Hello, Hey everyone! I just had to share my awesome experience at the Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday, November 29, 2025, before the Willie Colon concert. My sister, brother-in-law, and I swung by for dinner, and it was a total blast from the moment we walked in! The vibe was electric, and the staff treated us like rock stars. Our server, Ruth, was an absolute gem—she was on point with everything! She answered all our questions about the menu with a smile, took amazing pictures for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. Seriously, she checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, and let me tell you, the food was incredible! The ribs, nachos, and drinks were all on fire. I've been to the Cafe a couple of times, but it was my sister and brother-in-law's first visit, and I was thrilled they loved it! We're definitely going to make this a regular stop. Huge shoutout to Ruth for making our night extra special! We'll be back in 2026 for sure, and I can't wait to tell my friends and family to hit up the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City whenever they’re in town. Thank you Ruth, Jessica T & Nicole B for a fantastic night! AC Mike Lopez

Hard Rock Cafe has a long history of providing great service, delicious food and epic drinks all surrounding by an exciting environment and lots of music memorabilia. Hard Rock Cafe AC is no different. Located in the centre of the Hard Rock Casino floor, this restaurant is in an epicenter of activity. One thing I really love about coming here, is that even though it is inside the casino it is a kid-friendly dining establishment. My son loved the atmosphere. It's a great spot to take in the sights and sounds of Atlantic City with your family. Service was great. Very friendly and attentive. I had the Pineapple Coconut Mojito, which was strong but very good. For dinner I had the Tupelo Chicken Platter. It was served hot and fresh. It was really, very good. The chicken tenders were breaded really nicely and tasted great!

Nice place. A few of us were staying in Atlantic city recently and we called into the Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast one morning. The boardwalk facing section of the cafe and entrance were closed that particular time so we entered through the casino and sat at the tables adjacent to the casino floor. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was great. Atmosphere was good and there’s was lots of display cases containing clothes and instruments belonging to famous singers and musicians.

I was pretty happy with my experience here. For a spot on the boardwalk, the prices were not that crazy compared to what I have seen. The menu options were great here, I had trouble figuring out what I wanted due to the excellent selection. We started out with the nachos which were very good. We finished those fairly quickly and they remembered to hold the jalapenos which I appreciate. After much contemplation and a recommendation from the server, I got one of the special burgers. Looking at the menu again, I do not see it which means it may have been a special for that day/week. The burger had bacon, fried onions, and even fried cheesecake bites which is something I have never had before. I know it sounds weird, but the flavor works and it was quite good. The only downside here was the side of fries, make your own judgement based on the picture but when I am paying over 20 bucks for a burger, I want to see a bit more fries on the side. Just a little extra scoop would have made a big difference and I know it would not have cost the restaurant much more. Other than this, my experience was nice as they offered free soda refills. Service was pretty fast as well and we did not do much waiting. If you are on the boardwalk, I would recommend checking this place out as it was a good meal.

After a long day we chose to go to Hard Rock Cafe but It was a big dissapointment. Front desk was confusing and not properly organized. While I was waiting in line, the hostess who appeared to be overheated, was taking her time and waiting for me to approach her, even though there was a long line of people in front of me waiting to be seated. She stopped for a few minutes until someone who appeared to be a manager asked who wanted to be seated at the bar with a shorter waiting time. When I asked if the menu will be the same I was told; "not sure, I can't guarantee you". After 20min. waiting we sat and order the salmon dinner plate. It was dry. The green beans were undercooked and the mashed potatoes were very dry and lumpy. I'm guessing they were rushing so much in the kitchen that food was not prepared properly. You can see in the pictures the servers waiting forfood that's been lined up on the counter. If you go, try the Fajitas, they look really good. It was a large plate with add on. Server was apologetic and professional. For 3 plates ,1 drink and water 115.00+ was unacceptable.

Google
The rumors are true they can't cook steak to the way you ask for it. I read the reviews before I went and tried to do another restaurant but everyone agreed to go here. Ordered steak well done with fajitas- they came out chewy and burnt. My BF is vegan, they have the vegan burger on the menu (the bun is made with egg whites, the cheese is dairy) come on, there are a lot of vegans out there that want the vegan cheese the whole meal instead of vegan burger lettuce wrap. So, we were on a booth and the people who clean the tables were standing above us chatting very loudly and the wait staff and our waiter just hanging out there. Like we can see and hear you plain as day. Like we didn't come here to listen to your conversation. If I was alone eating and knew I had to wait that long I would have paid for my drink and walked out but getting food at 830 should not have taken so long for 3 people. In the beginning we waited from someone to greet our table for 15 min, right then and there I would have been gone.

