The 38 Best Things to Eat at Disneyland

"For all the talk about Disneyland sweets, a classic chocolate chip cookie isn’t so easy to come by. These warm, fresh-baked cookies, punctuated by morsels of melty chocolate, are now so popular that they were yanked off of mobile order — a true marker of Disney food success. If you spot this unassuming waterfront shack with only a short line, or are willing to brave the long one on busier days, grab them by the half or baker’s dozen before they sell out." - Carlye Wisel

Remember those days when Harbour Galley in Disneyland sold McDonald's french fries? Yeah, we do, too. But get this, guys: they now have one of the theme park's best snacks - freshly baked, warm, mini chocolate chip cookies! This is my new go-to snack, and I get them every single time I am at Disneyland! Harbour Galley is also home to Disneyland's only lobster roll, but I recommend you skip it here. They totally skimp on the lobster filling, and it's ridiculously overpriced (even for Disney). Located directly across from the Haunted Mansion, the Harbour Galley has very limited, outdoor-only seating. This means it fills up with people who rudely camp out for the Fantasmic show. Because of this, if you go in the evenings, you often won't be able to find a seat or a place to eat. We usually head down the hill towards Critter Country and grab a seat at the Hungry Bear. They have plentiful outdoor tables set along a small creek and nice views of the park. As a cookie lover, I freaked out when during the winter holiday season, Harbour Galley offered mini gingerbread cookies in addition to the chocolate chip ones! And oh my heavens, they were DELICIOUS. If you are fortunate enough to visit when they have the seasonal gingerbread cookies on offer, get them! The chocolate chip cookies are no joke though, and they are one of the tastiest treats ever. I usually get the 6 pack (cost: around $7) and keep them in my backpack to nibble on throughout the day. Admittedly, they aren't as good as when they are fresh and warm, but they're still cookies, so.....you get the drill! Some pro tips if you're ordering cookies here. First, put in your MOBILE ORDER early! The window to get the cookies is never less than 20 to 30 minutes, and sometimes can run up to an hour (or more)! To avoid disappointment, put in your order very, very early. I like to do it right before I ride Pirates and/or Haunted Mansion, because then after riding my cookies are ready for pick-up. Second, you can request a complimentary cup of ice water when picking up your treat. Do this because the sweetness can overwhelm your palate otherwise! You have the option of getting a dipping sauce or icing with your cookies, but I find that an unnecessarily added expense. Maybe try it once to see what you think, but I'd skip the extra cost. One exception: the icing cup they sold with the gingerbread cookies was absolute fire.

Google
The lobster sandwich is pretty good and my daughters liked the clam chowder in the bread bowl. However the best part of eating here is getting chocolate chip cookie with cookie butter whipped cream on the side.

Google
Lobster roll has actual large lobster chunks, no shrimp filler, and great portions in a toasty roll. The lobster salad is cold. It's around $16 and comes with chips. Service is fast and friendly and the dining area is right by Tom Sawyer Island and all the boats for great views. At night, it's a great area to view the water show and fireworks.

Google
Such a hidden treasure right across from the haunted mansion. We ordered ahead because the lines are so long. We got the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. The soup was hot and creamy. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the cheese soup was really creamy and layers of flavor could have possibly had chicken broth in it. The line was consistently long the cast members were very attentive and kept the seating area clean and ready for new guests to enjoy their hot meal. The seating area is super cool overlooking the water. Ten out of ten would totally recommend. The bread bowl was super fresh and even better with butter.

Google
They don't offer the tuna sandwich anymore. It's peel & eat shrimp of all things! Also, the staff seemed a little stressed & overworked, no greetings or trays available.

Google
The lentil chili in a bread bowl was delicious! We loved it! It’s super filling so my husband and I shared it.

Google
The chocolate chip cookies from here could be the best I’ve ever had! These are way better than the big fat warm Jack Jack num-num at California Adventure. They come in a pack of 8 or 12. When they start to cool off a little bit the edges get a little bit crispy and caramelized then when you dip that in coffee, you get this bite of like caramelized, candy, warm chocolate chip deliciousness 🤩🍪 pictures do them no justice!

