded on the rice? It was good though!! When I get sushi-rittos, I really want the seaweed wrap so I probably wouldn't get that again unless I modified it. I was really hungry and it was enough to satisfy me (I was ready to get more food tho if I was still hungry). I'd definitely recommend this place and would absolutely make my way back.

Great variety! Almost all the food trucks are excellent! Management very attentive to keeping clean and great beer on tap! Wish they were open later, but that's my only negative experience

This is a very unique spot! I like that if you go with a group, they have an indoor space with picnic style tables & everyone can get what food they want. Really hard to pick what you are gonna eat here, haha! I really liked the sushi, pizza, and Thai trucks.

Great food! But cost $43 for lunch. Didn't realize till I was home that the Italian food place Faris Alkaabi double charged me for spaghetti. Overcharged by $15. Plus a mysterious $2 'custom amount' charge. So robbed of $17.

Review is for the pizza truck. Ordered an eggplant parm calzone and it was ready within 10 min or so. However, the size was tiny and the crust was doughy. Overall flavor and seasoning was lacking. Could've used some salt and herbs. The food truck pod itself was great with options for indoor/outdoor seating. My food options ranging from pizza, pasta, Asian cuisine, bubble tea, coffee, beers, and ice cream.

Yelp, good on you today! We'd been looking for someplace serving crab, and all of our previous attempts were met with either absurd wait times, or take-out only service. Not ideal. After a quick search, we pivoted to Happy Valley to take our chances on this food cart pod, that we didn't even know existed! Once we arrived, we were practically overwhelmed with choices: I went with Sakura Noodle House for some spicy beef bulgogi; the wife saddled up to the Skipper at the Kracked Crab for some crustacean appendages in butter, and the kids split a fat Philly cheesesteak from Phatz. No one left disappointed. This place is great: ostensibly a converted garage or hangar-style building with festoon lighting, a bar for us alchies, and a halo of carts peddling cuisines from all over the globe. I hate suburbia with a passion, with its endless parade of Walmarts, Costcos, Subways and strip malls, but the Happy Valley cart is a true gem of variety in an otherwise soulless strip of highway. We will seek this place out intentionally in the future!

Love how every neighborhood has a food cart station! Great space with plenty of seating. A central bar with plenty of beer selection. At least 15-20 carts so wide selection of cuisines. I usually grab a beer waiting for for if I get to go. Must check out if you live nearby

Bad customer service, dirty tables. Who is supposed to clean them? Where are the supplies to clean them if no-one? The most rude lady at the bar located inside, you would think at her age she would have learned decent customer service skills by now or just how to talk with respect. I asked for a napkin.

This place has something for everyone. We tried it out after moving our friends in down the street. I had no idea how large it was - deceptive from Sunnyside. There is so much space and so much variety that it took me running around twice to decide what I wanted. We ended up with Kracked Krab and Grilla. Kracked Krab has your good ol seafood boil. He got the 2 crab cluster - it comes with potatoes, corn, andouille sausage and a hard boiled egg for $25!! He said the only thing he wasn't fond of was the egg. But the drop, crab and everything else was delicious. Highly recommend! Grilla was a super fun grilled cheese place - with delicious cheese not American sorry for anyone who loves that. I tried the Grilla burger which was intense but my god was it good. A smash burger with onions and it has 2 grilled cheese sandwiches as the buns. Decadent? Oh ya. Worth it? Hell ya! Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. We can't wait to go back and try more!

Good food trucks the bar sucks. no samples. Got a white wine, it smelled like a diaper, maybe a dirty glass? They refused to exchange it. Do better.

AMAZING is the word for this place! I've traveled to many places, countries and i enjoy a good selection of food styles. This location needs an award for the fantastic job they do. I was visiting my Son and his family in ORegon City in October. Our first stop was here for lunch and the Thai Food Truck certainly didn't disappoint me. We stopped in at least 4 more times during the week I was there and it really still wasn't enough! The best part was I found a Mango Ale that was amazing and once I got back to MI, I found it being served here!! Please be sure you check this place out!

With a lot of restaurants closed for in person dining, I've found myself visiting food pods more regularly due to the pandemic. Happy Valley Station is by far the cleanest of all of the ones I've frequented in Portland, and it has a decent parking lot and ample tables to dine in and socially distance I haven't really had an outstanding meal here, and many of the carts just serve standard food cart fare and nothing all that exotic or unique, but this place is appreciated due to the limited options available in HV for takeout.

There is some great food here. The smashed burgers are to die for. Philly cheese steak ain't to bad either!!

Super easy and fun dining with great food varieties and lots of choices. Ramen, crab, mac-n-cheese, phillies, we had it all and super tasty. Great draught brew selection and decent prices make it all the more enjoyable. It's self-serve on the trucks, but all the workers are super friendly. Really liked the indoor seating area, open air and benches so the vibe is warm and friendly. You might even share a table with a new friend!

One of my favorite food pods to visit outside of Portland! So many great carts with a huge variety of cuisines to pick + choose from. There's outdoor seating scattered throughout the pod and there's also plenty of seating options indoors. They have their own private lot with parking spaces but street parking is also available. Can't wait to be back + try more food carts

Love the options of foods. Everyone was so helpful and believe in good service. The place is clean and has open seating. Sometimes the weekends are busy if there is a game on. Which looks like fun.

What a unique and exciting place to eat with a good variety of food trucks and heated indoor sitting area. We had Korean and ramen. They are both great! I loved my ramen because it's soup is just so heart warming. Don't forget to have a good milk shake too! Parking lot is big and nice neighborhood to walk after a nice big meal
