Google
This place is just for drinks, they do not have food. It was perfect for stopping in and grabbing a cocktail. The seating was nice as it was more of a lounge area than a place with tables and chairs (there are tables and chairs too though). The wrap around windows gave a nice view. They also have a dock that goes out into the ocean I would have loved to chill on but unfortunately the weather was very cold and windy when I went. It was not an inexpensive place but the drinks were cheaper than I expected for a nice place.

Cute and chill waterfront bar with a small extension on the deck giving a nice view of the harbor and back to town. Drinks are pricey and tbh I didn’t taste much alcohol. Friendly local vibes. Worth a shot.

Google
Stunning beachside bar and lounge in the center of Commercial St. Enjoyed the cheapest (and best) cocktails we’ve had all week! Disappointed that we only found them in our last day before the ferry. So we’ll recommend the same to all of you. Go here as you wait for the ferry home. It’s a lovely beachside view to round out your trip.

Google
The bartender at Ocean 193 recommended Harbour Lounge as his favorite bar and OMG! It ended up being my favorite bar in Ptown too! The drinks were unreal, the patrons super nice and fun to talk to, the bartenders were fast and friendly, and we were very entertained animal watching from their pier. The ambiance inside as the night got later was really cozy and intimate with the comfy couches and dark lighting. Highly recommend!!

Google
Like the location and vibes at this place, however, service isn’t the best in the town. We waited 25 mins to place an order and even after we didn’t get what we ordered but we had show so we didn’t care but none of us was in mood to drink wrong order. Overall if you get right bartender and server, may be good place to enjoy patio with beach/bay view with friends. Didn’t try much food so no idea but drinks for us was not good even if that the one we didn’t order. Servers/bartender who helped us, wasn’t friendly either.

Great spot to catch a drink with a nice view. We visited a couple times during the week we were in town

ETA: Huh? Indeed, and to be precise, it was 39 minutes while other people approached us that were also astonished by the wait time and behavior of the bartender. After years of coming here while visiting my mother in town, a long time local, I have been very disappointed during my last couple of visits. There were 10 other people in the bar and we waited behind a single person for 40 minutes before we got our first drink. I watched the bartender stick a straw in to every drink he made before ours and our drinks were still unsatisfactory. As we hung out as usual I watched him answer the phone while tending to a customer that waited 30 minutes for his drink. I love this place and I expect a better experience. Hopefully Tess is watching.

Just a beautiful bar with awesome views! No food is served here, just drinks🍷🍸🥃🍾🥂cheers.!

Yelp
What's not to love!! Best bartender (Mike) makes delicious cocktails. The selection of recipes are excellent while enjoying the beautiful harbor view in cozy ambiance! Vibes are intimate and congenial. My fav beverage is the Gold Rush bourbon & lemon with ginger beer with candied ginger garnish. Yum. (Park in the paid lot to the east if you can as parking is very limited on Commercial st.) Enjoy!

Yelp
Great drinks. Comfy sofas. Spectacular oceanfront. What more could you need for a gay hangout?!

James C.

Yelp
Harbor Lounge is my favorite place to have a cocktail and soak in the gorgeous views. The lounge is quaint, with lovely seating areas and bar seating. There is a private pier that overlooks Provincetown Harbor and is great for photo ops. The bar team is always friendly and fun. Mike and Rodrigo always provide an excellent experience for customers. No matter how busy it gets there during the in-season, they always have a smile on their face and are welcoming to patrons. The menu has some great cocktail options, but I always recommend a mudslide or espresso martini. I always laugh at the chalkboard as you enter Harbor Lounge that states, "No food, just drinks," and that is all you need here! The best bar and lounge in P-Town to add to your future visits.

Troy R.

Yelp
Great place for drinks. The view of the harbor is amazing and the seating areas are very comfortable. They are dog friendly so that was a nice surprises being able to take our doggo.

Matt P.

Yelp
Great spot bayside for a delicious cocktail and conversation. The attached pier provides an unparalleled view.

Robert F.

Yelp
Rodrigo is one of the loveliest people I've ever met and he and his partner run a beautiful, chic establishment. In fact, I've said many a time that I wish I could bring the Harbor lounge back with me to NYC! The service is always impeccable. I just wish they had some snacks... but that's me. I love to eat. But drinking a yummy 'tail is a close second!!!