Google
The chocolate chip cookies are worth the hype. Six cookies for $6.49. Crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle. I’ve had their lobster roll; it’s good, but they skimp on the meat. Sad they got rid of the soup bread bowls to accommodate for the cookie trend. You can now mobile order the cookies, which is nice.

Yelp
The viral cookies to get a disneyland I would give them a 10 out of 10. They come out warm and are so yummy! I actually prefer these over the other "fancy" decorated frosted cookies that you get at the Bakery part on Main Street or in Poohs Corner. I feel like those cookies are very dry. These chocolate chip cookies aren't. If only you could get ice cream with them then that would be perfect. First time trying these chocolate chip cookies and I wish I got the bigger pack. Lol Service was quick too. Got them right then and there at the counter. I would get these again whenever I find myself at Disneyland.

Yelp
This is one of the few quick service places at Disneyland that doesn't serve burgers, chicken tenders, or pizza. On our most recent trip to Disneyland, it seems like the variety of food choices keeps decreasing over the years. Harbour Galley is located down by the water near Haunted Mansion and doesn't seem to be busy very often, but we also tend to use mobile order at Disney when we can. They serve lobster rolls, tuna sandwiches, bread bowls, and of course one of the newest popular desserts: warm chocolate chip cookies. We've tried almost all the items of their menu here. The lobster roll is tasty but one of the pricier items are Disneyland due to it being seafood. The tuna sandwich is delicious and they don't skimp on the filling. It's nice to have somewhat healthier choices to pick from here even though yes they do have a lot of mayo in them. We've also had the corn chowder bread bowl which is yummy, but you can't really mess up soup in a bread bowl. They had a veggie stew for a while that looked really good, but we never got to try it. Hope they bring it back! On to the cookies, yes regular chocolate chip cookies served warm. They are tasty cookies and you can either get a 6 pack that comes lined up in a bag or 13 pack that comes in a cute little box. They're good cookies and decent pricing for Disney standards. Glad they added them back to mobile order after the hype died down. They definitely taste better than the dry hard cookies from the bakeries/candy stores. Yep I said it, most desserts from the Disneyland candy stores are not very good, overly sweet and covered in frosting. They do look cute. If you're looking for something other than typical amusement park quick service food and you enjoy seafood, Harbour Galley is a great option.

Yelp
After seeing the cookie box on Instagram for such a long time, I knew that I had to try them to see if they were worth the hype. The consensus is that they are 100% worth the hype! The cookies here were so delicious -- crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I ordered it with some milk, because who doesn't love drinking milk while eating cookies? The best part is that the cookies came out warm instead of room temperature, so the chocolate was melty in each bite. As an annual pass holder, the cookie box here is now my Disney dessert go to when I am at the park. The rest of the food here is pretty hit or miss. The lobster roll here is disappointing -- lacks flavor, and the bread doesn't accompany the lobster very well. Additionally, the lobster itself didn't taste like lobster and may actually be mixed in with some other meat like crab or crawfish. I woild definitely skip this. However, the clam chowder here is bomb. I love ordering it on a cold day and watching Tom Sawyer's boat cross through its path.

Yelp
I usually come here when I want clam chowder in a bread bowl. This time I had to try the viral chocolate chip cookies. Luckily there were only a few people in line so I didn't have to wait long. I don't think they are 1-2 hour wait worthy, however, it's a pretty solid cookie! They were warm, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. It would go perfectly with a glass of milk.
google avatar

