Massively Popular Sacramento Doughnut Shop Doughbot Just Closed. Again. - Eater SF

"HRD Coffee Shop might sound like a neighborhood beverage stop, but real ones know it was a destination for Korean-Mexican fusion cuisine. The restaurant, which was open for about 70 years and served kimchi and bulgogi burritos, closed as of Friday, June 23, owner Sydney Saidyan confirmed. “I lost faith in my partners, meaning the city and landlord, to really see us as their valued partner,” Saidyan says. “We realized that basically we cannot continue when we have done everything we can, and we couldn’t really come to that mindset to say we can last another year or two.”" - Lauren Saria

Made a reservation online for lunch. Got a nice table outside on patio overlooking the Harbour. was a tall table and we were with our 4year old, but he did fine. big menu, lots of drink options. including for kids. also coloring and a toy for our son - so he was entertained! we loved our food, service was very nice and quick. price pretty typical. inside is all the classic hardrock decorations and music history. really beautiful.

Worst food I ever had. The service excellent. I ordered beef fajitas. There was barely enough for two let alone four as the normal. It was tasteless. No juices or sauces on the sizzler the meat stuck to the sizzler. The onions and peppers were 100% microwaved. Horrible

We visited from Texas and a great time. Ruben was Our server and was very welcoming and attentive. Antwan ( Antoine) the manager was my favorite though! He was the heart of the restaurant. As a manager he was everywhere. He helped servers, danced with kiddos, and checked on everybody. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole visit.

Great quick lunch. Standard Hard Rock Cafe spot. Typical food but nice outside seating area. We sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed the view of the boats in the Marina. Very fast to get food. Service was fast and attentive. Not the Best beer list, only Bottle Beer. Not one Local Brewery on the list. The food was very good. The best part - there was no automatic gratuity or service charge! Definitely recommend it!

Great Experience at Hard Rock Cafe Miami! We had a great time at Hard Rock Miami! The food was delicious, we were seated right away on the outdoor terrace, and the service was excellent. As a bonus, we received two free drinks, and at the Rock Shop, we were even gifted a set of souvenir glasses — such a nice touch! The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Miami.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by staff. We ate inside, greeted by the hostess, who was super nice and friendly with a big smile. She took a couple of pictures for us before seating us. We were then greeted by Kylin or Kaylin, can't remember...but she was really friendly and inviting. She was very attentive with a warm feel about her. The food was good, the flatbeead with just the right amount of basil pesto 😋 The grill chicken sandwich was good also, tender and juicy and the fries were some of the best fries. The restaurant is huge and clean. The restroom was also clean. The staff was exceptional, everyone we came in contact with was great! Even the manager visited the table. Enjoyed our visit

Google
Review of Hard Rock Miami I had a fantastic experience at Hard Rock Miami! I invited a friend to join me for dinner, and we decided to try this iconic venue. We indulged in the smoked BBQ ribs, which were absolutely delicious—falling off the bone and packed with flavor! Our table had a stunning view overlooking the water, allowing us to watch the ships sail by. Our server, Jessica, made our experience even better; she was friendly, professional, and attentive, really enhancing our evening. We were also greeted by two managers, Anthony and Donesh, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. Hard Rock Miami is a paradise for music lovers and rock history buffs. With memorabilia from legends like Elvis and Prince, there's so much to explore. The great music was a wonderful trip down memory lane, showcasing videos from my teenage years that I loved. I can't say enough good things about this place. I absolutely love Hard Rock Miami and can't wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, amazing views, and a rock 'n' roll ambiance!

Google
Hard Rock Cafe is great for food and drinks, together with the shop selling all the merch and the memorabillia all around of the guitars and costumes of the great musicians. Situated right on the front of the harbour you have a great view of the bay and all the boats too. Its just a shame we dont get to hear much (if any) Rock music. I know its Miami and its not a very 'Rock' place and you have to appeal to the masses to get the crowds in, if it works it works, my opinion, Its called Hard Rock for a reason! I'd still go back its that good.