Erica P.

Yelp
Had afternoon drinks at this beautiful gem! Great drinks at this waterfront bar. It is my new favorite spot in P-town. The espresso martini was spot on!!! All of the drinks my friends ordered were great, too. The staff was professional and very attentive. I will be back next time I visit for sure.

Preston S.

Yelp
This place was a complete surprise. We were looking for a last minute cocktail. The espresso martini gave me life. The atmosphere actually felt local. The outside pier was cute for pictures and to relax. Highly recommend.

Maggie R.

Yelp
Great lounge right on the water in the main strip of Provincetown. There's not of a lot of spots that are right on the water like this. There's a small outdoor pier section and then the rest is inside but the walls open up so it's nice and airy. We came here a few times during our trip to Provincetown for after beach drinks. The cocktails are pretty good. The service when we were waiting was pretty abysmal, you stand there and no one says anything for quite some time. Once sitting, the service was fine, they mostly left us alone instead of trying to rush us out because there were others waiting, which was greatly appreciated! Great bar and will definitely be back to watch the tide come in!

J S.

Yelp
Worse bartender ever Nasty condescending and bitter I've never ever had a bad experience here - ever Sitting at the bar, eating Making people wait Male, curly dark hair I've / we have never felt more unwelcome anywhere Won't be back Won't send people Until things change

Lauren S.

Yelp
This place is exactly what they look like, good cocktails at a reasonable price ($10-13) served in a cute porch style bar with a long back deck stretching out over the beach. I ordered the P-town smash, a bourbon and aperol cocktail, which was smooth and enjoyable but a little sweet for my taste, and my boyfriend got their boozy raspberry lime Rickey, which we both loved. This was clearly the place to be on a Saturday night, and was pretty full, although due to people moving around and coming in and out frequently, we were able to find a seat on their couches pretty easily.

Chuck V.

Yelp
My husband and I have patronized Harbor Lounge a few times in the past, on our annual visit to Provincetown. The view is extraordinary and the atmosphere is breezy- fun in summer and mid-Autumn. That said, I just had perhaps the worst whiskey sour in decades! It tasted mostly of sour mix (from the bartender gun) and eventually was undrinkable. Stick to a glass of wine or a signature cocktail- something that gets made more often than the classic drink I ordered. It was a huge disappointment. With regard to service, to echo the reviews of others, the vibe from the bar was as chilly as the town is in late January. I'll come back but I won't ever order this drink here again.

Carl J.

Yelp
I LOVE THIS SPOT AND HERE'S WHY: It's like a big gay living room complete with a craft cocktail menu. It's open air and even during this heatwave the open sliding glass doors with bay breezes were appreciated. The bartenders. I think they're a couple. They work hard for the money. They don't stop muddling mint and using lavender, dried citrus and candied ginger. Do I have your attention now? Go here. Great guys. Great views. Reasonable prices for Ptown. XO Steve and Carl

Deidra B.

Yelp
Although this appeared to be a guys only hang out we felt very welcomed and had a lot of fun. This bar had wonderful views and a Pier you can walk out on. The service was great and the drinks were good and the view was fantastic. Definitely would return!

Brian M.

Yelp
Best bar in Ptown. And just in case you're searching "best lounge" instead of "best bar"...Best lounge in Ptown, too. We've been coming here for years. Liam, the bartender/manager (and I think the owner, too) is a great guy and makes everyone feel welcome. He also makes amazing drinks. Personal fave: the Jalapeno Margarita. The funny thing about Harbor Lounge. They don't have "drink specials" and the cocktails can run around the $12 range, so there are certainly cheaper bars to go to, but they're not as good as this place. Bonus points for the interiors. Big squishy furniture, a nice deck out the back, windows all around, and the place is usually spotless. We went for Holly Folly and they even had a Christmas tree up (pictured, below). So, yeah, the best.

Phillip T.

Yelp
On our recent trip to Ptown we came to harbor lounge every single day. Whether it was for cocktail post hike, or for an end of the evening margarita- we popped in daily. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is great- surrounded by open windows on 3 sides, providing a beautiful and refreshing cross breeze. with a beautiful dock to walk out on (which is great for selfies)! There's no food here, only drinks, which is not a complaint! The drinks are good- but the ambiance and staff bring us there. There's not always consistency with the drinks which is my only negative. If you're in town definitely stop there!!