Yelp
Who knew that Disneyland would have long lines (in the cold rain) for warm chocolate chip cookies? If you told me a month ago, I would've laughed in disbelief. Well, I was one of those people who waited in the rain for chocolate chip cookies. I actually placed a mobile order but wanted to see which would be faster the line or the mobile order. Of course if you plan your day properly the mobile order is definitely the way to go. Turns out, if you go 15 minutes before Harbor Galley opens at 10:00am, the lines are slightly shorter but be forewarned it moves at a snails pace. My guess is that it's on purpose because they are churning out warm cookies. I ended up getting the box of 13 because, what if it's awesome? The logic is a bit skewed but based on the wait, I'm not sure when I'll get these cookies again. The cookies come out warm and in the cold rain, they were comforting. A glass of warm whole milk would have made it perfect. The cookies are really good! Lots of delicious chocolate, butter, and sugar. I did not eat all 13 cookies and actually ended up taking a dozen home and freezing them in batches of 2. It warms up nicely and is a great treat given all the cold rainy weather we've been having lately. Would I go back? Absolutely! Yelp
Tucked away in Disneyland's Harbour Gallery is a treat that has captured the hearts (and taste buds) of many: the fresh, made-to-order chocolate chip cookie. This delightful indulgence is served piping hot, with a warm, gooey center that melts in your mouth. Each bite of this cookie is a journey of flavors and textures. The warm, gooey center melts in your mouth, while the edges provide a satisfying crunch. The sprinkle of sea salt adds a delightful contrast, enhancing the rich chocolatey goodness of the cookie. It's a must-try treat for anyone visiting Disneyland!

Yelp
Finally tried the chocolate chip cookies everyone has been raving about! I placed a mobile order for a 6 piece to share and a chocolate milk. Located across from the Haunted mansion you'll be greeted with the sweet aroma of warm cookies baking, filling the air as you approach the counter...mmm! The fresh baked cookies are hot, moist, soft, sweet, chocolaty and delicious! Believe the hype..lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The cookies are available as a 6 piece for $6.49 or a bakers dozen (13) for $12.49 and Magic Key discounts are applicable :)
google avatar

Tina ..

Yelp
I had the most delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies here!! The cookie butter is a must with the cookies!! The cookies are so moist and buttery and the cookie butter adds an extra buttery and cookie flavor to it. It's not too sweet and doesn't overpower the cookie. I recommend ordering through the mobile app because the line tends to get pretty long here.

Yelp
Yummy cookies! Great experience Ordered with mobile order and the cookies were ready almost instantly. They came out warm! Service was great. I know the cookies have been pretty popular on the Internet. I'm not sure that they were the most amazing cookies but I really enjoyed them! They had good texture and great flavor. Being served warm really gave it extra yummyness. I found them a tad bit too sweet, so a cookie or two was enough for me. But I did also want to eat the whole back haha They'd be the PERFECT cookie to have with milk.

Yelp
Harbour Galley is an underrated spot in my opinion! Aside from its somewhat higher prices, this is a good spot to go to once in awhile! The lobster is fresh and more delicious than I think I would anticipate for theme park food. I enjoy always having the option to pick between chips and cuties as well. But, this location is most known for its cookies that just went viral and for good reason! The cookies are soft and chewy, and it's amazing that they stay that way as I typically bring them home for my family to enjoy. Service here is mid, nothing bad but nothing special. I also typically mobile order here, and they can be a bit absent when picking up your order. Ambiance is positive as there is usually seating, which is a plus, and eating by the water can be a refreshing scenery. However, in the later hours, it is definitely a bit dark, which can be annoying to eat in.

Yelp
Harbor Galley in Disneyland offers delicious mini cookies--soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet. The staff is friendly, and the waterfront location is relaxing. A must-try!

Yelp
This is the first place I think to go to when we're at Disneyland. I've been hooked on their clam chowder bread bowl since the first time I've had it. I try not to have it every time so I don't get tired of it lol it's so creamy and I love the sourdough bread bowl. The lobster roll is also good. It has just a tad bit of too much lemon/lime taste for me so I usually just have a bite or two from my husband's sandwich. The workers are always so efficient and nice. Limited seating but you could always take your food and sit elsewhere. Overall 10/10.

Deanne R.

Yelp
We were looking for a quick snack before lunch lol. With hardly any lines we stopped here. Yummy clam chowder ( but very small portion lol) with the weather getting a little colder this hit the spot. My son had cheese broccoli and my hubby porridge or something like that. Everyone enjoyed it. For dessert we had chocolate chip cookies. Very yummy but way too many.
google avatar

Britney M.