Yelp
While my husband and I were in Miami waiting for our flight, we had several hours to kill before boarding so we decided to go to Miami Port and Marina. There were lots of places to dine here but upon seeing Hard Rock Cafe, we chose it. We dined in a lot of Hard Rock Cafe located both here in US and overseas and they were always consistent on their service and the quality of food. The ambiance's always cool and I love looking at their displays. We were seated immediately and the hostess and our waiter were friendly. Upon leaving, we went through their store and I bought a couple of souvenir T-shirts for our granddaughters and a refrigerator magnet for me. I have a collection of them. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Yelp
So after lunch we went on a little adventure. We stopped in here so my gf could get her collectibles. This location has some impressive items as part of it display pieces. We sat at the bar and grabbed some drinks. All in all not a bad experience, but for a waterside location I think the enclosed restaurant wastes a view.

Yelp
This is a great place to listen to good music; however, the quality of food is just not there. I just wasn't impressed by the Philly Cheesesteak burger. It was cooked well and juicy, but it was a little over seasoned. And I am just not a fan of seasoned fries. The service on the other hand was excellent! The service definitely makes up for the food. If I come back I'm going to have to try the dessert. I'm indifferent to this restaurant, but give it a try!

Yelp
There are heroes among us. Thanks to Ashari Singh for going above and beyond to assist me with purchasing an exclusive Miami item. You guys really do rock @Hard Rock Miami.

Yelp
I attended a networking event at the Hard Rock Miami Cafe. I was surprised to learn that they have a room for private parties. They recently began hosting a Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 5-7pm, as well as karaoke on Tuesdays from 6-9pm. The bartenders were friendly. The food quality was good. Their menu includes a few local delicacies like oxtail. This was a surprise to see on the menu because they only make a limited amount each day, which sells out. It's also interesting to see all of the Rock and Roll memorabilia. I enjoyed seeing items by Elvis Presley, Tito Puentes, Celia Cruz, DJ Khalid, and Michael Jackson, among others. Parking is available at Bayside, as well as on the street. If you don't mind the long walk to the Hard Rock, the Kaseya Center charges a flat rate of $5 during the week and $10 on weekends when there is no event.

Yelp
Wanted to like it because it has a fantastic patio overlooking the bay but we had a terrible experience here. I consider myself to be a very patient and understanding person but we waited for our food for 1.5 hours and never got it. We got here around 1:30pm on a weekday. It was not busy. It didn't seem understaffed. But I'm not exaggerating... 1.5 hours, no food. I knew the time we arrived because I got a call when we sat down. We ordered our food and our server never came back. Not ever. I saw him across the way but it seemed like he was avoiding us it was very strange, almost as if he forgot to put our order in and didn't want to tell us or something. We never got refills, never got a "sorry for the wait", nothing. After an hour I approached another server to ask for water and asked if she could get our server and we were concerned. She brought me a water but we still didn't see our server to get an update on what was going on. I then went to hostess stand to try to speak to them about it and they were also no where to be found. We eventually left. We only had 5 hours in Miami that day and unfortunately 1.5 hours were spent sitting at the Hardrock, thirsty and hungry, waiting for food that never came. And no one seemed concerned. Beware.