Olivia L.

Yelp
Was able to walk in on a Tuesday night after a long day. Tom was great, treated us like locals and gave us some good late night drink spots 10/10 for sure

Thomas B.

Yelp
I was a regular before the pandemic and decided to stop in for the first time in two years recently on my walk home. I was happy to see a new more welcoming decor! It was early and I was the only customer. As always the drink was great! But unfortunately the bartender not so much. He was preoccupied with anything but tending to his duties and wasn't interested in any more than a minimum of interaction. I was surprised as my experience in the past has been courteous and professional service. Nothing should be judged on one experience so I will certainly return. but I hope my experience will be a little bit better.

Will B.

Yelp
Beautiful location, private and hidden away from the main street but still right on the beach and next to the water. A stunning interior with windows all around and air conditioning so you're still temperate while feeling like you're outside. The drinks are delicious and generous with the alcohol, which I love. Also reasonably priced cocktails! Overall: definitely recommend. Only a star off because the drinks I had, one ingredient seemed to overpower the others and it didn't end up tasting how I expected. Still good- just not exactly what I thought I was ordering.

Eric A.

Yelp
Went here alone. It was a cozy place that doesn't try to force food onto you as the law suggests. Sit back. Drink. Enjoy the scenery

Jody W.

Yelp
Just booze. No Food. Great atmosphere. Fabulous location. Drinks were just OK - I stuck with sparkling wine, thankfully. The mixed drinks were meh (others in our group had the margaritas and didn't care for them) but you go to the Harbor Lounge to hang out, relax and have drinks with your friends. Noise level depends on how many people are there; it got pretty crowded/noisy earlier this week when we were there.

Lauren H.

Yelp
Such a cute lounge/bar on the water! We stopped in before getting dinner next door at Pepe's next door and were having such a good time that we didn't want to leave. The views from the back patio are gorgeous, the setting is intimate, romantic yet casual and laid back and the service is great! Can't wait to come back.

A C.

Yelp
We loved this spot for a late afternoon drink. It is like sitting in a lovely living room with a great view at every angle. The view is fabulous and the atmosphere is great for good conversation with friends or for a romantic date - casual & relaxed (not the party place). The drinks were great (magnificent mojito), as was the service.

Mike J.

Yelp
I've been coming to this place for years and have never had a worst experience than this past Saturday night. Got there around 8:45 pm with a group of friends and saw there was one bartender and a line of about 15 people. We got in line and waited, waited, waited for the line to move. Finally another bartender came out from the back after line line got longer but did not even address the long line. Someone left the line and went up and said something to him and he finally said "next" so the line would start moving. He acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. He also told a customer to "fuck off and leave" right in front of everyone in the bar. I'm not sure his name but he said he was the "manager" which seems doubtful sense he is awful. Horrible experience and bartender, it ruined the night and will not go back

R. R.

Yelp
Very cute place to grab a quick drink. Went in the late afternoon. They have a deck where you can stand and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach, boats and everything in between. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Donna P.

Yelp
Super spot on the water for a cocktail. The bartenders are super, make excellent drinks and the prices are very reasonable. The inside has every option - bar, tables or couches - so whatever your party likes - you'll find it. The outside pier is a perfect setting to enjoy a drink with a fabulous view. No food - only drinks so a great pre or post dinner place to enjoy a drink.

Alex W.

Yelp
Two words: jalapeño margarita. I had a dream I was licking it off one of the very cute bartenders but in reality it's just as good served in a glass over ice. On Fri & Sat from 4-7pm they have a local oyster farmer shucking fresh oysters. Between the drinks, the oysters, the view and the vibe this is one of my favorite spots.

Mark M.

Yelp
The sign our front said "booze only, no food" - perfect! That's what we were after, so we checked it out. They delivered on the promise and we had some nice cocktails and came back for wine later on our trip. When it's nice out they have a little outside area to watch what's happening on the beach. I'll be back.

Ben M.

Yelp
If your looking for a great place to hangout, meet people, relax and have a well crafted cocktail, look no longer. This place has all of the above and more. We enjoyed a couple Bee Keepers (Citrus Vodka, St Germaine, honey syrup & Prosecco) and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed them so much, we had a second round with some nice gentlemen we met there. Please go and enjoy!