Yelp
Not bad for some soup in a bread bowl! The real show stopper was the lobster roll though. My partner loved that so much. He couldn't even wait for me to take a picture of it and just dig right in! I got a shot of him right after the bite lol That will teach him to wait hahaha Anyway, we also ordered clam chowder and broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl. Both were good but nothing spectacular. The lobster roll we would come back for. I think the broccoli cheddar soup was missing the cheese. It was all soup and broccoli. Needed some cheese. The clam chowder was pretty good.

Yelp
ordered the chocolate chip cookies, and they definitely hit the spot after snacking around disney! They were the perfect sweet little treat! I would love a side of vanilla ice cream on the side with these.

Yelp
A lobster roll combo for $17? Count me in. Although I placed a mobile order, I would order it in person next time. Most of the items were quick to prepare and in person orders took priority. There were a few tables out front but they were all taken up during lunch time. The lobster roll came with a bag of kettle chips. I was impressed by how filled my roll was. The lobster was tossed in mayonnaise, celery and sweet onion. The chives were refreshing on top. While the seasoning was decent, some extra tarragon or dill would have brought it all together. Like many have said, the bread was a bit lackluster. Thankfully I didn't receive a stale roll but it was a tad cold and not buttered. The portions was good and priced well. Since this location was slower, it was a great spot to refill water bottles too. Will be back to satiate my seafood cravings when in Disneyland Park.
google avatar

Yelp
If you are in Disneyland, get the warm chocolate chip cookies! They are so good. Best sweet snack in Disneyland in my opinion. You won't regret it.
google avatar

Cindy N.

Yelp
I always see people getting clam chowder in a bread bowl at disney and wanted to try it myself...but it was honestly so mid. there was nothing special about the clam chowder, but I appreciated that there were a good amount of clam chunks in the soup. I was disappointed though by the soup to bread ratio, I honestly felt like the dish was 75% bread and 25% soup... for disney, I'd say you're better off with other food options there.
google avatar

Kwok S.

Yelp
Plain and simple. Get that lobster roll. I know it's not all chunks of lobster meat, but instead diced up lobster, but what makes this roll so good is the lemon zest and fresh lemon juice flavors.
google avatar

Joann V.

Yelp
2 stars Ordered the lobster roll thinking it would be on a fresh buttered roll, but was ultimately disappointed. The bread was in right-before-it-goes-stale stage. Bread was also cold. I ended up throwing most of the bread away. The lobster was refreshing though. Not too acidic and not too creamy. Service was fast. Outdoor seating only

Yelp
I visited Harbour Galley at Disneyland on Thursday, 1/25/24, around 7 pm. I decided to order the Lobster Roll with chips. The sandwich was huge and had a lot of filling. The taste and flavor of the sandwich overall was great. I usually consume Lobster Rolls with only chunks of Lobster meat and warm, melted butter. However, this variation was nicely made! I liked the addition of the mayonnaise. The sandwich had subtle hints of lemon, which elevated the taste. I recommend trying it.
google avatar

Thuy Dan T.

Yelp
I'm a fan of the Lobster Mac in the bread bowl! I do feel a little bad as I rarely finish the bread as it's a little touch tough for me, but the inside is nice and soft! Protip: Use the mobile order while in line at Haunted Mansion and it'll be all ready when you're off the ride! Seating is a little hard in this area but there's usually some seating or ledge around. Like all the other Disney staff members, they were kind as well.
google avatar

Diele K.

Yelp
Harbour Galley has scenic views for dining if you are riding Pirates of the Caribbean or The Haunted Mansion. Mobile ordering is available to make for a quick bite to eat or drink. This would be a 5-star, but the plant-based soup was such a flop when I tried recently. It was so vinegary that both my mom and I wouldn't even eat half of it. Definitely stick to broccoli cheddar soup in the future.
google avatar

Jarrod A.