Yelp
This place gets a 5 because of service! 3.5 for food. We got to Bayside and it was quite the walk, so we decided to sit down for some food. We got there and I didn't see a ramp, so we carried my cousin's stroller up. We met with the hostess and he said that there would be a 45 min wait. We were alright with that, so we just went to checkout the souvenir shop. Went in this rickety old elevator that takes you up to the restaurant to look for a restroom. We went to the hostess, Stephanie, who was working upstairs how long we have left to wait for a table. She was so sweet and made sure to get us in right then and there because she saw we had a baby with us. She made sure to get us seated right away because she didn't want the baby to wait to eat. It was so thoughtful and kind of her to do that! Once we were seated, we were greeted by Amiya. She was absolutely delightful, she was very personable and sweet. She made sure that our baby also had a cup of water. We ordered a good amount of things: Bang bang shrimp, mash potatoes, Original Legendary burger, Spicy Diablo Burger, Messi Chicken burger and the twisted mac. The bang bang shrimp lacked sauce and it came out warm. The mash potatoes also came out luke warm. The twisted mac was not great but it wasn't terrible, it was pretty dry and lacked flavor. The Original Legendary was alright, I was starting to get pretty full that I had to give myself a break. The fries were nice and peppery. Overall: Service is amazing but food is below average.

Yelp
Hard rock Nelson, Alejandro, Sage, Antwon, Donesha and Aaron were fabulous. We had so much fun. Great management that hires great people will keep the doors open. What a great experience, Cesar salad was great, and the cheeseburger was too! It's a place to get your groove on while taking in all the memories from all the paraphernalia of the bands. The inside of the restaurant is warm for a cold night. I will definitely go back to say hi to my new friends. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Yelp
Another great Hard Rock Cafe! Service was excellent and the food was great! If you want to sit outside I would reserve ahead of time. Great experience!

Molly P.

Yelp
This was my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe and it was eh. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and they came out with the burgers cold and almost soggy. The service was fine. Nothing special, but also nothing to complain about. The food was priced comparable compared to other places in Miami. Really great location if you wanna spend time doing other things as well to make an evening of it. We took a boat tour with aqua tours right next to Hard Rock and there's also shops that you walk right by.

Gary W.

Yelp
Always love H Rock but not the 1 in Miami. Service sucked but finally got order in and food back- 35 minutes in middle of day sub standard. Steven very slow. Got the rib combo, it was so tough physically couldn't make them apart- Never order Ribs! She got grilled Chicken sandwich & it was good. Nos I see why their overall rating where it is.

Yelp
Our Server, Efrain, was friendly, efficient, and also was our bartender making fantastic drinks. Hardrock's are known for musician memorabilia and that was evident all over this location. For dinner started out with Wings, very tasty, then the Hardrock Legendary burger with FF's, and Chicken Tenders. All was served hot, all very tasty and burger cooked as requested.
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
We flew in on Feb 17th, we stayed right across the street. The Hard Rock is listed as having gluten free options, so we stopped in for dinner. First, it took forever just to order drinks. It was so loud, our waiter couldn't even hear us. He eventually took our food order, then vanished. It took 55 mins to get our food! My son had asked for fries, they gave him mashed potatoes. We had to ask for ketchup twice. Had to ask twice for drink refills. I ordered water and never got it. My husband asked if there were onions in the pizza, they said no. But there were onions all over it, so they had to remake it. My burger was so dry it literally fell apart. Everyone around us was sending plates back, complaining, and not happy. I enjoyed my drink, the decor was pretty cool, the music was good, but that's about it.

Yelp
My sister and I ate here yesterday. Our server, Anthony, was okay but nothing really to write about and so was the atmosphere. I didn't particular care for the layout, but it did not detract from the enjoyment of my food. My sister ordered the chicken tenders, after changing her mind from the beef sliders. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. My burger and fries were delicious. Her tenders, however, were not good at all. The chicken was coated like fried shrimp and had a weird texture. She sent it back and had the sliders, instead, and she really liked them. I would have given them 4-stars if the service was slightly better, despite the issue with the chicken. As always, I leave this review in the hopes that this establishment will see it and improve.
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
We enjoyed our time at Hard Rock Cafe. My husband tried the Messi chicken sandwich special, he really enjoyed it. We really enjoyed their apple dessert.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
We had a fried chicken sandwich and a pepperoni flatbread pizza and I was truly surprised at how good both were. We were right on the water so the atmosphere was excellent. Service was good, what more is needed? I would eat here again.