The cafe is located in a hotel-casino, you can enter from the street from the promenade. We were placed on the terrace on the promenade. On Saturday there were a lot of visitors, but they found a place for us right away. The waitress who served us was very nice and polite. The only thing was that at the entrance we were met by 3 girls who were rude and were not particularly happy to see guests. The dishes were excellent, I recommend the legendary nachos, salmon with noodle bowl, grilled salmon and apple cobbler, it's just fantastic. The cafe is excellent despite the service staff, who are apparently tired of visitors, I recommend visiting and trying the excellent dishes.

Yelp
Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 We were thankful to snag a last-minute reservation! That said, there was a little confusion--we thought we had reserved a table on the boardwalk patio facing the ocean, but we were seated in the main dining room instead. Our server was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and calm despite a very busy dinner rush. Each of us ordered a different burger, and while they were juicy and cooked correctly, the overall flavor and ingredient quality didn't quite match the higher prices. The ambiance, however, was outstanding. The restaurant feels like a mini rock-and-roll museum, with memorabilia from several famous artists to explore while you wait. Great vibes and excellent service make this spot worth a visit, even if the food didn't quite wow us.

Yelp
Piece of advice for any business, don't ignore your customer. No matter the situation, whether it be at initial contact or when following up with them afterwards. It just doesn't look good on you and you probably should just not do it. With that, strap in and listen up about this location. After arriving in AC I decided to get some food. I knew there was going to be a Hard Rock here so I made it a point to make a stop. I also had a coupon to use and figured this would be a great place to stop in to use it. I made the long walk down the boardwalk to here and inside. I went to the host stand and was greeted immediately. The hostess looked a little frazzled, but started the process to get me to a seat. After confirming I was dining alone she asked if I wanted to sit at the bar or the rail. After my last experience with this company, I immediately chose the option that was not the bar. However, I immediately regretted this decision. See as I said the rail was fine a server was telling the hostess that it wouldn't be a good idea. Almost as if they didn't care that I was standing there the server told the hostess that no one was scheduled to take that section. The hostess still sat me there. Menu in hand, I was left to it. I bet you are wondering why I believe I was ignored. Well, as I was sat at the rail, by myself, a couple approached the rail and sat down as well. They literally came in from the casino floor, sat themselves, and were immediately approached and served. With the amount of time it took for that to happen, I was able to already have my selection done. But still, no one approached. The server that approached the couple had already returned with drinks and took their food order. While that was happening I kept sweeping the floor to find any other employee to address the fact that no one had come to me yet. I had seen the hostess scurrying about and every time I attempted to get her attention she was gone, or at one of the many stations throughout the floor. Between ten to fifteen minutes in, I had enough of waiting. I made my way back over to the host stand and was about to ask to be sat at a table. When I approached the stand, it was another employee manning it. He scurried away, as I turned around to see where he had gone to the server that ignored me was right behind me in the elevated section. Almost like to ambush me to tell me that she was coming to me next. With some skepticism I looked at her, because she was not in fact coming to me, I said, "I'd rather not dine at a place where I'm going to be ignored." Handed her the menus and walked out. I immediately called their customer service line. Was bounced around, put on wait, and hung up on. I call back and before they can bounce me I let them know what happened. Two days later the follow up. After I have left the area. I kid you not, the manager asked me if I was still in the area, when I told him no, he said the following. "Well if you were in the area I was going to invite you back to the location and offer you a comped meal. But if you are not in the area, all I can offer you is an apology." Like they didn't care about the fact that they messed up, completely ignoring a customer seems to be the norm to them. This is the second time this has happened to me at two different locations. A little stunned at his nonchalant response I almost laughed. When I told him I was not going to be making a special trip back to AC, he tried to make a plea that he would find a remedy for another location elsewhere. Never called back after that, like he thought the apology was enough to remedy the situation. Maybe the lesson I should learn from all this is to ask for a table. Or maybe just stick to the gift shop area. Get it together Hard Rock, maybe this is why locations are shutting down.

Yelp
Embedded within the casino, the place is cool, and oddly enough, simultaneously open and cozy. Shayna was an excellent, friendly, and attentive server. We only wanted drinks because the bar food seemed generic. My girlfriend enjoyed her Sparkle Berry Sangria. I had a Classic Paloma, but it was not spectacular.