Yelp
On my first day in Disneyland park, I wanted to take it easy and not rush onto any attractions. So, after a stroll through New Orleans Square, I opted for a casual lunch spot just past the Haunted Mansion, located riverside. Recommended by vloggers Janelle and Miguel of Magic Journeys, I've passed this location many times on a rush to the former Splash Mountain, never knowing this eatery existed. Order the Lobster Roll, delicious with hearty portions of shredded lobster meat well seasoned in a buttered roll. The price won't break your wallet either and the portion is worth every dollar. Pair the lobster roll with clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. These two items were enough for the two of us to share and fill up in a relaxing setting off the crowded walkways of the park. There's even a hidden trail in the back, away from the dining tables, offering complete serenity and tranquility paired with beautiful views. A great spot for a quick, tasty and, affordable meal on the waterfront. We enjoyed watching the Mark Twain and Sailing Columbus pass by on the Rivers of America while enjoying our lunch. Order via mobile app for quick pick up while securing a nice table at the same time.
google avatar

Vivian T.

Yelp
We found that ordering right at the window was faster than mobile ordering. The line gets long, but you receive your order within a minute after placing it. There is also more seating on the right of the area with shade. Would definitely recommend Harbour Galley for both their Lobster Roll and Clam Chowder! Lobster Roll (4/5): For $16, you get a roll and side of chips. The lobster roll was great, the only thing was the bread was a little cold, however I understand the line moves fast and there isn't much time to toast the bread. Clam Chowder (5/5): Makes up for the bread in large warm sourdough bread bowl. I was thoroughly enjoying this until I reached the end of the soup shortly. They rip the bread about halfway allowing the soup to fill the other half. Much of this gets soaked up, so you're not getting too much soup, but all those carbohydrates gets too filling. I would highly recommend this at Disneyland if you're trying to avoid long wait times for food and are looking for a seafood option with decent prices!
google avatar

Belinda C.

Yelp
Harbour Galley has a small menu, but the main draw is the lobster roll. The lobster roll is very good - there's a decent amount of filling, and it comes with chips or a mandarin. You can also get clam chowder in a sourdough bowl if the line is too long at the Royal Street Veranda near Pirates. Other soups here include a cheddar broccoli soup and a beef stew. I wish they had the vegetable gumbo, but that's over at the Royal Street Veranda. Seating is nice and usually quiet on the waterfront, but it can get busy during peak times.
google avatar

Rochelle J.

Yelp
Service at Disneyland is spotty, but mostly good. I can't imagine the amount of issues they have to deal with. With that being said, I enjoyed this meal and I am very grateful for the vegan options that Disneyland has finally offered guests. This dish could have used more herbs and spices, but it was still tasty for Disneyland food. Also, I did feel a little healthy eating this. Hehe... As always, the ambience is quite surreal. I did waste a lot of the bread bowl, but it was definitely a treat! I also got the soda that was like five dollars plus. Definitely not worth the price as I didn't even drink but a few sips from it. Not sure even why I ordered it. I guess I just wanted a little bit of soda.

Yelp
What if I told you that you could get Lobster inside Disneyland for less that 16 bucks... Would you keep it to yourself or would you tell everyone that you know?? For those who didn't know this just as I hadn't known this... I bet that like me, you walked by this place every time you came to D.L. and had no clue it was even there. ------------------------------ As a Southern California resident, I personally have come to Disneyland a grip of times over my lifetime. As a kid, it was all about the rides. As a teen, it was all about looking for the girls. As a parent, it's all about my own kids and seeing them smile. But as a foodie, ITS ALL ABOUT THE FOOD!!! Over the years, Disney had realized this and Foodies from all over the world flock to Disneyland to EAT! On our most recent visit, I made it my mission to try something new, To try something I had not yet had. After a little research, my eyes got as big as the sun when I realized a place called Harbour Galley in the heart of Critter Country serves up one of my favorite critters of the sea... LOBSTER!!!! So as soon as the lunch time bell rang, we headed straight to critter country to give this place a shot. I of course had their Lobster Roll served cold on a buttered roll with a side of sea salt chips. The happiest place on Earth, just got a little happier. I enjoyed Every. Single. Bite. and I was so impressed not only with the Lobster roll itself, but with the fact that I discovered somewhere new and a place that I will 1000% come back to on my future Disneyland visits. The service was quick and the food was perfect! This little hidden gem is literally hiding right in the open and I am shocked I did not notice it before. So the next time you are at Disneyland and a turkey leg or corn dog just isn't cutting it, head over to the Harbour Galley and get your Lobsta on!