Yelp
As always, the Hard Rock Cafe always has pleasant staff and are always willing to be assistful ! I haven't tried the food either. The ambiance is always so nice and decent for a cafe. Definitely gives restaurant.

Yelp
TOURIST TRAP BEWARE! I should have known since this place was so close to the Miami Cruise Port. Accessibility is definable an afterthought. We had 4 Veterans in wheelchairs and they have ONE single elevator outside instead of a ramp for people with disabilities to use. So after 30 minutes of trying to get everyone into the restaurant we were seated at the back of the upstairs dining room with plenty of room for all the chairs. The tables are pedestal so chairs don't fit under very well. We were thankful to get out of the Miami heat and have a good lunch. Sadly the food was terribly overpriced and tasted nasty. My husband and I BOTH ordered the shrimp appetizer. 17 dollars for a tiny bowl of shrimp and way too much mayonnaise! YUK. This appetizer anywhere else should have been 8-10 dollars at most. We also ordered side salads that came out WARM! For the 60 dollar price tag for this meal (both salads and both appetizers ONLY) we could have had an entire meal somewhere else. Our friends ordered the salmon and said it was overcooked and dry. The only reason this review is even getting one star is because the wait staff Colin was very sweet and accommodating. They even came around to the table and took pictures of everyone. The photos were 20 dollars a piece and so overexposed we all looked like zombies. You would think a photographer would know how to take pictures. I would not return as this place is overpriced and the food terrible.
google avatar

Wesley G.

Yelp
The place looks like it is not well taken care of. The inside restaurant has a bad odor. The service was bad. The server barely served us. The food was good which is why it has a three star. overall will not ever come back here again.

Sharon A.

Yelp
Food taste less Long wait for arrival for the food. Service ok. Nice atmosphere but food tasteless. Bathroom dirty. I will not be back.

Billy P.

Yelp
this restaurant had the worst service imaginable they served our food cold and when we asked them to re heat it they said they did but then it ended up colder. I think this is the worst service in Miami. Do not go here.
google avatar

Diego C.

Yelp
The food here it's real good, especially the burgers and the wings it's all real good. The service here it's amazing there's so many kind people around here and employees and shout out to the manager around here, he was kind enough to walk around the whole restaurant and ask for opinion. The place is right nice, with so much rock music around here, and cool decorations and designs

Yelp
We went to celebrate Christmas 2023 and the experience of fantastic, food was good , service Outstanding, and the ambiance is a hard rock style. see you soon
google avatar

Ethan A.

Yelp
Great ambience, also good music if youre into EDM, rock, alternative style music, the food we received was also pretty good. Where hard rock fell off a cliff was the service. Our server was so unattentive and just dropped everything off at our table like we were animals. No eye contact or words just plopped shit onto our table. We still got good food so whatever. Absolutely no remorse for the $0 dollar tip which ive never done in the past. The cherry on top was when i went to walk out with my "hurricane glass" that i already had paid for with my drink. The hostess approached me like i was a criminal and demanded she see a receipt. Do you really think i want to steal your shitty cup? Anyways, if you want a decent overpriced meal and absolute shit of service, this is your spot!
google avatar

Renee R.

Yelp
After going on the Thriller speedboat ride we decided to try this restaurant. We were smart and made reservations while we were on the boat. We got there at 8pm and was seated right away. We were told that they were a bit busy and that service would be slow. Bayside is a tourist attraction.... that was expected. I told the hostess my birthday was the next day and he gave me 2 free shots of tequila! That was nice of him!!! Our waiter name was Paul, he was great! There's something for everyone on their menu. We ordered wings, onion rings, nachos, chicken tenders and fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. They have a full bar so we ordered a few drinks to go with our meal. I had a blue Long Island and my friends had the Hurricane! So don't forget to MAKE RESERVATIONS AND EXPECT A DELAY especially on the weekends. ***SEE PHOTOS***

Yelp
Food was terrible & please look at your check. Food prices does not match the menu. Why am i paying a game fee when i did not play any games.