Yelp
This was a great fast late lunch option. We were seated quickly, the food arrived promptly, and our server was efficient. The burger was cooked to perfection, the French fries were crispy and flavorful. The bun was a little on the dry side for my liking but overall it hit the spot. The brownie sundae was huge. It was beautifully made. Other restaurant patrons came by to admire it. It was so generous that I actually could not eat the whole thing even though I saved room for it. Overall this meal made me very happy.

Yelp
There was a 45 minute wait on a Wednesday at 8pm would recommend a reservation. Drinks - ordered vodka club with splash of lemonade, I was informed they only have strawberry lemonade and to a nice surprise even had some strawberry pieces- it was great. Food is pretty much what you would expect out of going here. I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings which were cooked to perfect crisp waiting to be dipped in ranch. Service was on the slow side but server was pleasant. Enjoy the slots while you wait.

Yelp
Was not expecting to like the Hard Rock Cafe since I don't typically value a burger and fries more than other cuisines that takes more skill to prepare. It was a good and tasty burger and the salad was prepared well too. Also we had a dining credit so free makes it even better!

Yelp
Food always hits the spot here. It's located in the casino, I think it's usually packed because one of the few places that takes any food vouchers receipts on top of free play. The drinks are strong, the food is filling. If you come here late night they usually have a band rocking out. Highly recommend this place, but pro tip check your comps at a near by kiosk because chances are you might be rewarded to eat here! Sorry for the lack of pictures too, I remembered half way through!

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite & the food was fresh & delicious!! We got fajitas & burgers but this food was on another level!! Service always great and just a great atmosphere.

John P.

Yelp
Eden at the Hardrock Cafe was great, she didn't miss a beat serving us our food! That's what great service is all about, service with a smile and a great attitude! Thanks to management for hiring such a pleasant person in the casino to make our experience even more memorable than it could ever possibly be!

Yelp
We came here for breakfast and wow it was great. So many options and portions were large. Serve was great our waitress Nicole was very friendly.

Yelp
I had the slowest service here, which was especially frustrating because when people stop at a place like this for fast food, it's usually for something quick and convenient not a drawn-out dining experience. If I wanted that, I'd go to a sit-down restaurant. That said, my chicken sandwich was delicious. I ordered it with a side salad but received the wrong kind of lettuce. Our waitress, Quashirah, was incredibly sweet, polite, and did her best to fix the mistake not once, but twice. Unfortunately, the kitchen kept sending out the same incorrect salad, and she was too busy to even let us know what was going on. She was truly a bright spot in a kind of otherwise disappointing experience. The outdoor seating area is way too dark, we had to use our phones just to see what we were eating. Despite having a large staff on hand and the restaurant not being at full capacity (inside or out), the service was still very slow. On top of that, our food took way too long to arrive, and even getting the check was a slow process. That said, our waitress was the saving grace of the visit, attentive, polite, and trying her best despite the kitchen's missteps. She's the only reason I'm even giving this review.

Ma L.

Yelp
What a horrendous experience, we didn't even get to eat. We were sat at a table and no one came to say anything for 12 minutes. Other tables were sat after us and were greeted by a server within a couple of minutes. Some servers would just look at us and walk past our table completely ignoring us. We then decided to get up and walked out. On the way out we said something to the lady and young man at the host desk and they didn't offer any help. Thank you for making us regret the decision to eat at the hard rock cafe. Never again!

Yelp
We come here every morning after a fun night out. I know a lot of folks say it's super slow here for the wait staff but we never had an issue. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive and our food was quite good. I love the decor here.
google avatar

Jerry C.

Yelp
We were greeted this morning by a very busy staff, hostess, Rosanna, stood out as they were dealing with some challenging guests in line ahead of us, she remained friendly and helped others around the issues. Rosanna, greeted my guest, (brand new to the country) and I with charm, a smile and a strong desire to provide excellent service. We were seated promptly and our server, Sarah, came along and took great care of us, and Rosanna checked on in a few times while passing our seats. The food was again excellent, service was great and I highly recommend Hard Rick Cafe for breakfast! It gets busy around hotel check out time.

Yelp
Been here many many times and Brittney is their best server by far . Excellent from beginning to end !

Emily G.