Yelp
Harbour Galley's clam chowder bread bowl appears to hit the spot, distinguishing itself amid the park's dining options. The lobster roll may not have left a strong impression, but the overall experience is bolstered by the efficient staff and the enjoyable Tom Sawyer-themed ambiance. Its somewhat hidden location seems to offer a respite from the crowds, providing a quieter space to enjoy a meal amidst the hustle and bustle of the park's environment.

Yelp
Located across from the Haunted Mansion next to the Guest Service kiosk. We actually ended up here because of a glitch with my Disability Access Service (DAS) pass on my app and needed help from the Guest Service kiosk and had time to kill before our next ride return time. This is a great spot if you have time to kill while waiting for Pirates of the Caribbean or Haunted Mansion. Everything we ordered tasted great but I enjoyed the LOBSTER ROLL more while my wife preferred the CHOWDER more which worked out perfectly. [ACCESSIBILITY] Had no problem navigating my ECV next to the outdoor table and swiveling the chair to face the table.

Jasmine L.

Yelp
If you like cold lobster rolls, this is the place for you. While I don't think it's a hidden gem anymore, it's still less packed compared to other eateries in Disneyland. When my bf and I came around noon, there were still some tables available. It's a little out of the way by the water, and it's great for people watching. The lobster roll (with 2 cuties or small bag of chips) isn't a big portion, but it's quite tasty. The lobster mayo mix is really good, strong mayo flavor, and the lobster bits are cut up into smaller pieces. The roll is nice and soft and buttery. Even though it's smaller than it has been in previous years, it's still filling. Plus, you don't want to be too full right? There are so many other snacks to eat! You can also mobile order ahead of time, and it's ready when you're ready for pick up. Super easy. $15.99 I definitely recommend checking it out. It's right across from the Haunted Mansion!

Yelp
Came for the lobster roll stayed for the clam chowder. We ordered one lobster roll and a clam chowder bread bowl. The clam chowder was amazing. Flavorful without tasting fishy and the bread bowl added a great texture and flavor to the mix. The lobster roll really lacked flavor and was just overall unimpressive.

Dean S.

Yelp
The lobster roll is amazing and as good or better than the top restaurants in New England or anywhere and affordable at $16.99! A secret place at Disneyland to enjoy the finest lobster roll and a water view of Tom Sawyer Island. Try to go late morning or mid afternoon to get a good table. Evenings aren't quite as busy. Fast counter service and friendly cast members.

Yelp
How Disney makes their lobster rolls: Bread - split the top but leave the two halves connected, spread a little garlic butter on each side, and place down on the griddle until golden. Nothing too fancy, tastes like a generic hot dog bun. Some bites are buttery, others are dry. Mayo mix - combine mayonnaise, chopped celery, minced shallots, seafood seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, a small amount of Tabasco, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, tarragon, chervil, and kosher salt until well incorporated. Refrigerate for thirty minutes. I'm personally not a fan of how mayo-laden their rolls are compared to the amount of lobster they provide. Maine-style rolls use just enough to coat the meat so that the seafood is the highlight of the meal, not the salad. Lobster - cook tail and claw meat thoroughly. Chop into bite-size pieces and stir into the mayo mix. Top with chives and seasoning. Also not a fan of how finely diced it was, regular lobster rolls are prepared using larger chunks. But I guess it eliminates the risk of choking, could be a potential liability. Chips - serve on the side. Decent. Portions are okay for the price, but have gotten smaller over the years. Overall it's a pretty underwhelming lobster roll, if you could still call it a lobster roll.