Benjamin M.

Yelp
Brilliant cocktails! Great atmosphere. We happened to go on a night they were doing oysters which ere just delightful. Cocktails and oysters...Why waste time eating anything else?

Mackenzie W.

Yelp
Awesome time! Walked right in on a Tuesday night no problem. Tom was the best bartender ever. Treated us amazingly told us fun places to go. He was working by himself and managed to get everyone's orders perfect and very fast. He made every drink that we asked for. 10/10 service Tom was amazing.

Heather R.

Yelp
Great place to get a potent drink and take in the beauty of the harbor. The bartenders are nice and perfectly executed our custom old fashioned order. I have never had a bad drink here. Drink menu is interesting.

Melissa F.

Yelp
I recently discovered a half sister on 23&Me while searching for genetic information after suffering a massive cardiac episode and needing emergency open heart surgery. We arranged to meet for the first time with a weekend in Cape Cod. We had just arrived in town and this cute little spot was our fist stop. Initially the older gentleman behind the bar was quite surly but we thought nothing of it. The bar was quite busy and noisy and we chatted up a group of local guys and their husbands and were having a great visit. About an hour later we were sitting at a side table when the bartender- claimed General Manager approaches us very nastily saying my sister was too loud and driving everyone crazy and to shut the F up. It was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily nasty. Prior to our leaving and settling our bill, I explained my sister is partially deaf and we meant no harm, we are all about peace and good vibes. He proceeded to launch into the most aggressive assault which of course put me on edge. He called me a F'in C word, and then when I asked for the owner's name he began to physically handle me. He, being a large man approx 6 foot tall threatened to call the police on me a 5'3 female, just months after open heart surgery. I asked him to please do so and he continued yelling and cussing at me calling me a long list of profanities. I've traveled to over 60 countries, work in global tourism and never seen anything so outrageous. So disappointing to encounter such mean people, especially for one of the most profound moments of my life.

Lauren C.

Yelp
The nastiest bartender ever today. We were out for a girls day out and no one was there. Just kind of having fun and laughing. The bartender actually said "Jesus Christ stop yelling you are giving me headache". Who says something like that to ruin someone's day? There was no one else in there! Needless to say, we left. What a total jerk! I had a smile on my face and he just took it off me in 30 seconds. Every other place we went we were welcomed with smiles and thank you.

Brian S.

Yelp
We stopped by for a drink based on a friend's recommendation. The good: Amazing view of the water. The average: cocktails were ok, nothing special. The bad: the bartender seemed entirely uninterested in serving drinks. He was chatting with his friends while having a drink and it took us a while to get any attention at all. After we finished our drinks we decided to move on but the bartender was nowhere to be found for several minutes. It turns out that he went outside with another employee for a smoke, leaving nobody behind the bar. There are too many amazing places in P-town to go back to Harbor Lounge.

Michael M.

Yelp
The sign says it all - " Just Booze. No Food". But there's a great view on the pier here. Yes you should stop by for great cocktails, wine, and local beer. This place can fill up and be busy. They open early like noon, and close late at 11pm. You're on vacation, enjoy!

Michael P.

Yelp
Walking down Commercial and need a good place to grab a cocktail? Well, look no further! This is by far our favorite spot to grab a cocktail. It is legit right on the water. The back wall is a series of sliding doors and one of them leads you to a very long and narrow dock that brings you right out to the water's edge. Picture perfect beach setting and a perfect spot to grab a selfie or two! The cocktails are great, we generally go later in the evening for a night cap and grab an Espresso Martini or 2 or 3... They have a few fun drink specials and can make you whatever you want. The bartender could not be nicer and seems to always be there! It has become a tradition to go here each and every time we are in town and it doesn't feel complete without several visits! Oh, I should mention that they have plenty of seating. Comfy couches, leather cubes, bar seats and plenty of room to mingle (oh, and don't forget the dock out back!) *Occasionally, a group reserves part of the space for themselves and they block off one side to accommodate them... Annoying, but I get it! Go here and tell them you read about it on Yelp!

Sarah K.

Yelp
What rude people. Numerous hostesses made eye contact but refused to say hello, acknowledge us or let us know about a wait time. Just kept walking. Maybe the owner needs to give a little lesson on customer service to the employees.