Yelp
Enjoyed breakfast here. Although the main appeal of a performance and the nicely lit stage wasn't experienced this early in the morning, it was still a cool restaurant. There are a lot of encased clothing items from different singers/performers to look through. I ordered the Florentine omelet which was good! Surprisingly my favorite thing on the plate were the home fries. Those potatoes are well-flavored and I finished all of them! The omelet itself was good, on the well-done spectrum of egg omelet. My friend enjoyed the pancakes, except we found it disappointing it cost extra to upgrade the plain pancakes to banana pancakes, when the "banana" seemed to be the aesthetic few banana pieces atop the pancakes. Service was nice as well; our server checked in the right amount and was very friendly. As a tip, the Hard Rock Cafe celebrates birthdays! There were a couple of parties celebrating birthdays, so the staff makes an announcement and has the entire restaurant shout "Happy Birthday!!" Meanwhile my friend was celebrating her bachelorette, and didn't get a treat :/ that's okay, since it's not like we asked for something specific.

Yelp
What can I say other than complete disappointment. We've come here in years past and things are declining fast. I came here on the afternoon of 08/21 with my wife and daughter. We waited 40 minutes to get our food (two orders of steak and shrimp fajitas and one hanburger) and only saw our server 2 times. The steak was under 3 ounces, only 4 shrimp, and the onions/peppers undercooked. My daughter's hamburger was barely put together and flat as a pancake. I wont be spending anymore money at this restaurant go forward. Please do better if your are going to charge $30 for fajitas that are barely a meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a late lunch and it wasn't super busy at first. We were a party of 5, seated right away, drink orders were taken right away and served fast. Our server Mu was friendly and very helpful. Our appetizers took some time to be served but were delicious. Our order however took a bit to be served. They seemed to be short staffed, but were doing their best. The food was very good, especially the margarita flatbread. They even served my sister and daughter a free ice cream sundae for their birthday. We had a great time and do plan to visit again.
google avatar

Yoshi L.

Yelp
didnt have reservations, wait time 35 minutes. a lot of empty tables so i assume they're understaffed. food come out after 25 minutes. they also changed our server 15 minutes after taking our order. place looks decent but the service's just a lil slow even though we only ordered main courses. could've add a little more fries for 22$ burgers
google avatar

Kim M.

Yelp
Stopped here for a snack before our concert. We were seated and ordered drinks and a flatbread. The drinks took a while but the food was pretty quick. The flatbread was tasty. Loved the cheese and crispy edges. The bar was packed and a little backed up, but our server was friendly and apologetic. I loved the open kitchen where you can see the food being prepared. The burgers and fajitas that passed us looked delicious. Great spot for a quick bite, friendly staff and not as smoke filled as the rest of the casino!
google avatar

Nisha B.

Yelp
Came on a Sunday night and it took a long time to be served our drinks and food. The Bahama Mama drink was tasty I got a Steak with added mushrooms and onions, medium well The steak ended up being well. I ended up getting it to go Got a cheeseburger and fries another time directly at the bar. Those were both good!

Janine D.

Yelp
Jim is fabulous at the icon lounge bar. He's always welcoming and very efficient. It brings us back every time we come to Atlantic City. Thank you Jim.

Ivorie F.

Yelp
Our server Stacey was a sweetheart, she was really personable and fast with everything we needed. We ordered the mac and cheese which was okay, the chicken was a bit dry I personally have had better but the peppers in it definitely added a great taste. My grandma ordered the burger which was plant based but tasted similar to beef with a gluten free bun which was a little messy falling apart but the fries were exceptional with a nice crispy crunch. It was nice sitting next to the casino to look at and the restaurant is very well decorated especially the bathrooms, super cute place to eat!
google avatar

Jason C.

Yelp
Waited 10 minutes for a table. The server came right away. Got our drinks right away. We order our foods. We didn't get our foods like 45 minutes. They did forget the chicken wings so has to wait another 15 minutes. The foods was not bad. The staff and service is good. Just the foods take so long. I will probably try another restaurant if I go back to hard rock again. The place is big.
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
Good food. Enjoyed the steak Cobb salad. Plenty of steak. Also we had the fajitas. Good service. Nice surroundings. Better to spend a few dollars and eat here instead of food court.
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
What a way to blow a bunch of money on terrible food. Way over priced, Vegas isn't this expensive. Service is okay, but not exactly friendly. Don't get the steak, it's not good. The ceaser salad I had was all croutons, and the alcohol tastes watered down. Not sure how you mess up green beans, but you can.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for fun & entertainment!! Casinos, Food, entertainment, people watching! HATED THE SMOKING still allowed - a week later & my nose STILL BURNS & I STILL TASTE IT- GROSS!!! But interesting to see the hard core gamers!!!