Yelp
Harbour Galley is an easy to overlook, very short line option for dining in New Orleans Square. The honey and I (at window) ordered a clam chowder in a bread bowl and a lobster roll. Of the two I found the lobster roll to be much more successful as the bun was perfect and the lobster mix was delicious, whereas the clam chowder was cheesy and not peppered enough to be true New England clam chowder. The bowl although, was very tasty. Overall, the service was quick and there was a ton of seating, so we found Harbour Galley a fantastic option for a quick lunch!

Yelp
Um hello yummy $6.49 cookies! Love getting their clam chowder bread bowl here too. Not a fan of their beef stew as it's too salty for me but my friends like it! So to each their own. Do mobile order to save time. Lines can get long. Casual outdoor seating, quick grab and go place. Right across from Haunted Mansion along the water. Right by where you board the raft to the island.

Yelp
Subpar lobster roll unfortunately. I WANTED to love this elevated lunch option in the Rivers of America area of Disney, but I was sorely disappointed. Cold stale bun without any butter or toasting. Dry dry dry, and boring AF. Not sure where these Disney food bloggers get off putting this on the bucket list foodie items for the park, but take my advice (even for lobster officianados) and hard pass on this one.

Yelp
Last visit recently was great! The lobster was filled and was delicious and not salty at all (which is what I was afraid my mom would think). It was so good that we order another

Yelp
I cannot even express how excited I was when I found this place! I got to cross off two foods from my extensive bucket list! I have always, always, always wanted to try a lobster roll. I know that sounds basic, but I am from a part of the country that does not have many of these at restaurants. And the ones I have seen usually start around $20 a piece. This place was way cheaper which is remarkable for a Disney park, or any theme park really. And I am not able to road trip out east easily to get one, especially now. So, finally, my first lobster roll and it did not disappoint. It was so good, with big chunks of lobster meat! I hate when you get something that is supposed to have lobster it in and you only get a few strands of meat and all filler. We got a couple of these. I also got to try the famous sour dough bread with the broccoli and cheese soup. So good, creamy, cheesy, filled with nice pieces of broccoli. The bread had a chewy outside and fluffy inside that went perfectly with the soup. We often get the broc and cheese bread bowls at the Renaissance festival but this one blows those away with amazing flavor and quality. Plus, the price for the soup was not too bad either. There is plenty of outdoor seating near the water, great for people watching. This is also a great place to end up after the Haunted Mansion and good for people like myself that did not get dining reservations inside the park on this day. Since I am new here, I did not know where to eat, and I also wanted a more casual meal rather than take some time to sit down and a table service venue. The only thing it looks like I missed out on was perhaps homemade chips? Some of the pictures feature little brown paper bags filled with chips. We got pre-packaged bags, but I am not too made about it. They were the crispy kettle chips and not the basic lays which I would rather not eat.

Yelp
This is one of the hidden gems in Disneyland. This is a must stop for us every time we're in the park. Right by Haunted Mansion at the edge of the waterfront, it's a little walk-up restaurant that has seafood choices. All we ever get here, though, is the lobster roll. It's such a random dish to find in a theme park, but they do it so well. It's great as a meal or even split as an afternoon snack. Very generous with the lobster filling, and the roll is soft and buttery. The price isn't too bad either, considering it's a theme park and it includes fish. It's $14.99 for the whole roll and a bag of chips. Would definitely recommend stopping by here.

Yelp
If you can grab a spot in line when it's not long, DO IT. The lobster mac and cheese in the bread bowl was a great choice, and they would also give me fresh cups of water (they don't refill your existing cups, I think because of covid concerns). We were lucky to snag a table and it was really nice to eat here and recharge before we headed off for other rides. I definitely devoured my entire lobster mac and cheese bread bowl in one sitting!