Yelp
Just Walked in for lunchtime and I'm hungry! Awesome facility and guess what--my servicer Elijay S. Is from our hometown. Now that's something, excellent place

Yelp
At the end of Bayside next to the ferris wheel is Hard Rock Cafe. We stopped here for a lunch while exploring Bayside. Although the Cafe is a bit on the pricey side, after all its Miami and also a tourist location, their service and friendliness was outstanding. We were pleasantly welcomed and we sat down to enjoy a lunch with a view. One side the bay, other side downtown. Pair that with a good stacked bacon cheese burger and a pint. It will make you smile and remember a good time. Antonio was outstanding in his service. Great terrace with a view. We even got a free souvenir glass after as gift, as we had ordered a large drink. Little museum shop inside. Clean toilets.
google avatar

Yelp
Food wasn't anything spectacular. The grilled salmon in the noodle bowl was very good and seasoned and cooked well. The Asian sauce in the cold noodle bowl however was entirely too sweet. I had ordered the oxtails but they were out of this special for the day so I ordered the Churrasco. It came grilled perfectly Medium like I asked. It was very well seasoned and exceptionally delicious. Tue coconut rice that I asked to sub for the cilantro rice was good but I expected regular white coconut rice versus the dirty coconut rice with red beans. It was still flavorful though. Ambiance was good. It was raining outside so everyone was pushed to dine inside but I liked the interior, decor, and music videos playing in the various tvs. The service was good and waitress was very attentive and nice.
google avatar

Hena A.

Yelp
Our bartender Rob from Jersey was cool and very fast! My chicken sandwich (a bit cold) was a large portion $20 and the Country Burger was more than enough. The ambiance when we came was chill but got a bit busier. The staff was on point; very polite and enthusiastic. I love on Brickell & never come here but will be my "go to from now on.
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
I thought Hard rock cafe supposed to be a fun place? Definitely not the one on Bayside! 1.We had to look for a hostess everywhere to be seated... 2.Major issues with music on the patio( it plays then stops, very annoying) 3. Service nothing special. 4. Food was ok
google avatar

Yelp
Hard Rock Miami Bayside - 2.5*.....The four of us went for dinner this weekend and were in part disappointed with the overall appearance of the restaurant, including the men's bathroom. The staff and our server however were very friendly and professional. Our pull pork sandwich which pre Covid was excellent was served on a hot plate but lukewarm at best. One flat bread app took approx 30 mins to be served. It was the best item we had. Entrees took an additional 30 minutes. This is Hard Rock in Miami on a Saturday night folks. "Kitchen is slammed" is not a valid excuse. Let's get it together here. From the dining room I could see plenty of servers in the kitchen area seemingly disorganized and confused. Too many new dining options have opened at Bayside since covid. Mediocrity shouldn't be acceptable. My suggestion to this establishment is do better in the kitchen, care about the overall appearance please or adios.

Yelp
It was our first visit to Miami. Even after reading the reviews, we settled on this place. We have never been here before. Service - 3 (The waitress was very inattentive & my food came out wrong. She didn't want to fix it, but I insisted.) Food - 3 (Cold shrimp on the PoBoy. Asked for new shrimp & they ended up bringing out totally different breaded shrimp that were much smaller.) Bathroom - 2 (Women's restroom was filthy and the soap dispenser wasn't working. How is the staff washing their hands? I used my Bath & Body Works.) Decor - 4 (It was a cute set up. I didn't get to take a pic in front of the Hard Rock sign. If you go, don't forget to take one.) All in all, I wouldn't totally count them out. I may have caught them on a bad evening. I would give them another chance.

Yelp
We came here for my moms birthday. We had reservations, but I don't think we really needed them as it seemed empty. The tables were really spread apart, like 10-15 ft apart, not sure why? The food was ok, I guess typical type of food for a tourist spot in Bayside. The burger was great, the shrimp and meat was a great combo. My wife had the steak salad, and I tried it as well, it was good. The kids food didn't really look to good, but the kids ate it. The sundae was good, a lot of whipped cream. Like I said, overall it was ok, I don't think I'll be here again in over 10 years, just about the last time I was there.