Yelp
Our First Time Visiting @hardrockcafeac located at the @hardrockhcac in Atlantic City. We ordered the New York Strip Steak medium rare, it came out more rare than medium rare, but no disappointment here, nothing worse than an overdone steak. The Classic Nachos were a win for everyone. Bruschetta is always a hit for me, and this one was exceptional, a sort of build your own with fresh shaved parmesan on the side. We got a kids cheeseburger, which was on the smaller side, however, with all of the apps, everyone was happy. We also tried the Strawberry Basil Lemonade, which was delicious. We visited on a Monday, and it was surprisingly not crowded, and our server Bernadette was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The restaurant is cute and has a fun vibe. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

Yelp
Food is ok , beer was a little flat and the staff is rude . We were there twice and both times we had a poor experience . Sadly is the only place that is open late enough if you want to grab a bite .. not impressed !!!
google avatar

Larry B.

Yelp
Very good reasonably priced food. Meals were perfect temperature and cooked properly.service attentive and friendly. Good drinks and great atmosphere.
google avatar

Victoria C.

Yelp
Bar has games built into it, makes it hard to eat and have a few drinks/ plates around. No vegetarian options. (Maybe they have a limited menu here?) I have been to many hard rocks that serve veggie burgers... so not sure why Atlantic City, NJ doesn't. Wouldn't return. Options for food were fried or not friendly for all diets. Disappointed. Not even photo worthy.
google avatar

Tyler L.

Yelp
This is the restaurant that is attached to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. The place is a bit of a tourist trap and what you would expect from this type of big chain restaurant - typical American bar food with drinks. I actually thought this place was okay though. The prices are normal for a sit down restaurant in AC and they give you big portions. Besides being large, the burger was juicy and made fresh to order. The service was severely lacking though. They appeared to be understaffed when I was there. It took forever each time for the waitress to take our order, bring our food, and then to bring us our check. She would disappear for long periods of time and not be seen until 10 minutes later.
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
This restaurant is a solid 3 star. Our waiter was nice but very inefficient. We ordered our drinks , three cocktails and one beer. I had asked for a watermelon martini, and he said they didn't have any but he asked if I like something sweet. I figured he'd come back and tell me what other types of drinks I could have. Instead, he brought over a cocktail that the bartender made for me already. I had no idea what it was! Neither did he! Ok! My friend who ordered the beer got nothing. We waited 20 minutes. He finally arrived over and told us that they are bored didn't have that beer and we would have to get up and purchase it ourselves at the other bar! Unbelievable! So, my friends husband had to go over and buy her a beer! Mind you, we were seated at a table. We ordered fajitas, burgers, ribs etc. Food was typical, decent but nothing outstanding. Will I be back, probably not.

Yelp
We dined at the Hard Rock Cafe in our hotel and casino while visiting Atlantic City, and it was a great option after a night of gambling. We were starving, and while the service was a bit slow, the piano bar performance made the wait more enjoyable. Our waitress was really nice, adding to the overall experience. A convenient spot when you don't want to leave the hotel!

John G.

Yelp
I am shocked about how slow the service was at the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City. I am a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe's and know they believe in a great service and experience. Or they use too. Our server saved our experience. Although it was slow to greet us, close to 5-10 minutes, she acknoledged our wait, apologised and sped our our check. They food was very good, hot and our drinks were refilled timely. Hard to believe a popular location like this would lack service leadership.
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
I'm been to many HRC, this one feels like Tourist trap. At 9:30pm on Monday night ( Presidents' Day) it was still very busy. Our server was courteous n friendly. The food was very disappointing. We ordered the Messi burger, it was delicious when I had it at NYC, I gave race reviews about it. The Messi burger from here looked like garbage, see my photo. So upsetting to be served as if we were dogs, no care at all. Off course we sent it back. They sliders were better, the fajita was good too. The Cosmo is pre mix not freshly made, no fresh lime juice. Prelude to hangover. The place was impeccably renovated, no reminder of what used to be Taj Mahal high roller )
google avatar

Yelp
One of the best restaurants on the boardwalk. Our server was so sweet, and the place is nicely decorated. Everything we ordered was delicious. If you're looking for a good place to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Great atmosphere! Love the HUMONGOUS TV - great place to watch the football game! We were here last night for the Dueling Pianos show. It was so much fun! We might go back again tonight. The bartenders were great. So friendly! The food was very good!