Yelp
Saw a post about their lobster Mac n cheese and I had to try it. Lobster Mac: came in a bread bowl. Piled high but barely any lobster in it. However, it was creamy and had a decent kick to it from the Cajun spices that were infused in the Mac. It was good, but after eating half way through it was just too much carbs in carbs. I do recommend trying it, maybe with a friend to share the carbs with. I probably wouldn't order this again unless I was really craving some Mac n cheese. Seating: there were plenty of extra seating around the restaurant, it's a nice view of the rivers of America. Nice spot to take off your mask and enjoy the nice view. Price: $12.49 Mobile order

Yelp
When we came on a Friday at lunchtime, they did not have any lobster roll, which was my first choice on the menu. I settled for a steak gumbo which I found alright but when tasting my other companions' orders, I liked their clam chowder better. The bread was really good and I enjoyed slathering it with butter. I also loved their drink - I forgot what it was called but it was nice and refreshing, perfect for a warm Disney day. Of course, the view while eating is something that relaxes one after walking for so long. There were more tables and chairs towards the sides with less people but with the same view of the river. I'd probably be back for some lobster roll or maybe some lobster mac n cheese which other reviews have been raving about.

Yelp
Honestly a delicious lobster roll for food inside Disneyland. We come here every time we're here. One of the more reasonably priced meals as well. Hungry, looking for some seafood? Worth a visit. Service is typically quick. Seating is readily available without too much wait. The clam chowder is mediocre though.

Yelp
Harbour Galley is a shack near the water at Disneyland. It has lobster rolls, macaroni and cheese, and seating overlooking the river. It's not my favorite place to eat but is definitely convenient The only complaint I have is in August 2022 the Harbour Galley stopped serving lobster macaroni and cheese!

Yelp
If you want a fresh bread bowl go to La Brea either outside of disney or in Disney California Adventure. The portions are small, not even filled up to the top and the bread is stale and hard. Both soups taste good, that's why they're getting a solid three.

Yelp
This place is such a hidden food gem of the parks...when its not an off day. Being able to order a lobster roll is a nice change of pace from the other theme park food offered but 9 times out of 10 it will be sold out when we try to get it. This also used to have great hidden seating for dining but seems like cats out of the bag on that one. Since the roll was out of stock this trip I ordered my first Disney gumbo in a bread bowl. It's very hearty & tasty. Bit of a bummer this place has become so popular but we'll keep coming back!

Yelp
Okay, the people complaining about the mac n cheese bread bowl being "cArB On CaRb" are literally just looking for reasons to complain. What did you think you were getting?? A salad?? You know going into it that you're getting mac[aroni] and cheese (a pasta) inside a bowl of bread... Anyway, to the actual review... The lobster mac n cheese bread bowl is BOMB. Yes, there is less lobster in there than you would want, but it is what it is. It is delicious nonetheless. The cheese is creamy and pairs perfectly in the sourdough bread bowl. I definitely recommend it. The other thing that I normally order from here is the lobster roll. SO good, I highly recommend. They always put a good amount of lobster in the roll. It also comes with house made chips, which are also bomb as heck. I highly recommend doing the mobile ordering, the line can get long sometimes and it's just easier to order and pick up at the window. There is seating in front as well as around the back if you walk past it between the river.

Yelp
I have been to Disneyland nearly a dozen times somehow I have never tried the clam chowder. It was awesome spending New Year's Day 2022 at the happiest place on earth. It was a chilly day so I wanted to have a hearty bowl of soup to warm up. All the restaurants looked busy during the lunch hour so we opted for this fast food stand. Harbour Gally is located right across from the Haunted Mansion. The clam chowder bread bowl was very skimpy for the price. It came out warm and surprisingly delicious in a sourdough bowl. I didn't expect much but the soup was flavorful with a creamy consistency. It was above average for amusement park standards. I had to order a second bowl because it was pretty good. Would I eat here again? Sure, I can't pass up clam chowder. They have a limited menu - lobster roll, tuna sandwich, soup in a bread bowl with choice of broccoli cheddar or New England clam chowder. This entree was not filling which means more room for Dole Whip!

Yelp
Food was very basic and no flavor. Got the lobster roll and maybe my expectations were to high. These YouTubers and instagram bloggers must be getting paid from Disney because the food they recommend is never that good. Sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Service was quick and table area was quiet with a nice view. Definitely save your money on this one.