Katie L.

Yelp
Gorgeous spot on the water side of Commercial Street...tucked down below in what I would call an indoor "mall" area. The night we visited the bar was almost full (we took the last two seats) and had a few open tables off to the side of their gorgeous Christmas Tree. At first, it seemed awkward, since, we were the only females in the place! But that quickly changed once we got talking to our friendly bar tender! Once he knew what we were looking for (drinks and food) - he gave us a few great suggestions, we had another drink and then went on our hunt for some food! I was happy to hear him say...oh don't worry about it being "off season" - all the good places are still open....a sentiment I heard more than once from locals and found to be very true! i would come back again for sure....maybe try to go earlier in the evening to enjoy the view?

Ann P.

Yelp
Still our fav bar for so many reasons: chill vibe amazing cocktails, beer and wine deep house music scenic pier chill seating Romantic, intimate and wonderful!

Susan R.

Yelp
This little lounge should be packed to the GILLS all of the time. Seriously. Excellent cocktails, reasonable prices and a beautiful view during the day and night. I went twice. Once alone sitting at the bar during the day (no pity please, I had a book) and once with a largish group of friends at night. Both times I was impressed with how perfect a place this is.

Joy E.

Yelp
While I have not visited every watering hole in P-Town, I cannot imagine a more perfect spot to sip a cocktail, on a gorgeous summer day, than the Harbor Lounge. After spending the day on the beach - we were looking to cap off the day with a few cocktails and came here at the suggestion of our very wise host. They had house-made blueberry lemonade, spiked with vodka and it was refreshing and delicious. Paired with the spectacular view from the deck - it was the perfect way to end the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Easy, breezy, comfortable spot to grab a drink. We visited for a pre-lunch cocktail so I can't speak for the nightlife.. but our early afternoon visit was lovely. Here's a few reasons why: + Plenty of leather sofas & chairs to lounge on. + Beautiful raw wood tables contrast the plush seating. + Wasabi peas and a variety of nuts at each table. + Fantastic views. + Walk out deck taking you out over the beach. + Clever & yummy drinks. Who wouldn't want a "Rose Kennedy" while vacationing on the Cape? ;-) + Clean bathrooms.

Kerry R.

Yelp
Hands-down this is my favorite bar in Provincetown. My family and I always manage to stop in here whether it's on season or off. During the summer you'll always find a good crowd inside or out on the deck overlooking the harbor. Not many bars have this great view so it's nice to take it in when you can. Anytime we go on a Sunday I always make sure I get the bloody Mary. Absolute perfection. I love the drink list and the staff is generally hit or miss as far as personality goes but we've never had bad service. I highly recommend if you're looking for an upscale but casual atmosphere.

Chris C.

Yelp
Nice sleek space right on water with great views, but unfortunately my partners negroni was very badly mixed. Fortunately it's hard to mess up pouring wine, and my drink was a generous pour. I'd try it again, and hope it was just an off night.

David M.

Yelp
This place is pretty much the perfect place to get a drink when you're in Provincetown. It's enough away from Commercial street (it's down an alley-ish on Commercial street) to get away from the typical craziness of P-town, while still being close to everything. The staff is friendly and the drinks are both strong and delicious. How can you top that? Oh, they have a waterfront view, dock, and comfy couches to enjoy your drink on, that's how. I'll be back for sure.

Art C.

Yelp
Pleasant and cool vibe here. The location right on the water didn't hurt one bit. The drinks weren't the best and the bartender looked like he was having a bad day, but the overall ambiance of the place gives it the nod...

Matthew L.

Yelp
Excellent cocktails, fabulous service, great wines, amazing private pier outside walking out over the bay, cozy and upscale decor. One of my PTown 'musts'.

Manolo C.

Yelp
No food just booze!! Just how I like my food. If you are not LGBTQ, please don't think you are being treated differently because the bartender doesn't descrimimate :-)......there is no bigger queen than my husband and he hardly got a smile out of him. GREAT place for drinks (they are strong), great views, relaxing by yourself or in a group. My first time in Ptown and I would highly recommend this place for drinks...just make sure to come with full belly or the drinks will get to you....why aren't more beachfront bars like this!!!