Marco R.

Yelp
My favorite place in the world. Cheeseburgers, fries, everything amazing. And I love the memorabilia!
google avatar

William E.

Yelp
There was a 30-35 minute wait before being seated. We ordered the boneless wings and got served 5 measly pieces of chicken. They were good but it's ridiculous considering this cost $20, as I was expecting at least double. I then ordered the original legendary burger. The onion ring added good texture to the burger and it tasted pretty decent and was cooked the way I asked. However, this was a very oily burger which is why it's around 1500 calories. Not a bad burger, and came with fries that were pretty good, but pretty good is about as good as it gets. Wouldn't recommend unless you have money to burn. This place is pricy compared to the quality of the food.
google avatar

Chuck M.

Yelp
Besides the fact that the food was just so-so at best, the server, Taylor, seemed to want to be anywhere, but at our table, our was confused at multiple levels, the wrong drinks. Bland flavor, poor service, and a less than clean table Almost $200 for 3 entrees I WONT BE BACK!
google avatar

Carrie S.

Yelp
I've gone here a few times with my "comp" coupons. I don't even worry about the other reviews. My review is mostly about my most recent experience but includes other visits as well. This past visit, I ordered a burger for the first time. I have walked by the window for years where the workers grind the fresh burger meat. It's not usually my thing. I had the Swiss mushroom smash burger. It was juicy, cheesy and delicious. It didn't come with any sides. But I would recommend. My all time favorite has been the Tupelo chicken tenders. The chicken is juicy and the breading light. The fries are crispy and tasty. My dining partner had the double cheeseburger that came with fries. No complaints at all. For previous visits, the salads have been great. My favorite was the Cobb which is off the menu now.

Yelp
Located inside the Hard Rock Casino. Went on a Sunday for breakfast, wait time is usually 15- 20 minutes. Upon being seated the waitress was friendly and made some recommendations. Food was well prepared as ordered. Prices are moderate considering it's located inside the casino. Ambiance was not loud considering they were pretty full.

Yelp
Went down there for breakfast as we we're staying at the hotel and wanted to try all the food places While on property. Seated quickly. It is off season for the boardwalk so everything is not open. Wife ordered the pancake and the ordered chicken and waffles. I loved my meal. Service for ok I thought since it was slow service should be better. Wife's pancakes were ok.

Yelp
Food was better than I was expecting, I'll say the ramen salad with salmon was the best thing I ate my three days on the boardwalk besides a dinner at NOBU. But extra shout out to our server Hiram who was super friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Also my wife was psyched they had gluten free buns, not bad, Hard Rock Cafe!

Yelp
The 50 dollar steak was cooked wrong, the mashed potatoes with it were ice cold, the thirty dollar steak fajitas only came with four small pieces of steak and the vegetables with it were raw and uncooked. All of the burgers nobody liked, and mine is making me feel sick. the service was only okay, would t come back, and the ambiance is just promoting even more gambling.

Yelp
I took my family here after a cheer competition on 2/15/25. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, which I thought was not bad given that we just walked in. However, there was a significant amount of empty dining tables that could be seen from the hostess stand. We were sat in an area tucked away on another level from the hostess stand, which revealed more empty dining tables. This area was somehow louder than the main floor that opened up to the casino. I am not sure why the TVs were cranked up so high. We placed our orders for drinks and food at the same time, and the food arrived in a good amount of time. Here's where my issue begins. Zero condiments were provided at the time of delivery, and I had completely finished my meal and drink before I saw the server again. I had a standard burger, fries, and coke (as did most of my family). At no time was any member of my family given a refill for a drink, or checked on for any other reason. I had to seek out the server just so I could get the bill in order to check out and leave. I have been to many Hard Rock Cafes around the world, and this was by far, the worst dining experience out of all of them. I was so irritated that I forgot to grab a souvenir shot glass, as I normally do for every Hard Rock location that I go to.

Yelp
Had breakfast at hard rock cafe Atlantic City. The waitress was very informative explaining to my questions . The coffee was light and hot. My ham and egg sandwich was little too salty but the bun was tasty. However, the potatoes and my husband's bacon and toast came out cold. The service was attentive.