Yelp
I have been to a ton of Hard Rock Cafes in my life. I collect the shot glasses and have close to 40 I believe. We stopped in at this location for a drink and so I could get a shot glass from the gift shop. We sat at the bar which was pretty empty and ordered a drink from the bartender. The drinks were okay, not the best I have had at a Hard Rock. I miss the Yellow Submarine drink they used to have on the menu. Some places still have the recipe and are willing to make it for me when I ask. This bartender looked at me like a was asking something crazy impossible, so I just ordered a margarita. Overall. it was an okay experience.
google avatar

Ally M.

Yelp
Way way way too loud. We went for dinner and we're seated outside which was hot as expected. But the music was extremely loud I could not talk with the people at my table. There was no server we sat around for 20 mins before the bartender walked up to us I'm not sure if it's the bartender who is in charge of waiting on tables. It took them another 20 mins to bring drinks. By that point I was just over it did not want to wait another two hours waiting on food and check we just drank the drinks paid and left which took another 40 mins. I think the waiting would not have been so bad if it was just a tiny bit quieter it was just way too loud.
google avatar

Dana B.

Yelp
Worst service I have ever experienced!!! Cannot even get a refill on water! We had to leave because after 1.5 hr wait , still no food. The place was not that busy and no toilet paper in bathroom. So disappointing.

Yelp
This review is for DINING IN THE DARK w the secret society dinner that is located in the Cafe of Hard Rock, not HR Cafe. We bought tickets a few months ago for dining in the dark. The concept is that if your vision is taken away it increases the taste buds. Price Per ticket was $80, 20% service fee added automatically at the time of event and an admin fee of $17 per person which we are still trying to figure out where that money went and than you have to tip on top of all that! Only my opinion but the amount of money you're charged for what you get is not worth it. Before doors you are given a glass of wine which was nice, than your brought in and each person is given a rock ?? Still trying to figure that out as well. You have to give the rock back during the show in a lit up cauldron. All the servers are wearing masks and night vision goggles. The drinks you order pre show are pre mixed which they tell you. That's where it went wrong for me. The bar is literally 25 steps away! The drinks were gross and our guy friend drank all three. Lol. There is sound, lights, smells and a story line. The food is okay and not daring at all. You choose either meat, seafood or veggie. I chose meat and my bestie seafood and our buddy meat. It is a 5 course meal. Brushetta, veggie soup, salad, steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus and chocolate cake for dessert. The best thing was the salad... very tasty. My taste buds were not any different. The food quality and unique taste was not there. The whole experience was fun but I would compare all of it to a high school culinary and theater production. The servers were very polite and experience was fun, I ate everything but I was expecting my palette to taste differently and the food to be different and taste amazing! Unfortunately it was not. This concept could really take off if they take the quality of the food the up.

Yelp
Right by the Sky View ferris wheel, so handy to grab a bite to eat after our ride. We were torn between Hard Rock and Margaritaville both in the Sky View plaza- wish we'd chosen the latter. Confusing to get to the restaurant part after checking in at the reception podium, you have to weave through the gift shop then walk up a flight of stairs. Once we made it to the upper level, we were told the wait for a table for two would be 5 minutes - it was 15. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. The place was 3/4 empty - so not sure why the long waits. After waiting that 30 minutes for our food, one might think the fries and chicken strips would be piping hot, but nope, lukewarm at best. Will avoid Hard Rock next time we're here in Miami.

Yelp
Great outdoor deck bar. Good view of the harbor a huge Ferris wheel right next door. Very nice souvenir shop for us collectors of hard Rock Cafe items.

Denny P.

