Harbor Inn

All around great place , the group of " Cowboys From Hell " that sit at end of the bar by the front door are absolutely halairious . the service was very prompt , the drinks were on point and oh my god.... The food was outstanding. The bartender ( Bobbie ) that served me & my friends is very personable & witty. All in all my friend had a great time & we will be going back .

New to the area.. found this gem. Phenomenal food at affordable price point. It's definitely a vibe for sure! Bar tenders are very welcoming. Very chill environment for food and drinks.

After hearing all the positive comments about the food at Harbor Inn we decided to check it out for dinner. Hubs had the NY strip and I had a ribeye, both were so flavorful and cooked perfectly! We thanked Leslie for preparing such delicious meals for us, we could tell that she takes pride in her work and she does it so well! With dinner being such a positive experience we figured we should try brunch next, Pam was our server/bar tender on both visits, she was hustling while providing great service with a friendly disposition! I enjoyed the French toast & sausage links (only $8) and hubs had the ham steak & eggs special ($11) so good & very reasonably priced! We definitely recommend Harbor Inn for yummy food at fair prices & economical beverages! The backroom is non-smoking which we appreciate.

Bar was pretty full and Bar Tender was on point! Everyone was having fun. Food was fantastic and prices were amazing! I will be back for sure. Great Labor Day afternoon. 😀

I needed a little liquid courage before my flight home and found this local gem. The patrons were friendly and the drinks were good. They do smoke in here but the air is flowing so it wasn't crazy stifling.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM. 3 beers and a mixed drink only ran me $18.50. The bartenders are kind and attentive. If you haven't been here, I would definitely suggest stopping by.

Whether you're looking for a place to drink with friends or a bite to eat, this is a great spot for it. There's a laid back atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I'll be back for sure!

Soooooo, I popped in for a quick drink. I would have loved this place if it weren’t for all cigarette 🚬 smoke. If you miss the days where you can smoke a pack while ya have a drink and shoot pool this is YOUR place! If I still smoked this would be my place BUT…🤷🏽‍♀️

It's always a good time at The Harbor. The specials change daily and they always have rib eyes and NY strips

This place never disappoints! Wanted to find a good BLT at a reasonable price. For lunch I had a BLT that had fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and bacon done to perfection. It was the perfect BLT! The accompanying fries were excellent, crispy outside and soft inside. I added an iced tea, and the total bill, with tax, was $8.73! Pam, the server/bartender was her usual pleasant and attentive self. Kudos to the team at Harbor Inn!

The service was terrible absolutely trash and possibly bias we enter the establishment go to the pool tables sit at the table and no one ever came to see if we needed anything my friend goes to the bar area to get us a drink once and he request some menu we never received anything no one came to our table I tried to get someone's attention she basically brushed me off I saw other people come in and sit down and the servers immediately serviced them brought them menus drinks and more and no one still came They acted as if we weren't there I was made completely uncomfortable especially being the only people of color in there and yet everyone else is being helped They walked passed us looked at us and kept it going I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend this place Highly disappointed

The rudest bartender in all of OV, perhaps the city.... NEVER smiles. Acts like you're bothering her for service. I have experienced her four times before I decided to make this post. We gave her so many chances cuz I get it, everyone has a bad day....but she is a total buzz kill. Tonight I had to flag her down, of course she was ignoring us, and I told her we wanted to order dinner. And her reply was "to go?" We JUST ordered drinks & got menus, we were clearly there to chill...not to go. Never felt so UNwelcome. Nice place. LOVE the fact it's a smoking bar but damn the service is awful. Ruins the whole experience.

Mannn! Whoever is in the kitchen ... is welcome at my house any day .. BEST BAR food in town . Morning lunch and dinner ... portions , prices and seasoning are perfect .

This is what a dice bar is, I will say just drink cause the wings are awful. This really seems like a drinkers bar that you might see the bartender from other bars at. Also, smoke them if you got them. Nothing for snobby people here, just sit down and get after it.

7924 Chesapeake Blvd Is the location of the new Harbor Inn!! Service is great. Tiffany is great and very down to earth. This is a nice local spot. Monday day $1.50 drinks til 7pm!!! Breakfast allllll day!

Myself and my friends came to the bar for drinks for our friends birthday. The waitress came up to me yelling at me for calling another waitress a bitch.. which i NEVER did. me and my friend went to the bathroom. while in the bathroom i was talking to an older lady about my son. i came out and the waitress came up to me and got all in my face yelling saying that a regular told her what i said in the bathroom... I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY SON??? what did i say??? she got all in my face and said she would "drag my ass"... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR DO NOT COME HERE. they only like regulars!!!!

This was our type of bar restaurant! Super friendly bartenders (Tiffany is awesome!)!!! Food was great and the beer was cold and crisp. Great touch-tunes on the Juke and a pool table room in the back. We will definitely be back!!!

This is my favorite place to hang out. Drink prices and happy hour are more than fair. The Bartenders are fun, fast and awesome. If your looking for a neighborhood bar come on in!

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO. Do not go if you are not a regular. They will only defend regulars and blame all people who are not a regular. All bartenders defend regulars, and bar is a very good waste of time. The bartender even told us that she would drag us across the bar. I felt threaten and unsafe. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVER GO BACK.

Completely unprofessional. The staff was very nice but the manager was a total asshole. He started off by saying we hit the cue ball too hard playing pool but then stated that he's had a very rough day..... we had several drinks but insisted on seeing our identification many times because he thought we weren't of age..... I've never felt more uncomfortable in any establishment as I had in this one. I'm very upset and I have a very good buddy that was with me throughout the entire situation. Very embarrassing In their part...