Yelp
Wanted to dine at the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch on Tuesday. Unfortunately the restaurant was was unable to seat anyone for 20 minutes. That would be understandable if it was busy but it was empty?? The host was rude and with zero personality. Definitely in the wrong business. Wonted be back!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a Hard Rock fan and collect pins and visit restaurants all over the world, but sad to say that this one in Miami at Bay Side has the worst Long Island I have ever had. The nachos were alright not good but the atmosphere was nice as the weather is cooling off.

Yelp
This is by far the best Hard Rock Cafe I've ever been to. Came here with my boy for Veterans's day and thankfully this was definitely the place to go to. The service was bar none, and the view is perfect overlooking Biscayne bay. Usually I avoid Bayside because of its reputation as a "tourist trap" but I'll definitely be back here. I got the Legendary steak burger and it was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life! Served hot: this is a seriously good burger. But beyond the food, the service here is spectacular. Much more attentive and caring than any other place in the area. James is super awesome server and made the experience fantastic Definitely a place to stop by whether you live here and want to enjoy bayside or you are on vacation.

Yelp
Great place for our trip in Miami, the manager was awesome, and the servers were great. They were having karaoke and the manager was clapping and showing support to everyone that went up. The food was great, and service was fast. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Had a great experience here. We dined outside and enjoyed the beautiful view. I must point out that there were so many bees swarming the bar area. Perhaps a bug zapper or something would be helpful. You have to pass through a swarm of bees to get to your seat and the first table in the outdoor seating area is right in front of the bar and the bees are not only annoying, but they are dangerous as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. They wore masks and gloves which I was glad to see. They did lose a point here with me because I saw a party sit down briefly and then request to move to a different table. Once they moved their hostess quickly sat another party at the table without wiping it down. There was not sanitation at all between seatings. (This is why I carry my own Lysol wipes and wipe down the table anytime I'm dining out). Our waiter Pat was very attentive and did a great job waiting on our table. He kept our glasses full and checked on us often. I had an amazing cheeseburger that was the the perfect ending to a great getaway. Served along with hot, crispy fries, they were the perfect pair. This was my first Hard Rock dining experience. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but I had an awesome burger, excellent service, and a picture perfect view. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine at Hard Rock, but if there was one around and I wanted a good burger, that would definitely be my choice.

Yelp
Antonio attended my extended family and I and he made a great impression on all of us. We had great recommendations on food from him as well as drinks. The food was delicious, (some great nachos & burger) and some drinks come with a souvenir cup which left us all with gift for home. Location was amazing as well as the views. Overall would recommend! 100% would return

Yelp
The Hardrock is a MUST visit when in Miami! Best veggie burger in town! Located in the heart of bay front park in the center of downtown this is the spot to be. Sangrias are delicious!

Yelp
Yay, another location on my Hard Rock Cafe list got checked off! While I don't usually look around in the restaurant, it's all about the Rock Shop. Located at the Bayside Marketplace in a freestanding building, the Cafe looks like a sports arena from the 80's with its circular design and wrap around deck. Views of the harbor are second to none, with seating along the perimeter's artificial grass floor. The Rock Shop is just off the main entrance to the right; small but well-stocked. A stairway inside will lead you to the restaurant upstairs. I'm all about finding a unique t-shirt. I will not buy the boring, original style logo tee in white or black, and the print cannot be large because it makes for a hot wear. I did end up with a mint green shirt with a pretty cool design, but the print on the back is quite large which is my only dismay so hopefully it won't be too hot while wearing. Service in the Rock Shop was good as I was greeted upon entering. OVERALL: Central location with easy access.

Yelp
Visited here on recent vacation. Normally the service is excellent and it's a party atmosphere. The food wasn't as good as I remember from recent trips to other locations and the service was less than adequate. Our server spent more time on her phone at the kitchen area then tending to her tables. A found my chicken was undercooked so I didn't eat it. Just appeared to be a staff that really didn't want to be there. Probably won't visit this location again.
